Can packers expire? I hear some silicone expires so I’m curious.
autumn says:
takes off trans hat and puts on polymer scientist hat
after the silicone has polymerized, its not gonna expire. You can absolutely degrade it, but you're not gonna degrade it by general use/wear. Silicone polymers are extremely resistant against heat, and a lot of chemicals. Yeah they will probably degrade, but this is over the span of years of heavy use (I don't think just wearing a packer would constitute heavy use). The expiry that I think you might be thinking of is uncured silicone, which can "expire."
hope this helps. maybe other people who follow the account will have other experiences with them though.
edit: i really hope you aren't exposing (by exposing I mean like, dipping it in beakers of these solvents) your packers to the chemicals that I'm thinking of, that would be very weird, don't wear your packer after you submerge it in DCM or chloroform or like hot acid, that's not good for your skin.

New concept for a packer:
a packer made out of glowstick material, so that if you get punched/kicked in the dick you’ll hear a crack and your crotch starts glowing. I will call my creation the Glowdick

This blog, and all links, are 18+
Hello folks, very simple blaze for you! (Hopefully, if tumblr plays ball!)
I'm reviewing various packers (prosthetic penises), and I'm down to answer any packing questions y'all may have - no such thing as a stupid question! Both asks and dms are open.
You can see a list of packers I currently have + have reviewed here
There's more information on the sidebar (or if you drag the horizontal page list on mobile!).
Note: I cannot answer questions about specific shops, I'm not affiliated with any shop I review a packer from! I buy them the same as any regular degular customer would.
Also as a quick shout out while we're all adults here, here's a list of fantasy toy makers that have made tumblr accounts! Check em out!

Hey yall do you want a packer that's really light, cheap, and can have whatever patterns and dimensions you want? I have a solution! Diy fabric packer!
Requirements:
ability to sew
about 15-30 minutes of free time
about 30 cm²/1 ft² of fabric, literally any kind works
needle and thread
a handful of stuffing
Step 1: draw this shape on a piece of paper and cut it out. The measurements are a suggestion and will get you an average sized packer. The pattern is easier to make if you draw it on a fold, cut it out, then unfold it.
Now use it to cut out 2 pieces of fabric (leaving a seam allowance)
step 2: sew it all the way around on the wrong side except for at the bottom, where you are going to leave a ~4 cm (1.5 in) gap at the bottom. Turn the packer right side out.
step 3: stuff it! Make sure to put the most stuffing in the shaft and each ball and leave some lightly-stuffed bits in between for the next step
step 4: Use a ladder stitch (or whatever you prefer) to close the stuffing hole. Then, take your needle and thread and seperate the balls and shaft.
If you scrunch the fabric, it makes the balls look more realistic in my professional opinion. Also it helps the packer sit right.
step 5: fold the shaft over and stitch it down. It should look like this
step 6 (optional): add a line of stitches around the head of the shaft and lightly scrunch. This gives the appearance of a head.
Now you are done. Have fun with your new packer!
Here's my finished product (I used galaxy print fleece and did the head stitch) It gives me a pretty average looking bulge and is actually way more comfortable than any sock packing I've done!

sorry if this has been asked before, but your bulge is really nice and I read in your pinned that you use a packer. do you mind saying what brand/size you use? no worries if not, I was just enamored by the look of it in your jock strap photos!
Yeah no worries! It can look pretty unrealistic and too… round or smooth or whatever because i use the rodeoh sport packer or cup packer, which is just a smooth insert that’s kind of like bra padding. There’s absolutely no play with physics because it’s too light to fall :,) You don’t have to buy one on its own btw, as they send one free with every pair of underwear/jockstrap/whatever you get that doesn’t have a crotch hole (don’t quote me on the crotch hole/harness exception, but i know it’s free with all else)
