Interesting. So Takeuchi became an executive around 2017. RE6 came out in 2012. So Takeuchi wasn't an executive at the time RE6 was written or released.

looking at this
Takeuchi didn't work on Resident Evil 6 at all. So... if he didn't work on RE6, then that would make anything he writes about it... fanfiction... wouldn't it? Otherwise, what gives him word of god for RE6's story? The fact that he was employed at the company at the time? Does this mean that any random environmental artist has word of god over the story? Do the Monster Hunter guys have word of god over RE6, too?
And what about Tsukasa Takenaka? Well, he's not even a big enough name to have a Wikipedia page to begin with. In fact, looking him up, it seems like he had a minor hand in writing RE5, produced Revelations 1, and worked on RE: The Mercenaries 3D.

Okay, well what about this dude's other claims?
Adam Benford was director of the CIA in 2002 (according ONLY TO that airsoft ad written by the guy who did not work on RE6; this is NOT stated in RE6 itself), and his position in 1998 is unknown -- implying that he was not actually the director of the CIA in 1998. But Leon was kidnapped in 1998 by the CIA. So if he wasn't the director... then I guess he wasn't behind the kidnapping, was he?
Our friend from Project Umbrella then goes on to make a bunch of other claims right in a row, so let's go down them one by one.

[Commissioned by @arachcobra​ as the last of their Resident Evil monsters. Like with the hunter, there are lots of variations of the tyrant that appear in the series. I went with not the first version, but the most iconic, Mr. X from Resident Evil 2. Like, I haven’t played a Resident Evil game, but I know what this character’s deal is. Chase the player character down like the Terminator, keeping them moving through the game and from getting too comfortable/complacent.]
Biotyrant CR 10 LE Monstrous Humanoid If not for its dead gray skin and great height—half again as tall as the average person—this creature could be mistaken for a human. It wears a heavy coat, partially to disguise its warped musculature and partly for protection.
The biotyrant is the culmination of mixing fleshwarping and necromancy; some infected undead and other such horrors are the failures and prototypes leading to the biotyrant. Biotyrants are powerful, unquestioning and durable super soldiers, and a single biotyrant on the battlefield is the equivalent of an entire troop of mercenaries. They lack creativity and mental initiative, but pursue their orders until destruction.
A biotyrant attacks in melee with its powerful body—its fists, knees and feet can punch holes in stone walls given enough time. If a biotyrant must clear an obstacle rather than batter through it, they can leap high into the air and land precisely where they choose, but must rest between such jumps and do not use them for rapid pursuit. They ignore small blows and can recover from large ones—fire or positive energy are needed to permanently damage a biotyrant. Although they look mostly human when uninjured, if they are injured, their bodies transform into an even more powerful form. This form has distorted claws growing from its hands, and its heart swells to pump more blood faster. This swelling makes them slightly more vulnerable to damage, and may be the key to their defeat if an enemy can remain at a safe range.
A biotyrant can speak and understand Common, but only speak when commanded to. They tend to wear heavy leather dusters and large hats to conceal their monstrous appearances from a distance. They do not carry other treasure unless they are on a mission to retrieve or deliver such an object.

Alyson Court: Yeah, I always wanted to explore the Clesker aspect.
Kicking off my little Clesker evidence file is none other than Claire Redfield herself, Alyson Court. She blessed us with her lovely voice in the Resident Evil series from 1998 to 2009, and becoming the embodiment of Claire Redfield. Alyson also played memorable roles such as Loonette from "The Big Comfy Couch," Lydia from "Beetlejuice," and finally Jubilee from "X-Man." Many fans came to regard her as the sole Claire over the years, and she is truly missed.  I still want her back.
Anyway, we know Waugh has given his thoughts on the Clesker pairing, and now it's time for Alyson's opinion. If you haven't read that, the link is right here.

AC: "I loved when, so Code Veronica was my favorite and when we revisited the game. The cast recorded the for what was it, Code Veronica X?"

AC: "Yeah, the director's cut, which came out after. Um, it had the extra stuff with Claire and Wesker, and that was really fun. Cause um, I hadn't gotten to do that in the previous version, and I enjoyed that immensely."

Host 1: "They brought you back as Claire in The Darkside Chronicles and The Mercenary 3d.  Whereas Claire's story was either a rehash of old events or there was no story at all. Which would you prefer: to simply return as Claire in any capacity, or to have her story explored further?"
AC: "You know, as an actor, I always relish new material, so anything that allows me to expand on new material is great. Or what was done previously and go into new territory. I'd like to see something new with her story line, but having said that, I think they've done *inaudible,* and each time we've done something. During the original Resident Evil 2, Code veronica and then coming back to do The Darkside Chronicles. It wasn't the same experience cause there was a different feel with the game, I mean the game has very different game play. So it was quite an interesting performance we did, and that was great, and then doing Operation Raccoon City again was a very different experience. I don't know how many times you can go back and do something different with the same source material. Eventually you will have to move on if you're going to continue with those characters. So I guess, in terms of my own hope, I can continue as Claire. Yes, I would love to see a whole new storyline start for her."
Host 2: “Yeah, I'd like to know, aside from Claire, of course. Who would your favorite character be in the entire franchise?”
AC: (laughs as her inner fangirl mode is activated) “I have a thing for Wesker, I have to admit.”
Host 2: “I think we all do.”
AC: "So when you were talking about the new story line and stuff.  Yeah, there's a big part of me that wishes for a CLAIREX WESKER game. They had some stuff going on in Code Veronica X, and the way it was kind of left hanging, it felt like the two were definitely going to meet up again in the future. So I would like to see that happen.”
Host 3: "As would we all, as would we all."
We as Clesker fans could’ve had a Clesker game, an entire Clesker game for us. We would’ve been fed until the end of time.

Another interview that fuels my vendetta against Capcom, occurred on December 20, 2013, by Scottie Brown. I really liked this one, and I'm happy fans still love Alyson even to this day.

Beginning @ 32:32, Alyson is asked.......well, we already know.
SB: “So I wanted to ask you, who is your favorite villain from the Resident Evil series and why?”
AC: (fangirl mode activated) “And why? Oh, I don't know if I can properly answer why, in a fulfilling way, I've always had a thing for Wesker. I love Wesker.”
SB: “Yeah, Wesker is awesome.”
AC:”Yeah, um. I don't know why it could be in the original voice, but what Richard Waugh did for Resident Evil 2 (She meant 4) was pretty fantastic. Now D.C. Douglas, it's just like what great guys and it's like how can you not love whatever character they’re voicing? Um yeah, I just keep, I get caught up in the fan fiction stuff and I have this naughty dark side where Claire and Wesker have a thing going on. But you know I ought to keep that to myself.”
SB: “And that would be crazy, because Chris and Wesker hate each other.”
AC: “Yes”
SB: “When they get into a room together, (lol) it's just madness. Could you imagine Chris's reaction, with his big, gigantic muscles pounding and hitting the walls, when he finds out Claire and Wesker might be having a thing? He wouldn't be too happy.”
AC:“No he wouldn't, but that would be an interesting-added dynamic to the storyline. See and then you can give, well imagine the internal conflict for Wesker. If he found himself falling for Claire, and he's reminded that wait "This is Chris Redfield sister, I hate Chris Redfield and YET fond of Claire". There would be so much inner turmoil, it would be wonderful.”
Alyson was truly ahead of her time, and I see a lot of female characters in a gray area, falling for bad guys.
A queen.
The final tidbit of Alsyon-loving Wesker, came from a 2009 anime convention in California. The panel included Roger Craig Smith (Chris), Karen Dryer (Sheva), Paul Mercier (Leon), Liam O'Brian (RE5), and Alyson Court (Claire). Everyone is having a good time, and if I could find a better quality video with the entire length, I'll add it. The panel gets crazy, and the RE actors are asked what's their favorite character and cookie is. Starting with Roger Craig Smith.

But I'm posting this to tell you not to be embarrassed, because some people would kill for their favorite to have this spot. Also, too many people are quick to dismiss this pairing, but uplift the one they really want Wesker paired with.

This is part 6.5 of a series (and the current most recent one!)
TOUHOU SANJYUUEI ~ TRIPLE FEATURE
Plot: Aya, Hatate, and Sumireko are taking pictures :)
Yeah it's a photography game! "But Sumireko doesn't have this power in canon!" you're right! She doesn't! She has the "3D-Printed Tengu's Camera", which can take one big picture before it just fucking shatters. It's basically a bomb. What it is is Aya and Hatate have their regular mechanics, and then Sumireko is just playing a regular bullet hell, essentially doing ISC without cheats (which is a real run category btw). Because it's just an anthology of every single other character I've posted, there's no real need to show a new character, but here's two of them.
JIANDING LILING Third Mercenary Evil Species: Deer Youkai Ability: Capable of ignoring attacks The third in the mercenary group of herself, Fennu Xue, and Tanlan Daiyu. Whereas they made up the power and speed, she's their tank. Prior to the Zodiac Incident, Liling had been hired as a bodyguard. She's not particularly used to the surprisingly-pacifistic lifestyle of guarding someone, however, and has clearly gotten bored of it. When she heard that Xue and Daiyu had been hired by Tatsuko, she itched to run to them and act as their shield. Between Xue making people too angry to think, Liling stopping them in their tracks, and Daiyu returning fire with the mark's own ability, the three are a particularly good match with each other. Of course, these random girls snapping pictures of her... There's nothing she can really do about that.
It's the unnamed deer youkai that's Xue and Daiyu's third in the polycule! Liling is so cool and I love her so much. Kinda makes it so Sumireko's route is essentially just her timing out all of Liling's spellcards, though... But who is Liling guarding?
KUNIKAYA TOYOKUMONO God of Seclusion and Gathering Species: God Ability: Capable of separating and bringing people together A primordial god who oversees group dynamics. Of course, being a reclusive-type, she's more than happy to let people gel together and drift away as they please. Of course, Gensokyo is a land of busybodies, so it always pays to have at least one bodyguard at a time. To this end, she's had a long line of people coming into her employ as what amounts to being her errand-runner. Of course, if they end up leaving, that's fine too. Kunikaya never had much faith to begin with, so just sitting around waiting for another person to discover her well-worn shrine is always just enough to wake her up and sucker the poor sap into being her gopher, and the cycle continues. Liling had been a bit of an accident - Kunikaya had decided to put out a wanted ad in the paper this time around, and Liling had been the first to answer. Liling's job is simple: keep away any unwanted solicitors, and let Kunikaya continue to isolate herself. Of course, Gensokyo's resident busybodies couldn't leave that alone.
So, there's a, um. God, named Toyokumono in the Kojiki. In the beginning of the entire Kojiki, Toyokumono is one of the first gods created, and they immediately seclude themself away from the world and is NEVER seen or heard from or even MENTIONED ever again. Kunikaya is just them. I essentially had to create Kunikaya from COMPLETE scratch and I'm happy with what I made - the ORIGINAL recluse god who was doing it BEFORE Amaterasu ever could, who just lives in a cave and suckers random people into being her bodyguard (basically, just keep people away and have them not ever involve her in situations). Fun fact, there's apparently a theory that "kumo" in Toyo-kumo-no is supposed to be similar to "secluding", as well as "assembling". So that's where the ability of "manipulating group dynamics" comes from.
That's the touhou ocs! There's no more! Do what you will now!

Forgive my rambling, but I hope 4make's Mercenaries leads to another attempt at a standalone RE Mercenaries game, since they could just take all the RE Engine assets they have now (locations, enemies, characters) and make the necessary adjustments to layouts and some enemies to make them fit the main "Kill everything" mode, though I imagine there'd also be Training and Missions Modes, where some are general challenges that can be done as anyone, while others are done as specific characters, as well as Online Multiplayer with a VS "score the most points/kill the most enemies" mode, or a co-op mode.
Though I also suppose not having some things could prevent it from happening, since at best, you'd want RE1 locations, characters, and enemies so it's not left out, plus, it might be hard to make areas from 2make & 3make work even with map changes to work better, plus, the zombie type of enemies wouldn't be as fun to fight like the Ganados from 4make given they're slow and dumber, and my only fix is having zombies be Crimson Heads by default, since they're faster and stronger, just not smarter.
Lastly, there's how characters would work, specifically, would there be variations, like would RE2 Leon play differently to RE4 Leon, or would they just be costumes to save character spots?
I assuming your talking about/referring to Resident Evil The Mercenaries 3D for 3DS (I've never played it but I know about it) and want Capcom to take another shot at making another Stand Alone type RE Mercenaries Game something of that nature, that would be cool to see especially with the new RE Engine but I think the interest for something like that is really low and highly unlikely to happen. RE4R Mercenaries Game Mode will most likely get more content added to it like new characters and maps possibly if they expand upon it with new features like Co-op/VS Modes etc. to make things interesting it'd be a welcome addition. Just have to wait and see what else Capcom has planned for the Resident Evil franchise in the future. Also I think the only way a Mercenaries Mode would work around Zombies is if they did it like OG RE3 Mercenaries where you start off in a set location with a get to from point A to B objective with some optional exploring thrown in trying to find/save survivors to be rewarded with healing/ammo items etc. The 4th Survivor and Extreme Battle Mode (OG RE2) share the same similarity like OG RE3 Mercenaries Game Mode.
