GNC Trans Pride Flag

GNC (gender nonconforming): a term describing an individual whose gender presentation does not align with or reflect their gender identity.

Trans*: describing individuals whose gender or sex identity doesn't match one's birth assignment (transsex and/or transgender); or those who wear clothes that are not traditionally associated with the one's gender or sex (transvestic).

Do you know what intelligence is? It is the capacity, surely, to think freely without fear, without a formula, so that you begin to discover for yourself what is real, what is true; but if you are frightened you will never be intelligent.

Most of us, as we grow older, become frightened; we are afraid of living, afraid of losing a job, afraid of tradition, afraid of what the neighbors, or what the wife or husband would say, afraid of death. Most of us have fear in one form or another; and where there is fear there is no intelligence.

It is very easy to conform to what your society or your parents and teachers tell you. That is a safe and easy way of existing; but that is not living, because in it there is fear, decay, death. To live is to find out for yourself what is true, and you can do this only when there is freedom, when there is continuous revolution inwardly, within yourself.

But you are not encouraged to do this; no one tells you to question, to find out for yourself what God is, because if you were to rebel you would become a danger to all that is false. Your parents and society want you to live safely, and you also want to live safely. Living safely generally means living in imitation and therefore in fear.

When part of you deeply wants to be a healer/work in spirituality so that your life is fulfilling and lived with purpose…

But you ARE intuitive and can unfortunately sniff out what people are about/their beliefs VERY quickly…

And every single life coach/spiritual advisor ends up letting you down, making you feel cheated and foolish for trusting yet another wrong person…

And you never want to let others down in the same way.

The struggle is real.

Why couldn’t I have just finished my degree like a normal person, functioned in the workplace and life?

I’d have 2.5 dogs, a husband whom we’d probably resent each other by now, and a white picket fence?

Or why can’t I just completely lack a conscience?

This whole being “woke” and knowing too much is kind of torture. Essentially it comes down to marketing money from vulnerable people right?

Doesn’t that feel wrong? Or is it just me?

I think there's a lot of negative connotations around being a ghost - like, loneliness, pessimism, lurking in the background where no one will see, etc etc

and I get that!! I really do!!! That's initially what made me think I was ghostkin!!! I remembered my own freaking death!!!!! That has exactly 0 positive connotation!!!!!!!

But at the same time!!! I am a SILLY CLOWN who dresses in BRIGHT DECORA, not cool, flowy nightgowns or pale achromatic colors, I try to be social even when it's hard and my anxiety or depression takes over, I try to be a light in the fog, not assimilate to it in an attempt to be more as my kin

I wish others were like this. It honestly kind of annoys me whenever I see a ghost carepack or whatever and everything's black and white and gloomy. Like, I get theming and all, but,. still?

Kin-nonconforming. Is that a thing? I don't know.

I know I'm a nonconformist in most senses of the word. I'm fucking queer and otherkin and the most colorful person in my neighborhood, possibly even my whole city. Even knowing this, it gets tiring to see no one like me.
