My fiancé took me to the local botanical garden and we took pictures with our Polaroid camera! I was so excited to wear my new AP dress, since it has a floral print I thought it would be perfect for garden pictures. I love how they turned out 🌷

Black x white coords with eternal_frill and akabane.aiko 🖤🤍 Bonnet, rectangle headdress and headbow, the basic headwear of lolitas!

We went for a little tea outing and thought matching colour scheme would be cute. I basically never wear black & white style but had been holding on to this old velveteen BtSSB JSK (I think from 2001), PLUS apparently hoarding matching B✖︎W accessories for it, so now was the time.

Because I think this is a departure from what I usually wear I felt a little different, too! The skirt of the JSK is pretty narrow compared to modern lolita standards and a little shorter too, so somehow I felt it didn't stick out as much. The side ribbons are of course the type you have to keep tying yourself, so forgive the dangly strands.

I'm pretty sure the majority of the items we are all wearing are Baby, the Stars Shine Bright. My coord is all BABY except for the plush bag (Metamorphose Temps de Fille), the shoes (Queen Bee), and my jacket (Innocent World).

Just thinking that I kinda wish I took the whole online streamer route cuz I used to play all of the competitive shooter games back in the day and was a fucking GOD at them, but unfortunately I lived with a parent who didn’t see any value in video games and would only let me play them recreationally. Like I kinda hate that I didn’t have a mom like these other popular streamers who supported their gaming habits and their streaming platforms cuz I feel like if I had that support I would be a decently good video game streamer now

Angelic pretty fancy Karami 3 tiered ruffle OP (2010)

This was my first ever Lolita coordinate from December! I’ve had an interest in various jfashion substyles for years but last fall I discovered shiro, old school, and sweet Lolita and fell in love. I like other styles as well but the more old school style shiro coords are what really piqued my interest and drew me to the community. Once I felt ready to purchase my first dress I found this beauty on Wunderwelt and I knew I had to have her! I am still learning about Lolita fashion and trying to thoughtfully expand my collection with pieces I love. I have a few other coords I will post soon as well! 🦢

Everyone was so cute and really dressed up their best for the show!

I only talked to a few people and failed to recognize a lot of people I followed online, which I feel a bit regretful about...(of course, I think recognizing me would be much too difficult, haha). But it was so cool to see the community come together like this and I really liked seeing everyone's photo and video of the event (and sometimes me in the background😳)

I have so many more photos of this outfit I want to share but I'll probably do so slowly since I think everyone has had enough for now.

i do not enjoy my summer job

#THREE people quit without warning so I'm covering all the shifts because *I'm the best person they have* #so I work from 7:30am until 6pm but I need to leave my house at 5:30 to get there on time and I make it home at around 8:30 #and then I need to coordinate with a separate group of kids for 1 on 1 tutoring on the weekends #and I was assigned 8 kids from different schools so that basically means I work literally 7 days a week #and during the day job I have to run a summer camp solo with kids from ages 4 to fucking 16 #and it has to be educational I can't just put on Netflix all day #but because the intellect gap is so huge I can't just give everyone the same assignment #so i need to make personalized lessons for 30 kids (by myself) #while also preventing the younger more chaotic kids from destroying the building and choking each other's eyes out #bro some lady dropped off her 2 year old son with me and I was like ????? #ma'am...
