I am begging you to give that boy a battle fan. Like I’m on my knees here.

He has wind nature chakra and the fact he doesn’t have one (even if he doesn’t rly need it) is a fucking tragedy. Idc if he has to literally steal it from Temari or some other sand nin to get it. Dangerous-skilled-competent-battled hardened-pretty deadly-naruto with a battle fan is world ending. Doesn’t even have to be a big one. Could just be a normal sized hand fan he keeps tucked in his sleeve. Could have a razor sharp edge and poison.

This could work for a few of your AUs, but maybe venomous naruto?

Orochimaru seeing this little tornado, laughing with his fangs he hasn’t grown into yet on full display as his wind whips around them both, tugging playfully at hair and clothes as the child learns how to play with his own power and makes a decision.

Naruto’s first fan is both beautiful and simple with little swirls to symbolize the wind that those little fingers trail over whenever Naruto thinks no one is looking. It’s little more than a means to direct and control is natural affinity. As close to someone like orochimaru would get to an actual ‘training weapon’ for all that he pressed a razor sharp kunai into Naruto’s little hand in the first day of training.

Tenzo, Anko, and Kabuto gift him with more and more fans every time they leave the village (Anko might gift them in the form of trying to kill Naruto with them but the other two are more… chill about their own feelings and Naruto likes the game either way) so by the time he makes Genin he has an entire collection that he picks from on any given day. He tends to keep at least two stashed on him somewhere whenever he goes out.

There's no member of Team 7 that doesn't have at least one homoerotic friendship because everyone there is really competitive and pretty and have no concept of how to solve conflict without drama that is half violence half tender intimacy.
