Hey!! Are you over 18 and in the miraculous fandom? Then this is for you!!

Hi everyone, this is my last semester of uni, and one of my final projects to be able to graduate is to write a scientific paper. I'm writing an article about adult fans of children's animation, specifically Miraculous Ladybug. My goal is to understand what makes adults (like us) want to join fandoms centered around shows aimed primarily at children, and to do that I'd love to hear directly from the source! The survey takes around 10 minutes to answer, it's 100% anonymous and it would help me immensely!

What would happen legally to the Agrestes if Gabriel gets caught?

Like his money, his house, his company, what would he get charged with, and what would happen to Adrien since he's a minor? I've tried to look it up on my own, but its kinda hard since the whole magic/superhero thing, I think he also committed crimes in other places (didn't he cause chaos in Shanghai and America?), and I live in America (he lives in France) so there's also the difference in laws there. Also what would happen to his employees?

Will Adrien have to live with the next of kin, like one of his grandparents (if they're even still alive)? Will Gabriel's whole company and fortune go to him when Gabes in prison? Or will it just sit in some bank (the money that is) until he gets out (if he does) with Adrien unable to access it. Will the government take everything? Can Adrien technically still live in his house even though he's a minor? Will the authorities arrest Adrien considering he was Hawkmoth's son and could theoretically have helped him (since Ladybug and Chat noir are teenagers and are so capable it may make people think Adrien could have had a role even though he's just a kid.)?

He's probably at least gonna be questioned. Adrien like knows none of his relatives except like Felix and his Aunt too, what if he ends up having to live with a 'complete' stranger not in Paris?? With Felix i'm pretty sure it be pretty chill though considering emotion, (Amelie really be letting Felix do what ever he wants, lol)

Also what about Kagami? If Gabriel goes down he's taking Tomoe down with him (maybe even others.) Her rings literally are what's giving the akumas miraculous powers. She probably gonna be investigated (probably the whole company.) Will she also go to jail? Will Kagami be technically an orphan as well? Does she even have any relatives to go to (though isn't she part of a family of skilled fencers?) Will she have to go back to Japan? Is everyone just gonna live at Felix's? 🤣

So do yall think Dark Cupid and Zombizou's powers would cancel eachother out? Like if a kissing zombie got hit with one of DC's arrows would they just go back to normal because of the conflicting brainwashings? Or would they cease functioning altogether and end up in a state of crisis over the conflicting brainwashings? Would one override the other? And furthermore, would any other brainwashing Akuma's cancel eachother out? Like if you got Princess Fragrence'd would you snap out of it if say, Befana decided you were a good child and made you an angel? I was wondering about DC and Zombizou specifically because of their powers being such distinct opposites(and Kim is my favorite character) but now I'm curious damn-

Ok quick dsmp art dump because yes I did go through a dsmp phase, and I have a huge mix of varying feelings about it (the whole spectrum of contempt all the way to adoration), but because I know it has a bad rep and because I don't really wanna associate with it anymore, instead of posting all these separately, it's all in one go.

Stopped working on it on may 2021 because life and I also lost-#interest in dsmp and especially ranboo's character that period of time. The storyboard for the entire thing is complete though so legit if-#i ever feel like being a little funny i could finish the thing ahahah. The absolute irony of watching an episode (and a half) of Miraculous Tales of Ladybug and Chat Noir out of curiosity the other night while waiting out a PC update to be done only to get hit with the news it just ended its first arc after eight years.

#just for the record i have no horse in this race on the show so i can't give an honest opinion #other than there are a lot of fics for it on AO3 #and the story quality has questionably dipped although YMMV #but how do you spend EIGHT YEARS on a single arc???#i don't think even one piece is that bad and the pacing is fucking GLACIAL #yeah btw somebody on tw!tter called this show the one piece for french ppl and i lost it lmao #no but srsly how do you drag an arc out for that long #sailor moon had five seasons and by the end of the show the girls were more than halfway through high school #eight arcs and the show's cast is still in MIDDLE SCHOOL #if there's a sense of time progressing idk but you'd think by the end of season five they'd already be in high school #again i can't form an opinion b/c i have next to no knowledge on the show #i'm just surprised it took THIS LONG to wrap up just ONE story arc #miraculous ladybug #fuck it i'm tagging this just to see if anybody else is just as surprised as i am YEET

I thought of a great new Miraculous hero villain character while washing dishes today: the school district superintendent who has become sick of all the anonymous complaints he’s been getting about the disciplinary situation and finally shown up to sort out the situation himself.

Superintendent: Just for the record, a local mayor doesn’t have the ability to fire you, no matter how corrupt he is. That’s MY call to make.

Principal Assclown Damocles: *visibly sweating*

The movies and TV series are two different things. But! If there's something that the movie trying to tell, it's that without Chat Noir gentle assurance, there will be no confidence Ladybug. Alya is the one who make Marinette take the mantle again, but it's Chat Noir's gentle approach that build up her confidence.

Why does Gabriel look so much older in the before??

Lol he looks like at least ten years younger in the bottom one. Are we just gonna say that the glasses age him like crazy? I guess maybe it just be like that sometimes. Here are some other pictures of him from the past.

And here's a picture of Gabriel from when Adrien is a teen.

I guess he just went gray early so in between dyes he starts to drastically look older. At the beginning of the series he looks blonde too. But then starts to look more gray as time goes on, prob got sick of dyeing it, especially since he's in his house all the time and gotta be akuma ready 🤣.
