Don't tell @meganwhalenturner but I maybe bought more editions and I am so ridiculously in love with them. These were a "congratulations on surviving the holidays" present for myself and can I just say, I have excellent taste in hyper specific gifts for certain individuals.

Seriously though, these hardcover beauties and so stunning in person, I'm so happy and proud to be able to add these to my collection!!

can anyone who has read the later queens thief books tell me whether the truly disgusting orientalism abt the mede empire lays up at any point in time? it's the reason i never read the costis and kamet book and i would frankly LIKE to it just. is so viscerally distracting i don't want it to sour me on the series

Achilles come down and Inkpot Gods continue to be the fandom playlist songs that plague me the most. yes, they are appropriate for this [other fandom] playlist. however, they will never be as appropriate for that fandom is they are for the queen's thief. and now that I've heard them I'm just thinking about QT and not the other fandom
