Its not a quirk (though it could be the effect of one) but it's been happening since he was a kid so Momadoriya and Bakugou don't really notice it anymore. Then he goes to UA and his hair is dark green the first day and royal red the next.

Bakuyama godparents taking care of Dekuchako child after they died in a villian attack.

The child was only a year old when it happened, and Momadoriya was determined to take her in, but she's getting older and didn't want her in undependible care. The lawyer in charge of the case had found that Ochako left her in Aoyama's care, but Deku left her in Bakugou's.

Yuu and Kat talk about it and for a while, they thought it best to have her live with Yuuga and Katsuki would provide other help from his own home. Yuuga has a hard time for a while, and when it all comes to a head, he rants to Masaru (Bakudad). The next day, after Katsuki has a run in with his parents, Masaru mentions how Yuuga is struggling and katsuki curses, calling him and promising to do more to help.

He does do more, but he still isn't living with them, which makes it harder. Yuuga has a big business meeting and leaves the girl in Kat's care. He ends up having to call Sero, who calls Denki, who calls Kirishima and Mina. The whole gang is here. Yuuga comes back at 2 in the morning, waking Bakugou.

They talk about how hard it'll be to parent from different homes, and Kat asks Yuuga to find a place with him.

i just watched bnha season 5 episodes 2 and 3!

my little rendition on it all is below, and does contain spoilers

okok so i dunno if they’re producing a dub yet(prolly not) and i already watch the sub by default, so i dunno if it differs between translations. BUT! while todoroki”s “that’s a bad scar”(paraphrasing btw) toward enji was still really goddamn funny, the manga’s “nasty scar you got there” still had a better delivery, imo (slight reminder that i am only on the really really early volumes of the manga and don’t know all that much beyond the anime~) (so if we gon talk canon i am not your guy, at least in terms of manga LMAO-)
