my favorite snacky popcorn for a while has been the popcorn indiana movie theater kind, so it really freaked me out when the two bags i bought most recently were weirdly sweet and i realized that was because they had shiny sugar-coated kernels mixed in. i’m not a kettle corn fan, but even if i were, i want my ‘movie theater butter’ style snack to be what it says it is, not some mystery thing! lol. so i did something i rarely do, and reached out on their website, and they sent me coupons as an apology. i finally got them today, and there’s 3 that offer $1 off a bag (not that reassuring if i’m worried about what i’ll find if i buy one) but also two for free bags, which is more what i expected. good customer service moment today.
