Now coming to the problem. You were locked up with Riddle and you don’t know why he’s all red, but I’m sure someone will lose their head today.

Gently placing your hand on his shoulder, you begin to speak. “Riddle, are you okay? I think it's just a joke, you shouldn't be so angry." You are almost interrupted by his quiet voice. “I'm not… ahem… I'm not angry. I just… it's a little hard to explain."

Fine. He's not angry, that's good. You gently run your hands over his shoulders and continue.

“okay, do you know the reason why we are here now? I don’t think we’ll be here for long.”

He carefully raises his hand and touches yours. It's not that bad, so why is he shaking?

Your second hand begins to pat him on the head and you are not even sure that you are against this idea. You often don't get to spend time with him because of his dorm activities, so overall you're not upset about the situation.

He calms his heartbeat and begins to tell you about Floyd's latest antics, new contracts, etc. As you listened, your hand slips from his and you brush his hair back. "Are you pregnant?" Maria asks the second you're close enough. You signed up to patrol with her this morning but didn't know she would have a secret sixth sense for detecting if you're pregnant. It's been three months since you and Joel decided to start trying to have a baby, and so far, you haven't noticed any intense early pregnancy symptoms, which is fine. You figured it would take a while to get pregnant, and you and Joel decided to keep it a secret until you knew for a fact that you were pregnant. 

"What? No." You say, turning from her to adjust the reigns on your horse, Goldie. Maria crosses her arms over her chest and stares at your profile.

"I don't believe you."

"You don't have to believe me. I'm not pregnant."

"Then, look at me when you say it." She challenges, and you press your tongue into your cheek, shaking your head. How the fuck does she know you so well? You step closer to her and look around to ensure nobody's nearby.

"I'm not pregnant," you repeat, but her gaze doesn't falter. You sigh. "Joel and I are trying, but we're keeping it a secret. There's no reason to get anybody's hopes up, so don't tell anyone, okay?"

"How long ago did you decide this?"

"A couple of months ago."

"And you're sure you're not pregnant?" She asks, and you shrug.

"I mean, I don't feel any different, but I'm a few days late," you say, and she practically beams as the words leave your mouth. "But that doesn't mean anything. When I got pregnant with Jane, I had my period the same month I took the test. Besides, it's not like pregnancy tests are just gonna fall from the sky." You try to bring her back down to earth, but she's already reaching into her bag to hand you a box of pregnancy tests. You look between her and the tests, struggling to put the pieces together.

"You've been spacey, and your boobs got huge last week, so I came to my own conclusion," she says. "I also have great mother's intuition."

"Should I be concerned that you took so much interest in the size of my boobs?"

"I mean, it was kinda hard to miss." She says, and you laugh, turning the box of tests over in your hands to check the expiration date. They're relatively new and don't expire for another year. There's also a good amount in there, at least five or six. 

"Where did you even find this?" You ask as you tuck the box into your backpack. 

"FEDRA still makes them. They're the shitty ninety-nine cents ones designed in 2003, but it's better than nothing." She explains. You nod and move to pull yourself onto Goldie's saddle when she looks at you expectantly. There's definitely something to be said about the Miller men's taste in stubborn women. 

"I promise to take one tonight if you promise to stop talking about my boobs while we're on patrol." 

"Done."

"So, she just threw a box of pregnancy tests at you?" Joel asks as he leans against the sink. 

"Pretty much," you say as you stand and flush the toilet. The beauty of marriage is that you guys can still have conversations while actively taking three pregnancy tests. You push him out of the way and set them face-down on the counter as you wash your hands. He doesn't go far, lingering at your left. "You really didn't say anything to Tommy?"

"I swear."

"Maria must be a fucking witch then," you mumble as you dry your hands and look up at him. There's a glint in the deep brown of his irises, and you smirk. "Don't."

"Don't what?"

"Don't look at me like that. That look is how we got here in the first place."

"'M excited." He says as he wraps his arms around your waist from behind and kisses your jaw. You cover his hands with yours and indulge him as he sways you back and forth to a song neither of you can hear.

"We don't even know anything for sure. I don't even think I'm actually pregnant."

"Then, why did you take three?"

"I took three when I found out I was pregnant with Jane. It seemed like a good number," you say, and he hums into your neck, unconvinced. The worry scratching at the corners of your brain takes center stage, and you feel like you could puke. You take a deep breath and squeeze his wrist. "I don't want to get our hopes up for something that might not happen."

"What d'you mean?" He asks, pulling away from you enough to look at you. 

"What if I can't get pregnant ever again? I've been stabbed, beaten, shot at, starved, left for dead, all of it. And that was fine as long as I survived because I never thought I'd live long enough to want another baby. But now we're here, and I'm scared," you word vomit. Joel doesn't hesitate to hug you tightly, rubbing your back and wrapping you in his warmth. A few tears fall from your eyes and stain his shirt, and you can't stop them. "I don't want to disappoint you."

"Baby, you could never disappoint me, okay? I love you. Hey," he gently holds your face in his big hands and looks at you when he hears you sniffle. "I love you. Nothin' in the world could change that. Nothin' else matters to me except for you and Ellie, and I'm so happy with the both of you. If it's us three forever, that's more than enough. If we do have a baby, that's fine, too. But nothin' about you will ever disappoint me, okay?" He asks, and you nod. He wipes your tears away with his thumbs and kisses your forehead. You still feel uncertain and shaky, but his presence soothes something profound in you.

"I think the tests should be ready." You find your voice, glancing at the three tests staring at you. You turn in his arms and try to find the courage to grab a test off the sink.

"No matter what, we're gonna be okay. We'll always be okay." He says, kissing the spot under your ear, and you nod. You take a deep breath and quickly flip the test over before you can change your mind. 

"Oh, shit," you breathe as soon as you spot the dark, unmistakable lines. Joel reaches around you and grabs another one, and another pair of dark lines greet you. You pick the third and final one up and see the positive markings. Three yeses and six identical lines fill you with hope, starkly different than your gut reaction to your three positive tests at sixteen. You turn to look at Joel and find him staring at the test with tears falling down his cheeks. "Oh, baby," you murmur as you wrap your arms around his neck and hug him. "Are these happy tears?" You ask, and he laughs.

"The happiest," he says, and you smile. He buries his head in your neck, and you cry together. At their core, they're happy tears for the new baby you'll be having together, but you know he's remembering when he found out about Sarah the same way you're thinking about Jane. It's bittersweet. You think it always will be. You imagine a huge electric sign pointing to your grief as if it were a nightclub, announcing that love was once here. Then, in the smallest font possible, there is a note stating that love still is. "We're gonna have a baby."

"We're gonna have a baby." You repeat as he kisses you. You would stay there forever, wrapped up in him, but the sound of the front door opening and closing forces you to pull away. 

"Hello? Is anyone home?" Ellie calls from downstairs, and your eyes widen at Joel. 

"In here!" You yell back. You quickly hide the tests behind your back and do your best to look natural as you stand with Joel in the bathroom with tears staining your faces. You don't hide it very well. Ellie can see that much as she steps into the threshold of your bathroom with the Ellie Stink Face on.

"Why are we all hanging out in here?" She asks, and you can't even answer her. You just hand her the pregnancy test and watch as her mind works. You and Joel are buzzing as you wait for her reaction, hoping for something big and sweet, but she shrugs. "I don't get it." She says, and Joel laughs. Sometimes it's easy to forget that Ellie was born after the world fell apart.

"So, I just took this test to see if I'm pregnant. Two lines mean yes." You explain, and she finally lights up, her eyes bouncing between you and Joel.

"You're gonna have a baby?" She asks, and you nod. "Oh, my fucking God!" She yells as she wraps you in a big hug, jumping up and down with you in her arms.

"Hey, be gentle. There's precious cargo in there." Joel teases, but Ellie barely reacts to his words. Instead, she hugs him, still jumping up and down. There's nothing purer in the world than her squeals of joy and trying to answer her million questions. You like to think that Jane and Sarah are somewhere nearby, maybe in the next room you can't see quite yet, listening and getting just as excited as Ellie.

I’m going to stop saying I have another question, because I just keep thinking of more (my brain has not had this much enrichment since Octonauts as a kid, my first special interest). This one might be a little spoiler-y, so feel free to tell me that you can’t answer.

If Etho and Doc bet on Jimmy and Grian bringing home their boyfriends, and Scar is largely wheelchair bound… what are the logistics of that? I can’t imagine Doc making a bet that he knew he would lose. But the under-city REALLY doesn’t seem all that accessible, even if you have legs that work correctly (wings are really the easiest way).

Did Doc not know? Is there another logistic that I’m not thinking of here? Would Scar wear his Hot Guy stuff under his clothes to be able to walk around? But then that means that Hot Guy identity would be a little easier to see through… especially because the other overcity people know about him being in a wheelchair. And different people interact with him both as Hot Guy and as Scar (secondary question, does Pearl and maybe Scott immediately recognize the voice?).

I’ve been trying to puzzle this one out for a bit now. Mainly the fact that Doc wouldn’t make a losing bet on purpose.

It is a little spoilery, so I don't wanna give to much of an answer, not because I don't have one, because I DO but yeah, the topic of accessiblity in terms of Scar's eventual trip to the under-city is planned to be the focus of a piece later down the road!

What I will say is that you're very much correct. Doc is well-aware of Scar's mobility issues, and he most certainly would never take a bet he couldn't win.

Also side note: Pearl knows Scar is Hot Guy! It's never really explicitly told to her or Jimmy, but they puzzle it together after Grian kinda dances around the topic of how Scar figured out he was a hybrid, and it's pretty much just like an open secret at this point with the three of them and Scar. Scar is fine with it, he can see considering how the three of them are hybrids in the over-city that they know how to keep a secret! 😆 Scott doesn't know Scar yet, he's never met him in his civilian identity, but if he were to meet him, maybe he would recognize him by his voice? Only time will tell.

Okay so, ya know Clementine from the walking dead game?(if you haven’t played it I highly recommend it, make sure you start at season 1) okay so I’m specifically looking for a season 2 Clementine with a mix of season 4, okay so reader is badass, protective, dangerous(oooooo), and grew up in another universe separate from the bots and kids where a zombie apocalypse has occurred! She tries her best to protect the kids while she’s stuck in their world, looking for this other kid she’s was taking care of as well, and I kinda wanna see how she would react to first meeting the bots? I think she’d try and shoot them or attack them if they were in their holoforms, if it was Raf she’d probably try to protect him as she seems to have a soft spot for younger kids and he reminds her of the kid she was protecting- and I’m rambling:,) sorry! When optimus met (Y/N) it was by accident.

Optimus was trying to stop the decepticons from getting a new artifact but when it activated, it and the next thing he sees is a human, in torn up clothes, has a few weapons, including the crossbow they where holding

The human looks between optimus and the decepticons.

After a silent moment, the human quickly throws some things on the ground and soon sparks start to fly.

It blinds them and the human takes their chance to run.

When optimus saw this, he ran after them.

Soo. He found them and told them he ment no harm and he needed to get them out of here.

Let's say (Y/N) dident trust him and yelled at him. Saying that they won't be tricked by a zombie cybertronian!

He was very confused but explained he was not a zombie.

Once he gained their trust, he brought them to the base.

They immediately took responsibility to protect the kids.

They also explained to the team about their world.

They felt terrible for them and told them that they welcomed to stay.

They told them they would rather return to their world since their jack, miko, and Ralphal are still alive and needed their help.

The team then decided to help them home.

Ratchet

When ratchet met (Y/N) it was by accident.

He was alone at base, fixing the land bridge.

When suddenly it malfunctions and causes a explosion.

When the smoke cleared, he is met face to face with a human.

This human was in army clothes, had weapons on their back, and they where holding a crossbow.

After a silent moment of looking at eachother, the human says his name in a whisper.

He told them how they got here.

(Y/N) explained that they where from a diffrent universe where planet earth has become a waste land and there is zombies.

They cried and huge ratchet.

Since ratchet was dead in their universe.

When ratchrt offer to send them back, (Y/N) told them that there was no point of returning home.

Wheeljack was flying in his ship when he came across a black hole.

He accidentally got to close and was sucked in.

He found himself in another world.

It was earth but not.

He tried to go into a military base to steal something but came across (Y/N) who attacked him, thinking that he was a zombie.

When wheeljack explained that he wasent a zombie, he took this chance to look over (Y/N).

That's when he noticed how they where dressed.

Crossbow, guns, army clothes, coverd in dirt.

He asked what happened and (Y/N) explained that the decepticons realized a new weapon.

It caused everything alive, including cybertronians, to become zombies.

She helps wheeljack to fix his ship, in return he brings her to his world since there's nothing left for them here

He agrees.

After they return to his world, he interduce them to the autobot teams

Wheeljack has a new space traveling buddy.

Bumblebee

Bumblebee met (Y/N) when he was fighting Soundwave.

Soundwave opened 2 portals next to Bumblebee and sent him to another dimension.

That's when he met himself but as a zombie.

Bumblebee ran for his life, fighting for his life and soon found some shelter.

That's when he met (Y/N)

He beeped at them, trying to tell them he wasent a zombie.

Thankfully (Y/N) understood him.

They explained what happened and that the kids, autobots, decepticons, and life on earth are all gone.

Bumblebee felt bad, but offered to bring them back to his world.

(Y/N) was super happy and agreed.

They took him to the now abandoned autobot base and showed them the still intact ground bridge.

When he activated it, he wen thru with (Y/N).

The team was so happy to see him again and welcomed (Y/N) with open arms.

The kids loved (Y/N) and (Y/N) was so happy to see the kids again.

(Y/N) told optimus that they where so happy to see him again.

Since in their world, optimus went missing.

When you grab out junk food to eat, while also ranting off how absurd your life is, he just chuckles as he switches out the junk food to more healthy foods. When you’re hungry, and admittedly deny it, he gets up and makes you food. You can’t help but love the food he makes. 

You’re holding his child, how can he not protect you? It could be planned, or it couldn’t be, but either way, he will protect you and his child with his life.

SO, the webtoon's name is Like Mother Like Daughter and the mom's a platonic yandere. The mom's a perfectionist who loves her daughter (the mc) and wants her to live the "perfect" life (read: be a clone of her). The mother never uses physical abuse on her daughter BUT she uses manipulation and subtle warnings. She's also very protective to the extent that she murdered the mc's friend who had a fight with the mc and secretly puts a tracker on her daughter's phone. Now, the MC's not dumb. She's aware of what her mother's doing but she's pretending to be a good daughter while secretly trying to escape from her. However, mommy's always one step ahead and the mc's dancing on her mother's palm. (btw in one of the episodes, the mc tried to investigate her friend's death using a data stolen from her mom. She opened it only to find a note from her mother saying : "I knew that you had always suspected me, do you think that I have no idea?" ⭐

Another kind of weird ask but what do you think of Michael and his characterization in sister location along with what happens to him at the end?

Oooooo. Okay so Michael’s characterisation is interesting as in the games he’s a snarky sarcastic Brit and I do really like that. After sister location my headcanon is that he just crashes at Sammy and Jessica’s place in the basement while drawing. But when he hears about Fazbear’s Frights he jumps right back into action.

Now I’m going to go into my Michael for the main timeline where everything is shit and Charlie is dead.

Personally how I like to write Michael is that he is in the mix of being extroverted and introverted while keeping that sarcastic attitude. So after the bite of 83 he is felling really bad and doesn’t value his life that much but thanks to Sammy, Jessica and especially Marla he starts to pick himself back up so during fnaf 2 and 1 he’s a lot more positive than he was when he was a teen.

He even starts living with Marla as the two start dating but unfortunately after sister location Michael breaks off the relationship due to Ennard reasons. Marla was devastated as she didn’t know why this happened and it hurt even more as she was pregnant at the time.

They do end up making up as Sammy and Jessica force Michael to reveal himself to their friends but they don’t get back together for obvious reasons.

Okay but what if one day Eddie found his own PomPom. Like he comes home from Hellfire and it’s raining and before he gets inside he just hears the saddest scratchiest meow. And then he finds the scraggliest, roughest looking stray black cat, skinny, has a bit of it’s ear missing and maybe missing patches of fur.

And Eddie, sweet big-hearted Eddie, adopter of freshmen, falls in love with this weird looking cat. So Eddie tries to coax the little guy out, and this cat is at first not having it, and Eddie gets a few new scratches. But Eddie is patient, even while it’s pouring rain, and gives the little guy slices of lunchmeat while talking in the softest voice he can manage, and eventually the cat lets him pet him and pick him up and the rest is history...

I know he’d be more likely to name the cat after one of his favorite musicians, but I can’t get “PomPom and Patches” out of my head

Picture this, Eddie is coming home from hellfire one night and he sees this glint of eyes flashing at him from the road infront of him.

He doesn’t know what kind of animal it is but he still slams on the brakes.

His van scares the cat off of the road and into a bush. Poor thing out there in the middle of the night, it was a cold one, his jacket doing nothing to shield him from the biting wind.

He rushed out of the car and tried to collect the cat but it wouldn’t budge.

His girlfriend’s house was only a few miles away so he drove there, the time was now much later into the night.

She was asleep by the time he got there, the night guard reluctantly letting him in.

“Babe wake up. Baaaaabe!”

“Eddsie whaat?” She slurred, rolling over in bed to meet his excited eyes staring her down.

“There’s a cat,” he briefly explains, getting her attention instantly.

“Oooooo where?” She stumbles out of bed, throwing on one of his jackets over her nightgown and slipping on a pair of bunny slippers.

“About a mile away. Get in the car I’m gonna grab some lunch meat for it.”

Much to his dismay, even with the lunch meat the cat is not interested in him.

“Eddie. Baby. I’m cold.” She had left the car to seek the heat of his body, snaking her arms around him and cuddling against his back.

It was her soft voice that finally lured the cat out, bounding out of the bush and rubbing itself on her uncovered ankles.

“Hey little buddy,” she cooed, scooping the cat into her arms and cradling it against her chest.

“How do you do that?” He scoffs, slinging an arm around her shoulder and leading her back to the car.

The cat clings to her for the foreseeable future, only comfortable when she’s holding it in some way.

And then it comes to the subject of naming the cat.

That cat would have like 15 names bc they never can decide on one lmao

Eddie starts with naming the cat after one of his fav band members

But then he brings the name up to his gf and she’s like “No eddie that’s a girl cat” (she can tell by the shape of her face, girl cats have a different shape)

She decides she wants to name the cat Kit Kat bc she’s a cat and she’s a dark brown color like chocolate.

She’s very very skittish at first like she only lets Eddie and his gf hold her or pet her

But she’s not mean by any stretch. And she’s spoiled as hell, eating a diet of mainly salmon and cream.

When they first got her she was skinny and her fur was messy but after a few weeks she’s starting to look much better.

Thoughts on Husk and Niffty?

Short answer: GRAAAAAAAA I LIKE THEM I WANT MORE CONTENT OF THEM MORE M O R E RAAAGHH

I’m really interested in seeing more of them, be it with how short season 1 was, wanting MORE RAGH, and being a fan of hazbin since the creators speed drawing days I’m really interested in seeing what’s official now, what changed and stuff yah know? Like husk being an ex overlord??? Oooooo

And like the fact they’re mysterious without having to fully rely on the lore of Alastor, both have their own personalities, back stories, and specific traits that make them stand out on their own in the cast, and from their boss that owns their lives

Back on husk being an ex overlord, that means Niffty was one as well right? and if so I really wanna know what she was like before she sold her soul to alastor, and tbh with how she acts, did she even sell her soul to him? /j

She doesn’t seem as miserable as Husk like what was her trade with alastor, did she loose a bet or was this an honest deal? Why him and not the other overlords?

We got a look into their dynamic in season 1, with Husk seeming to know a lot more about Niffty, making her more mysterious than Alastor tbh, Husk is a okay with insulting his boss to other people but when Niffty signaled him to keep quiet??? And he did???? NIFFTY LORE NOW😩

I just wanna know their human lives as well, and what souls did they own before alastor claimed theirs? In order to be an overlord you gotta own souls yah know? And how did alastor win their souls? We see with Husk he lost a card game, so how did Niffty lose if she didn’t want to sell her soul? Both are younger than Alastor so like did they know his name at least or did they just think he was a random sinner? Since the only ones telling us his lore was Vaggie in the pilot, and Mimzy, someone that knew him personally when they were alive. Husk and Niffty don’t say anything about him from what I remember, just that husk is miserable and Niffty is… Niffty 🌝

And since Husk was an overlord, how did people react when he lost his soul to alastor?? does alastor own his casino now? I get he’s called a fraud and scammer now but like, since we haven’t seen it, is he called that by random sinners? People that lose to card games with him? Or current (but older) overlords? (Since I don’t think the Vs really keep track tbh) 🤷‍♀️

Alastor had a habit of just killing overlords, and since the souls he seems to own seem to be his little henchmen, what did Niffty and husk have specifically that makes him not only keep them around, but also bicker with? Like yes he still views them as benith them but like still they’re has to be more to that contract to prevent alastor form killing them the moment their souls were traded.

Overall I just wanna know more about them, but if the short season eps is a pattern, I’m satisfied with consuming official content and fan art, because tbh there is very little husk and Niffty content in this fandom
