Dona Maria Padilla, de amante a rainha, influenciou o rei Dom Pedro I de Castela (1334-1369) nas mais importantes decisões, como no modo de governo e na negociação de seu casamento com Branca de Bourbon, visando uma aliança com a França.

No time for playing fantasy games: Brazilian culture is not a playground, and we are not responsible for peoples who lack basic levels of understanding.

A few days ago, I made a brief post about Lilith, exploring various points. As we know, Lilith's image was never derived from a single entity. It is a complex topic to explain, with many intertwined parallels. I ended up deleting the post because I wanted to rewrite it with more time - and so did I (post is coming soon). But the 20 minutes my post stayed on the instagram feed were enough for an Esoteric Karen to appear, criticising me for using historical and academic content on the subject.

Seems like that what particularly annoyed the aforementioned Karen was my mention of Mesopotamian and Judaic records, along with a poor textual interpretation. Karen The Esoteric, tried to insult me, by calling me “a white person with colonialist rhetoric”. Which It's pretty ironic, coming from someone that doesn’t know my origins. So here I come, and I aim to revise to ensure everyone is well informed before expressing opinions.

As a note about Brazilians (where my roots come from):

We exist in different colours and from different backgrounds. And the miscegenation is not only present in our ethnicity, but also in our extremely rich culture, creeds, religions, etc. initially I hesitated to share some things publicly and find self-affirmations somewhat unappealing. However I now believe it’s necessary to open up somethings, specially if I’m here with the intent of sharing part of my culture, worship, religion and spiritual philosophies.

I wasn’t born in Europe, neither I was raised in Europe. Most of my life was livid in Brazil. So I’m not here filling my mouth to talk about something I have never actually experienced. It’s pretty easy to label yourself "Latina" since you have never actually lived the culture a part from Christmas holidays, family trips, and immigrant parents.

I want to emphasize clearly that I do raise my faith within what’s labelled as profane with a lot of proud.

The profane entwined in the Brazilian blood, the blood of Black, Indigenous, and European women running through my veins. The blood that carries and screams my ancestry, demonised by the clergy, demonised by the invaders but that remains alive and awake.

Proudly, I raise a cult to the dead. Proudly, I revive worship for the witches who were burned at the 'holy stake,' and for the peoples enslaved, persecuted, and executed by invaders. I perceive and embrace these ancestral forces, which are far beyond the concepts of time and space, as the divine they are.

The ones the during the invasion and colonisation - made out of blood, remained in resistance. Those who stood their ground, refusing baptism/Catholicism entirely (and also the ones the rejected partially, because if they did so, was mostly in a way to survive).

So before opening the subject I bring you all a little bit of reflection and information about who’s here. And to make one more thing clear upfront: we cannot deny the intrinsic origins of an entity. It can’t be denied because it does exist. And relying solely on "voices in one's head" leads us to fallacies.

The profane, scorned by the white European people, still thrives in Afro-brazilian religions that have embraced and still embrace infernal names as counterculture (Salve a Quimbanda Brasileira, e a belíssima corrente de resistencia: LTJ49) in opposition to the existing system - and I put my name in it.

Certainly, we are not the only ones doing it, and I'm not claiming so, but our history - Brazilian history, one of the largest countries in the world with a very vast and vibrant culture - is unfortunately overlooked by the world…and I used to think that the only ones bothered by titles like "Devil", "Demon", etc….were the people influenced by the still very present Abrahamic religions. But I was proven wrong. Even within the occultist community. What an ironic, unfunny joke.

I don't want to make this text too lengthy, as there will always be people with extremely limited comprehension. But let's never allow our voice to be silenced. The inquisition did not exterminate witchcraft (nor witches). May the sacred feminine, rejected and demonized by the clergy, always remain steadfast and strong. Far from Manichean conceptions, and always in the path of liberation.

May the infernal names be resurrected, resonating like agonizing tolls in the ears of those unprepared and persistent in the blind persecution due ignorance.

So, i came across this post and since I saw that you are a candoblecista/ umbandista I would like to ask if you’re have any thoughts about it

Hi there, I'm good!

Oh, that's interesting and I do have thoughts. No disrespect to the poster, as it seems they really have researched, but at the same time it seems that it was a research done only on google — and that's the tricky part, most African Traditional Religions, and by proxy Afro-brazilian religions are badly documented and depicted on the internet, to the point that all you get is a general gist of something very heavily painted through racism's lens.

These two religions (Candomblé and Umbanda, as Quimbanda is seen as a vertent of Umbanda and I'll get there) have indeed been spreading, and that makes it even harder to find good sources on them in the internet. All of them work with the Orixás and with incorporation and all of them get a bad reputation to this day because they are African-brazilian (as anything that is not white or Christian is automatically seen as the devil's work and evil magic).

A pure example of that is the word Macumba — macumba is actually a percussion instrument used in the rituals of incorporation. Then, white people got scared and began saying that macumba was every harmful work done from candomblecistas.

Continuing, Candomblé was the first religion born from African slaves that were kidnapped and bought to Brazil, they indeed had to mask their practices by admiring the statues, symbols and names of the saints but those associations, and the Orixás they worshipped depended on their nation — you see, there are about 100 and something Orixás, and their worship and guardianship changes depending on where you are at on Africa, so we have Nations of Candomblé mainly separated by Queto, Nagô and Jeje (but there are more, those are just umbrella terms) — indeed Animist (idk why that Hedonist was tacked on tho). Not necessarily all houses consider Olorum the most important, more often that not it's Oxalá.

Now, Umbanda came from Candomblé — basically it was the mix of Spiritism beliefs, as well as an added incorporation of guardian spirits from the many ethnicities and nationalities that had been living in Brazil by that point. It is a more... white washed Candomblé, and the most popular one nowadays. A correction is that the Baba's are actually called Pai de Santo e Mãe de Santo. That and not necessarily they are the ones that are incorporated.

There's also a somewhat new Umbanda sect called Umbanda Sagrada, and it is one where the presence of the 7 Orixás is more explained, but nowadays most (at least the most popular and accessible ones) Candomblé and Umbanda Houses are quite a mix, making it hard to know wich strand they belong to.

Now, here's the thing 👏

As Candomblé came first and maintained itself as Animistic, there is no concept of Good vs Evil — there are bad things that happen in life, and Misfortunes (those deserve a post of their own tbh but that's not on me). As soon as Umbanda came, with the White-ish Catolic-ish view, they applied the notion of Good and Evil, even separating their workings into Mesa Branca (white table) — that means that Exú, the picked figure to represent the Devil, was put into "evil", and all workings with Him are considered De Esquerda (from the left).

Then, Quimbanda surged (very much like Satanism, I guess), and they work with those entities that Umabanda has proclaimed to be from the left.

At the end of the day, there are Candomblé Houses that do animal sacrificies to this day, as there are Umbanda Houses that will do a harmful work for the right price (I say work because we call it Trabalho, but it would be a spell or ritual).

So, no: Quimbanda isn't necessarily evil, same as Umbanda isn't necessarily good. As any religion, the people running it are the ones that decide what they will do — and the people seeking are the ones that want to do.

(For real though, I'm tired of Exú being associated with pure Evil — I know he's laughing at it, but he's so much more and that makes me sad).

Tarot e Espiritualidade

Eu leio tarot há um bom tempo e tive várias experiências em relação e conheci muitas histórias,quem me auxilia nas leituras são meus guias (Exu ou Pomba-Gira). Eu quero falar sobre algumas coisas relacionadas ao oráculo e alguns alertas,é de suma importância você estudar e buscar o conhecimento,intuição e mediunidade são essenciais,entretanto,buscar o conhecimento mais ainda,bons livros.

Eu estudo muito sobre Ciências Herméticas por exemplo,entre outros aspectos do ocultismo,prático a magia de matriz africana mas navegando neste universo você irá aprender que tudo está interligado,Exu e Pomba-Gira não tem religião e infelizmente a maioria dos terreiros até mesmo da linha da Kimbanda possuem muitos dogmas dos quais não permitem que tais trabalhem em sua verdadeira força e essência,isso é fruto da vaidade humana. Você deve torna-se íntimo de seus guias e isso exige uma disciplina e devoção diária,a maioria buscam eles apenas quanto a tormenta bate á porta.

Quando você respeita seus guias e anda pelas veredas da vida corretamente e busca evoluir e aprender com seus erros e mantém a postura de humildade reconhecendo a sua natureza falha e limitada eles passam a confiar mais em você,a revelar coisas há você assim como ensinar aspectos que você jamais irá encontrar em livros,alguns tipos de conhecimentos passados a você jamais deverão ser expostos a não ser que tais autorizem,assim nasce o seu grimório pessoal,é importante ter um espaço apenas para eles e suas anotações.

Infelizmente com a era dos "bruxos de TikTok" estão passando uma imagem muito distorcida do mundo da feitiçaria e Exu,esse caminho exige maturidade e responsabilidade e quando você pensa que sabe muito na verdade você não sabe nada,você passará a vida inteira aprendendo e o seu ego deverá ficar para trás. Há uma ética e um código de conduta a ser respeitado e seguido que muitos não seguem,por exemplo,jamais devemos prejudicar alguém por motivos tolos,fúteis,imaturos ou injustamente há sérias consequências mediante a esse ato.

Agora entro no ponto primordial,a maioria dos oraculistas ou magistas (magos, feiticeiros,pais/mães de santo,etc) querem apenas $$$ sendo assim presas fáceis em suas mãos são pessoas que buscam por feitiços de destruição ou amorosos,grande parte dessas pessoas que buscam por feitiços deste porte quando você abre o oráculo são às erradas da histórias,ou seja,elas querem prejudicar x ou y injustamente,o conceito de bem e mal na magia é relativo e não está acoplado com dogmas cristãos ou seus costumes,por isso é difícil para quem está fora compreender corretamente como de fato tudo funciona.

Tanto na Kimbanda e várias outras vertentes como o luciferianismo por exemplo,aprendemos que não existe o conceito de dar a outra face como os cristãos ensinam,somos ensinados a nos defender mas também mais uma vez ressaltando a não sermos injustos e caminhar com equidade,então se estamos sendo vítimas de pessoas mal intencionadas podemos revidar,ação e reação. Um exemplo básico e simples,não peça justiça a Xangô se você é o errado da história,será bem desagradável os resultados.

A maioria das pessoas pensam principalmente os mais leigos que alta magia é sinônimo de sacrifícios de sangue e afins, aspectos mais "grotescos e diabólicos" mas na verdade a alta magia é sútil,inclusive a igreja católica pratica e muitos não percebem,dependendo do que você precisa uma vela e uma boa conjuração será o suficiente.

Às pessoas crêem que eu prático apenas magia de matriz africana e meu campo intelectual se limita a isso,na verdade eu tenho conhecimento em várias outras vertentes das quais sou praticante,por isso é essencial você ter a mente aberta e ver além,não se apegue em religiões pois religiões são cadeias e a espiritualidade verdadeira é expansão,existem coisas que uma vida não será o suficiente para compreender e descobrir.

Quando você vai até um cartomante nem sempre ele irá conseguir ver tudo o que precisa ver,uma demanda por exemplo,há ritualísticas elaboradas que permitem que seja ofuscado alguns aspectos para não ser descobertos,alguns podem utilizar Daemons por exemplo,há um tempo atrás nenhum dos oraculistas da minha confiança e com anos de experiência conseguiram ver a demanda que enviaram contra mim,entretanto eu consegui através do meu oráculo identificar não apenas o tipo de demanda mas da onde estava vindo justamente porquê tenho conhecimento e experiências em outros ramos da espiritualidade,assim como consegui encontrar uma pessoa que conseguiu ver também,indentificar e me auxiliar.

É "normal" quando você faz parte deste meio algumas pessoas pegarem "birra" de você e automaticamente pensar "vou fazer mal a ele(a)" você encontra muita inveja e ciúmes nesse meio,eu já vi mães/pais de santos que não tinham maturidade alguma para trabalhar com esses aspectos,possuem conhecimento mas ao mesmo tempo são tolos e infantis e por dinheiro fazem qualquer coisa inclusive prejudicar os próprios filhos da casa.

Você encontra muitos cristãos de carteirinha nesses lugares,já vi padres,pastores e cristãos que de dia pregam contra tais práticas mas a noite praticam o que condenam,é comum você ver isso apenas não é exposto,a elite por exemplo que se diz cristã a maioria deles praticam o ocultismo.

Alguns oraculistas seja carta ou búzios podem inventar histórias e mais histórias para faturar mediante a sua desgraça ou ingenuidade,exemplo clássico "se você não fizer santo seu santo vai matar você, amaldiçoar você,trancar seus caminhos " ou também podem inventar que tem algo em você ou enviaram algo contra você,que você precisa fazer um ebó de 2.000 reais e tantas outras lorotas,caráter 0.

Algumas pessoas trabalham com kiumbas(obsessores,marginal do astral,sem evolução),eu não tenho coragem de compactuar com isso menos ainda invocar isso,com o tempo você aprenderá que algumas portas quando forem abertas será o ponto de entrada para o fim e não terá volta,um preço tão alto que o arrependimento não será o suficiente para salvá-lo,mal sabem elas a cilada e armadilha que estão entrando o pai/mãe de santo não irá contar a parte negativa porquê ele quer ganhar $$$ e frequentar o culto de uma igreja não irá amenizar,muitos invocam isso e depois se convertem mas algumas consequências são irreversíveis. Uma falta de responsabilidade tremenda ensinar isso a "céu aberto" na internet,antes de qualquer ritualística é necessário ritos antecedentes de proteção e banimento e abrir o oráculo em alguns casos para ver se realmente tem caminho para isso.

O ponto de força deles também são em calungas (cemitérios) então são invocados espíritos marginais,assassinos,psicopatas, etc,são obsessores que ainda não encontraram a luz e estão apegados na matéria e se vendem por qualquer coisa,cigarros e cachaça por exemplo,estão perdidos e são rebeldes,são oferecidos banquetes a eles na calunga em troca pedem o fim de X ou Y,mas quando isso voltar ao remetente não tem oração que irá banir,vai precisar de sorte,pois na maioria dos casos quem busca por isso como eu disse estão na intenção de prejudicar pessoas inocentes,um Exu não compactua com injustiças então precisam apelar para a parte "suja" do astral.

Um trabalho desse tipo é caro e eles sempre vão pedir mais e mais e virar uma bola de neve,há muitas coisas neste universo das quais não me atrevo,eu sei até onde posso ir e quais são às consequências e dependendo do que é não vale a pena,meu intuito neste caminho é apenas evoluir,aprender,crescer e claro me defender,muito conhecimento que carrego hoje é um fardo muito grande,além claro das experiências que vi e vivi no todo,a alma fica fadigada principalmente quando você conhece de perto a essência humana e do que a maioria é capaz,há tanta injustiça e corrupção neste mundo em todos os cantos que fica fácil compreender o porquê da maioria dos magos e filósofos ter escolhido a solitude e a morada nas montanhas.

O mundo é o que é não pelos "demônios" que o cristianismo prega,mas pelas ações e ganância humana,a inveja e a cobiça. Aliás,a bíblia está toda deturpada hoje em dia,depois que estudei hebraico pude perceber a quantidade de distorções,o problema em si não é o cristianismo é o próprio ser humano que consegue destruir tudo o que vê pela frente,a nossa espécie consegue amargar até o mel mais doce,a soberba está presente na essência,eles pregam muito sobre caridade e humildade mas a maioria deles não aprenderam nada sobre isso,não sabem nem o que estão fazendo,pregam que o Diabo é pai da mentira mas mentem para si mesmo todos os dias e para todos ao seu redor. Eu não generalizo nada,todos os lugares tem pessoas de todos os tipos,sempre irá existir excessões.

Exercemos a dualidade na bruxaria,mas com equidade e responsabilidade. Nossa luz e gentileza jamais será desperdiçada com quem não a merece,tudo é avaliado e pesado em uma balança,interpretamos que há ações imperdoáveis e perdoáveis,somos às duas essências e justos quando usamos seja uma seja outra,não estamos aqui para se adequar às expectativas alheias ou seus dogmas.

Shortly after Her staying / passage in that Cemetery, Her human / elemental remains were again taken, following special orders of King Peter, placed at the ( Abrahamic Mythology/Religion oriented / Christian ) Cathedral of Seville, where it has been said to remain to this day!

Mind you, different Religious Mythologies, they try, and they attempt hard to to describe, to paint, to confine Maria Padilla / Padilha as some Subordinate / Subservient / Inferior Lady / Woman in regard to their fanciful Mythological Patriarchal / Male oriented, Anti-Women Characters & Their Mythologies!

As if She was an obedient bourgeois, loyal conformist and blind follower of their religion / mythology, and their mythological characters.

However, in fact, I can assure you 100%, Maria Padilla / Padilha was never a slave of / to, nor under any Abrahamic ( Christian / Jewish / Islamic ) Mythologies and their religions, nor under any other Religions’ Mythological Nonsense and Rubbish!

I bar, abhor and despise the way that some Belief Systems and chiefly mainstream rich, fat, non-tax-paying, big Religions shamefully attempt to cover up Pagan Mythological Values and Ways, and also their very nasty process to discredit and to subordinate Anybody / Anything under their ( invented / men-made ) Mythologies and their special collection of Mythological poop!

In re of Maria Padilla / Padilha — Taking firmly into consideration all of what it is available by different writers who rode the Maria Padilla / Padilha bandwagon of many books, etc.

Since the very first MARIA PADILLA / Padilha, there have been many, many, many Marias and amongst them all, many, many other Padillas / Padilhas.

My experience and my understanding is the fact that there are Many Lifetimes, and also, Many Groups, Many Phalanges of Maria Padilla / Padilha.

Different Souls, different Stories, different Experiences but all of them from the Same LINE, from the Same FIRE, from the Same ELEMENTAL Family which all had begun with the Soul / Spirit of the very first Maria Padilla / Padilha.

One could easily say the very same of the spirit of any dear EXU and their many, Many Manifestations / Different Spirits of the same Fire, of the same House, who volunteer to help EVOLUTION via that one EXU... Therefore there can be many their Different stories and in fact, there are, etc.

It does not change the fact that it is still Padilla / Padilha, therefore it is the Sacred Family and Royal ( Elemental ) House of very first MARIA PADILLA / Padilha.
