(kind of don't have an Official Outfit but here she is in her pjs b/c she as a rule does not leave her room, or her bed)

Lady palume, eldest of the moonfolk! She's existed for more or less as long as the moon has existed (~6B yrs), though her body and consciousness developed extremely slowly over that period of time; she first became able to move around the time the first life-forms evolved on earth, and her body took human shape around the same time as the appearance of the first complex animals; she's experienced what humans would understand as sentience for much of her lifespan but regularly excises long stretches of her memory just b/c there's too much to keep/carry... her current span of unbroken memory begins a couple of hundred thousand years before the birth of the other deities (the oldest of those are aste-mari at ~450k years ago and everyone else is 200k yrs younger, palume is really orders of magnitude older than any of them), at which point she was living alone in the palace on her moon. she doesn't remember when the palace was built, or when the books that its libraries are full of were written, or how to read them, and she has made no efforts to remember the answers to any of these questions; a type who is uninterested in things around her to such a degree that she passively resents activity/curiosity in others

She's also intensely uninterested in life on earth, and although she's learned to live with the other moonfolk, she remains inherently kind of apart from them; many of the others consider her a mother figure (including the younger moon gods who specifically consider her their mother, but that's a copying-human-behaviour choice even by the standards of weird moonfolk parenting, and she's done very little that could be considered motherly for them) but she has trouble taking more than a passing interest in any of their concerns (though she has undeniably softened a little since aste & mari first came into existence). still, she's kind of resigned to a leadership/teacher role because in many cases she does innately know more abt the moon and how to live on it than any of the others, and she doesn't mind being cared for/treated with respect by them

she's also one of the most beloved gods on earth to this day because of her sacrifice of (half) the moon itself (&her ability to live amongst the others) to become a city for the other moonfolk to live in after their Earth Mishap, but she didn't do that out of any particular love for humanity; it was really just a final line in the sand / her taking the opportunity to once again withdraw and cut herself off from the world, since she'd already become tired of it in her relatively extremely short time there; she does not care for/abt humans at all (and specifically has some feelings abt akadia's care for humanity that she cannot and will not process beyond some very childish 'told you so, i knew humankind was innately bad, you should just give up and not do anything like i told you to' gloating)... she also will not acknowledge in any capacity that her feelings on the topic are more complex than they've ever been abt anything. fundamentally she's a selfish, self-victimizing quitter who wants nothing to do with anything once it becomes any level of difficult; she's incapable of really taking responsibility for anything, & intensely emotionally immature; though she's generally very passive and slow-moving she can really throw a tantrum lol

in the realm of 'complicated things that happened in the world that she won't acknowledge having strong feelings about' though... :3c at one point, over the course of several months she and ilora experienced a little time-slip connection where the doorways of her inner moon-palace chambers were connected to an outlying sub-palace in the tasier capital, and without either of them knowing that this was happening/who the other was they forged a very intense friendship from opposite sides of the door to palume's room, which was then suddenly cut off one day; ilora has been trying to figure out how to get to her ever since, and palume, thousands of years back, has been waiting for her :)c

First impression: ....literally just me being like "wait,, is that daichi?" for the first fifteen episodes 😅

Impression now: i love him! he's so well rounded. i think he probably comes off as quiet at first, but he's actually super observant and analytical imo. he really just sees everyone all the time and always knows exactly what advice to give them. i really like that line tanaka says when he's talking about how ennoshita would be a good captain, something like "i think ennoshita is the type of person who can understand all kinds of different people," and i think that's really true for him. also, he's real big on self-reflection, probably still struggles with self-doubt sometimes

Favorite moment: i love all his little moments when he's just like analyzing people from the sidelines lol, there's a bunch of them and it really helps build his character for me. but my favorite moment is definitely when he comes in for daichi after he's injured and he realizes that he CAN actually fit the captain role, not just bc his emotional intelligence is there, but because he can actually be a real and effective support for the team on the court. he can be essential for them for more than just his attitude, but for how he sees the game, and how he plays the game. that whole sequence is so powerful and really relatable imo, and i just love how furudate gives such emphasis to "normal" people as well as the "monsters" like hinata. plus the ripple effect that it then has on yamaguchi as well and all of the "former quitter" parallels there are great. getting good for yourself also inspires others and ultimately helps connects everyone together. *cough* it's captain behavior *cough*

Idea for a story: again nothing concrete or anything, but anything involving the "director ennoshita" from furudate's extras is a yes from me lmao. so much potential for chaos, i love it

Unpopular opinion: the only thing i can think of is that i've heard more casual viewers say that the chapters/episodes focused on him are boring, and i very much disagree with that lol

Favorite relationship: can i just say all of the other second years? i know the series touches on this a few times, saying that he's essentially like their de-facto leader in a way, but honestly i love how whenever you see them all hanging out you can see that that is true (like they'd go to him for advice, or when someone needs to be responsible, he makes that happen), but i also like how he much they all feel like real friends. i imagine they were hanging out having study sessions at the tanaka's before the idiot quartet needed to study to go to the tokyo training camp. idk the five of them feel really bonded to me, esp with all the shared experience of ukai sr being there and not being there etc. i just love them all together

Favorite headcanon: he's the guy on the team who's always sneaking pictures of everyone when they're not looking. he's got embarrassing photos of them all and will occasionally just photo dump them all to everyone for fun

I love the rain. I love sitting on my couch on a rainy day, drinking tea or a hot cocoa and write/watch a movie/play video games. If it’s cold, i’ll wear my favorite huge sweater and wrap a blanket around me and enjoy being a burrito.

But I also love being outside on a warm rainy day when the rain hits my skin and drenches my hair. I just absolutely love it.

A big fat yes. Once I’m in the water it’s hard to get me out again. I could stay in there forever and just swim. It’s a shame that going to the beach is one of the few things i still feel self-concious to go to on my own.
