"HEY!" Uzi retorted. "I didn't say you were playing!"

"Ah come on," Khan said teasingly. "Can't you let your sweet old man play for once? I get bored too ya know."

"Bite me!" Uzi snapped. "Doll, you're on my side!"

But Doll was no longer interested in the debacle of the game. She looked off in the distance, searching for even a glimpse of the missing member of the pod.

"Shouldn't Nori be back by now...?" She asked.

"Huh..." Khan replied. "Yeah. Usually she isn't gone this long. Unless..."

He trailed off, lost in a sea of his own thoughts. Doll and Uzi looked at each other, unable to make heads or tails of what he was thinking. Suddenly there was a faint scream that spooked the three of them out of their stupor.
