Dancing with the Devil and His Wife in the Pale Moonlight
Yandere! Lucifer Morningstar X Reader X Yandere! Lilith Morningstar
Hey, guys! Welcome to another Lucifer story, this time with his wife Lilith! An Anon had asked for a longer fanfiction, so I did my best to do that ask justice. I'm thinking of making a part 2 but let me know what you think. As always enjoy and have a great day/night!
Words: 5612
Warnings: Kidnapping, Non-Con Kissing, Swearing, Slight gore near the end, Slight Possessive Tendencies, Slight drug use at the end
I hummed as I stretched my legs on the bar in the dance studio. Today our class was rehearsing for the ballet Three Virgins and a Devil which was going to be performing at our local theater. We had been practicing for months now but today was special. Today some of our patrons who financially support our ballet company were coming to watch us. It was quite a surprise as nobody really knew who the mysterious couple was, so gossip amongst my fellow ballerinas was high. The talk continued even as we prepared our bodies for our demonstration. “I heard that our patrons are very wealthy and looking for somebody they can throw their money to.”
“You mean they are looking for a third?”
“Possibly!”
“Well if they are looking for a third there’s no way any of you would get it,” Jessica the prima ballerina stated.
“Girls, please,” our director, Maria, clapped her hands, “let’s get to work.”
We formed our line and started to do some warm up exercises. After about ten minutes of warm up, we ran a couple of our numbers. Suddenly the door to the studio swung open to reveal a man and a woman. The man was on the shorter side and had paleish skin, blonde hair, red tinted cheeks and red eyes. The woman was tall and had long blonde hair, purple eyes and a paleish complexion. We all stopped to stare. Their skin tone and eyes really threw us off but maybe they wore contacts to intimidate people. Our director let a big grin form on her face as she ushered the couple in. “Ah, Mr and Mrs Morningstar! Welcome! Please come in.”
The couple stopped in the middle of the room and surveyed us. I bowed my head and fiddled with my shirt hem. Their gazes felt fiery and made me feel quite uncomfortable. “This is our Corps de Ballet. We were just practicing for our upcoming production when you both walked in. I’m sure you would be interested in seeing some material.”
“Absolutely! My wife and I would like to see what our money buys after all.”
“Of course, Mr Morningstar. Girls.”
We all got into our places and Maria pressed play on the CD player. We performed an ensemble piece and one with the three leads: Jessica, Savannah and Tessa. Our patrons just watched us with curious eyes and applauded when we were all done. “That was quite the show you ladies put on. I think my husband and I can agree our money is being well spent. However, we'd like to talk to you, Miss Maria, if we could.”
“Of course. We can go to my office. Girls, keep rehearsing. I’ll be back as soon as I can.”
We all watched as the three of them left and as soon as the door shut gossip was at an all time high. “Oh my gosh, did you see the way they looked at Jessica? If they are looking for a third I’ll bet they’ll choose her!”
“No way! They were totally staring at me!”
“Girl, that’s not possible. If anything they were staring at your fumbled footwork at beat five.”
“Shut up! That’s not true!”
“What do you think, Y/n? Who were they staring at?”
All of the girls in my circle turned to me. I let out a huff. “I wasn’t paying attention. I was too focused on my steps.”
“At least one of us was,” Jessica stated.
We all turned to stare at her. “Like I said before, I’d be their first choice for a third.”
The smirk that played on her lips made me quite angry. Because she was the prima ballerina she always thought everyone was interested in her. While it may be true, her pride was too boastful. “Oh please. Stop lying to yourself. I saw where their gaze was during your performance. It was at the back.”
“Yeah right! All eyes are always on me.”
I rolled my eyes. God she was so annoying.
“Ladies, you heard what Maria said. We need to practice. This discussion can continue later.”
“Alright, party pooper.”
We fell into our positions and began another ensemble routine. Jessica called out counts as we danced and about twenty minutes later Maria returned. “Good job today, girls. You deserve a break for the rest of the day. Jessica, Y/n, please stay behind. I’d like to talk to both of you.”
I looked at my friends in confusion. Why was I needed?
As my fellow dancers passed to get changed, Lily grabbed my shoulder. “It’ll be okay, Y/n.”
She quickly walked off with the others. I sighed and walked to the mirrors where Maria stood. Jessica side eyed me and then focused back on our instructor. “Good job today, both of you. The Morningstars were very taken aback by your performances. In fact, they’d like to get to know you both on a more personal level.”
I felt myself stop breathing and my eyes widen. They what?
“They’d like to take you both to dinner tomorrow night. A car will come and pick up both of you so no need to worry about rides.”
“Miss Maria, are you sure Y/n was an interested party? After all she’s just an ensemble member-”
“Yes, Jessica. They were quite. Interested. They said their car should be there around 6 pm to pick up our prima ballerina and 7 pm to pick up Y/n. Please dress nice, you are representing Carmilla Carmine’s Ballet Academy after all.”
“Yes, ma’am.”
“Yes, mistress.”
“You’re both excused.”
The two of us took our leave and as soon as the door closed behind us Jessica snarled at me. “Listen here and listen well. If you were a team player you’d refuse to come to this dinner tomorrow.”
“I’m just not showing up. You heard Miss Maria! The Morningstars were interested in both of us. How do you think that’ll reflect on our Academy if I just don’t show up?”
“Just don’t embarrass me tomorrow!”
She huffed and stormed off. I sighed and went into the locker room. I sat on one of the benches and traded out my pointe shoes for my regular tennis shoes. Throwing on my hoodie, I grabbed my backpack and headed out of the studio. The rest of my day went fairly well. My friends from work texted me asking if I was alright. I told them what had happened and they blew up my phone. They couldn’t believe an opportunity like this was being given to a backup dancer. I chuckled at their antics in my text messages and responded to them throughout the night.
The next day I had gotten up fairly early and ran some errands. When I got back to my apartment later I did some cleaning. I noticed it was getting closer to the time my date was so I finished and ran into my bedroom. I chose a nice long, flowy, favorite color dress and a pair of black flats. In my bathroom I added some light makeup to my face and attached a silver necklace to my body. After I was done I looked at my phone to see it was 7 pm. Grabbing my keys and a small purse, I locked my door and took the stairs to the lobby. I walked out to the street and saw a short man getting out of a black Mercedes-Benz. “Miss L/n?”
“Yep, that’s me.”
“Follow me please.”
He walked to the back of the car and opened the door. “Thanks.”
I slid in and he shut the door. He returned to the driver’s side and got in. Starting the car, we headed out. I looked around as the man drove. I had never been in such a fancy car before so this was truly a new experience. The interior was all black leather and the windows were tinted. Jessica sat next to me texting on her phone. I watched as the nightlife of my city passed by in amazement. It felt like a different ride. The car suddenly came to a halt and the driver got out. He opened the door for Jessica first and then he opened my side. I stared at the restaurant and nearly collapsed. We were parked in front of Melbourne’s, a very fancy and well known place. Rumor had it that the wait list was three months before somebody could get in. “Ah, Jessica, Y/n! So glad you could make it!”
I looked over to see the Morningstars approach us, each of them giving us a kiss on the cheek. The Misses wore a long, sparkly, purple dress while the Mr wore a white outfit with red accents. “You both look lovely. Come, our table is waiting for us.”
Mr Morningstar wrapped an arm around Jessica while Mrs Morningstar wrapped an arm around me. They led us inside to a table that was hidden by a wall and some red velvet curtains in the back of the restaurant. We all sat down and I gazed over the menu. My heart nearly stopped. The prices were way out of my range. Jesus.
A waiter came over and introduced himself as Jeff before asking for the table’s drink choice. The three other occupants said some fancy wine or a fancy cocktail. When it got to me I just muttered, “Water, please.”
Jessica snorted and Mrs Morningstar looked at me. “Are you sure, Y/n? You can have anything you’d like.”
“I’m sorry I don’t drink. I honestly don't know where to begin.”
“I see. How about we start you off simple. She’ll take a brandy old fashioned.”
“All good choices. I’ll be back with those in a short bit.”
Jeff left and I felt extremely awkward. I mean I was trying my first alcoholic drink in front of practically strangers. What if I didn’t like it? I didn’t want to offend the Misses.
I picked up the menu to try and avoid small talk. Jessica and the Morningstars were discussing something and I was just trying to decide what least expensive item to get. “-ou, Y/n?”
I set the menu down and looked up. “What? Sorry.”
Mr Morningstar just smiled across the table at me. “It’s quite alright, dear. I asked what got you into ballet.”
“Oh, um, I don’t know. I guess I just find it relaxing and something to occupy my time with. I had started off as a child and just loved it ever since, Mr Morningstar.”
“Oh no need for formalities! We’re out of the studio. Please call us Luci and Lilith.”
The two smiled at us. While I felt out of place, their smiles sort of comforted me. It was almost like a parent soothing their child. “So why don’t you tell us about yourselves? We’re very interested to hear,” Lilith said.
I was about to say something when Jessica started. I just leaned back in my chair and watched other customers. There were many couples in the restaurant with a few groups scattered here and there. It was odd to see everybody dressed to the nines with their fanciest garb, but I suppose you have to live up to the dress code. “And what about you, Y/n? Anything you’d like to share,” Luci said.
The entire table turned to look at me and I could feel my skin crawling with heat. I wasn’t used to this much attention on me. Even when I was younger my siblings had always gotten the most of mom’s time. “Well, I’m uh 25 and the oldest of three. Like I said before I love ballet and I moved out here to try and make a career of it.”
“Anything else? Do you have any hobbies,” Lilith asked this time.
“I guess I like the arts in general. I participate in some art classes here and there. I read when I get the chance. Walks in the park or just around town are nice too.”
“That sounds lovely. You seem like a very creative girl.”
I gave a small smile. Just then Jeff returned with a tray and set all of our drinks down in front of each of us and asked us for our dinner choice. I just went with a simple pasta dish. I looked down at my drink and swirled it with the small black straw it came with. I was entranced by how the mushed cherry swirled with the ice in the orange drink as Jessica chatted. Lifting the rocks glass, I took a sip and hummed. It was quite good, especially for my first alcoholic drink. Setting the glass down, I observed the people at my table. Lilith was engaged in a conversation with Jessica, however Luci’s eyes were set on me. I gulped and averted my gaze to my lap. I could hear him chuckle. The table went silent for a moment, so I took the opportunity to ask something. “So do you guys have any family around here?”
“We have a daughter. Her name is Charlie. She’s a bit older than the two of you, but she’s quite the spirited girl. She doesn’t live here, more down under,” Lilith replied.
“I see. So she lives in Australia then?”
The couple glanced at each other and smiled. “You could say that.”
“She actually runs a hotel, funny enough. It’s to rehabilitate people.”
“Oh wow. That sounds like a lot to take on. You must be very proud of her.”
Luci stepped in. “Oh yes. She’s our little duckling!”
I could feel a rigidness coming from my fellow dancer. Maybe she didn’t like kids?
The rest of dinner went off without a hitch. I admit I was nervous but that dissipated the more the night went on. We all shared stories and laughs between us and the food was really good. I had offered to pay my half but the Morningstars were quick to shut the idea down. “It’s our treat. After all, we wanted to get to know you,” Luci had said.
After the bill was paid, they led us out to the car. The couple leaned in and gave me a kiss on both cheeks and did the same for Jessica. As they pulled away, Lilith spoke. “Thank you for a lovely night, ladies. We hope you have a great rest of your night.”
“Thank you for inviting us. We really appreciate it,” I replied.
The driver opened the door for us and Jessica and I got in. As he started to drive away the Morningstars waved at us until we were out of view. “I think that went well.”
“No duh. They were all over us, especially me. You think I can take more money out of them?”
“Is that the only reason you went? Their company was a nice treat. Besides, don’t you have other people wrapped around your finger you can take advantage of?”
“Of course. Those are some of the perks of being the prima ballerina. I’m surprised you even had a good time with all that attention on you. You should just stick to the back.”
I frowned. I was not about to let her ruin the night. “Whatever. I had a good time regardless of how much attention was on me.”
I turned away from her and focused on the passing cityscape. Eventually we reached my apartment and when we did the driver opened the door. I got out hastily and thanked him. I walked into the lobby and went up the stairs to the third floor. Getting out my keys, I unlocked the door and slipped my shoes off. I shut the door and went into my bathroom. I rinsed off my makeup and took my necklace off before going into my bedroom. I got out of my dress and put on my pj’s, throwing the flowy garment into the laundry hamper. I sat on my bed and went through my notifications on my phone. I grunted in annoyance when I saw my ex-lover’s name pop up. I clicked open their text and rolled my eyes. Once again it was them proclaiming they made a mistake for leaving me and they wanted me back. I didn’t reply, just backed out of it to the hub. I texted my friends from work about the night and they all congratulated me. We talked for a few minutes before I decided to log off. Putting my phone on the charger on the nightstand, I got under the covers and attempted to fall asleep.
The next day I rose at around 8 am. We had rehearsal today at 9 am so I quickly got dressed in a gray tank top and black leggings. I slipped a navy hoodie over top, slipped on my tennis shoes, grabbed my backpack and was out the door. It took me about twenty minutes to walk the several blocks to the studio, but when I made it I greeted the receptionist. “Good morning, Ricardo!”
“Good morning, Y/n! How are you today?”
“Average, I guess. And you?”
“Fabulous. I’ve got my coffee so today should go smoothly.”
I chuckled. He always liked his caffeine.
“I better head on up. I’ll see you later. Have a great day!”
“You too!”
I walked upstairs to the locker room where I placed my backpack and shoes in my locker. I slipped off my hoodie and then sat on one of the benches to put my pointe shoes on. When they were secure, I walked into the studio. I saw the girls hounding Jessica for information so I just went to my corner and stretched. As I was doing so, Maria came into the room. She looked around and when she noticed me, she came over. “Good morning, Y/n. I hope your dinner was enjoyable last night.”
“It was actually. The Morningstars are very nice people.”
“I’m glad. Was Jessica nice to you?”
“With them, yes. In the car, not so much.”
“I see. I’m sorry that happened.”
“It’s no big deal. I’m used to it.”
She smiled and patted me on the shoulder. “Well I’d better get to teaching. Shall we?”
“We shall.”
Maria clapped her hands and we fell into our rows. We did a few warm up exercises and as we were doing this, Ricardo came into the room holding a bouquet twice the size of my head and the phone. We stopped to ooh and ah. “Yes?”
“These just came for Y/n.”
“What,” I muttered.
Ricardo came over and handed me the plastic wrapped flowers. Upon closer inspection I saw my favorite flower mixed with roses. I could feel heat rising to my cheeks as I found a card amongst the petals. Pulling it out, the heat burned brighter. “What does it say, Y/n?”
“To our dearest Y/n, thank you for a wonderful night. Call us anytime. From the Morningstars. And then there’s a phone number.”
All my friends squealed in delight and Jessica stepped forward rudely. “Was there anything for me, Ricardo?”
“I’m afraid not. I’ll keep checking. Oh also there’s someone on hold for you, Y/n.”
He handed me the phone and I looked at Maria. She gestured for me to answer it. “Hello?”
“Good morning, Y/n!”
“Who is this?”
“Ah, how rude of me! It’s Luci.”
“Mr Morningstar?”
At the mention of the name, Jessica glared at me. I gulped.
“What have I told you about formalities, darling?”
“Sorry, bad habit. What can I do for you?”
“The wife and I were wondering if you’d like to go dancing tonight.”
“T-tonight? But we just saw each other-”
“Lilith and I have taken quite a liking to you, my dear. You’re such a sweetheart and we’d like to be with you again. You just radiate a beautiful energy. What do you say?”
“Oh, um, uh…I guess. Sure.”
“Great! We’ll pick you up at 7 o clock! See you then, dear!”
“See you then.”
I pulled the phone away and ended the call. Lily spoke first. “Well?”
“I guess I have another date tonight with the Morningstars.”
The girls erupted into screams of joy and surrounded me in a hug except for the prima ballerina. She gave me a heated glare, stomped her foot and stormed off. I gave the bouquet and phone back to Ricardo. “Could you put them in my locker please?”
“Of course!”
“Thanks, Ricardo.”
“Don’t mention it.”
He left the room and Maria tried to calm everybody down. “Girls. Girls! GIRLS!”
They stopped and stared at our instructor. “Let’s get to work. We don’t have much time.”
“Yes, ma’am,” we all responded.
The rest of the morning and afternoon was spent practicing. Around 3 pm, Maria let us go. When I went into the locker room, I stopped abruptly. All over the floor near my locker were flower petals and the destroyed bouquet. My hoodie lay on the bench as well as my backpack. I went over and picked both up only for my things to fall from the bag and my sweatshirt to have tears in the material. I looked at the bottom of my bag to see a large hole had been cut. Both were beyond repair. I sighed and threw both items in the trash. I had a feeling it was Jessica. I just couldn’t believe she was that angry at me when it wasn’t my fault the Morningstars called on me. Grabbing my stuff, I put it on a bench and then went to grab the broom and dustpan. Retrieving both from the supply closet, I returned to the locker room and cleaned up the flower petals and tore up card from the carpeted floor. I threw that and the plastic wrapped stems in the trash before returning the cleaning supplies to the closet. I walked back to the locker room, grabbed my stuff and made my way home.
When I got home I had taken a small nap and then got ready for the night. I chose a dark blue floral blouse, black pants, black boots and a denim jacket. Grabbing my keys, phone and purse, I headed down to the main street. The same Mercedes-Benz sat in front of my building and out stepped Luci from the car. “Over here, Y/n!”
I walked over and slid in, only to realize when he got in that I squished between the husband and wife. Oh boy.
“Derek, you may go.”
The car drove off. It was silent for a minute and I bit my lip when both Luci and Lilth’s hands came to rest on either one of my legs. “So my darling, did you enjoy our flowers? Lilith and I combined our efforts to come up with it.”
“Uh, I did. Before they got destroyed.”
“What do you mean?”
“I had them put in my locker and when I got back from practice my hoodie, backpack and flowers were lying on the ground ruined.”
My eyes widened when I thought I saw horns come out of Luci’s head and his eyes go from red to white. I blinked and they were back to normal. “And who do you think did it?”
“Well…I can’t say.”
Lilith put a finger under my chin and made me face her. She brought her head so close our lips almost touched. “Love, you can tell us anything. We’re here for you. Was it that pesky Jessica? I knew we should have sent flowers so she didn’t feel left out but Luci was very determined not to.”
“She was soooo boring! All she did was talk about herself. At least our little apple was nice and polite.”
I felt him trace a pattern on my thigh but I couldn’t see as I was stuck staring at Lilith. “Luci…”
“It’s true! You can’t deny that, honey.”
“Alright, yes. She was a bore. But maybe our lovely’s bouquet would still be intact.”
“Okay, I’ll give you that one.”
“Anyway, was it Jessica?”
I could feel their eyes bore into me and I felt compelled to nod. They glanced at each other and then back to me. “Don’t worry love, we’ll get you as many flowers as you’d like.”
“Yes, but let’s focus on tonight. We’re going to dance the night away!”
My body tensed slightly when Luci put his head on my shoulder and I could feel his breath on my neck. “I-is hot in here or is it just me?”
They both chuckled rather loudly. “Oh dear. I think our little apple is heating up, Lilith.”
“Yes I think so, Luci. Perhaps we should aid her?”
“Yes. Yes we should.”
I gasped when I felt Mr Morningstar start to suck on my neck. I tried to pull away but Mrs Morningstar brought me into a kiss. My eyes widened and I attempted to hit either of them, but each of them had grabbed one hand and held it. I squirmed as they took their sweet time kissing me and just as I brought my legs up to kick them the car stopped. They pulled away with giant grins on their faces. The door opened and I clawed my way over top of Luci to get out. I figured he left a hickey so I did my best to raise my jacket collar to hide it. Just as I finished, I felt an arm wrap around my waist and the other around my shoulders. “Shall we go in, my love?”
I nodded and the two scooted me inside the club. It was very loud when we entered, the music making the walls and floor shake. The three of us sat in a private booth and Lilith went to go get us some drinks. I tried to put past how they had both kissed me, but I just couldn’t for the life of me. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to like it or not. Sure they were nice people but something about them unsettled me. “Whatcha thinking about, my dear?”
I looked up at Luci, his brow furrowed. “Huh? Oh nothing.”
“I don’t think it’s nothing. You’re very quiet.”
“I guess…nevermind.”
“Come on, you can tell me. You can tell us anything.”
His hand reached across the table and it laid on my knee. It reminded me too much of their kiss so I slid it off. He seemed very surprised by my retaliation. I looked at the hardwood floor as I spoke. “I guess I wasn’t expecting you guys to kiss me. I thought we weren’t quite there yet.”
“Oh, is that what’s got you bothered? I’m sorry. My wife and I are very forward when it comes to love.”
“Love?”
“Yes, you heard me.”
“What are you two talking about?”
Lilith had returned with three drinks. She set them on the table and sat by her husband. “Y/n doesn’t think we love her.”
“It’s not that, I just think it’s too early. I mean we met yesterday for crying out loud.”
“Aw, but you’re so fascinating, my love! How could we not fall in love with you!”
“Look, I’m not ready to take it to the next step-”
“You will in due time, little apple. It’ll just take some getting used to.”
I felt like I wasn’t being heard and I just needed a minute to breathe. “I, I need to go to the bathroom.”
I abruptly stood and speed walked to the nearest restroom. Just as I was about to enter, I bumped into somebody. “Oh, I’m so sorry!”
“No please, it was me-Y/n?”
I looked up and felt my heart stop. Oh great, my ex. Just what I needed. “Hey.”
“Hey…how have you been?”
“Um, good I guess. Look, I was just heading to the bathroom-”
“Well now that I got you here we might as well talk.”
“I’m not in the mood.”
“Y/n, I know we got off on the wrong foot-”
“You left because you found someone else. That’s that. Now if you’ll excuse me-”
They grabbed me by the shoulders and I stiffened. “You always do this when I try to talk to you. You shut me down. I just want you to fucking listen.”
Their grip tightened and I wished I was more at the table with the Morningstars then here. “Let go!”
I shoved my ex away and ran out the front door. I took a sharp turn and leaned against the alley wall. I leaned my head against the brick and let out a sigh. I heard rushing footsteps and I internally groaned when I saw Ex-Partner’s Name round the corner. “There you are! What part of I want to talk to you do you not fucking understand?!”
“The message is clear, but I just don’t want to talk. When you left me, that finished the matter.”
“But I want you back! I made a mistake alright, but I realize that now! Come on, what do you say?”
“I’ve said no and I’ll say it again. NO!”
They growled and I saw a glint in the moonlight. My eyes widened when I realized it was a switchblade. They rushed at me and I quickly closed my eyes and curled inwards, waiting for pain. It never came. I opened my eyes to see Luci with completely red eyes and long red horns sticking out of his forehead. A floating apple and a golden snake wrapped around the top of his horns and a fireball hovered above his head. Lilith was beside him, her eyes completely white and reddish purple curled horns stuck out of her head. He grabbed my ex by the wrist, twisting the knife out of their hand. They screamed in pain and I gasped seeing the bone stick out. Oh my God…
I stepped back as Luci twisted harder and more bone came poking out of the skin. “Don’t even think about going near her! YOU UNDERSTAND ME, YOU LITTLE BITCH!”
I watched in horror as the knife levitated towards Lilith and she stabbed my ex in the shoulder. They howled and she brought the knife up and stabbed again. Their nails grew into claws and they started to dig into my assailant’s skin, blood rushing down from their wounds. I backed away and then sprinted out of there. My ex’s screams rang in my head as I continued to run. What the fuck? What the fuck?!
I suddenly slammed into a chest and shrieked when arms wrapped around me. I realized it was Luci, his eyes now white with a red background. Six red and white wings stuck out of his back and they slightly curled around us as I beat on his chest. “Let me go! LET ME GO!”
He nuzzled into my hair and I kept flailing around. Lilith magically appeared beside him, my ex’s body dragging on the ground behind her. “Shh. You’re safe now, little apple. We’ve got you.”
“Get the fuck away from me! Get! Away!”
“Lucifer, don’t hold her too tight now. We don’t want bruises on her precious skin.”
In my struggle I slowed. Lucifer Morningstar. Lilith Morningstar. Horns. Wings. Wait a minute…
“Are you the Devil and his wife,” I asked timidly.
The two looked at each and sighed. “I guess the duck is out of the bag, Lilith.”
They turned to look at me and I shrunk in his tight hold. “Yes, we’re the Devil and his wife.”
It all made sense now. The red and purple eyes. The pale complexion. The reason they were such mysterious patrons. Their daughter being down under.
I shoved Lucifer and he let go for a second before his bloody claws grasped hard on my arms. His talons dug into my skin as I struggled. “Let me go, please! I, I won’t tell anyone what happened here! We can just go about our lives! Just, just let me go!”
By now tears had started escaping my eyes and I quickly kicked Lucifer in the balls. His claws slid down and caused four gashes to appear on my forearm. He let out a groan and I turned to flee, only for him to fly in front of me. “Y/n! Stop!”
They cornered me to the wall and the brick dug harshly at my back. “Everything’s alright, my love. You’re alright.”
Lilith brought her hand up and I slapped it away. My chest was heaving to try and gain air into the lungs, but I couldn’t get any in. I mean how are you supposed to react when you find out that the patrons of your ballet academy who are in love with you are the Devil and his wife?
“Y/n, dear, breathe. Breathe.”
“I, I can’t! I c-can’t!”
I just broke down. I slid down the brick and wrapped my arms around my knees. I began to hyperventilate as tears rushed down my cheeks. I heard Lucifer and Lilith say something to each other but I couldn’t make it out. As I cried I felt something gently hit my head and arms. I looked up to see golden dust raining down upon me. I looked up even further to see it coming from Luci’s fingertips, a gentle smile on both his and Lilith’s faces. Suddenly I felt very tired and calm, too calm. I could feel my muscles go slack and my body limp as Lucifer picked me up bridal style. “Just close your eyes, lovely. We’ll be home before you know it.”
“H-home? W-whose home?”
They both looked at me and smiled brightly. My eyes closed and my breathing steadied.
“Ours.”

gimme ur fav luke headcanons 😏
DATING l. castellan
pairing: luke castellan x fem!reader
a/n: hi soleil it spooks me what u will do with this information but i also got so carried away with this for some reason and i did in fact not proofread it
• he’s a thief. so obviously as soon as you point out something in the store, uttering a quick “that’s pretty,” he’s nodding and pushing you along to go to another section of the store, mumbling something like, “sure is.” so as soon as you’re not looking he’s breaking the tag off the item and sliding it into his back pocket because he knows that if you were to see him, you’d scold him for his habit.
and when he hands it over to you later without an explanation, you’re asking, “how did you buy this?” and when he looks away nervously, you’re quick to lecture him about why what he did was wrong—but he doesn’t care; he gets to see the smile and appreciation from you.
• hearing constant “i’m so sorry” when he comes late to hang out with you. he’s the head counselor and has so many responsibilities to the point that even begging mr. d to let him go and hang out with his girlfriend will never work.
so when he finally does have the time to hang out, he’s exhausted—beads of sweat from sparring evident on his forehead as he takes the backpack he had slung over his shoulder and tosses it to the ground.
and he’s trying to give you as much attention as he can as he shares stories from his day with you, but his adhd’s getting to him and his eyes are so, so heavy and—you finally ask him if he just wants to go to sleep, and he’s jumping out of bed and changing into comfortable sleeping clothes.
soon he’s back in bed with you, comfortable and grateful enough that the few time he gets with you is not as stressful as what he had to deal with before.
• omfg sparring is the worsttttt with him. he makes you schedule two whole hours, yapping about something like, “i’ll just tell any other kids who wanna practice to wait until tomorrow,” and you’re telling him how it’s not fair for you to take that practice away from someone else, and he’s rolling his eyes and leaving your cabin after pressing a sloppy kiss to your forehead and mumbling, “see you tomorrow.” when you do see him tomorrow, he’s already working on his footwork and smirks as you arrive. the next couple hours are brutal. there are no breaks. at that point, why did you even bring a water bottle?
because every time he has you pinned down and you’re grunting, your throat dry as you look over to your water, he tilts your head back to him with his sword and gives you a look that tells you to focus.
and every time he gets his touch on you, he’s ordering, “again.” he wins. “again.” he wins again. “again.” so many times that you repeat the same moves, and every time, his sword is lightly pressed against your chest and you’re muttering in surrender.
after the fifteenth time of hearing the word again, you drop your sword to the ground and shove him, knocking his sword out of his hands. you break down into tears of frustration, and he’s quick to explain to you that he’s not trying to make you angry—just teach you how to protect yourself.
• usually he’s the one to hold you in his arms and let you speak your mind; he’s usually your rock. but some nights, when maybe a new camper has gotten claimed, or maybe someone got a birthday gift from their godly parent, he’s laying in the crook of your neck as he suppresses his tears against the soft skin there.
he’s talking for hours, babbling about gods know what. you find yourself wondering: how did he go from talking about nick, his newest cabin mate, getting claimed as a child of apollo, to talking about what he would name a dragon? you didn’t mind, because at least now he’s not crying about his father and the stupid quest he’d sent him on.
eventually, after a long day of a fake smile and the stressful teaching of a six hour sparring class, he falls asleep, his last words of “i love you” resting on his lips.
• he’d been happy the entire night—the blue team, his team, had won capture the flag again. he’d had so much fun at the celebration afterwards, (or at least it seemed,) but now it’s time to get ready for bed. it’s 1:30 am, and you’re washing off your makeup in the bathroom mirror when luke comes in, reaching for another rag.
he stands next to you in the mirror, watching your reflection for a moment before his eyes flick over to himself. his jaw clenches, his eyes trailing up and down the left side of his face before he swallows and wets the rag.
he begins to wipe the dirt and grime off his face, slowing down when the cloth traces the scar on his cheek. he drops the rag in the sink and sniffles, walking out of the bathroom and into the bed. once you’re finished, you join him in your room and climb into the bed. you lay down, and he rolls over and rests his face in the crook of his neck.
you wonder why it feels weird for a moment, and then you realize he has his head tilted oddly so that the left side of his face is hiding in the crook of his neck. odd, you think, considering he’d been complaining about neck pain the day before. you lift his head up, hand tracing on his left cheek and he freezes, body tensing.
“luke?” you ask, your eyes searching for a reason to his odd behavior. you look at where your fingers are tracing; on the scar. you understand, and for a moment, you see his eyes fill up with tears.
you swallow and lean forward, pressing a kiss to his scar before resting your forehead against his. he closes his eyes with a pained expression. moments pass, and then he moves to rest his head in the crook of your neck again, but this time he doesn’t hide his scar.

Forest green eyes gaze at you through a black, threadbare veil, an eyebrow arching in silent query. Despite the draped cloth obscuring his expression, you can imagine he's smirking, the edge of his lips pulling up as he grapples with your admission. Pride and self-satisfaction roll off König's massive shoulders in waves, though the sheer immensity of his frame makes it feel far more like an avalanche.
"You like my uniform?" He repeats your admittance, his thick accent lilting in amusement. It's mortifying, you think, to let König into your mind and show the elite soldier just how much he affects you.
You'd hate to seem disrespectful, to reduce his valorous job to some kind of uniform kink-
"Schatzi?" König pushes gently, watching you squirm under his interrogation from across the room. Chewing on your lip, you note how it smarts slightly, tender from worrying it with your teeth.
"Mhm- It's more... That I like it on you." The confession makes you cringe internally, expecting König to laugh or reduce your fantasy to that of a 'civvy stereotype'.
König appears momentarily caught off guard. You see both dark eyebrows arch in mild surprise before a sort of realisation and subsequent amusement settle into those viridescent irises.
"You mean I am special?" He muses, setting towards you ever so slowly. For such a hulking mass of man, König moves stealthily, delicate footwork almost inaudible. "Not just any soldier?"
"No!" You insist instantly, cheeks heating up under his inquisitive gaze, "No... It's just you- Just you in the uniform."
König hums softly, a sound of acknowledgement as he advances towards you slowly. The intimidation you feel drips down your spine and settles in the pit of your stomach. He's not as threatening as a lion, with brute force and indiscriminate power. No, he reminds you of a hyena, cunning and wily. The knowing look in his eye only adds to the feeling that he's up to something, and your heart thumps in your chest when he continues to search your expression.
"Tell me. What about the uniform do you like so?" He urges you to detail your desires. You're beginning to wish you'd never mentioned anything because König looks like he's dangling bait between your eyes to coax you into a trap.
"Uhm," you fumble for an answer, those lush eyes calmly studying your trembling frame. When you drag your eyes over König’s body for an answer, you observe the strain of his shirt buttons and the revolver holster strapped to his thigh. He's sown extra length to the leather ties with scraps from a belt, standard military equipment far too small for his tremendous frame.
"I like- The way it fits you? The power, the guns, an-"
"The guns?" He wonders aloud, but there's a sly inflection to his question, guileful. Swallowing thickly, you wonder if you've overstepped a mark, opening and closing your mouth like a witless fish as you attempt to piece together some kind of backtrack-
"You understand their danger, of course?" König quizzes rhetorically, seemingly sated by your vehement nod, "You think they look good? Then... I am willing to share a glimpse of one. That is, if you continue to be so open and honest with me."
It's an odd sensation, the feeling of your blood running cold but the pit of your stomach burning hot with arousal. König doesn't even give you a moment to dispute, halting his advancing footsteps and deciding instead to revert, putting distance between you and taking a seat.
"K- König-" You want to ask him to tell you what he has planned, but the words wither on your tongue when you see him draw the stainless steel revolver from its holster. It glints in the fluorescent lighting above your head, coaxing you forward. It's as though he's pushed cotton between your lips, drying your mouth.
"Perle," he copies you, shifting his hips forward in the seat and slowly letting his colossal thighs part. From here, his eyes look darker, his pupils swallowing his irises as he drops his hand and places the revolver in his lap. "Come take a look."
It cracks up the length of your spine, sparking white hot and burning in your cheeks. W-What? You let out a nervous giggle, stepping forward to begin your approach.
König doesn't seem to like it, though. He tilts his head in silent warning, and you stop dead in your tracks. He told you-
"Crawl for me, Liebchen," König murmurs, resting his bicep against the seat's headrest. Every inch of his body is relaxed, muscles lazy as his eyes drag across the length of his body. You're almost certain you can feel their path across your skin, leaving burning embers in their wake. God, it's genuinely pathetic; how quickly you fall to your knees.
The intensity of his gaze bores into you as you settle on your hand and knees. Embarrassment no longer controls you, your arousal overriding any possible humiliation as you crawl across the floor towards him. König's eyes are an open book, pleased and proud of your willingness to take orders–– it encourages you, prompting you to put a slight sway to your hips.
You'd have to be blind to notice it; the generous length bobbing and straining against the khaki trousers. Despite his obvious discomfort, König does nothing to satiate his arousal, focusing all his attention on you alone when you finally kneel between his feet.
"Mein kleiner Schatz," the purr rumbles in his chest as König reaches forward, stroking the barrel of the gun across your cheekbone. The chromed steel is cold, chilling your skin and breaking goosebumps across your arms. "You look so pretty like this."
Anticipation prickles down your spine, whimpering softly. You lean into König's touch, turning towards the pistol and pressing a kiss to the steel barrel. You see the flicker of arousal in König's green eyes and how his eyelids grow heavy.
"Scheiße, you like that?" he groans, dragging the nose of the gun across your lips like the bullet of a lipstick. "My weapon big enough for my girl?" He smirks when you nod, looking up at your lover through your lashes.
It's downright vulgar, utterly disgusting, but you can't help yourself anymore. The way König looks down at you with this look in his eyes, like he could swallow you whole, makes arousal curl so hot and thick in your stomach that you can't deny your throbbing clit any longer. Sliding your fingers underneath your waistband, you rub small circles on your clit.
"Oh," König sighs, watching as you let out a gasp of relief. The breath expels from your lungs hot and heavy, misting up the reflective steel surface of the revolver. "Look at you, Perle. Share with me; I want to watch."
Fumbling with the buttons on your pants, you desperately work out of them and yank them over your hips, panties and all. The searing gaze above you settles on your pussy as you play with your clit, adding to the bliss that sparks across your skin.
"Mhmm," König hums again, like you've placed an exquisite meal before him. "All wet for me, Schatzi; it's all across your thighs."
You nod weakly, breath shuddering as you grind into your palm with a whimper. "P-Please-"
"Kiss the gun again, Perle. I'll make you feel good," he promised you, his voice thick and deep with his arousal. You nod thoughtlessly, far too overwhelmed by the need to feel his hands on you to deny his request. You press your lips to the barrel of the gun over and over, slowly and sensually, as though you were kissing his cock.
"Good girl," he praises, though his words catch in his throat when you take a leap. Opening your mouth, you bring the barrel tip between your teeth, looking up at König through your lashes and letting out a wanton moan.
Big mistake.
König uses the balls of his heels to skirt forward in the seat, his knees on either side of your head. He stares down at you, chest heaving as he leans down and pats your hip sharply.
"Stand up on your knees," he orders, the severity in his voice similar to how he speaks to his KorTac team. You can’t help but wonder if he gets a kick out of it too– some kind of power surge thanks to his promotion.
"Yes, colonel," you address him by his title as you rise, and König growls so deep and low that you're sure the floor rumbles beneath you. He works his massive hand over your own, taking control and slowing your fingers' ministrations to a maddeningly slow cycle.
"Such a good girl, Shatz," he coos, and once again, you can hear the smirk on his lips as he watches your body crumple with the wave of arousal his control shoots through you. "So receptive. Would you like it in your mouth?"
Whimpering softly, you look up at him in question. Was it safe? Well- Of course it wasn't safe; none of this was.
"Trust me," he urges you softly, finally replacing the swirling touch of your finger with his own. There's no escaping the drag of his fingerprint, the digit so much larger than your own.
You nod again, the blissful arousal so mind-numbing that it overrides your fear. Then, letting your jaw hang loose, your eyes practically roll back into your skull when König rests the barrel of the deadly weapon across your tongue.
"Hahh," König groans, sinking his fingers into your soaked cunt. You wail, body bracing and shuddering at the intrusion as his fingers alone stretch you out. "Is that good, Mein kleiner Schatz? Hmm? Does it feel cold in your mouth?"
You nod slightly, managing a quiet 'mhm-hm' to answer your Colonel vocally. Excitement blooms in your chest when you see it pleases him, his fingers sliding deeper into you while working your clit ever so slowly.
"Does it feel good, though?" He checks in with you, still adamant about your comfort despite his dominant role. You nod again.
"Good," he chuckles, staring down at you with such an intensity that you almost forget his eyes are green, his pupil dilated so much that they've practically devoured his verdant irises. It rocks you, another blissful wave of arousal sweeping from head to toe.
Wrapping your lips around the barrel, you allow yourself to get carried away even further. You hollow your cheeks, eyelashes fluttering as you put on the erotic display to work König up even more.
"Schei- Filthy girl!" You're unsure if he meant to scold you, but König sounds far too wrecked for it to land the way he intends. He rocks his fingers up inside of you suddenly, instantly finding your G-spot and working it ruthlessly. "Alway distracting me, making me lose my min..."
His words are drowning out as your heartbeat thuds against your sternum and in your ears, something sickly sweet and thick like molasses trickling through your veins as your orgasm begins to surge in your abdomen.
The squelching, wet sounds of König's fingers working in and out of your tight cunt are deafeningly loud, though, audible enough that they reach your ears even over the thumping of your heart and heavy gasps of breath. "K- König-"
"Can you take it deep in your throat for me, Mein Perle?" He asks, sounding utterly wrecked and haggard. Your vision blurs, but you definitely see the lurch of his cock in his khaki cargo trousers. "Please- Please, just for me-"
He doesn't need to ask you twice; his begging is interrupted by a filthy groan of your name when you easily take the barrel further down your throat to the point your upper lip could almost brush his thumb on the hammer of the gun.
"Hahhh, fuck!" König spits, watching tears well in your eyes at the stretch in your throat and cunt. He gently pulls the gun from your mouth, careful not to hurt you but knocking your teeth thanks to his trembling hand. "I'm making you cum, and then you'll do that to me, Shatz. Filthy girl-"
The moment the gun leaves your lips, König's fingers arch against your g-spot and his thumb circles your clit simultaneously. It's devastating, and you're barely able to hold yourself up as the ecstasy bursts through you brightly. It's as though a grenade has gone off, but it keeps building and building-
" König-... KönigKönigKo-ooh-" You squeak his name, his brutal, sniper precision knocking the oxygen from your lungs as your tears drip down your face. "I'm cummmmugh-!"
It’s like static in your ears and across your skin when it burns through you. It crackles across your nerve endings, arcs up your spine until you’re leaning back against it, arching your back as if attempting to escape the intensity of the ecstasy he draws from you. You want to scream his name, begging him to stop, to carry on, but the words drown among the wails and whines of bliss.
It feels like it goes on forever, your body suspended in euphoria and caged, grounded, only by König’s thighs.
When your vision straightens, your chest heaving violently, König's hands delicately push your hair from your face. He's careful with you in these moments, the vulnerable aftermath where your mind is drunk on hormones and your body is in shock from the extremity of your orgasm. There's no rush for your recovery; your lover lets you take all the time you need.
It's only when you manage to straighten yourself somewhat, shaky hands resting on his knees in a wordless show of readiness, that König nods his head.
"That's it, Schatzi," he whispers to you, holding his breath as he waits his turn anxiously.
Your mouth waters at the ruddy colour of his thick, veiny dick, and you lean forward to take the head into your mouth in a repeat of your actions earlier. König's hips jolt forward, grasping the arms of the chair with a white-knuckle grip at the vibrations that rock down his shaft when you hum around him.
"Oh- Oh fuck-!" He chokes out when you gently graze your teeth over the sensitive, velvety head, just as you did the gun barrel. You see König's eyes roll back, and one of his eyebrows arches as the sensation takes over. He's twitching in your mouth already, salty precum dribbling down the arch of his cock and spilling onto your tongue.
You take your tantalising time, kissing at the head of his dick once more before slowwwly easing him into your wet, hot mouth. König's gasps of bliss are pathetic, the imposing man reduced to a clammy mess of whimpers and keens of your name. It's so simple to work him up, the simple act of your palms smoothing across his thighs enough to get his cock jumping against your tongue.
The warmth of your mouth around König's dick is too much for him, his head lolling back in the chair. You see him squeeze his eyes shut, bracing against the heaving of his chest and the slight rocks of his hips into your mouth.
Your hand finds his balls, gently trailing your nails over them, and König's hips suddenly jolt upwards. He slips deep, tip knocking the back of your throat and catching you off guard in a gag.
Pulling back, you squeeze his knees tight and take a deep breath.
"Oh fuck- I'm sorry, I'm so sorry-" he apologises fervently, lifting his head like he's got weights tied to it, and it's far too heavy. He can't seem to hold it up straight, and it instantly falls back again with a spluttered wail when you shush him, wrapping your mouth around his cock and tracing his slit to taste his precum.
He's close already; you can tell by the way his dominant energy dissipates and his balls draw up tight. He’s completely forgotten the act he’d been putting on, his revolver discarded on the beside you and desperate pines of your name falling from his lips.
"Scheiße," he gasps, the wooden arms of the chair creaking beneath the pressure of his grip. "Ah, Sch- shhhh-"
Anticipating his orgasm, you sink heavily onto him, taking as much of his impossible length into your throat as possible. König's hands fly from the chair, grasping the hair on the crown of your head and holding you on his cock like he's terrified you'll withdraw.
“Ahah- Ah- Mein Perl- fuck!”
He cums with a lurch of his dick, a pathetic, trembling whine spilling from his lips as you swallow it down, the walls of your throat tightening around him. Ragged gasps of breath reach your ears, and your clit burns with the need for attention yet again as you continue to milk König. There's so much of him-
Suddenly, he's using his grip on your hair to pull you off, and he slips from your lips with a wet, audible pop. You look up at his languid body sprawled in the chair, wiping his wetness from your chin.
"Hah, Schatz…” he watches you, eyelids heavy with exhaustion, "You are too good to me."
You shake your head gently, still sitting on your knees as you rest your head in his lap. They're aching after holding your weight for so long on such a hard floor, but you'll gladly take the bruises as a medal for your hard, valiant work.
His hands immediately find your hair with a much softer, kinder touch, brushing through the threads and skirting his fingertips over your scalp. "No. I just want to show my appreciation for my heroic soldier, remember?"
A soft, tired chuckle shakes his body, and you can't help the smile that splits your lips as a response. "Ah, of course. I remember. 'Not like others in uniform'."
"You're not," you insist gently, closing your eyes as he brushes his battle-calloused knuckles across your cheekbone, "None of them make the uniform look so sexy."
"Ah-hah! I knew it was the uniform!"

Match point | Natasha Romanoff x Reader
Where The Avengers and some famous tennis players meet to play doubles for a charity event.
Written with @catasha | Marvel masterlist | Words: 2.9k
-----
It had been months in the making but the time had finally arrived. Tony had been planning a charity event with some retired tennis players to raise money for an organisation who stands for helping children from all backgrounds to be able to play sports. Once Tony had reached out and set-up the basics, he handed over planning to Steve, who had a better eye for that part of the process.
While most of The Avengers had been busy with other things in life besides learning sports like tennis, they were all eager to join the cause, and learn something new over the next couple of days.
The Avengers made their way over to the tennis courts, where they would first be introduced with the players. Natasha was slightly nervous, not to meet the players, but to play a sport she has never played before and that in front of professionals. Nonetheless she put a smile on her face, and was looking forward to today.
Amélie Mauresmo, the player who Tony organised the charity event with, gathered everyone around. “Alright everyone, thank you all for joining us today. I hope you are all ready to have some fun along the way. Steve over to you.” Steve gets his clipboard out and moves towards Amélie. “Alright, I’ve matched up a player and an Avenger to create the doubles teams. You will be training individually with your partners over the next couple of days, leading up to the big event. Now, once I’ve listed your name, please find your partner and get acquainted. We will call you up when you can head to the equipment room to get everything you need sorted.” He looks down at his clipboard to read off the pairs. Once your name is announced along with Natasha’s, you send her a small wave before heading her way.
You get to know Natasha a little bit before she gets called to the equipment room. The equipment manager helps Natasha on her way with the right racket for her, letting her know the differences between the rackets. Natasha, who didn’t know a lot about tennis and therefore also not about rackets, listened carefully to the equipment manager. He advised her three different rackets, and it was to no surprise to anyone that she picked the red one.
You see Natasha walking back towards you with a red Wilson racket, and know instantly that as an avid Babolat user you were going to have to make a joke about her choice of rackets. Putting your best shocked face on, you exclaim “I don’t think I can play with someone that chose a Wilson over a Babolat.” However, since you had only just met, Natasha was convinced that you were being serious. “Oh, I can switch it to a Babolat if that’s better.” You realise that she doesn’t know you’re joking and are quick to reassure her, “I'm just messing with you, you should play with whatever feels best for you. And if I may, red suits you pretty well.” Seeing you joke around, she relaxed a bit so she got along, “Let’s say the compliment made up for messing with me then.” You both share a quick laugh and a casual talk while heading over to the tennis courts.
“So, it’s quite simple, I have one week to make you the best teammate possible! Everyday we’ll do physical training, even if as an Avenger you probably don’t need it, it’s still quite important to have the right footwork on a tennis court. Then I’ll teach you the basic shots and that’s it, you’ll be the best!” Your enthusiasm works its magic in Natasha letting loose about all the worries about the event. “Well, I’m ready when you are Coach, let’s do this!”
You both start running around the court for a few rounds, while you introduce some split and crossover steps. “Alright, one important thing, if not the most important while playing tennis, is how you run on the court. You’ll have to use different steps depending on where you want to go on the court.” You point in the directions, while explaining the techniques to Natasha, “To go forward, a normal sprint. On the sides, split steps like we did before and to go backwards, well just run backwards!” You both laugh at the simpleness of the last technique. “The most important thing is to always keep your eyes on the ball. So, I propose a little exercise. We’ll both start at the centre, run to the side, and then sprint to the net.” She nods at your explanations and you both make your way to the baseline of the court.
“It’s okay if you can’t keep up with the pace, I’ll start easy” You wink at her and she laughs. “Very sweet but you don’t need to worry about me, Y/l/n.” Her comment instantly told you that she was just as competitive as you were. You started the first rounds slowly, giving Natasha time to get used to the footwork. After a few rounds you notice she had increased her pace, because she was soon ahead of you by a few metres. “You alright, Y/n? Struggling to keep up with an Avenger?” Her comment made you snap out of your ‘go easy’ tactics, and soon you were sprinting to catch up with her. She didn’t make it easy on you and before you knew it, you were both running at full speed, not wanting to let the other win.
After a few more rounds, you end up out of breath from the sprinting and laughing, which definitely did not work well together. “Okay okay, I’m out… You win Natasha.” She comes back to you laughing, as if she didn’t spend the last minutes sprinting “You’re sweet, thinking you stood a chance against me.” A smirk plays on your lips, Natasha thought this was it, but you knew what was still to come and she would definitely feel less like the winner after the next point of practice. You go to grab your rackets from the sidelines, and hand Natasha hers. “Alright then, let’s get to the real business. Show me what you got Romanoff.”
Over the next few days you spend a lot of time on the court together. You practised serving, volleying, and a lot of other techniques that would be helpful in your matches later this week.
You were happy that you agreed to the charity event, because you never would have thought that you would have so much fun during it. Natasha was as enthusiastic as you were and it showed. Her skills were improving everyday, and she was actually getting quite good at it. After a few more practice sessions you were ready for the tournament.
The first couple of matches didn’t go as bad as Natasha had originally thought, as they were winning time and time again. It wasn’t that the matches were easy to win though, they really had to fight for every win, which in the end only brought Natasha and Y/n closer together. The charity matches had been livestreamed so far, and a lot of money had been raised for the cause already. Winning all their previous matches meant that they ended up earning a spot in the final, where they would play against Tony Stark and Amélie Mauresmo, which was bound to be an interesting match. It would also be the first match in front of an actual crowd, and you better believe that the whole stadium was sold out.
Natasha takes in the crowd as they walk onto the court, and realises just how many people had come to see them play tennis. You nudge her shoulder when you see her take in the crowd, “Nervous?” She turns to you, a shy smile on her face “How could I not be” Bringing your hand on her shoulder you’re quick to reassure her “You have trained well this week and I must say you impressed me. Let’s show these people what you’ve been working on, alright?” Natasha locks her eyes in yours. You can see a twitch in her eyes, going from nervousness to excitement. “Yeah, let’s crush Tony’s ego, since he’s been saying he’s going to win this tournament from day one.”
Every minute of the match had been intense. Both teams are playing really well and neither one of them seems to be willing to give up even one point. First set, 6-6 to the counter, set point for Y/n and Natasha. It’s your turn to serve against Tony so you decided to show off a little bit. You added a little extra power to your ball, which ended in glueing Tony on the spot. The crowd cheered for you, as well as Natasha who handshaked you and flashed you a flirty smile “Damn Y/n, that’s one strong arm” Seeing you slightly blushing she started laughing “Come on, we still need to win that final set”. You were really happy with how the rest of the match was going. Natasha was impressing you a lot with how well she was playing and how determined she was. And without even having time to notice, you were 2 points away from the victory. You shared an eye contact with Natasha, both realising that it’s your chance to win the tournament. You smiled at each other before focussing on your opponent’s serve. Point won. Match point now. Your turn to return Moresmo’s serve, Natasha is at the net. After a few exchanges between you and your fellow tennis player, Nat decided it was her time to shine. She sneakily intercepted the ball at the net with an almost flawless volley. Tony ran to catch the ball but was unable to hit it before the second rebound. It was like time stopped for Natasha who came back to her senses when she heard the referee scream her name and yours. She was fast to run to you and jump into your arms, “We did it Nat!” You congratulated her, squeezing her in your arms.
The twinkle in her eyes after the win was enough to make your heart beat faster. It was inevitable that you would get close with the Avenger after spending so much time with her these past weeks, but nothing could have prepared you for the depth of the connection you felt with the woman. You were from completely different worlds, yet you clicked instantly and ended up having a lot in common. The way she jumped into your arms after the win kept playing in your mind as you did a round around the court, signing autographs and taking pictures with the people in the crowd. You catch Natasha looking at you from a few feet away, and smile her way before taking some more pictures with fans.
Once you’re done with your round around the fans, you grab ahold of Natasha’s hand, and raise your intertwined hands up in the sky as the crowd cheers the both of you on. When you lower your hands, you don’t let go until you’re back inside. “So, how was winning your first tennis tournament?” Natasha was still beaming from the win, and spoke to you with a big smile on her face. “That was amazing! It was really hard, but we did it, and I’m so proud of us.” You returned her smile, “Yeah, we did pretty great.”
You talk a bit more about the match while you head further into the building, towards the dressing rooms. “Here I wanted you to have my racket, to have something to remember the match by, since I know you’re going to have to hand in yours.” She takes the extended racket. “Are you sure it’s not just something to remember you by?” Her confident smirk makes its way onto her face. You look at her with just as much confidence, “Who said this had to end?” Before you could respond, Tony yelled out in the hallway, “Afterparty at the Compound, you don’t want to miss it!” Natasha looks back at you once Tony has left again, “Will I see you at the party tonight?” You nod, “If you’re coming, I will definitely be there.”
To nobody’s surprise, Tony didn’t hold back for the party. Champagne bottles were on every bar and table along with a dozen different appetisers. It’s the least to say that it wasn’t the kind of environment you were used to. You were scanning the room trying to find a familiar face and decided to join a group of your fellow tennis players. Before you could even walk in their direction, you heard the soft voice that now makes you smile automatically “Hi champion”. Without giving you time to answer, Natasha planted a soft kiss on your cheek. You don’t know what made you blush the most, the kiss or her stunning red high slit dress. “Wow Natasha.. you are beautiful” A little hint of pink on her cheeks betrayed her even though she tried to hide it. “You’re not so bad yourself Y/l/n. So, do you want a drink?” She grabbed your hand without waiting for your answer and made her way to the bar.
The party was a success. After spending some time talking together, Natasha and you joined a group of Avengers. They shared various stories about some of their missions, how they all met, etc. You got to tell them how you became a professional tennis player as well. The conversation got interrupted by Tony screaming in a microphone. “Alright people, listen up! Firstly, I want to thank you all for participating in this charity event. We raised a huge amount of money and that couldn’t have happened without each and everyone of you. Now, I will ask you to make a lot of noise for our champions! Y/l/n and Romanoff come join me!” Natasha got up first, hyping you up on the way. She once again grabbed your hand and brought you to the stage next to Tony. He gave you each a huge bottle of some expensive champagne, on which you could read Natasha’s name and yours written on the label. “As much as it pains me to say this, you deserved the win. You make a pretty great team together”
After saying a few words of gratitude, you both got down off the stage and you led Natasha somewhere a bit more quiet. “Wow, I really wasn’t expecting that much.” You laugh to let go of some of the stress. “Ah Tony can’t do small things. And if I must be honest, I deserve it. I mean with all the running you made me do, I think I deserve that bottle”. She playfully hits you on the shoulder, to which you gasp. “Oh so you think you deserve it more than me huh? From my side, training the Black Widow was not easy..” It was her time to gasp at your comment. “Pff I know you loved it.” She was right, you had spent a wonderful week with her. “I cannot deny that. Seriously Natasha, I had a lot of fun with you. I am very happy we won, but I am even happier that I got to meet you.” You were about to continue with your monologue but Natasha stopped you before you could. She grabbed your hands and got closer to you, to place a soft kiss on your lips. Pulling back, she smiled nervously at you “I hope that’s okay?” You grabbed her face with both hands and pulled her in for a more passionate kiss. “I’ll take that as a yes” You both laughed and you brought her in for a hug “Of course it is.”
You spend some more time in the quiet corner of the room together, relishing in the moment. When Natasha feels like it’s time to head back to the party she thinks of a way to see you again soon. “So, my racket at home feels kinda empty, like it’s missing an autograph from a certain tennis player. Do you know anyone who would be able to fix that?” With a smirk you point to the room where the party is. “Oh, I can get Moresmo to come over and sign it for you, if you want?” She laughed and attached herself to your arm while you were both making your way back to the party. “Not the certain tennis player I had in mind actually. All jokes aside, I was thinking that you could come to my place sometimes, dinner maybe?” You smiled back at her brightly, “As a date?” She nods her head. “Then yes, I would love to.”
As the night continued, filled with laughter, champaign, and music, you found yourself enjoying your time with Natasha and the old and new friends surrounding you. Each time that Natasha’s eyes would meet yours, your heart would skip a beat. You were grateful to all parties involved in getting the two of you together for this charity event, and could not wait what the future held for the two of you.

The other Bronze – Part 11
Hey guys... here's the promised next Part
As always my thanks go out to all my anons (especially gold star and lunatic), to my Bubs @samkerrworshipper and my best management @valewosomtb 🤣
I hope you enjoy it and since I'm bored AF Part12 is already in the making ❤️
“Hey... hey” you suddenly hear after you stomped out of the hotel and you felt a hand on your shoulder stopping you from getting away “What's the matter Liefje?”
You turned around to come face to face with one Sarina Wiegman who looked at you concerned. You were so angry that you couldn't answer her and just started to throw your arms up and around trying to bring your point across while grunting deeply
“Okay... calm down...” Sarina said after a minute of you flinging your arms around grabbing your shoulders to ground you
You took several deep breaths knowing your adoptive mom wouldn't push you and most certainly wouldn't judge you for your actions
“Good... you're doing good.... just calm down and tell me what happened” the Dutch woman spoke calmly seeing that Leah came sprinting out of the hotel looking for you. Sarina shook her head at her Capitan and the blonde retreated back after she saw the national team coach already took care of you
“She roomed me with... LJ” you practically spit out the name of the young player
“Who? What?” Sarina looked confused
“Leah... she roomed me with James” you got upset again
“Okay.... keep calm Liefje... I'll talk to Leah – but I think she had her reasons... and you can always sleep in my room if you want” the blonde Dutch said keeping her voice calm
“But WHY would she do that?” you asked your voice getting desperate
“We can go ask her – and don't forget y/n... none of the know what happened three years ago” Sarina reminded you softly
“Still.. it's not really a secret that we don't get along” you huffed knowing your “mom” was right once again
“Just get your stuff I'm in room 528” Sarina smiled giving you the opportunity to swap rooms if you wanted to
“Naah it's fine... wouldn't go over the Skippers head” you smiled already planning tons of pranks on Leah and tons of things to annoy LJ
“You know where to find me if you need me” the Dutch smiled back “And now off you go... meeting in 30 minutes”
“Yes mevrouw” you saluted mockingly
“Your dutch gets better... Viv or Jill?” Sarina grinned ignoring your little teasing
“Viv... Jill only teaches me stuff you wouldn't approve of” you grinned
“Why am I not surprised.. now off... 25 Minutes” the blonde smiled “Oh and y/n...” she said after you started to scramble off
“Yeah?” you turned around again
“If you ever need to talk about what happened back then... I'm always here to listen okay?” the dutch said and you heard that she was serious
“Yeah I know Mama Rina... thank you” you smiled softly
“Always Liefje” Sarina smiled back before shushing you away
“y/n” you heard when you entered the lobby again
“Not now Williamson” you growled at her “Just give me my fucking room card and leave me alone”
Leah was taken aback at your aggressive tone and handed you your card
“406” the blonde Capitan said as you snatched the card out of her hand
You grabbed your bag which was standing next to Leahs feet (definitely NOT where you left it) and walked towards the staircase
“There's an elevator” the blonde yelled after you confused
“Need to let some steam off or I'll rearrange my roommates face” you yelled back as you pushed the door to the staircase open disappearing in it
You used the stairs to the first floor to warm your leg muscles up before doing high knees until the second floor and then do some footwork until floor 3 and then use the remaining steps to cool down a little. When you finally reached your room you pulled out your phone asking your girlfriend for her room number before you took a deep breath swiping the card to open the door.
“There you are slow poke” LJ grinned at you while you considered ignoring her or punching her but since you knew Sarina wouldn't be too happy with you punching one of her forwards you decided to ignore her
“Hey... I talked to you... you really going to ignore me?” the dark skinned woman said confused
“Okay look... here's how this is going to work... If I'm in here, you are not... if you are in here I won't be” you sighed deeply throwing your bag on the empty bed
“What... what's wrong? Jesus y/n... why are you hostile towards me?” LJ asked and THAT really hit a nerve with you
“Really??? YOU of all people asked why I'M so hostile?? YOU were the reason I nearly needed a FOURTH ACL surgery bitch” you exploded not knowing Keira was right outside your door
“Oh my god... is this what this is all about?? For god heavens – that was like... three years ago” LJ rolled her eyes
“I told you the whole time I CAN'T kick a ball.... and what do you do? You passed it right into my walk... I was on crutches!!!” you yelled “YOU made me fall and instead of coming over and help me you fucked off because you were scared Lucy would rip you in half!! Sarina of all people found me... SARINA who just took over from Phil... she found me and alerted the medics that I needed med aid... and what did they do... shipped me off to hospital because my stitches ripped open and I was bleeding like fuck... they wanted to fast track me into the OR... they just didn't because neither Luce nor Keira were there with us to approve for a surgery... so thank you for that backstabbing bitch...”
“It wasn't on purpose!” the darker one defended herself
“Bullshit!!! Your accuracy is at something over 90... you knew EXACTLY where that ball would end up!!” you were THIS close to strangle her
“You can't prove it” LJ said and you knew you were right
“I don't need prove because I KNOW... and now fuck off... I need to shower” you growled turning towards the bathroom “Oh and if you decide to ignore my warning... I bet you look DASHING without eyebrows”
When you exit the shower you were relieved to find the room empty – or so you thought. You just started to change when you heard a voice behind you
“Is it true? That it was LJ who made you trip and not your clumsiness?” you immediately reconized Keiras voice.
You didn't even jump. You just stilled your movement hanging your head low sighing deeply
“You were never meant to hear that” you said your voice barley above a whisper
“God y/n... that was a yes or no question” Keira pressed the matter
“No comment” you sighed
“Why didn't you tell me?” the blonde asked
“There's nothing to tell... I tripped” you sighed again before pulling Georgias shirt over your head and turning around faking a happy smile
“You never lied to me.. don't start now Bitsy” Keira said immediately her eyes locking on yours
“I won't say anything regarding that matter... it's in the past and it's over...” you shrugged your shoulders
“Then tell me at least why” the blonde said not letting go – you never expected her you just knew Keira too well
“I ain't no snitch... she was... is.. she is the “new star” in this team... isn't that what the media called her... if I'd said something Lucy would have probably killed her... you too... so.. I tripped” you shrugged your shoulders again but the look on your face was deeply sad
“God Bitsy...” Keira sighed sadly running her hands over her face “... you should have said something... it all makes so much more sense now... you don't touch a ball only because you're hurting... but because you're scared – the last time a ball touched your feet you ended up in hospital again... alone”
“Wasn't alone... Sarina was with me – never let go of my hand” you mumbled
“Is that why you were suddenly so close to her?” the blonde asked
“Yeah... she knew all along... she saw what happened... but I made her promise to not say anything to you or Luce... and to not kick LJ of the team because she is a good player – not a good person, but a good player... she fits in the teams playing style” you explained
“I will...” Keira started and you interrupted her quickly
“You won't anything Keira Walsh... I swear to god if you risk your place on the team then I seriously go all ballistic on your ass” you said sternly
“I don't think you realize how many people in this team love you... you grew up with 70% of the team y/n... I don't have to risk anything... I just would have to mention it to some people” Keira simply shrugged her shoulders
“Kei no... if you do that I will never forgive you... that's my thing... it doesn't concern the team or players – it only concerns me and James” you held Keiras look your features hardening
“Okay... okay” the blonde lifted her hands in a surrounding matter “But if anything else happens I want you to tell me”
“Pff... she doesn't have the balls to do anything” you rolled your eyes “But you could help me out for a hot minute” you smirked
“Your girlfriend is already downstairs hoping to escape your sister by sitting right in front of Sarina when the meeting starts...” the blonde chuckled
“That's why I didn't get an answer” you huffed “... but not the help I need... I need you to distract Lucy... just for a minute”
“Really... a quickie?” Keira raised her eyebrow
“No... god Kei... are you that desperate that you want to get included in MY sexlife???” you asked bewildered
“God no...” the blonde rolled her eyes “... you are not really my type”
“Good... because you wouldn't be able to keep up anyway” you waved off “I need Luces leather jacket...”
“I won't comment on your statement and just gonna ask... what do you need the leather jacket for?” Kei asked already starting to pinch the bridge of her nose
“You'll see... but Kei.. Pleeeaaaase... you just need to distract her for a second” you begged puppy eyes full on display
“I basically raised you... these don't work on me.. one question... whatever you planned... is it dangerous?” the blonde asked seriously
“I promise on all that is holy to me... it's not... it's just fun... your type of fun... not my type of fun” you answered honestly and Keira saw you weren't lying
“How do you want to get the jacket out of there” Keira mused
“That won't be a problem... you just need to keep her occupied for a minute” you grinned your phone already in your hand
“The things I do for your happiness Bitsy” the blonde rolled her eyes but stood up to leave for your sisters room
Two minutes later Keira knocked on the door just for Less to open it. She quickly smirked at Keira winking at her before turning around
“Lucy... Keiras here for you” the youngest one said retreating back into the room
“Yeah?” your sister said as she stepped into the doorframe
“Ehrm... yeah... I...” Keira started being a little taken aback at how Less would know before she suddenly KNEW how the holy leather jacket will exit the room and when she glanced past Lucy she already saw Less rummaging through Lucys bag “I wanted to ask if we could probably switch holidays back”
“Huh?” Lucy said confused
“Sorry... with Narla... you know how I said I would like her for Christmas? If it's okay with you could we maybe switch so you take her at Christmas?” the blonde tried to sound as convincing as possible
“Of course... you know you didn't have to come here to ask... you could just have texted” your sister looked even more confused
“Just checked on Bitsy... Leah roomed her with LJ... so I was around the corner anyway” the blonde shrugged
“Really... that's awesome!!” Lucy exclaimed happily “Maybe they start to finally get along again – I mean they were really close when they were younger”
“Scuse me...” Less pushed herself out the door lightly pushing Lucy out of the way as Keira just stepped aside seeing the light bulge under Lessis shirt
“Oi... where you going??” Lucy asked confused
“Picking up Toons for the meeting... you know her – need to be there a few minutes early to kick her ass to be there in time” the young blonde yelled as she sped walk down the corridor
“Gosh... those kids these days” your sister rolled her eyes but smiled anyway
“If I remember correctly Bronze I always had to kick your ass too so we would be on time... and the ONE camp I didn't attend you were running laps over laps because you were always late” Keira teased
“ONE time... I was late ONE time” Lucy exclaimed
“Not what Jill said” the blonde shot back laughing
“Oh please... Jill didn't even remembered her name after the Euros” your sister rolled her eyes again smiling
“You didn't either” Keira smirked “I had to pick you up”
“I mean... I was rather... tipsy” your sister smiled embarrassed
“Tipsy??? You hit on me... TWICE” the blonde bursted out laughing “Apparently I reminded you of your ex”
“Don't start...” Lucy grimaced “You want to accompany me to the meeting Mrs. Walsh?”
“Oh my... what an absolute honour Mrs. Bronze... please lead the way” Keira played along as Lucy offered her arm to her
“Okay everyone... Welcome to the first Lionesses Camp on our road to the World Cup” Sarina opened the meeting smiling as she heard a few cheers at the mention of the World Cup
“Wait... where is Less??” Tooney suddenly asked looking around
“Where's the smaller Bronze?” now Millie asked too confused
“Stanway!!” Lucy immediately yelled thinking you and your girlfriend snucked away
“Over here!” Georgia yelled back lifting her hand
“Oh... oh.... okay good... stay there” your sister pointed her finger at G narrowing her eyes
“God Luce... you're worse than your mother when we started dating” Keira rolled her eyes next to your sister
“Still... WHERE IS LESS???” Ella pretty much screamed
Suddenly the team heard the surround system springing to life as the opening cords from “You're the One that I want” starting to play. Everyone looked around confused while Sarina tried to keep her players under control. You more or less kick the door open sporting a black tight jeans and a Lioness Vintage College Jacket which you had made just for THAT entrance walking inside you looked around confused as Less rounded the corner leaning against the doorframe smirking. Who wasn't smirking was your sister when she saw what Alessia was wearing – Less wore a skin tight black leather leggings with high heels (which kicked Sarina into a frenzy already seeing Less breaking her ankle because that girl tripped over air) a 80s black top and HER holy leather jacket. You locked eyes with Less and smirked as she pushed herself off the doorframe and you started your little dance like Danny and Sandy all those years back. You even recuted Millie, Rach and Tooney as Pink Ladies pulling out the signature pink jackets from their hiding spots where you placed them before. To say there were a LOT of pictures of Millie “the brickwall” Bright stuffed in a pink jacket which was at least one size too small was an understatement. In the end three quarters of the team was dancing along while the remaining quarter took videos and pictures laughing along. Even Sarina showed off one or two dance moves. As the song ended you had Less in your arms her legs around your waist as you carried her down the aisle laughing loudly. That you stepped on LJs foot hard when you passed her was pure coincidence.
“Oh my god that was amazing” Less laughed as you set her down again
“Only took us 4.5 month to get it done but hey... a dare is a dare” you grinned
“That was one of Toons best dares to day” the blonde grinned “Did you see Sarina... she was full on groovy”
“Didn't knew she could throw out moves like that.... but now we should head back” you smirked “Not that I have to attend but I’ll suffer with you out of sympathy”
“Come on in Danny and Sandy” Sarina grinned as she saw you standing in the door again “May I ask what caused this interruption?”
“Tooney dared us” you shrugged smirking as Ella yelled a “Backstabber!”
“Oh really... not that I didn't enjoy your little show.... so a round of applause for Danny and Sandy over here” the Dutch started and then paused for the applause the team graced you with “... but now we're behind on the schedule and you know what I hate nearly as much as losing?”
“When someone takes your last stroopwaffle?” you smiled innocently already knowing where this rhetorical question is heading
“Nice one... but no... I hate being behind schedule with a passion... so both of you laps tomorrow morning before training” the blonde Dutch woman smiled sweetly as you and Less groaned out
“I even speak with the stadium manager if they could play your song while you're running” Sarina smirked
“Ugh” you rolled your eyes but accepted your fate huffing out as you plopped down in the seat next to your girlfriend which was earlier occupied by Ella who miraculously was sitting next to Niamh now.
Just as your ass touched the chair you heard Lucys signature whistle which made you turn towards her instantly looking at her confused. She nodded her head signalling you to move seats so you wouldn't sit with Georgia. You looked at her even more confused as you shook your head. Your sister nodded your head again this time with more authority to which you just lifted your middle finger smiling before pulling a face at her turning back around
“Y/n” you heard the warning of your sister clearly from three rows behind you
“What... I can sit wherever I want...” you said back but not turning around anymore before starting to smirk
“Sarina” you said innocently lifting your hand like you were back in school
“Yes? Didn't know that this was a Q&A but yes?” the Dutch said a little annoyed
“Lucy is interrupting my concentration with her talking” you faked innocents smirking as Sarinas eyes snapped towards your sister
“I didn't do anything” Lucy defended herself “Just told her to move”
“And why would she do that?” the blonde Dutch asked raising her eyebrow and you snickered knowing you just activated Mama bear mode
“I don't think it's a good idea my sister and Georgia sitting next to each other” Lucy grumbled out
“Why? Because they're dating? Dear god Lucy... grow up... I let you room with your girlfriend at the time and don't think the whole floor didn't hear what you were up to” Sarina shot back successfully making your sister blush embarrassed while Keira coughed which sounded suspiciously like a “told you”
“Anything else to discuss?” the Dutch asked strict into the round of world class players who all shook their head eyes wide
“Good... then we can finally continue... and y/n... keep your hands to yourself so your sister won't die of a burst vein” Sarina rolled her eyes looking at a red headed sulking Lucy Bronze
“It's not like I'm gonna rip her clothes off right here and have my way with her in front of all of you....” you grumbled which caused Millie to burst out laughing at Georgias wide eyed shocked impression
“Please stop talking” your girlfriend begged with you already feeling the holes in the back of her head from Lucys hard stares
“I mean I wouldn't have a problem with it.. I already saw every single woman in this room naked so nothing to be embarrassed about for me...” you shrugged your shoulders as G covered her face with her hands groaning
“Okay...” Sarina clapped her hands “I have two more topics to discuss and then you are free for the night and you can do whatever – or whoever – you want”
You snickered as now Lucy AND your girlfriend groaned loudly. Millie actually took the opportunity to reach over Rachel to high-five you. The meeting went by without any more interruptions and about 20 Minutes later Sarina officially ended the meeting. You immediately shot out of your seat grabbing Georgias hand to pull her up but you let go immediately as you notice your sisters glare.
“Just helped her up” you lifted your hands in surrender as you walked towards the exit.
You noticed Keira bumping into you grinning knowingly. You looked at her confused but she just winked at you.
“You with me...” Lucy said as she pulled you along her arm over your shoulders
“Excuse me... this is a free country and I can go wherever I want” you exclaimed as you had no choice than to follow her
“You'll spend the evening with me...” your sister growled lowly just seconds before Tooney screamed so everyone would hear it
“Team bonding in Mearps and my room... 30 minutes... bring all the snacks we're not allowed to eat for the next week”
Mary didn't look happy but with all the happy cheers surrounding her she just sighed and just accepted it
“You'll sit next to me” Lucy declared before letting you go
“You know I have two sides, right? G can still sit next to me... or on top of me” you smirked
“My favourite place anyway” you heard your girlfriend mumble under her breath as she passed you and Lucy
“What did you just say??” your sister looked at her friend shocked
“Nothing” your girlfriend said quickly embarrassed and started to walk away a little faster
“Hey Luce” you pulled a little on your sisters shirt (mainly to distract her from going after your girlfriend)
“Yeah?” Lucy looked at you annoyed and you put on your best puppy eyes face
“Can I have a tenner please? Pleeeaaaase Lucy” you begged your voice sweet as sugar
“What you need a tenner for?” your sister asked confused
“Need to buy some snacks... saw a Tesco down the road” you shuffled around knowing small you always did the trick
“You're not going there alone... give me a minute and I'll go with you” Lucy rolled her eyes
Yep – still works. You grinned as your sister parked you at Millies side with the order to not let you wander off to which the tall player just grabbed your shirt before returning to her conversation with Lotte. Three minutes later Lucy was back with a jacket and a baseball cap on her head taking your hand as she led you outside
“I want you to know I'm not against your relationship” Lucy started once you were out of earshot from everyone
“Feels like it” you mumbled
“I'm not.. I just want to see if G stands up for you if she gets pressured” your sister assured you “Because fuck Bubs... if anyone outside of this team finds out you both are neck deep in shit”
“Lucy... I really appreciate you looking out for me... really... I love you you are my sister – more than my sister... you are my best friend... but you can't do that to G... because being pressured from YOU is far worse than anything the press could throw at her... you are her idol – she looks up to you” you said as you grabbed your sisters hand continuing to walk
“I need to be sure she can protect you Bubs” Lucy said insistent
“You know she can... who do you think she learned it from?” you answered just as firmly
“I just... I need to know she won't run” your sister said her voice now lower
“Did you know she nearly didn't take the call up for this camp because she's so scared that you basically tell her you don't approve” you blurted out “I PROMISED her that everything is going to be okay and work out... don't make me a liar Luce... I'm a lot of things but I ain't no liar”
“I... didn't know that... and I promise I will turn it down but I can't let her off the hook so easy – I'm your sister after all” Lucy said and a small smile appeared around the edges of her mouth
“How about you turn it off instead of turn it down?” you asked hopefully as you grabbed a shopping cart pushing it right into the aisle with all the sweets loading everything you could grab into the cart
“No sorry... can't do that... but I promise I turn it down... hey... you said a tenner... that's much more than a tenner” your sister exclaimed as she saw how you loaded up your shopping cart
“Good thing my sister is earning a shit ton of money then” you grinned as you climbed up the shelf to reach Starburst, Dweeps and some Taverners.
“Come back down... you space cadet will hurt yourself” Lucy whisper yelled looking around the aisle if anyone was watching you
“I'm too small to reach them otherwise” you huffed out as you stood on your toes on the second shelf
“That's a sign from God that you shouldn't eat that sugary stuff” your sister growled as she stepped behind you to hold you at your waist so she could catch you if you slip.
“We don't believe in God” you grumbled back as you FINALLY got the bag of sweets you were angling for “HA!!! Gotcha bitch” you exclaimed happily grinning widely as you hopped backwards right into Lucys arms
“Aaaaand five sets of 15... you really cashing in those push ups” your sister grinned as she caught you easily
“Oh come on... you can't up my push ups...” you whined as you started to walk towards the check-out
“That makes no sense and yes I can...” Lucy rolled her eyes smirking
“That'll be £78.85” the teenager behind the register said as he threw all your stuff in plastic bags
“EXCUSE ME???” your sister exclaimed loudly looking at you shocked “You said a tenner”
“One tenner... eight tenner... tomato tomahto” you waved off but nodded towards the cash desk grinning
“I get that money back” your sister narrowed her eyes at you as she pulled out her debit card
“How?? I don't earn money” you shrugged your shoulders as you grabbed the multiple bags
“Then you work it off... my apartment is usually a little dusty when I come back from camp” Lucy smirked as she followed you out of the shop
“Okay... don't come running to me if something important is broken” you said nonchalantly
“True.. that's not a good idea... you probably wouldn't even do it on purpose...” your sister huffed “Oh... you will be my bag boy this week...” she grinned
“Yeah no... still female” you answered after you pulled your shirt forward glancing at your chest
“God you are unbelievable” Lucy groaned
“Learned it from the best” you grinned back
“You know it Bubs” your sister smirked as the two of you entered the hotel again
You saw Sarina before she could spot you and Lucy. You quickly looked down to all the bags you were carrying and decided you got in enough trouble for one day. So you looked at Lucy with puppy eyes
“Could you please hold the bags for a second? I have something in my shoe” you pushed out your lower lip
“Course...” Lucy shrugged as you handed over all the bags getting down to untie your shoe.
“Lucia Bronze I hope these bags are not filled with snacks” you heard Sarina exclaim firmly and looked up to see Lucys white shocked face.
You couldn't help yourself and snickered quietly because your plan worked just too well
“Ehrm” Lucy started to stutter
“Why do you Bronzes always feel the need to give me a headache?” the Dutch answered not even waiting for your sister to answer
“Keira always says something similar” you grinned from your place on the ground
“Hand them over” Sarina pointed to the bags
“Mama Rina please...” you started to beg not wanting to give up your goods
“No... we are preparing” the Dutch started and you interrupted her
“... for a World Cup I know... but let us have this evening...” you used your best puppy eyes “Just tonight... Pleeeaaaase”
“You can keep ONE bag...” Sarina said giving in slightly
“Two” you quickly started to hackle
“ONE...” the Dutch stood her ground while Lucy just silently watched
“Can I put it together myself?” you asked carefully
“Sure... ONE bag Liefje” Sarina nodded
You emptied all the bags on the ground of the hotel lobby starting to sort through all your sweets already a plan forming in your head. It took you about seven minutes and all the sweets were in little piles around you.
“One bag, yes?” you asked the womens head coach
“One bag” she confirmed raising an eyebrow catching on that you got a plan
“Challenge accepted” you smirked as you carefully started to stacking the candy into one plastic bag.
And god you really outdid yourself this time. The bag was ready to explode but you fitted everything (except a bag of Wine Gums but you knew Sarina loved those) into the plastic sack smirking widely
“One Bag” you smirked smugly as Lucy couldn't hold back and bursted out laughing
“Well played Liefje... go before I change my mind” Sarina smirked back
“Come on Luce” you quickly got off the ground shoving the heavy overfilled bag in your sisters arms starting to run off.
“Please don't let her eat too much of that” the Dutch laid her hand on Lucys arm
“And let her have a full grown ass sugar rush? Absolutely not...” your sister smiled back
“Good...” Sarina nodded smiling as you turned around waiting for the elevator
“Come on Lucy... how do you want to play in a World Cup when you can't even make it to the elevator??” you yelled happily that you “outsmarted” Sarina
“Coming...” your sister yelled back not even caring that half the lobby now turned their heads towards you
“I thought you were getting snacks?” Ella said first thing as she opened the door seeing you standing there empty handed
“Sloth over there has it” you nodded towards your sister who was about three doors down carrying the bag in her arms
“Oh my GOD” Tooney gawked when she laid eyes on the full bag
“Been called that before” you said as you grinningly winked at your girlfriend just for your sister to kick you gently
“Stop it... you want me to turn it down so you turn it down as well” Lucy grumbled as she pushed past you throwing the bag onto the bed
“What... I got that through Sarina” you exclaimed
“True... that was good” your sister said impressed
“Thank you...” you grinned happily “Millie Bright I KNOW you just didn't grab MY Dweebs!!” you shouted as you threw yourself on top of Millie wrestling with her over a bag of candies
“Bitsy stop it” Keira interrupted sternly “NOW”
“But...” you whined as you sat half on top of Millie who had the Dweebs behind her back grinning at you
“No buts... come here” the blonde said firmly
“Someone is in trouble” Millie grinned
“I don't even know what I would have done” you said clueless
“Bitsy” Keira said again and her tone was just a big fat warning
You climbed of Millie and quickly shuffled over to Keira standing in front of her like a kid that just got caught with its hand in the cookie jar. Keira just nodded next to her and you knew where you would sit the entire night
“Why?” you whined as you plopped down next to her
“Over my dead body will you eat Dweebs at this time” Keira coughed “I won't have you running wild at 2AM waking up an entire hotel”
“That's not fair... I got it all up here” you grumbled and sunk back against the back of the couch
“And the team thanks you for your service” the blonde rolled her eyes as she fished a Mars bar from the pile of sweets “But no sugar for you at this time a night”
“I hate you” you looked at her darkly
“You can hate me all you want Bitsy... I'm not letting you have sugar” Keira shrugged her shoulder as Ella began to speak/yell
“Okay guys... we have a few newbies... so we start with the usual Truth or Dare... you know the rules... if you don't want to do or answer something you have three pass but then if you still deny something you get balled tomorrow” Tooney said happily as a few players groaned “We go youngest first.. y/n... start us off good” the brown haired women smirked knowing you have a few dares up your sleeve
“Okay... lets see...” you mused as your gaze over all the women in front of you before you suddenly smirk
“Lucy... truth or dare” you smirked at your sister
“Why meeee??” Lucy groaned
“Youngest to oldest” you couldn't stop smirking
“Dare... I don't want to know what you would squeeze out of me” your sister rolled her eyes
“Big mistake” you grinned darkly “I dare you to send the pretty spaniard a half nude AND get colorbook spaniard to record her reaction”
“WHAT??” Lucy exclaimed shocked as Keira burst out laughing while the rest just looked at you confused
“Pass or do it... but you know I start off lightly...” you smirked
“Scuse me who?” Mary interrupted
“Oh... sorry... pretty spaniard is Putellas... colorbook spaniard is León... OG is Batlle...” you explained “Lucy overdosed my pain meds and let me run loose at Camp Nope”
“You forgot two” Keira laughed
“Uh... yeah... the flawless and the sexy” you remembered suddenly
“I know who sexy is... and I approve” your girlfriend grinned proudly
“Oh I know... I mean I would be up...” you started before Keira put her hand over your mouth
“No sweetie...” she grinned fake
“I would be up for it too” Georgia ended your thought for you shrugging her shoulders as Kei groaned out
“Made for each other” Keira mumbled before letting you go again
“Come on Luce... what it's gonna be...” you smirked seeing your sister struggle to make a decision
“If this bites me in the ass I'm taking you down with me” Lucy narrowed her eyes at you before dialling Mapís number
“I was nice enough to say half nude and not nude” you grumbled
She quickly spoke to the blonde spaniard being as vague as possible basically threatening Maps with broken ankles if she wouldn't do as she says and to send her the video later. Poor Mapí was at the receiving end of threats again but she said she would do it but to give her five minutes as she was just on her way down to dinner. That made you burst out laughing knowing Alexia would receive a half nude from your sister while being surrounded by her whole team. Your sister ended the call and looked at you
“I don't have nudes” she pulled a face at you
“Liar liar pants on fire” you yelled out pointing at her since Keira held you back by your shoulder
“Not a liar” Lucy yelled back just as loud
“I KNOW you have nudes on that phone!!!!!” you exclaimed
“Yes but not of ME” your sister shot back before slapping her hand over her mouth while you gagged loudly and the room interrupted in laughter
“You asked for that Bitsy” Keira wiped a tear out of her eye still laughing “How did you know that anyway?”
“She has a folder on there labelled “private”... with a pin... doesn't take a genius to figure out what’s in there” you rolled your eyes which caused Keira into a new laughing fit
“She has that folder since we started dating” the blonde laughed as you looked at her shocked and started to shuffle away from her
“Oh Ew... isn't it illegal to say thinks like that to a minor??” you heaved
“You have sex you can cope with knowing that” Keira couldn't stop laughing at your horrified face
“Lucy... you still haven't fulfilled your dare” Rachel now smirked
“Yeah yeah... on it... is a photoshoot picture okay?” she looked at you
“Want to see it first” you grinned as Lucy turned her phone to show you the picture she meant
“That's not a half nude... that's you in a sports bra and jersey shorts... you run around the pitch like this” you said bewildered
“I don't have anything else” your sister defended herself
“There's a bathroom...” you pointed to the door “Get to it”
“Dear god... I really feel sorry for everyone who picks dare after me” Lucy huffed but pushed herself up walking into the bathroom locking the door behind her.
A minute later she came back her face grumpy
“That was quick...” you smirked “Experience?”
“With quickies in Bathrooms? In fact.. yes is do” your sister smirked back while half the room gagged because at least half the team walked in on Lucy and Kei getting some somewhere
Lucys phone went off and she threw it to you to open the message from Mapí. It showed Alexia in conversation with Jenni as she quickly glanced at her phone (most likely at Lucys picture) and quickly panicky turned her phone looking around horrified. It was just perfect and you immediately forwarded the clip to your phone to have back up and blackmail material.
“God... just perfect” you laughed so hard that tears were running down your face
The game continued but relatively calmly since the newbies were still a bit star struck and the veteran players went easy on them. Not when it came to you tho. Rachel dared you to jump into the pool naked from the second floor (which was quickly shut down by Keira – safety reasons and Lucy and Georgia – privacy reasons) so you had compromised with doing a backflip from the edge of the pool wearing just your underwear (Lucys boxers and a sports bra). You turned your back on Kei getting her into a slight discussion with your sister after she chose truth and you asked who satisfy her more her ex or her current girlfriend. You laughed so hard at Lucys offended face after Keira answered with “Totally different” that you fell of the couch (again). Then it was Georgias turn and she smirked at you.
“Hey Babe” your girlfriend grinned at you “Truth or Dare?”
“Truth” you answered quickly since you didn't want to find out what she would have dared you to do
“Okay... if we were married” G started before getting interrupted by Lucy
“Which is a LONG way down the road” your sister grumbled
“If we were married... if I were to cheat on you... would you stay with me?” your girlfriend asked and half the group went with a impressed “Oooooh”
“Would I stay with you if you cheated on me?” you repeated her question faking thinking about it “Yeah... yeah I would stay with you”
“Really?” Georgia looked at you surprised
“Yeah... yeah I would really stay with you” you shrugged your shoulders
“You said that so fast” G said smiling lovingly
“Wait for it” Keira mumbled knowing you wouldn't just forgive something like cheating easily
“Yeah... cus we got married... we promised each other vows and stuff” you looked at her with a blank face “...in sickness and in health till death do us apart”
“Aw... I love you so much” your girlfriend basically swooned while some of the Lionesses in the room got a soft smile on their lips
“Yeah... I'd stay with you for the rest of your tragically VERY short lived life...” you kept going and your girlfriend got big eyes
“Huh? What?” she asked a little frightened undertone
“... that ended suddenly... quickly... randomly...” you started to smirk evilly your voice calm as the sea before a storm
“Why are you so scary?” Tooney now asked
“... without a trace... no one could find you” your smirk stayed on your face as you raised an eyebrow not breaking the eye contact with your girlfriend.
Everyone looked at you. The newbies looked at you scared, the crazy veterans like Millie and Rach impressed and Lucy of course had a proud smile on her face
“Still a Bronze” your sister said proudly “Good answer Bubs”
“My turn... LJ” you smirked darkly and Keira perked up “Truth or Dare”
So did your sister but for a different reason than Keira
“Ehrm... truth?” the dark skinned woman asked and you shook your head and she quickly changed her answer “DARE!!! I take the dare”
“I dare you to stay as far away from Lucy this camp as possible without interrupting your training or schedule” you grinned as Keira pinched your side
“I'll pass” LJ said now smirking smugly
“Okay... consider this your only warning” you smirked back
“Okay... Woah... calm down” Lucy interrupted your stare off “Can't you two just get along? You were such good friends when you were younger”
“Yeah... were... correct use of past tense” you said flatly still holding eye contact with LJ
“I said I was sorry” the black haired player said
“Yeah... sorry isn't cutting it this time” you shook your head as you pushed yourself up “Friends don't do that what you did” you said before you left the room
“Bitsy” you heard Keira called after you
“y/n” you heard G simultaneously as she quickly got up to go after you
“You stay here Stanway” Lucy got in her way
“Lucy I say that with the most respect I can muster up right now but get out of my way or I'll kick your bad knee” Georgia said calmly only thinking about you in the moment not even realizing that she just threatened your sister
“Calm her down... either I or Kei will find you two” Lucy said lowly before she stepped aside letting Georgia sprinting after you
“Okay... Spill LJ.. My sister doesn't get upset that easy... what was she talking about” Lucy turned around fixing Lauren with a glare
“Something between us” the young one shrugged her shoulders “I swear I sort it out Lucy”
“You better... because as much as I admire you as a player and also as a friend but she is my sister” Lucy warned before leaving the room searching for you and Georgia as Keira looked straight at LJ
“You won't be able to fix this... but I promised her I won't take any actions against you so you can call yourself so SO lucky... and thank God that she is the bigger person” the blonde said her tone lightly threatening as she was standing up leaving to
Neither nor Keira were able to find you which was very unusual as you normally stick to places where one of them two would find you for comfort. But not this time. After 45 Minutes and more recruited veterans and without a result Keira told Lucy to give up and since Georgia was missing too she was sure you were safe
“G will keep her save Lucy...” Keira said softly as your sister looked behind the plants down by the pool again
“It's just...” Lucy started looking so lost
“I know.. but she still needs you Luce... even if she has G now...” the blonde said softly understanding immediately what Lucy was trying to say
“Yeah... it's just so.. odd... one moment I hold her hands as she's taking her first steps next moment she has a girlfriend and is all grown up” your sister mumbled
“Oh Luce.... she's still that kid that needs to hold onto your hand but she also needs to experience life” Keira said sympathetically
“You'll text when you hear something from her or G yeah?” Lucy mumbled as she gave up looking for you
“Of course” Keira smiled as she squeezed Lucys shoulder lightly
“There you are” Keira said as Georgias finger flew up to her lips signalling the blonde to keep her voice down as you were fast asleep on top of your girlfriend your face pressed into her neck your right hand on top of her heart with an icepack laying on it
“What happened?” the older one whispered as she spotted the ice pack
“Found her in the staircase punching the wall... nearly got a shiner meself” Georgia said as she adjusted her hold on you pulling you closer
“Fuck... what a mess” Keira sighed as she sat down on the bed next to you stroking some loose hairs out of your face “You need to be there for her G... no matter how hard she tries to push you away you need to stand by her”
“I won't let go, Kei... never” your girlfriend whispered pulling you as close as physical possible.
“Good... because you will face a lot of pushback and on top of that you'll have Lucy breathing down your neck” the blonde said while she kept her eyes trained on you looking for just a simple tell that you feel uneasy but to her big surprise you were completely relaxed and calm “And you are good for her G.. don't listen to anyone who tells you differently”
“Thanks Kei... means a lot to have you on my side” your girlfriend mumbled and pressed a kiss to your forehead
“Just want the best for the two of you.. now act asleep I need a picture for Lucy that her baby sister is save and sound” the blonde smirked as she pulled out her phone.
Lucy was pacing in her room as Alessia just watched her
“Hey Lucy... is y/n okay?” the young player asked sadly
“Hm?” your sister looked up from her pacing noticing Less sad face “Yeah Less... she'll be alright... you know her”
“Good... I don't like to see her upset” the blonde huffed
“Me neither Less... me neither” your sister mumbled as she got the picture of G and you “sleeping” in their room “But she's going to be okay – she has picked a good one... if you ever tell G I said that I force Brussels sprouts down your throat” your sister immediately threatened Lessi as she started to smirk
“Ugh... not the little balls of hell” the blonde gagged
“Come on blondie... let's hit the hay... Sarina will have our asses tomorrow morning for y/n fooling her with the snacks and sweets” your sister grinned as she changed into her pjs
You woke up feeling absolutely exhausted glancing around the room. After a minute you realized Georgia right next to you snoring (not so) lightly her arm holding you securely to her side.
“Go back to sleep Bitsy” Keira mumbled
“How did you know I was up?” you whispered back
“Over the years I learned to listen to your sleep even when I sleep... your breathing changed” the blonde mumbled half asleep
“It didn't” you grumbled
“It did... you stopped snoring – and now go back to sleep... it's 3.30” Keira said knowing she only had a small window where she could get you back to sleep before you were too awake and started to get antsy
“But...” you whined
“Bitsy I love you but go back to sleep... enjoy the moments you have with your girlfriend because this probably will be the last time for this Camp that Lucy will let you stay over”
“Hm... okay” you yawned and snuggled back into Georgia who - despite being asleep – pulled you closer to her

Part 1 <<<
Support me on Ko-Fi
You opened an eye, lifting the hat you'd been using to cover your eyes from the blazing sun to glance at him, pointing a finger at the two in warning.
Usopp had been on the ship for a few days, however one question seemed to burn into his mind while there with the odd band of pirates he had found himself with-
Who was the hobo women that was drinking the place dry and sleeping the the deck all the time!?
"Who is she?.. some homeless person you guys are helping?" Usopp asked, noticing you laid against the railings of the ship half asleep once again. Zoro leaned against the rails and glancing at your resting form-
"A veteran- Shes been pirating longer then we've been alive Luffy managed to convince her to come along till we were ready... Despite being a lazy bum" Zoro explained, You hearing every word he said and had to suppress the urge to throw something at him.. Veteran- Like you were some old soilder.
"As well as the Second best Swordsman-"
"Watch it Moss Head- Or do I need to beat your little ass again?" You chimed, the teen wrinkling his nose at you before huffing.
"Then train me-" He argued, you smiling at this and roll up to your feet and grab your sword.
"Fine- Get ready"
As Kids- You couldn't lie you liked this bunch. When you had been approached by the lengthy teen Luffy while seated at a bar, you'd dismissed him at first that was till a brawl come out and you helped of course- Can't let Marines outshine you.
The defeat of Axe-Hand Morgan and seeing the promise of these younglings you joined them. Teaching them ways of old pirates, Instilling the morals and codes of them- Luffy adored you, Nami was indifferent and Zoro only wanted you to show him tricks from your years as a swordwomen.
"Sloppy footwork!" You yelled, Slashing Zoro to his left as he struggled to keep up with your speed and agility. With ease you smack him on the leg with the back of the sword making him fall to his knee in pain side stepping him as you point your blade at his back.
"One mean ass teacher-" He grumbled, You laughed at this, helping the boy back to his feet.
"Remeber Zoro, Wounds on the back are swordmans greated shame" You say and pat his shoulder, telling him training was over that day. You went back to your spot to rest.. your shoulder was hurting-
By the time you had woken up you were informed you'd arrived at the Baratie- letting them all go ahead as you decided the bar was more up your speed anyway. Taking a seat you ordered a few rounds for yourself, taking the eventing to drink and relax. Eventually the crew coming back to the bar to meet up with you, Having fun as they should as you sat by yourself.
"I see-" He said calmly, his eyes never leaving you and you felt warmth hit your cheeks. He looked to Zoro still high from inflated ego and staring hard at Mihawk-
"(Y/N)?..." A voice called, even in your hazy state it brought you to your youth. Looking back you saw a looming figure over you, the large brim hat blocking the flashing lights from the dance floor as the smell of sea water and bergamot filled your nose. At first confusion painted your features till you saw those yellow eyes- And the large cross that you once called your own over 20 years ago.
"Mihawk?-" You say in surprise, a swirl of confusion in your gaze as you stared at the man. He could only smirk at this.
"(Y/N) why are- Why must we always meet were the alcohol flows the heaviest?" He mused, you couldn't deny he was charming.. even with all the time that had passed. A chuckle breaking through you as he leaned against the bar counter.
"Call it luck Mihawk- Now what brings my old conquest here? Trying for a part two?" The male looking away and you were sure under the right lighting their would be blushing.
"Looking for a young pirate, tasked with bringing him back- Alive" He said calmly, your eyes narrowing st his words.
"That's right... I heard through the grape vines you were a Warlord now- seems it's true" You say carefully taking another sip of your drink.
"And you? What are you now?" Mihawk asked, you smile into your drink as you look at the crew outside drinking.
"A teacher of sorts-" You say with a smile, Mihawk following your gaze he nodded at this. There was a few moments of silence, in truth your heart was beating out of control and you couldn't exactly tell why...
"Must be lucky students- especially to have you around" He said softly, You could hear the flirting in his voice and you winked at him.
"I tend to think so- Besides I showed you a couple of things didn't I?" You reach over and straighten out the cross on his naked chest- it felt like electricity went through your arm when you touched him and clearly he felt the same..
"So you did- maybe it's time I returned the favor" He practically purred and you clearly blushed- The Warlord smiling at the small victory it seemed.
"Charmer as always, I'll be back Mr. Warlord- wait here" You said quickly as you walked away to the washroom. Sighing as you breathed heard in there, the smell of piss burning your nose but that wasn't what hurt- No... You had to recollect yourself- a one night stand from when you were 18 shouldn't have you coming up at the seams like this.. it was illogical.
Getting a grip you march back out, only to see Zoro standing up a fierce look on his face and Mihawk before him. You quickly walking over and looking at the two-
"What is going on? Zoro stand down now-" You bark but he ignores you, Instead you turn to Mihawk.
"Mihawk what is the meaning of this?
You can feel the eyes of the crew now following you in surprise of knowing a Warlord of the Sea so well- enough to call him by his name so casually.
"I'm here for the Captian of this ship it seemes.."
"Luffy? What can you possibly want with that child?" You demand, his eyes finally meetings yours.
"Well it seems your pupil here wishes for us to battle for him-" Mihawk said and you snap your gaze to Zoro in anger, hissing a curse as you knew what this was about.
"Ignore him- Ignore this crew Mihawk.. They are children" You try but the man makes a huff. You standing infront of him more-
"We meet in the morning" Zoro pushed his ideas in and you glared at him-
"You and I both know the world needs a few more wild cards- And Zoro I told you to back down" You try once again to force Zoro to stop this.
"We will meet tomorrow"
Pulling your blade from around his neck your eyes widened.
He said and marched away, Anger boiling in your chest as you grabbed the closest thing and chucked it were Zoro had been standing. The Fool!
The argument that night would have rivaled a hurricane- Zoro too stubborn and too proud to back down and heed your words, you couldn't allow this- But like a mother dealing with a teenager he didn't fucking listen..
By morning you were standing at the pier arms crossed as you waited for Mihawk to arrive. Head lowered as you knew this wouldn't be good- of course right on time the Warlord made his appearance and stood there calmly, Zoro pulling his blades.
That son of a bitch-
It was clear this wasn't a test of Zoro's strength but of your teachings...
Zoros comment lost on you as Mihawk stood there calmly holding the tiny blade.
"I don't hunt rabbits with a canon-"
Kneeling down next to your fallen pupil you placed a hand on him, Proud at his work and courage he had-
The fight was swift, quick in Zoros defeat as your pupil was thoroughly beaten- Stepping forward with your hand drifting to the blade on your hip but Zoro held a hand for you to stop. Pulling his swords away as he held his arms out, your eyes widening as fear made your stomach churn.
"You are defeated, why do you still persist?" Mihawk said, almost amused by his resilience.
"Wounds on the back are a Swordmans greatest shame-" Your words hitting you back like a damn brick-
Mihawk eyes widening at this as he readied his blade.
"Magnificent-" He mused before striking Zoro across the chest, You wince but know it was a lesson.. not to kill.
"You did well my student...I am proud" You say softly, Zoro wincing in pain at hearing this. Luffy rushing to his wide as you rise from your position next to him and Zoro claimed his loyalty to his Captian and vow to improve.
You glance at Mihawk, Rage in your eyes as he stared at you. Placing the blade back around his neck-
Watching him walk towards the pier once more prepared to leave, You quickly following him as your hand went to your blade.
"How dare you!" You hissed in rage, Staring on Mihawk as you both stood at the pier. Pulling the blade from your hip ready for face your former conquest.
"You did all this to humiliate him and me- I will not take this lying down Mihawk" You said angrily, deep down knowing there was some joke to be had in the comment.
"I will not fight you (Y/N)-" He said calmly not even bothering to touch his blade, Anger rising in your blood as you grabbed his coat with a single hand quickly in rage.
"Why the Hell Not!?" You yelled, Mihawks eyes softening at you as his fingers went to your shoulder were the thick scars of a shattered shoulder were hidden under your shirt and have a gentle squeeze, gasping as pain rushed through your system and you dropped your sword.
"I will not-" He explained, tears welling in your eyes as the heavy feeling of pain pulled your chest. You grabbing his hand that was placed on your shoulder.
"...I could tell the moment I saw you... your shoulder-"
"Shut up-" You hissed, Tears rolling down your cheeks as you force his hand away from your shoulder but Mihawk grabs you quickly so you couldn't run- Seeing his eyes like a sworm of emotions.
"What happened?-" He demanded, Clearly he wanted to know what had kept you from reaching the full potential from being his match.. Sorrow now gripping your throat as you looked down ashamed-
"It was an accident- My ship was taken up by a hurricane... I survived by my arm was crushed" You admit, Mihawk wincing as he heard this all. Pulling his hand away from your shoulder, watching the crushing sorrow overcome your form.
"I-" You heard a sudden crash, Turning to see Arlongs ships coming towards the resturant. Ready to rush forward Mihawk grabbed you-
"What are you doing!?" You growled in anger, But Mihawks eyes were gentle.
"Stopping you- Your chicks are ready to spread their wings.. These are hard lessons for them ones they need in order to be pirates... understand?" You wanted to argue, you wanted to fight... But deep down you knew he was right..
"Then what?" You say, Mihawk taking a step back.
"We go drink... and wait" He said truthfully.. and in this moment that sounded all right-
When you returned, you had heard of Arlong and Nami, the betral and pain it had caused the crew. You wanted to break in the little ginger bitch teeth however kept your opinion back.
"Luffy- It's best to cut your losses-" You start but Luffy Looked at you, His face twisted up like a storm in a way you hadn't seen before.
"You said I needed to make Captian decisions (Y/N)- This is it. We are going to bring Nami Back" He said firmly, You staring at the firm faced teen and smiling proudly.
"I see there is nothing left to teach you... May the tides be kind to you Luffy" You said with a smile, Luffy smiling as he hugged you suddenly, knowing that you would also not be joining him on his mission- Your teachings were done and you were proud. Pulling away you pat his shoulders with a smile, he walks onto his ship you see a wave of a Captian finally settling on his shoulders.
You watching Usopp and The newest face Sanji also board, You hanging back and instead going back to the resturant to get a meal from Zeff as well as a chat from the old Pirate to help patch up your Pupil back on the ship which he agreed to.
By evening you stand there on the pier next to Zeff as the crew set sail. A tear tears going down your cheek as they do-
You stand on the pier watching the Going Merry sail away from the small refuge. You knew your role wouldn't be permanent on the ship, it just wasn't who you were- But it did make you sad to see them sailing off to their next adventure without your guidance. Like a mother bird watching their chicks leave the nest-
"They will be fine.. you taught them well"
You heard a low voice next to you, not even having to look to know it was Mihawk who now occupied the space next to you.
"...Still sad to see them go" You admit, finally looking to Mihawk who had such a gentle look on his stoic face. His gaze soft as he seemed to admire you- Warmth developing your face.
"What? Youre staring at me hard-"
"Want to go to the bar nearby?" He said softly, a knowing twinkle in his yellow eyes. There was a pause before both of you cracked wide smile and chuckled a bit together.
"You know what, That sounds like a wonderful idea~" You finally say with a playful wink.
His fingers lacing around your own, a hint of a smile playing on his face- You giving his hand a gentle squeeze in reassurance.
"Oh and please don't rob me in the inn this time" Mihawk jest, remembering having to sleep outside the days afterwards. A laugh slipping past your lips as you shake your head and promise not too, the two of you walked back hand in hand.

Criston knew he was off— something never wired right in his brain. Most people would interview him and see the rags-to-riches story. He came from trash, really, his dad was the janitor at the big boxing gym in the city. Coach Dondarrion told people they let Criston train for free as his father worked so tirelessly.
In reality, he couldn’t stop getting into fights at school. It was unchecked anger growing out of control. Criston’s mother and father begged Dondarrion to take him on and help channel that aggression. It likely saved his life. He was only 10 and beating kids’ faces in over slights— imagined or real. He was horribly possessive, jealous, and lost. Boxing seemed to put a lid on that.
Occasionally he’d have to be ripped off an opponent. Whispers of Criston Cole being a psycho were rampant. He was twenty-three when he got his current manager. She worked miracles. His everything— Criston loved the woman so much that sometimes it hurt his head, thoughts too intense to siphon through.
He’d known her from the Blackhaven gym, she was a daughter of Coach Swann and knew the realm of boxing pretty well. Coach Dondarrion brought her into the picture when Criston almost killed a man in the ring.
She didn’t bat an eye when Criston snarled and tried to intimidate her— only cocking her head and snorting like he was an unruly animal. He’ll never forget the words she said after. It was a shift for the boxer.
“Do that again and you won’t fight this week. I’m in charge now. You’re my prize pet. If you want to keep being a prize pet then you’ll listen to me,” she stated, manicured nail poking his chest.
The bigger man still had no clue what came over him, but her words were like a balm. This was what Criston needed— firm orders and guidance. He hoped at the time she could help him with all the mess in his head. Criston nodded and replied, “Yes ma’am.”
“Good boy. Let’s come up with some rules. You like rules don’t you?”
No unnecessary jabs, no yelling, work on riding the bike and going through footwork, and no cumming until he had won.
Those were the rules before a fight. Criston abided by them religiously. Even if he was like a caged animal towards the lead-up to the big event. He would feel himself grow more and more agitated— actively restraining from ripping his opponent's jaw off. Cole probably looked psycho, with dark eyes intense, jaw clenching. But his expression remained eerily placid. His manager liked that and said she could smell the fear off the other guy.
Criston remained undefeated, she must be right he thought. Coach Dondarrion said Swann was a goddamn genius. She was perfect like that. He hated she wouldn’t go public with their relationship, Criston would wind himself up into an obsessive tizzy over it.
But when he won again, and again, she was there to take care of him. They’d get through the usual press, Criston would shower, and they’d ride back to the hotel together. The air was charged in the back seat. She’d slapped his wandering hands away the first couple of times.
Now he knew to stay put and she’d tend to his face or scratch his hair, careful of any knots and bruising. It felt so fucking good the first time she touched him, he had cum in his sweats before even reaching the hotel. Whining and writhing as she cooed and put ice on his black eye or taped a busted nose— he couldn’t remember exactly.
His manager had cooed in surprise when he seized up and gasped, wetting the inside of his briefs, “Oh, baby? You came? Needed that, didn’t you? Criston Cole, my prized pet, big bad man, didn’t know you liked being loved on. You deserve it, baby, I’m here for you, always.”
Her words had simultaneously embarrassed and made Criston want to kneel at her feet, awaiting her next command. He remained quiet, cheeks flushing heavily, worried internally his nose would start bleeding. Swann curled at his side and stroked his messy curls.
“Don’t be ashamed, you deserve to feel good. ‘Sides I know you have more to go, gotta be pretty full from going a week. You want me to take care of that, empty you out?”
Criston gritted his teeth and whined. He wanted it so bad. The demon in his head teased and prodded him, spitting lies. “She thinks you’re a weak little bitch, you really gonna spread your legs and bare your neck like a slut?” the voice said. He moaned softly, pained from the dissonance.
His manager whispered gently, a small hand rubbing soothing circles on his chest.
“Criston, baby, stop thinking so much, and let me do it for you.”
He melted into her warm embrace, the proposition flicking on a switch he didn’t know existed. She smiled as he slurred out a ‘yes’ and went lax under her palms. Criston didn’t know at the time— that submitting completely to another made his mind stop for a bit.
He was euphoric, eyes focused on her as they entered the hotel. She waved off any reporters and led him by the hand. Criston clung to her like a needy child in the elevator, his cock swelled up again. The manager let him rut a bit on her tight skirt and giggled at his desperation.
When they finally, finally gotten to the room— she stripped Criston down and made him cum until he cried, all the adrenaline sapped out of his body. He lost count of how many times her mouth and hand brought him to completion. He got to float in his head, tongue too thick and limbs too heavy to do anything but whine and be coddled.
Criston woke up later as a new man. He felt he could breathe. Then the games began as his record kept going up, Cole escalating to the fucking top. He didn’t know what to do with all the money except buy his family a house and Swann anything she desired.
He’d won again. Shaking his fist and snarling obscenities at Strong on the ground. He’d get another fuck-ton of money and go home happy. He’d picked up the belt and grinned, elated at his thirtieth win. On the top of the world.
Criston’s mind began to whirl as he stalked down the hallway. He briskly showered and answered a couple of questions to the press. She waited to the side, sinful red lips curled upwards. Swann was wearing the red bottoms he bought her, pretty legs shown off in her little dress and blazer.
When she nodded toward the exit he followed, agitated at the annoying reporter still asking questions. Criston didn’t want to upset her, so he kept his mouth shut and followed along, pulling his hoodie up. His balls fucking throbbed. He wanted to fuck his angel so bad, maybe she’d let him on a special occasion like this.
He got into the dark luxury vehicle, inhaling her sweet scent. Criston was close to getting feral, mouth watering at the possibilities. Still, he remained mute. Until she shifted, facing him in the dark, eyes full of affection. Criston couldn’t help the thin whine that burst from his chest at her attention.
“Look’it you. Took down Breakbones, got thirty wins, fucking hell baby,” she drew closer to him, “Criston Cole, you’re the real deal! You wanna fuck me, baby boy? I think you’ve earned it.”
“Pleaseplease, yes, fucking yes,” he pled.
A stagnant pause fell over the back of the car.
“Thank you,” he moaned, “Thank you.”
“Good boy, don’t forget your manners.”
She placed a warm hand high on his thigh, massaging the sore muscle. Her other palm caressed Criston’s patched-up cheek. She hummed “A kiss?” He nodded eagerly, vibrating in place, adrenaline still coursing through his veins. But Criston knew he had to be her good boy.
The woman softly pecked his lips, pulling back to watch Criston chase with a sad noise. She smiled and kissed him again, deeper this time. He eagerly opened his mouth for her, shivering as her nimble tongue playfully lapped at his own. Criston’s hands balled up in his sweats— no touching, no touching unless given permission.
Their lips wetly smacked in the dark car, her hand moving up to rub maddeningly at his straining cock. Criston cried out into her mouth, hips bucking helplessly. She laughed and nibbled on his shapely lower lip, hand squeezing his manhood.
“S’all mine isn’t it? My cock, just for me.”
He nodded in misery, his body wanted to let go, but it was a bit of a process to get Criston in the headspace he wanted. She knew how to get him there. Like her lips against his ear, tits pressed against his chest as she purred, “Easy love, relax, I’ve got you honey.”
“Mmm- gods, need it,” he gritted out, dark eyes lolling.
As her firm hand jerked him over the sweats, Criston’s manager nipped and kissed at his clean-shaven cheeks and neck. She whispered, “Sweet boy, I know you are s’hard, relax, relax, you’re gonna get to cum all night baby. As much as you want, just gotta let go okay?”
She praised and played with him some more, Criston began to pant hoarsely, thighs shaking as he neared the precipice. She tutted when the car stopped, “Get yourself together baby, we’re here now.” He blinked, a tear falling down his cheek, bewildered by the way she left him.
He was so fucking close! The boxer sulked and groaned at his denied orgasm, eyes watery from how intense his balls were throbbing now. He wiped his eyes and pulled the hood of his sweatshirt up again, keeping his head low. He hoped the half-assed tucking of his hard-on worked.
They walked in sync to the elevators. He sulked, “M’so hard it hurts.” Criston’s girl pouted her lips, patting his cheek, “I know, I know sweet boy, but we can’t keep the driver waiting. Almost there, don’t be so needy.”
Criston wrapped his arms around her waist, tucking his face into her neck. He would be good, he wouldn’t hump or bite. He merely wanted to hold her for a second before the elevator dinged. Swann hummed and nuzzled back into his hair.
Onward they went, Criston’s mind growing fuzzier and fuzzier as his body thrummed with need. Upon entering the penthouse suite— her entire demeanor changed. She snapped, “Go get undressed and kneel for me by the bed.”
He nodded in little jerks, undressing and folding them neatly, just how his mistress liked. Criston shuddered as the cool air hit his cock, swallowing heavily as he knelt before the foot of the bed. His hands shook with need, his adrenaline still thrashing and pumping underneath the skin.
He was downright panting by the time she came out of the bathroom, naked as he was. Criston bit on his lip, eyes watering again. The angel laughed, “You sure are worked up tonight.” She padded behind Criston, winding a hand into his hair, eliciting another agonized noise from the boxer.
“You are so damn talented, the Warrior smiles on you. I’m proud.”
“Thank you, thank you ma'am,” he whispered.
“I’m going to get on the bed and you’re going to fuck all that energy and cum out okay?”
“Yes ma’am- ohmygods.”
Criston’s brows pulled together as she laid before him, legs crooked and spread, her cunt shining with slick. He growled, digging his nails into the skin of his thigh. She crooked her fingers playfully, “C’mon baby, you’re allowed to touch. Use me, my special pet earned it.”
He almost felt bad in the way he roughly had pulled her ass flush to his hips, the flesh smacking loudly. Criston had eagerly gotten on his knees in the center of the soft bed, slotting his swollen cock against her slick pussy. “F-fuck, fuck, gonna use you baby, ’m sorry,” he gritted out. She smiled and shrugged, moaning as he rutted against her a couple more times.
Criston’s dark eyes rolled up as he entered her velvet cunt, warm and sososo tight. He snarled as he snapped his hips into his baby. She was crying out and digging sharp nails into his shoulders. Cole knew he was lost in the feeling, rasping and groaning possessive, ugly things he would never say out loud.
But when legs were wrapped around his waist and she was mewling his name? Criston had lost his firm barriers. He rumbled into her ear between kisses and bites, “My godsdamn pussy, mine, you’re mine, I’ll f-fucking kill anyone who touches you, looks at you, gods I’ll do anything!”
He groaned, balls drawing up quicker than expected. She was crying out “Yes! yes! All yours!” Criston sucked in a wet breath at her neck, hips driving into her at a breakneck pace, hands bruising her pretty skin. He choked on his drool, unable to warn her— Criston’s orgasm was that intense.
She tightened around him when his cock flooded, absolutely flooded her pussy. Criston moaned and clenched his jaw, fucking through the oversensitivity. His girl dug her heels into his ass to spur him on. The boxer swallowed down a little mewl. Everything was still so swollen, he had to keep fucking, keep cumming.
“Mmm, yes! Don’t stop baby, oh Criston!”
“I-I am, fuuuck, g’nna fill you up again!"
He drove his hips upward, lifting her hips so that Criston could get at her g-spot. She raked a bloody mark across his back, gasping in delight. He rambled while thumbing desperately at her clit, “Yeah, yeah, feel s’good, cum on me baby, need to feel you, m’close again!”
Criston wasn’t sure if it was her gorgeous wail or her pussy gushing on his cock or both but he came again. She chose to mouth at his lips, shaky legs clenching around him, hand pulling the hair at the nape of his neck. Meanwhile, he whined Swann’s name, the quickness of his second orgasm turning Criston’s brain into jello.
The slick noises between them were loud and sloppy, he was stuttering and whining. She threw her pretty head back and moaned. Criston was finding words hard. He kept fucking and fucking. She felt too good and he had so much cum for her.
“That’s it, keep it up,” she grunted.
Criston slurred, “Ca-can’t stop, can’t, can't!”
He felt his eyes grow wet as his overstimulated cock was gripped and milked by her cunt. The angel, his angel, wrapped her arms around his sweaty neck, his hips forcing little 'uhs' out of her plush lips. Criston blabbered uselessly, words bordering on sobs now. It felt too good, the pain and pleasure were ecstasy to him. He bottomed out inside her, stopping to mewl long and high before returning to feverishly thrusting again.
“Oh, oh, angel- hurts- s’good ohmygods your pussy, gotta cum again, m’sorry m’so sorry!”
She nuzzled at his jaw, moaning, “It’s okay, doing so good for me, needy baby. You needed this, poor baby’s balls are so full.”
“S’full,” he agreed, mindless and shivering.
Criston’s thighs began to twitch as he felt another wave cresting. He practically wailed as the third peak licked up his spine— white hot and mean. She gasped, nails digging into his flanks, pussy pulsing around another load of Criston’s molten cum.
He was a mess, wordless and drooling. Criston began to move again, gaze unfocused and mouth agape. He whimpered, all overstimulated and still fucking frantic. Criston felt like he’d die if he didn’t stop, tears pouring down his flushed cheeks.
Her hands held his face now, her lips saying something. Criston slowly cocked his head, attempting to understand his manager’s words. She said it again, this time louder with a smack to his cheek. Criston stopped his movements, protesting with a weak noise.
“Babydoll, you gotta fuck my thighs, I'm starting to hurt. I’m going to turn over, okay precious? Got that?”
His lips trembled— Criston didn’t want to do that. He wanted her pussy. He slid out anyway, a torrent of white spend flooding out of her well-used entrance, seeping onto the bed. She marveled "Oh Criston, you still have anything left?" The woman hissed under her breath as she flipped onto her stomach. She tucked a pillow under her hips, giving him access to her thighs, slicked with their release.
Criston stared— unsure how to proceed. His cock was so flushed it purpled, aching horribly. He whined, frustrated with his stupidity, the man just wanted familiar tightness again. She sighed and reached back, ushering his knees and thighs to cage her legs in, forcing Criston forward.
He gasped in delight when his cock slid between her soft thighs, warm and wet. His depleted brain decided this would do. Criston’s thrusts were jerky and uncoordinated, he was growing too sensitive to go on much further. He kept at it, crying and sniffling like a babe.
“Awe baby, you’re hurting huh?”
“Mhm!” he replied, scrunching his face up tight. He had to cum one more time, he had to! Even if it was excruciating, the pleasure ramped up into nerves prickling all over his worn body. She watched him with lidded eyes, lips in a smirk. Criston exhaled again, throwing his head back to sob.
“Gotta- I gotta,” he mewled.
“I know sweetheart, so close, let it all out, you’ll feel so much better. You’re so pretty like this— all fucked out and still want more. Knocked your whore brain sideways. My cute slutty puppy, I love youuu.”
Criston folded under the praise, his body contracting once more, stomach cramping as he devolved into cries. His abused cock managed to dribble one little last bit. He couldn’t stop crying, falling back onto his haunches. Swann guided him down to shush and pet his hair. She murmured, "You're okay, all done now, I'm here, not going anywhere. Just breathe."
Criston’s muscles were all loose but the adrenaline had been sapped quickly. He was gutted— in a good way. Just couldn’t help the reaction, he knew it would happen after an intense romp like this. His baby curled into his heaving side, laying feathery kisses on his jaw, a relaxing hand at his diaphragm.
“That’s it, let it out, poor baby. Couldn’t help yourself hm?”
Criston nodded through the incessant tears, his shaky hand threading through her hair. He rasped, “I love you so much. You’re perfect.” He was growing more sleepy, settled by her kisses and glowing smile. He could float easy and enjoy the win, curled up with his lifesaver. Well, after she got him water and wiped down the mess. He realized with a smile— she had laid a towel underneath them.
She’d have to help him function tomorrow, Criston knew he’d be scrambled eggs, sore, and a bit grumpy. But that’s why they kept a suite for three days. After the kick off he would rest up and replenish. They would fuck sensually, cuddle, and watch a in some order of that fashion.
His addled mind conjured up a big diamond ring he’d buy for her.

The first light of dawn painted the horizon in delicate hues of pink and orange, casting a soft reflection on the tranquil river below. The water flowed very calm in this part of the river, the gentle lapping of the current seamlessly melding with the melodies of the first birds, praising the awakening of a new day.
As Sihtric walked, he felt a sense of peace enveloping him. The riverside always had this calming effect, a place where he could gather his thoughts before the day's chaos ensued. Especially now, with Coocham buzzing with warriors gearing up for battle.
Soon, he reached a secluded bend in the river, framed by tall reeds from the side of the river, while nearby a sprawling willow provided shade, shielding this corner from both the sun's gaze and curious onlookers. The air here was cooler, tinged with the refreshing scent of wet soil and the distant fragrance of blooming wildflowers.
Rounding the bend, Sihtric halted, an unexpected sight meeting his eyes – amidst the curtain of reeds and morning's embrace, you were dressing after what appeared to be a refreshing river bath. Droplets of water still clung to your naked arms, glistening in the faint sunlight. You reached for your leather jerkin, slipping it over your undergarment and breeches, then tugged on your boots and fastened your sword. Your damp hair, darker than its usual shade, clung to your neck, small streamlets running down your back.
Even from where he stood, Sihtric could see the focus in your stance, reminding him instantly of how you looked in the heat of training. He smirked remembering the unexpected twist his first sparring session with you had taken.
It had been a mystery to him why Uhtred had taken you in as a warrior. A woman – a small and delicate creature, looking like you would break into two from wielding that long and heavy blade of yours. The way you danced around the hay dolls in the sparring grounds, as if playing some intricate game, made Sihtric just wrinkle his nose and rolle his eyes, even as Finan approvingly chuckled with his tongue, hinting at a different perspective.
Until that one day.
—-----------------------------------------------
It was a late afternoon and the training grounds resonated with the rhythmic clang of metal clashing and the shuffling of feet on dry ground. Sihtric, along with Finan and Osfert, stood slightly off, their gazes fixed once again on you as you flowed through a series of maneuvers with your blade.
"She's got a knack for this," Finan observed, admiration evident in his voice. "See her footwork? Swift and sharp."
Osferth nodded, adding, "She's trained well. That much is clear."
"Since when have you turned into an expert in sword skill?” Sihtric scoffed, “Besides training and actual battle are worlds apart. Dancing around here is one thing, but facing seasoned warriors? Doubt she'd last a minute."
Finan shot him a sidelong glance. "Don't be so quick to dismiss, Sihtric. She might surprise you."
"She might be good," Sihtric conceded, his tone laced with sarcasm, "for training sessions with stray dolls. They don’t fight back. Let's be real; when swords clash in earnest, it's a different game."
Osferth countered, "You're not giving her enough credit. It's evident she has the heart of a warrior."
Sihtric's lips curled into a smirk, "Heart won't stand a chance against seasoned Dane fighters."
Finan, growing frustrated, retorted, "Like you, you mean? There's something else that bothers you about her, and it's not her skills. Spit it out."
“In the shield wall, every man counts. I want my flanks secured by real warriors, not this dancing doll.” Sihtric sneered with disdain.
Sihtric turned to look at you just to realise that you had approached the trio, having caught the tail end of their conversation. Blade resting on your shoulder, you met Sihtric's gaze squarely. "Shall we see? Care for a spar, Sihtric?"
The challenge hung in the air, and the attention of everybody on the grounds was suddenly focused on both of you.
"Perhaps we should use sticks, not steel. Wouldn't want to mar that pretty face of yours," Sihtric jested.
Your retort was swift, "Scared I might leave a mark?" With a confident stride, you took your stance, eyes locked onto Sihtric, awaiting his move.
Amid the expectant gazes of his friends and other warriors now coming closer, Sihtric drew his blade and slowly stepped into the training ground, every muscle radiating the confidence of years of experience and countless battles.
Without hesitation, Sihtric made the first move, lunging forward with a powerful strike, expecting to overwhelm you and end the bout swiftly. To his astonishment, he was met with empty air as you sidestepped evading him gracefully. His initial smugness was replaced with a furrowed brow.
The dance continued, with Sihtric trying to leverage his strength, but you remained elusive. Like a leaf caught in a whirl of wind, you ducked, swirled, and danced around him, evading each of his strikes. Each of your movements, precise and fluid, confounded him, taunting him with feints, luring him in with the promise of an opening in your defences, only to change direction at the last moment, leaving him off-balance. Each time, the crowd's gasps and murmurs grew louder, Sihtric's frustration evidently increased.
The defining moment came when you feigned a low strike, prompting Sihtric to lower his defence. In a split second, you changed your trajectory, using his momentum against him. He stumbled, caught off guard, and with a deft move, you closed in, swirling around, striking his blade hand and burying your shoulder in his stomach. Sihtric could only gasp watching his blade flying out of his grasp, himself landing roughly on the dusty ground.
A wave of cheers washed over the grounds. Standing tall, you extended a hand to a visibly dazed Sihtric, sitting in the dirt.
Finan's smirk was hard to miss as he chuckled, "Told you so. You just wouldn't listen."
The next morning as you arrived at the training grounds, Sihtric was already there, engrossed in sharpening his sword. Every stroke showed his focus, so much so that he didn't seem to notice you approaching. You hesitated for a moment before turning away to begin your own regimen, keenly aware of Sihtric's discreet glances in your direction as you practiced.
Finan approached, amusement dancing in his eyes. "Waiting for someone, Sihtric?"
Sihtric shot him an annoyed look. "Just making sure my blade is sharp."
Osferth, joining them, chuckled. "He's been 'making sure' that for the past hour, you can use that blade for shaving!"
Sihtric sighed, "Alright, alright. I was thinking of...you know...asking her to spar. But..."
"But you're too chicken to ask?" Finan teased.
"It's not that. It's just... What if she feels I'm challenging her? Or worse, trying to show off?" Sihtric shifted uneasily.
"Why don't you just be direct?" Osferth suggested. "Ask her if she'd like to train with you. Simple."
Before Sihtric could reply, you approached, having noticed the trio's discussion. "Something interesting you're talking about?"
Finan, never one to miss an opportunity, smirked, "Sihtric here was just about to ask you something."
Sihtric shot Finan a glare but took a deep breath, "I was...uh...wondering if you'd be interested in...you know, sparring with me? No challenges, just...training."
You looked at him, a playful smile forming on your lips, "Took you long enough to ask. Let's see what you've got."
And so it began. Soon your sparring sessions became a regularity, a steady part of each day.
Despite Sihtric's prowess and experience, he found himself continuously challenged by your fluidity and swiftness. Every parry, every counter-attack showcased your undeniable skill and he dug deep into his experience and strength to avoid repeating his previous mistake.
And while the warrior in him thrived in the challenge, the man in him was captivated by you in a way he had not expected.
The effortless elegance of your movements, the way your hair swayed synchronously with your strikes, glinting in the sunlight, were hypnotic. Your lean body, a perfect fusion of strength and grace, resembled an alerted wild creature, ever vigilant and prepared.
The way your cheeks turned rosy from exertion, the never fading spark in your eyes, full of determination, yet always bright with mischief and joy, your contagious laughter – all this and a thousand other small subtle things captured Sihtric's heart and endeared you to him.
Your wit, as sharp as your blade, was an allure in its own right. The fire with which you defended your views and opinions only deepened Sihtric's respect for you. And the way you never missed a chance to playfully tease those around you placed you at the same level as Finan. In between rounds, even out of breath and exhausted, you would always find a strength to throw a joke, your laughter infectious, lighting up the surroundings. Sihtric often found himself anticipating these moments more than the actual sparring.
Sihtric clearly recalled that one day, after a particularly intense round with both of you breathless and drenched in sweat, his eyes had scanned your form, an unfamiliar sensation washing over him. Unbeknownst to him, he had found himself admiring you – undeniably a skilled and formidable warrior, but also a woman, such a beautiful woman, radiating passion, intelligence, and resilience. In that instant, a warmth spread through his chest, an undeniable pull that made his heartbeat quicken.
—--------------------------------------------------
Lost in his memories, Sihtric failed to see a stray branch on the ground. It snapped sharply under Sihtric’s foot, its sound carrying in the stillness of dawn. Startled, your eyes met his visibly sheepish expression.
There was a lingering pause, stretching a bit too long. With a mischievous smirk, you finally broke it. "Do the riverside reeds make for good hiding spots, Sihtric? Or are you merely lost?"
Taken aback, Sihtric stumbled over his words. "I... I didn't mean to intrude. I was just—"
"Sightseeing?" you teased, arching an eyebrow playfully.
He could feel the heat rising to his cheeks. "Honestly, I didn't expect anyone to be here. My apologies."
You chuckled, clearly enjoying the rare opportunity to see the usually composed Dane flustered. "Next time, maybe announce your presence with a song or dance. At least then I can join in the fun."
He laughed, the tension easing a bit. "Noted. I'll work on my riverside entrance."
You flashed him a grin. "See to it. And perhaps, I'll give you a show worth watching."
The mortified look, appearing on Sihtric’s face, made you laugh.
“Since you’re here, maybe you can help?” you asked, showing him a small blade in your hand.
Sihtric’s brow furrowed in confusion. “Help you? How?”
"These," you tug at your locks, "get in the way and that can be an unnecessary distraction during a battle. It might look less disastrous if you’d help cut them."
Sihtric looked surprised, “It’s just hair. Why not simply braid them?"
Your eyes darted away, "Never learned that skill. Gisela, Hild, and others always do it for me. But they won't be accompanying us. I'm left with few options."
Sihtric chuckled. "So, the master of swords is defeated by braiding?"
You shrugged with your shoulders. "We all have our weaknesses."
Sihtric's gaze lingered on you, his heart's tempo subtly quickening. "Well, lucky for you, I've been braiding my hair for years. If you'd trust me, I could assist."
Amusement glinted in your eyes. "Sihtric, the fierce warrior, a hairdresser? That's an unexpected turn."
Feigning affront, he winked, "Hey, a man can have many talents!"
Nodding, you handed him a comb. "Then, let's give it a whirl."
"Come," Sihtric gestured, spreading his cloak by a willow's expansive root.
How attentive, you mused, not with surprise, but merely acknowledging what you already knew. That’s how he was. Beneath the rough and reserved exterior of the stern warrior you had long discovered the tender inner core of an exceptionally warmhearted man – always loyal, ever attentive and a deeply caring friend.
With an amused smile on your face you settled down onto the cloak, with Sihtric positioning himself behind you, his legs framing you supportively. The touch of his fingers, as he began combing and later skillfully weaving your hair, sent a frisson down your spine. And you let yourself drift away in memories as you listened to him humming a soft tune.
—-------------------------------------------------
You loved the sparring sessions with Sihtric, which became routine soon after your first encounter. Every time you squared off against him on the training ground, a thrill surged through you. It wasn't just the sparring, but the challenge he presented. He was a formidable opponent, hardened in countless battles. Every stance, every move, every counter spoke of his experience.
Your initial easy victory against him was a sweet memory, but the more you trained with him, the more you realised that it had been quite a stroke of luck. Sihtric had underestimated you, causing him to be less vigilant and overly hasty. Now, with every session, it became clearer that keeping up with him demanded all of your skill and focus.
Sihtric's unique combat rhythm was unpredictable. His strength was palpable, not just in his powerful strikes but also in his unwavering stance, making it challenging to catch him off guard as you had during your initial spar. Every session was a blend of instruction, challenge, and exhilaration, all of which you embraced wholeheartedly.
One particular day remained etched in your memory. After an intense bout, with both of you drenched in sweat and panting for breath, you leaned against a tree to recover. Your gaze naturally drifted to Sihtric. He was bent over, hands on his knees, his chest heaving, catching his breath, every muscle defined beneath his sweat-soaked tunic. While you had always respected his martial prowess, that day, an unfamiliar warmth spread within you, accompanied by a flutter you couldn't identify.
You watched as he straightened up, brushing off the dirt and sweat. A stray strand of hair fell onto his forehead. An unexpected urge overcame you—to reach out and tuck it away, brushing your fingers against his skin. You were taken aback by this newfound sentiment. What was that?
Your heart raced, not only from the exhaustion of the spar, but from this unexpected surge of emotion. Memories flooded your mind — flashbacks of your shared laughs, the lingering, hidden glances, the melodic timbre of his soft voice as he shared stories by the fireplace.
You shook your head, trying to dispel these thoughts. It was just the exhaustion playing tricks on your mind. And yet, you couldn’t resist stealing another glance, captivated by the way his lips curved into a smile as his eyes locked onto yours, sending a shiver down your spine.
As you both wrapped up, the typical teasing that was so common between you both seemed charged with a new energy. Was it just you, or did he feel it too? Something deep within you had shifted giving way to emotions unknown and unintelligible for you, something you weren't quite ready to admit, even to yourself.
—--------------------------------------------------
Now, as you sat nestled between his legs, Sihtric almost regretted his impulsive offer to braid your hair. Had he overstepped? Yet, the allure of the moment was undeniable and too compelling to resist.
His fingers gently caressed your hair, the silky locks gliding seamlessly through his grasp. Every touch sent an electrifying jolt through his entire body, the strange feeling both excited and unnerved him. This closeness was a strong contrast to your sparring sessions—no blades, no shields, just the two of you, closer than a hand's reach.
His heart pounded loudly in his chest. Every sweep of his fingers, every touch of your hair sent a thrill coursing through him, stirring emotions and making his fingers tremble slightly.
The world around slowly faded. Every twist, every intertwining strand tightened an unexplainable knot in his stomach, every occasional brush of his hands against your neck made him yearn for more. The warmth of your back against his torso, the subtle scent that lingered, the softness of your hair—it was overwhelming, intoxicating.
He leaned in slightly, his breath uneven, lips mere inches from your head. Every second stretched, deepening his yearning.
The braid was almost complete, but Sihtric took his time, savouring the moment, cherishing each touch. He was in love, deeply so, and while he was not yet ready to speak it out loudly, the intimacy of this moment seemingly spoke volumes.
“You are ready, fair warrior,” he finally whispered, his voice bringing you back from your reverie.
Your fingers gently touched your head, where your ever dishevelled locks had been transformed into three neat strands, overflowing into one braid trailing down your back. Springing up, you dashed to the water to glimpse your reflection.
"Guess I won't need this blade for a haircut after all," you mused clearly impressed, sliding the knife back into its sheath.
Sihtric's eyes sparkled with a mix of pride and mischief. "I did say I had a knack for it."
You chuckled, "Thanks, Sihtric. I’m in your debt."
He shrugged, his casual demeanour back in place. "Just promise to show me a new sword move or something. That would square us, right?"
You grinned, "I've got a better idea. Teach me to braid, and someday, I might offer the same service to you."
"My lady, braiding isn't as straightforward as swordplay. It's an art form. If you wish to have the privilege of braiding my locks, you've got a lot to learn,” Sihtric smirked in response.
And so, the remaining week before departure a new dimension was added to your training sessions – Sihtric became your braiding instructor. You profoundly wondered how he had managed to persuade almost all the small girls in the whole village to sit patiently as his fingers, interlaced with yours, guided you through the intricate process, showing you the weaves and twists, demonstrating how to put pearls and beans in the hair and fasten the braids.
You were amazed by the delicacy and deftness of his rugged hands, contrasting sharply with your own efforts that often left stray hairs or twisted sections that unravelled the entire braid. And one day, the mystery surrounding the patience of the small villagers was unravelled when you saw Sihtric remove one of his silver rings, handing it to one of the girls. A smile played on your lips at the sight as you realised he was actually paying in silver to have you taught to braid.
—--------------------------------------------------------------
You sat beside a crackling fireplace, the camp sprawling amidst the trees with tents everywhere around you. An unmistakable tension permeated the air, as it always did on the eve of battle. Some warriors sought solace in ale, others meticulously sharpened their already perfect blades, while some gathered around the fires, sharing stories and seeking comfort in the company, driven sleepless by anticipation. There was no one else at your fire, sitting alone on a fallen log, you hugged your knees, immersed in thoughts, when a warm hand settled on your shoulder.
“Ever fought in a battle before?” Sihtric asked, taking a seat beside you, the firelight dancing in his eyes. “Don’t take me wrong. I know how good you are with the blade. But fighting one to one is different.”
“I know, you’re right and yes, I have. And I will not pretend that it doesn’t scare me. Only a fool would pretend to not fear the chaos of the battle,” you looked up to meet Sihtric’s gaze. “But don’t mistake my fear for weakness. Don’t think I will waver just because I’m a woman. I proved you wrong once and I’ll do it again, if needed.”
“You’ve nothing to prove to me. I just… I…” Sihtric struggled to find the right words. He wanted to ask you to stay by his side, so that he could protect you, shield you from harm, but he couldn’t find the right words to express that without insulting you. He understood that especially now after you had voiced your suspicion that he still didn’t trust you enough, there was no way of saying what he had intended to. You were a warrior, and he had learned his lesson not to doubt it, he respected that. And yet you were a woman. A woman he loved and cherished so deeply that the mere thought of harm befalling you was agonising and driving him to the brink of madness.
You looked expectantly at Sihtric, waiting for him to finish his saying.
"Could you... braid my hair for the battle tomorrow?" he finally blurted out, his cheeks warm, silently grateful that the fire's shadows hid his flush.
The surprise in your voice was evident. "You'd entrust me with that?"
Sihtric didn’t answer, his eyes full of strange anxiety didn’t leave yours and you swallowed back the joke that was already almost rolling over your lips.
His eyes, swirling with a mix of vulnerability and intensity, never left yours. He hesitated, before answering, "Among the Danes, there's an old belief. Having your hair braided by someone you truly trust… brings good luck in battle."
The meaning of the words slowly sank into your mind, making a genuine smile appear on your lips. "Trust me, this will be my finest braid," you replied, gesturing for him to sit down in front of you.
Sihtric slid down from the branch and settled between your legs. You reached out to touch his hair – dark, thick and curly and so pleasantly soft against your fingers, the sensation of the touch so unexpectedly stirring.
You began separating the strands, your fingers working with utmost care and concentration, as you started to pull and twist, enjoying the electrifying feeling of Sihtric’s hair brushing against your fingers. Each strand you took, twisted and wove into the pattern of your choice reminded you of the time you both spent together the last few days. His strong arms wielding the blade like a toy, his face covered with sweat, his concentrated gaze and furrowed eyebrows, as he looked for a weak point in your defences, his genuine laugh at your jokes, his fingers intertwined with yours, teaching you to braid.
Sihtric shuffled between your legs and you felt a warm flush rising to your cheeks as he leaned back nestling more comfortably between your thighs.
Your eyes, usually so sharp and observant, softened as they concentrated on the task and you unconsciously bit your lower lip. First small braids on the sides, then some more a bit higher and then the middle one – twist after twist the braids started to take shape, as you meticulously weaved each strand, ensuring not a single one was overlooked or twisted wrongly.
You tied off the ends and marvelled at your own work, not wanting to let go, to allow this magical moment to end, your fingers remained lingering, tangled in the free curls on the back, and you brushed them gently against the nape of his neck. The touch was fleeting, almost too tender to be noticed, as your fingers slid over his skin for the briefest moment in an unconscious attempt to communicate feelings you were not yet ready to express in words.
Drawing back, pride filled your gaze, your hands resting on Sihtric’s shoulders. "There," you whispered. “You’re ready for the battle.”
You felt Sihtric shudder under your touch, his arms lifting to clasp your hands, pulling them gently to his face and placing a soft kiss on your right palm.
"Thank you," his voice was husky with emotion, though he didn't turn around to face you. You felt like there was something in the air, something electrical, something unspeakable and indescribable, and you wondered whether it was the looming battle or the accumulation of the suppressed feelings and emotions or maybe both.
Sihtric slowly touched his braids, a hint of smile playing on his lips. He had finally found the right words.
“Promise me something,” he murmured, finally turning to face you. “Promise to stay by my side tomorrow. I need to know my left is guarded by such a skilled and formidable warrior as you.”
You looked in his mismatched eyes, feeling a warmth enveloping you.
“I promise,” you whispered, lowering yourself down next to Sihtric and almost melting at the feeling of Sihtric’s strong arm enveloping your shoulders, pulling you closer and wrapping his warm fur coat around you both. You leaned against him, the warmth of the fur, combined with Sihtric's steady heartbeat, making the world outside seem to blur. There were no words needed as he held you in his unwavering embrace, the silence between you both and the profound comfort of simply being speaking volumes on their own.
As the night wore on and the camp around you finally slowly drifted into sleep, you both remained wrapped in the coat, holding onto each other and the softness of the moment. His arm, strong and secure, held you close, while your head rested on his shoulder. It was a solace, a reprieve from the world outside, and a reminder of what is worth fighting for, the embrace becoming a silent promise—to stand by each other, come what may.
—----------------------------------------
The battle was over. Sihtric rose to his feet pulling his axe from the dead body, his eyes searching his surroundings for another enemy to release his anger over, but none remained. The ground, once firm and unyielding, was now a morass of muddied, trampled grass, blood, and the footprints of countless boots and hooves.
Abandoned weapons littered the field, gleaming dully. Swords, spears, and shields lay strewn around, some half-buried in the earth, others still clutched by lifeless hands. Bodies of the fallen were strewn across the landscape, and vultures were already circling overhead. Small groups of men searched the field for survivors.
Sihtric looked around and a pang of dread constricted his heart. He still remembered you beside him when the enemy's shield wall shattered. He remembered the fierce look in your eyes, the way you leaped at some random man swinging his axe at you. You had looked like a goddess of war, stabbing, chopping, parring, dancing around your enemies with an ease only you were capable of. But then Sihtric had lost you out of his sight. He had turned to face a big, red faced Dane swinging his impressive war axe at him and when he turned back, his hands smeared with blood pouring out of the Dane’s neck, you were gone.
The air was thick with a mixture of smoke, blood and filth, as Sihtric roamed the battlefield, shouting your name, his face pale and eyes darkening in despair with each moment there was no answer, his breathing growing laboured and hope waning. In the very moment when despair threatened to consume him entirely, he finally spotted you, sitting on a fallen tree at the rand of the battlefield. You sat there with your face, hands and your whole armour smeared with blood, breathing hard, your sword driven into the ground and serving as a support for your arms.
Rushing to your side, Sihtric knelt before you, his hands framing your face. "Are you hurt? Is that your blood?" he asked, his eyes wide, anxiety plainly written on his face.
“I’m fine. Just a few scratches. Nothing that won’t heal by the next new moon.”
“Don't ever do that again.” Sihtric murmured, his voice just a hush, pressing his forehead against yours. “For a short moment I thought I’d lost you. Believe me, I’ve never been so scared in my whole life.”
Your fingers slowly touched Sihtric’s face, tracing the lines and scars on his face, your eyes locked. Sihtric’s thumbs gently caressed your cheeks as he slowly, deliberately began to lean in. The space between you both diminished, charged with an electrifying tension, as you felt the warmth of his breath mingling with yours.
His fingers brushed your neck, and as you closed your eyes, you felt the tender, hesitant pressure of his lips meeting yours.
“I love you, my fierce warrior,” Sihtric whispered against your lips, “I can’t imagine my life without you.”
“And I love you too,” you managed to breathe out, your voice barely audible, melting against the gentle touch of his lips against yours.
It wasn't a fiery, passionate kiss. It was a gentle, lingering one, full of unspoken words and emotions, a culmination of all the shared glances, soft touches and unspoken feelings that had built up between you. It was a deliberate melding, like two flames coming together to form one and every nuance of the kiss spoke volumes—the delicate way Sihtric’s fingers cradled your jaw, the soft brush of his thumb across your cheek, your hands finding their way to his hair, pulling him closer.
“Hey, your braids are still intact. I did well, didn’t I” you laughed as you both pulled back, gasping for air.

I've been loving all the Izzy/reader fics, thank you so much for them! If you're doing requests, I'd love one where Izzy accidentally hurts the reader. It's 100% by accident (he turns around holding his sword and mildly slices reader, a playful shove accidentally makes reader lose balance and fall down steps type thing etc.). The crew, especially Stede, are furious and won't let Izzy anywhere near reader and he's absolutely wrecked with guilt. Would love a very fluffy ending!
Thank you so much for all of the love and for reading my fics at all!! <3 It truly means everything to me. Thank you so much for this request also—I know some of you have been wanting some more angst from me (with still happy/fluffy endings of course hehe, at least this time...maybe one day I'll try my hand at pure angst but I'm not sure today is that day), so I figured this would be a great prompt to start with on this sort of an endeavor! Plus, I just love it so much anyways, ever since it first came into my inbox I've been thinking about it. Thank you so much again for your request, and I hope you enjoy! Though like I said, please bear in mind I don't have the most experience with emphasis on angst so I apologize if this is not very adherent to that! Anyways, as always, requests are wide open!
Love,
Lavinia
Star-Crossed | Izzy Hands x Reader

Finally, the sun shone once again and not a single cloud was etched into the sky any longer. The crew of The Revenge almost forgot that sunlight even existed and were becoming accustomed to such foggy, grey skies forever—but, finally! Everyone was filled with such jubilee upon the sight and were quick to show it by chasing each other around on the main deck, swinging from ropes, dancing, plotting to convince the captains to grant them all a day on land to bask in the sun's rays—everyone except the first mate. Out of the corner of your eye, you noticed Izzy Hands leaning against the mast pole—no, slumped against it. You excused yourself from the gathering and rushed right over to Izzy, who stood up a bit straighter upon your arrival.
"I'm not going over there."
"You always have to have the first word, don't you?" you teased. "Do you want to, perhaps...get away from all this for a moment?"
"That wouldn't be so bad," Izzy shrugged, following your lead as you scurried off the main deck and into the hallway below that led to the quarters. "What are we doing here?"
You drew your sword from its sheath, smiling playfully. "I've practiced since we last dueled."
Izzy couldn't help but return a grin, fetching his own blade. "Is that so?"
"Why don't you see for yourself?" you inquired as you slashed the air. Izzy bowed impishly, to which you accepted with a curtsy, giggling. Your duels often were much like dances—precise footwork, synchronized, graceful movements across the floor, eye contact—lots of eye contact. The clash of the swords was like music to your ears, but Izzy's exasperated laughter was a much more magnificent melody, though followed next by your own ear piercing scream.
Izzy's worst nightmare had come true—there you were, bent over in anguish, clutching your stomach. Blood was all over your hands as you tried to stop it from gushing out of you. It was a deep cut and you had not actually been stabbed all the way through, though you still were going to need to be patched up sooner rather than later. Izzy's sword slipped out of his hands as he rushed over to you without any hesitation, scooping you up in his arms and placing his hand upon your left side to try and stop the bleeding. He rushed you back up to the main deck, guilt taking over him with such ease. His eyes were glossy, tears threatening to slip out of them.
"Some help over here!" Izzy demanded, and the crew all simultaneously turned their heads. Everyone sprinted to your side the second they heard his call, and saw your state.
"What happened?" Stede asked, his voice wavering.
"I'm okay, Stede," you managed to laugh, followed by a groan of pain.
"Clearly, you are not," Stede sighed. He turned to Izzy, a hand on his hip. "Izzy, what happened?"
"We—we were just dueling, and—"
"You hurt them?!" Jim spat. "Roach, will you—"
"Already on it," he assured them, carefully slinging your arm around him as he dragged you off into the distance.
"I didn't mean to—"
"Not another word, Izzy," Stede shushed him.
"Stay away from them," Lucius hissed as he walked off with Pete. Jim practically shot daggers out of their eyes, and Olu just sort of frowned. Izzy had never felt so defeated in his entire life. He immediately holed himself up in his quarters, draping across his bed almost lifelessly, hoping he would never have to emerge once again, not with the knowledge that he had hurt you so terribly and that the crew thought of him as some sort of monster. He was almost okay with them just being frustrated or annoyed by his presence, but being perceived like this created a deep wound in his heart he never expected to experience. If this is what he gets for truly trusting someone again, showing them a tenderness he had never felt for anyone, he did not want it.

Roach got you all patched up in no time and he anticipated your healing time would not last longer than a week, two at the most. You were never too worried in the first place, and as much as you appreciated the crew's care toward you, it felt as though they had blown the situation out of proportion. The first thing you yearned to do as soon as you were free to roam the ship once again was to find Izzy, as you knew he would be worried and probably swimming in his guilt. You nearly ran over to his quarters, though Stede popped out from out of nowhere, startling you.
"Stede! Fuck," you laughed. "You're quite...stealthy."
"I suppose so," he laughed with you. "How are you feeling?"
"Oh, much better. I never really felt too bad in the first place," you beamed.
"Well, that is a relief!"
"Yes," you nodded. "If you'll excuse me, I'm going to see Izzy now—"
"I actually don't think that's very wise."
"What? Why not? He didn't mean to hurt me, Stede—"
"—But he did hurt you—"
"—Hardly, and it was an accident—"
"I will not allow Izzy to see you."
"But—"
Out of nowhere, Jim and Lucius appeared, gently clinging onto your arms but with enough force to drag you away. You kept yelling for them to let you go but it was no use. They would gently assure you it would be for the best—at least, Lucius tried to be more gentle about it.
"You're better off being far away from that fucker," Jim muttered as they brought you back onto the deck. The entire time you squirmed, trying to escape their and Lucius' grasp. "We're going to Spanish Jackie's today."
"Fuck, you're serious? Might I remind you, she almost killed you last time!" Olu sighed out of a deep concern for Jim.
But this was perfect for you—the perfect opportunity to stay on the ship and talk to Izzy. You wouldn't let anyone stop you. Before you knew it, The Revenge had docked, and you had it all planned out. You followed everyone off of the ship, but stopped in your tracks just as you were about to walk off, which caused Buttons to bump into you, though obviously he was unfazed.
"Is everything alri—" Stede started to ask.
"I forgot my book," you feigned a gasp. "I was going to sit on that rock over there and just get lost in it for a bit."
"Well, who am I to stop you from grabbing it?" he smiled pleasantly.
You nodded gratefully and hurried down to the cabins. You knocked on Izzy's doors, knowing he was still in there.
"What is it," he spat.
"Izzy, can we talk?"
The prolonged silence was beginning to cause you to believe that he wanted nothing to do with you, until finally, he swung open the door. "You shouldn't be here."
"Yes, you should not," Stede almost chided, his voice suddenly heard from behind you.
"This is ridiculous!" you cried out as Stede practically forced Izzy back into his quarters and slammed the door shut.
"Let's have a nice day on shore, shall we?" Stede sighed happily. "It's such a beautiful d—"
Before he could finish his sentence, you had already stormed off the ship, and you were having the opposite of a beautiful day. Your heart only ached for the rest of it, yearning for the first mate and to reassure him and to rekindle things, to let him know that all was well on your end. You craved to stop the incessant self loathing and blaming you knew he was putting himself through. Yet all you could fucking do was feign a smile while everyone drank their own sorrows away, some almost even drinking themselves to death.
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・
Weeks had passed you by, each day dragging painfully slowly and wasted wondering if they would just end any sooner, wondering if the day where you even got to think of breathing a word to Izzy again would exist and come. The crew still fixated eyes on the both of you, doing everything in their power to keep you away from one another. Jim didn't hesitate to physically drag you away if you even tried to go near him, and Pete would even try to threaten Izzy (to which, Lucius would step in and take over, saying things such as: "You're cute, babe, but I've got this. Not worth your time.")
If you couldn't talk to Izzy, you didn't want to talk to anyone. You were perfectly content sitting by the window of your room curled up with a good book, away from everyone until you absolutely had to be amongst them.
Why couldn't they just listen to you? Why did everything have to be so black and white? Why did it have to be handled this way? Why did it have to be this difficult? Sure, Stede would discourage Jim's literal dragging you away ("Surely there are better ways of handling this...") but he never stopped it. He still stopped you from seeing Izzy.
Finally, you couldn't ignore the fact that you were parched and so you slipped out of your quarters. As you did, you noticed the first mate also exiting his. The two of you stood there for a moment, flabbergasted, taking in one another's presences. You opened your mouth to speak, but Izzy was already shoving right past you. Without thinking, you latched onto his wrist. "Izzy, wait—"
Izzy escaped your grasp instantly, looking vacantly upon you. You prepared something to say once again, but Izzy wouldn't hear any of it. He didn't need to hear from you of all people that he had caused you harm. Or, almost worse—that you didn't hold it against him. He would understand more if you did share the feelings of the crew, but not if you forgave him. The thought made his head spin—fuck, he wanted you to forgive him, he wanted you to know he never meant to cause you any pain. But he knew it wasn't worth it. He knew that as long as you were around, you would be beloved either way and better off without his love and care, and he would be hidden away in the dark from everyone, left to rot and be forgotten about, and when remembered, ridiculed. He almost wished that someone would just berate him directly instead of having to see you every single day and how everyone's attitudes shift when you are within close proximity of each other. How the environment grows more tense. How no one is stating the obvious of not wanting him there. He wasn't stupid, he knew. He knew for a long time before any of this even happened, and it only had gotten worse now.
⋆.ೃ࿔*:・
There came a point where you and Izzy were allowed to speak, but only in supervised circumstances. He immediately deemed this not worth it, so, it elt as though you were still forced to succumb to the previous, awful arrangement. It had been almost two months since the initial incident and with every accidental brush of the hands and every almost smile and every stolen glance, your heart only hurt more, you only pined after him even more. You missed the warmth he brought you even on the coldest days. You needed the confirmation of your feeling safe that he was able to provide. The two of you were finally growing almost attached at the hip but now you were torn apart, pieces of yourself still stuck on him and you needed those parts of you back. No, you needed them to exist still, but only if you could properly share them with Izzy.
You couldn't take it anymore.
Every day, you saw the expression that Izzy displayed on his face for all to see—pure misery, regret, and even this sort of grief. This loss for something still there, though, not at all tangible anymore. You became a ghost that didn't even haunt him, but only lingered at the expense of unfinished business with him. He could never comprehend that you longed to speak with him just for the sake of it, for your own enjoyment. That wasn't possible to him, it simply didn't seem in the cards.
You really couldn't take it anymore. You couldn't endure him avoiding you like the plague, even if he was acting on behalf of the crew's wrongful wishes. You couldn't take the way he looked at you with such a hope and desire, yet such a soul-crushing defeat that he gave into ages ago.
"You got a minute, Captain?" you asked Stede as calmly as you could the second you finally forced yourself out of bed for the day.
"Why, of course!" Stede beamed, excited that you were about to confide in him about something.
"We need to talk about Izzy and I."
Stede only sighed, leading you to his own cabin and not saying a word until he was certain the door properly shut. "I am only doing what is best for your safety—"
"Izzy makes me feel safer than anyone on this ship," you confessed. "He is always looking out for me, no matter what. He would never let anything bad happen to me. I was so happy the sun had finally come out and I just wanted to have a bit of fun so I asked Izzy to duel, it's just something we do sometimes for fun. He didn't mean to injure me, but I'm sure he already feels bad enough as it is with you all treating him like he needs to be locked away forever—"
"I appreciate you trying to look out for him. You have always seen the best in people—"
"Stede, is that Romeo and Juliet on your shelf?"
"Why, yes!" Stede nodded, forgetting the true subject of the matter for a moment. "It's such a tragic story."
"Isn't it?" your lips curled into a determined smile. "So sad that the two families kept the young star-crossed lovers away from one another. All because of some sort of unnecessary family feud...Well, they were naïve anyway to think their children wouldn't still find ways to meet and fall even further in love. Maybe if they had been accepting of their love, they wouldn't have died so young and so devastatingly..."
Stede wasn't quite catching on yet. His hand flew to his chest, clearly touched by your sentiments still "It is sad."
"Stede, you are quite literally pulling a Romeo and Juliet on Izzy and I...do you not realize that?"
Suddenly, it all clicked. Stede's mouth practically unhinged from his jaw. "You...you love Izzy?"
"We have...we have a bond and it goes beyond him just trying to do his job. He really does look out for me, and I've really grown to care about him and I worry about him whenever he's off on the side or seems really distressed. Even on my worst days, being around him is enough to almost make me forget about my troubles. I feel so...so at peace when I'm with him. I really don't worry about anything when we're together. And keeping me away from him is really doing a number on me—"
"It was wrong of me to try and keep you two apart," Stede sighed.
"I thought I was doing what was best for you, but only you know what is best for yourself. I'm so sorry."
"Thank you, Stede," you smiled slightly. "If I ever really need something, I promise I'll tell you. I don't take "talking it through as a crew" lightly."
Stede returned your smile. "I don't understand this at all...but, this is your own endeavor. We just want you to be happy."
You quickly pat Stede on the back as you bursted out of his room and made haste towards Izzy's. You knocked on his door with utmost urgency. No response. You continued to knock until finally, Izzy had enough and swung open the door, almost causing you to stumble upon entering.
"Izzy, are you alright?"
"Are you?"
"You barely nicked me," you assured him, shutting the door behind the two of you. "Izzy, I am okay. Please, don't feel bad."
"I don't think you should be here right now—"
"But Captain Bonnet said—"
"—Just go...Please."
Your heart was beginning to sink into the depths of the ocean in your chest. You could only manage to look at him—he who had such a glossy look in his eye, accompanied only with an expression of nonchalance. But you could see that he was hurting—you knew by the way he was hunched over and fiddling with his glove. Izzy could hardly look at you without wishing he could disappear. He had hurt you, and everyone went flocking over to you instantly, not even bothering to hear his side of things, nor even yours, where he knew you would have defended him, though you still were acknowledged more than he had been. But worst of all, he had hurt you—and he would never be able to recover from that. Never be able to forgive himself for it. And, he knew no one else would, either. He wouldn't blame you if you didn't, either. You made your way over to him slowly, sitting beside him.
"Look at me," you pleaded.
Finally, Izzy's eyes met with yours. All he could see when he gazed at you was the pure concern, the pure care in your pupils. How could you still care for him after what he had done, and after the crew painted him to be some sort of a villain even more than before?
"I'm okay," you reassured him. "You didn't hurt me. You didn't mean to. I'm the one who started the duel, and—"
"Don't fucking blame yourself. It was me. All me."
"Izzy, please—"
"I think you should leave."
Such a statement felt like a knife through the heart.
But all Izzy truly wanted was for you to engulf him in your arms as he allowed himself to cry against your shoulders. He wanted to apologize and beg for your forgiveness. But it just hurt too much. He felt as though he didn't deserve that. You were the only person who is able to see him for who he is, and even still, he felt as if he didn't deserve you, nor your understanding, nor your fondness.
Part of you somehow knew that Izzy didn't mean what he just commanded you to do—it felt like even further of a plea to stay. You hovered your hand above his arm, and he ever so subtly nodded—yes, please. You began to gently rub his arm, even trying to massage some of the smaller knots out. "I'm not going anywhere, okay? Never. You will never scare me away. It's because of you that I feel so safe—but it's not only that you are an exceptional first mate. You are so much more than that to me."
"But I hurt you."
"You have never hurt me. Ever. Hell, you're the one that picks up the pieces when I do get hurt."
Izzy turned away from you, unable to control the droplets flying out of his eyes now. You could tell he was crying, but you knew not to overdo it with making sure he was alright. You carefully moved in a bit closer to him, resting your head upon his shoulder.
"I never meant to—"
"I know, Iz, I kn—"
"Let me finish," he requested gently. "If not for your conscience, but for mine. I become so afraid of hurting you and of messing up with you that I did. I didn't mean to, but I still did. I'm sorry, is all."
"Izzy, are we talking about the same thing anymore?"
"I don't want you to think I'm a monster, too," Izzy whimpered. "I know...I know I've done some things I'm not proud of. Things I wish you never had to know about."
"But I still love those parts of you. They are parts of you. But, they don't have to define you, either."
"You...what?"
"What?" To say you were confused was an understatement.
"You...love those parts of me?"
"I love you. Dammit, Iz. It's always been you," you sighed, happiness washing over you just as much as woe and a slight worry he wouldn't reciprocate your sentiments had.
"You...what?"
"Is that the only thing you say now?" you laughed nervously.
"I have this instinct I can't fight off and it's to look after you in ways I wouldn't normally look after anyone else. If anything ever happened to you, I'd blame myself, and I have."
"What are you saying?"
"I...think you know."
"I think I do, but maybe I don't—"
"Oh, fuck off!"
"Izzy, I really don't know what you're trying to say—"
"I love you."
You laughed, relief overcoming you. You gently took his hand in yours, stroking his thumb with yours. "This isn't a bad thing, you know. I don't want anyone else. I'm glad it's you, Izzy."
"The crew isn't going to be happy about this—"
"I talked to Stede, and fuck whatever the rest of them think," you shrugged. "What do they know?"
Izzy chuckled, gently pushing a strand of your hair behind your ear with his free hand. "Fuck them."
"Fuck them so much," you laughed as you leaned in, unable to stand the distance between the two of you anymore, and nor could Izzy. The anticipation not only from the abundance of time that passed the both of you by and all you had were glances which you could only hope communicated something, but also since the moment you met and especially since your connection began to blossom, shone through in the kiss shared between the two of you. This moment felt long overdue and you now wanted not to waste anymore precious time—you couldn't afford to. Your heart began to do pirouettes as your lips danced in sync. You had never been so certain about what love could mean for you until Izzy Hands waltzed into your life.
And your touch, your kiss made Izzy feel the most beautiful and understood that he ever had. As he melted into the warmth your affection and his excitement emitted, he no longer felt like a monster but rather a person, someone, worthy of such love and tender care. This wonderful phenomena was only centimeters away from him the entire time he spent withering away and conforming to all other beliefs of his character, believing the slander and the accusations, almost becoming them. With you, he was able to let go of these perils, to escape the shackles restricting him from seeing the person he truly is and could be. To leave the past behind in such a way not reminiscent of denial, but the refusal of allowing it to define him and hold him down. He could care less what the crew thought. For once in his life, he was happy, and no one, nor nothing should even dare to try and take that from him. You surely wouldn't allow anyone to. You were prepared to protect him just as he continued to do for you. And as long as you were around, happiness wouldn't escape him. Not anymore.

Book of Memories ~ Chevalier and Licht ~
Card story
As usual, can’t guarantee 100% accuracy on this.
While taking a walk around court, I noticed that the training hall was unusually lively.
My instincts screamed that things were getting oddly heated and my curiosity made me go over to check it out—
I came across a suspicious figure hiding behind a pillar near the entrance, peering in.
Emma: Prince Licht, what are you doing here?
Licht: Shh.
With a single glance, Prince Licht gestures for me to hide.
When I obediently lined up beside him, his garnet eyes returned to the training hall.
Licht: If you’re here to watch, it’s better if you don’t get caught.
Because he might charge you an observation fee later.
(What’s happening inside…?)
Like Licht, I peeked inside.
The large space was filled with knights belonging to the foreign affairs faction.
In the center was not Nokto, Clavis, or Luke, but Prince Chevalier.
The crowd watched as Prince Chevalier swung his sword against a knight.
The heat in his eyes was so intense that even I could feel it from the outside.
Emma: I’ve had the chance to observe some of the foreign affairs faction’s training sessions…
I feel like it’s rare to see Prince Chevalier here.
Licht: Normally, this is either the head knight’s or Clavis’ job.
But on rare occasions, Chevalier will take part.
Emma: To exercise?
Licht: No, I think it’s to boost morale.
Chevalier’s the strongest knight on the battlefield, so all soldiers admire him.
In fact, knights from the foreign affairs faction often assemble here for Chevalier.
While many fear the brutal beast, his exceptional strength maintains high morale.
It’s a different kind of charisma from Leon’s.
(...I’ve never seen Licht be this talkative)
As he spoke, his gaze remained fixed on Prince Chevalier.
Emma: …Do you admire him too, Prince Licht?
Licht: …
Emma: You do, don’t you?
Licht: Stop grinning.
Emma: I’m calm.
Licht: …You could say that.
Emma: By the way, may I ask what you admire about him?
Licht: Why?
Emma: I’d like to use this as reference when choosing a king as Belle.
Licht: …
..As you can see, every one of Chevalier’s movements with his sword is calculated.
Not a single pointless movement, no hesitation, and no gaps.
His swordsmanship itself is a national treasure-level work of art.
(Certainly…Even the untrained eye can see that Prince Chevalier’s swordsmanship is beautiful)
(Rather than a technique for killing, it’s a martial art that captivates people)
Licht: Only Chevalier, or perhaps the legendary Knight of Roses in the past, can draw such refined swordsmanship.
It’s not the sort of thing that comes from hard work or anything like that.
It’s natural talent.
Emma: But aren’t you similar, Prince Licht?
Licht: …How so?
Emma: I don’t know how to explain it, but…the swordsmanship, footwork…
Look, I’ve also observed the domestic affairs faction’s training.
For some reason, I feel as if you’re making similar movements.
Licht: That’s because…
I’m imitating him.
Emma: Imitating?
Prince Licht sighed in resignation after a moment of hesitation.
Licht: I saw it by chance, a long time ago.
In the training hall at midnight, I saw Chevalier swinging his sword…
~~ Flashback ~~
Licht: …
The scene was like stepping into a world of art painted by a master artist.
Every time the blond-haired, blue-eyed young man swung his silver sword, it drew a line in the empty air.
The repeated swings drew beautiful, overlapping arcs with ease, leaving afterimages.
That was when a younger boy first learned the true meaning of “art”.
Chevalier: What do you want, shut-in?
Licht: …That was how I was a few years ago
Chevalier: You’re not that different now.
Licht: I’m…fine with swords now.
Chevalier: You seem to be avoiding people.
Licht: …
Chevalier: If you have nothing to say then get out of my way. Leave.
Licht: …No. Just let me stay for a little longer.
I’ll be quiet.
Chevalier: Your staring is annoying.
Licht: Then I’ll close my eyes too.
Chevalier: …
Licht: Hey…
Chevalier: Aren’t you supposed to stay quiet?
Licht: I just want to ask you a question.
How can I become as skilled with a sword as you, brother?
Chevalier: Don’t ask worthless questions. No one swings a sword for the sake of improvement.
Licht: Then, for what reason?
Chevalier: For a good cause.
On the battlefield, the weak die and only the strong survive.
If you can’t handle a sword, you won’t accomplish anything.
Licht: What’s your cause?
Chevalier: What a foolish question.
Licht: …To protect the country?
Chevalier: …
Licht: I see…
I never thought about that.
Chevalier: Of course you haven’t. You’re narrow-minded. This is a problem to address before skill.
Licht: …
Chevalier: If you’re also royalty then think on it.
What do you want to accomplish next, now that you can keep yourself from killing your other half.
Licht: …
Chevalier: Then we’ll continue this discussion.
~~ Flashback ends ~~
Licht: —I’ve been thinking about that ever since.
I’ve always been watching Chevalier’s sword like this.
Emma: Prince Licht…
Licht: That’s why I think the only similarity is movement.
But actually, it’s not the same at all, just an imitation…
But, yeah…That’s why they look similar in your eyes.
Those garnet eyes shrouded in darkness seemed to soften a little.
Emma: You look a little happy.
Licht: I admire him…Is that bad?
???: It seems the domestic affairs faction has plenty of free time.
Emma and Licht: ?!
Suddenly, a chilling voice rings out and we turn our heads at the same time.
At the entrance of the training hall stood Prince Chevalier with his arms folded and not even out of breath.
(We got too caught up in our conversation!)
Chevalier: You outsiders are in the way. Leave.
Licht: Come on, just a little more.
It seemed like Prince Licht became defiant, stepping out from behind the pillar and brazenly confronting Prince Chevalier.
Licht: Let her watch. Emma wants to see.
Emma: Prince Licht, too, right?
Licht: I’m escorting…
Emma: Ah, you sneak.
Chevalier: I don’t care. But if you don’t want to be kicked out—
Icy blue eyes turned to the knights standing in line, led by a red-haired knight.
Chevalier: You’ll have to go against them and win.
Licht: Easy…
Prince Licht drew his sword and headed toward the center of the training hall without a moment of hesitation.
I felt the foreign affairs faction’s knight’s enthusiasm rise.
Emma: Prince Licht’s also very popular.
Chevalier: …
Emma: …He says he admires you, Prince Chevalier.
Chevalier: What nonsense.
To think so highly of me…
Beautiful swordsmanship means you don’t hesitate to kill.
My swordsmanship is not human. If he does not want to become a beast, then stop imitating me.
(...This is what Prince Chevalier thinks)
Prince Chevalier leaned against the wall and began to watch Prince Licht swing his sword against a knight.
I stood beside him and followed his movements, which were as refined as a sword dance.
Chevalier: In that sense, I don’t believe Mime will ever catch up to me.
It’s too much of a “waste”.
Emma: That sounds like a compliment…
Chevalier: …
Emma: By the way, I heard something from a maid.
In the castle, there’s this debate about who among you, Prince Leon, and Prince Licht is the best swordsman.
Chevalier: A pointless discussion.
Emma: It’s you, isn’t it?
Chevalier: No, the one who serves the greatest cause is the strongest.
Emma: I see…
Chevalier: If that one finds a cause, he will become better than he is now.
(Prince Licht respects Prince Chevalier, but…)
(It seems as if Prince Chevalier expects a lot from Prince Licht)
Emma: Are you looking forward to that day?
When I asked that probing question, he just laughed scornfully like usual.
(Thought so…)
(I’ll let Prince Licht know first thing when he comes back)
(No doubt he’ll be really pleased)

Welcome to Tsumsted Wonderland 2 – Part 1
Following is part 1 of my translation of the Welcome to Tsumsted Wonderland 2 event. This part contains Chapter 1 (the introduction) and chapter 2 (Deuce and his tsum).
Spoilers after the cut!
Chapter 1-1
Kalim: Woah, it’s so dark out. Time really does fly by when we’re having fun together at our club meetings, huh.
Lilia: Well, it’s no wonder time slipped past us. After Cater left to go tend to some business at his dorm, we did stay behind to chit chat and enjoy our snacks, after all.
Kalim: Ah, I should’ve given Jamil a heads up that I was staying late. I’ll go ahead and text him now…
(a bright light flashes)
Kalim: Uwaah, that’s so bright!! What’s going on!?
Lilia: ….! Kalim, get down! Something's flying right at you!
Kalim: …Huh? What do you mean- ….Aah!? Uwaaaaah!!
Deuce: W-What the heck? The sky lit up right when I came outside…!
Ortho: That hole in the sky observable over Ramshackle dorm… I'm not getting any hits for it even after searching all the images in my database. What in the world is it?
Rook: Ooh la la! I spy the most curious glimmer off in the distance. It doesn't quite look like a midnight sun… How fascinating! Fufu, I feel we’re in the midst of something grand.
Azul: We left the school store to see what all the commotion was about, but… What is that? Some sort of hole appeared over Ramshackle dorm all of a sudden. ….Just what is going on here?
Jade: Please look closely, Azul. It appears that something is falling from the sky.
Azul: Falling from the sky? Whatever it is, from this distance it only looks like a couple of small dots… We’ll need to go take a closer look. However, it’s possible there might be something strange going on at the dorm right now, too. Jade, please instruct Floyd to return to the dorm and report back to us. I know normally he's… Well, if there really is something strange going on, I’m sure he’d at least go check things out for us.
Jade: I understand. I shall get in touch with Floyd immediately. Fufu. This is all quite exciting, in a way.
Azul: ….You certainly look like you’re having fun, Jade. *sigh* I’ve got a bad feeling about this.
Chapter 1-2
Lilia: ….! Kalim, get down! Something's flying right at you!
Kalim: …Huh? What do you mean- ….Ah!? Uwaaaaah!!
(Tsum!Kalim appears and crashes into Kalim)
Lilia: Ahh, looks like you didn't duck down in time. Are you okay, Kalim? You took a direct hit to the face there.
Kalim: Ouch…. What the heck just hit me? Huh, what is this thing? A pillow? No wait, is it like a stuffed animal? It’s got white hair and a bandana… It kinda looks like me, huh. Ah ha ha!
(Tsum!Kalim starts wriggling around)
Kalim: Uwaaah!? It… It moved!!! What the heck is this thing?
Lilia: Hm? That round body, and those stubby little arms and legs… Could it be…
Kalim: You know what it is, Lilia?
Lilia: Mm-hm. Sebek once brought a similar looking creature with him to the dorm before.
Kalim: Really? ….Huh? Hey, Lilia. There’s something behind you….
Lilia: Huh?
(Tsum!Lilia appears)
Lilia: Ah, so there was another one here. Oh, it’s just the cutest little thing.
Kalim: You’re right! And it looks just like you, from the color of its hair to the way it jumped out like that. What weird little creatures. What're they called?
Lilia: Ah, if I remember correctly, they’re….
(A phone starts to ring)
Kalim: Is that my phone…? Ack! I forget to text Jamil!
Lilia: Ah, those things did fall out of the sky right when you were about to message him.
Kalim: Let’s see, where did I put my phone. Was it this pocket or that one….
(Tsum!Kalim starts dancing)
Lilia: Oh, it looks to be enjoying itself. Is it dancing to your ringtone, perhaps?
Kalim: Yeah, it’s even throwing in some footwork! I guess these things like to dance. So that means the one that looks like you probably…. Huh? It was just here a moment ago. Where’d it run off to?
Azul: I was wondering who was out here on Main Street. If it isn’t Kalim-san and Lilia-san.
Kalim: Oh hey, Azul! What’s up?
Azul: I’m on my way to the principal’s office. Kalim-san, that thing by your feet is… I see, so you’ve run into “them”. Did you come across any others of their kind in this vicinity?
Lilia: Yes, there’s one more. Look over there.
Azul: Look… where?
(Tsum!Lilia falls on Azul’s head)
Azul: Uwaaah!? What was that!? S-Something soft just fell on my head!
Kalim: Ah, it’s the one that looks like Lilia! So that’s where it was.
Lilia: Kufufu. It sensed that Azul was approaching and hid itself, and then reappeared with a sneak attack. Not bad. Not bad at all. Well, all it did was climb that tree and drop down on his head when he came by.
Azul: Good grief… Surely, there was no need for it to surprise me like that. Regardless, might I propose you two accompany me to the principal’s office?
Kalim: Okay! But what do you need to talk to him about? It’s pretty late.
Azul: The truth is, I've also encountered a creature that looks just like me… Here, take a look.
Kalim: Oh, wow! It really does look just like you! What a cute little guy.
Azul: Floyd once found a similar creature, one that resembled him, but I really don’t know much about these beings. That’s why I’d like to enquire by the principal about what our next steps should be.
Lilia: Hmm…. At any rate, it looks like something interesting is going on here. I’ll come with you two.
Kalim: Okay, just lemme text Jamil I’ll be coming back late… *beep* Done! Let’s go to the principal’s office, you guys!
Chapter 1-3
Azul: By the way, Kalim-san. Regarding these creatures… How do you think we should deal with them?
Kalim: You mean this little guy? Well, when my phone rang earlier, it started dancing around and it looked like it was having a blast. It seems to be pretty easygoing!
Azul: Ah, that’s not quite what I was asking… I personally feel we must look after these creatures. They appear to be harmless, and we should find it in our hearts to show them some compassion. I’m not quite sure what the principal would say to that, however…
Lilia: That shouldn’t be an issue. When those creatures appeared last time, the principal instructed Sebek to care for the one that resembled him.
Azul: I see. I’m certainly relieved to hear that.
Kalim: You really are a great guy, Azul. Sounds like you’ve been putting a lot of thought into how to handle this.
Azul: Oh no, you give me too much credit. It’s just that I simply can’t stand by when I see a person or animal in trouble. Kalim-san and Lilia-san, should you ever run into any difficulties with dealing with these creatures, you’re always welcome to reach out to me for assistance. I’ll be happy to take responsibility for your two little companions, free of charge!!
Lilia: Oh, you’ll do it for free? It’s unusual for you to say something so admirable. Have you come up with some fun little plan?
Azul: Something fun? Whatever could you mean, I wonder.
Kalim: Thanks, Azul! I’ll be counting on you if something comes up.
Azul: Our deepest apologies for dropping by so late, Crowley Sensei. Might we have a word?
Kalim: What happened is, a bunch of strange creatures fell out from the sky a little while ago. It’s these little guys here…
Crowley: Yes, yes. You’re talking about the tsums.
Crowley (whispering to himself): *sigh* ….Good grief. Just how many showed up this time... I really don’t have the time for this….
Ortho: Good evening. So Kalim al Asim-san and the others came, too.
Rook: We were just conversing about tonight’s beautiful phenomenon, as well as our little visitors.
Jade: Oh, my…. It appears you also discovered a doppelganger, Azul.
Azul: Yes. After we encountered yours, I went off searching alone, thinking there might possibly be more of them. And my suspicion turned out to be correct.
Deuce: Looks like I really wasn’t the only one who came across these things… I wasn’t thinking there’d be so many of ‘em though.
Kalim: So when you said “tsum” earlier, you were talking about these little guys, right?
Crowley: Correct. They’re mysterious creatures that appear with a great flash of light. And for some reason, they resemble our students… Both their origins, and how they’re able to breach the school’s magic barrier… remain unknown. …After the tsums returned home the last time, I made sure to reassess the barrier’s fortifications, but here they come breaking in again like it’s nothing! I just can’t keep up!
Jade: That certainly is misfortunate. You have my sympathies.
Deuce: Mysterious creatures, huh… Then how come you guys know they’re "tsums", then?
Crowley: Ah, that’s because…
Azul: …What’s this? Please look over there, everyone. The tsums are gathering together all of a sudden.
Jade: And not just that. They’re climbing up on each other’s backs, one after another…
Kalim: They sure are good at climbing. Be careful you guys don’t fall!
Lilia: What a lovely little pile they’ve made. …Hm?
Rook: They fit together like the masonry in a guidepost… Oooh!
Ortho: I wonder if it’s part of their natural behavior to stack their bodies on top of one another like that… Ah!
Azul: When they gather together in the same place, they stack themselves… Over and over again, one atop the other…
Kalim: Gotcha, and that’s why you call them…
Everyone: Tsumstums!!!!!
Crowley: …Precisely. That’s why, as a matter of convenience, we’ve taken to calling them “tsums”.
Kalim: So that’s it. The name’s easy enough to understand. I like it.
Azul: Now that we’ve unraveled the mystery of their naming, let us proceed to the main topic at hand, shall we?
Deuce: Main topic?
Jade: Indeed. We need to decide who will be looking after the tsums while they’re here.
Azul: We heard the details from Floyd. Likely, the tsums won’t be going home until at least tomorrow night. And someone will have to keep an eye on them until then.
Crowley: Correct. And just like last time, I’ll be having you students do that. You’ll each be in charge of the tsum that looks like you, so please take good care of them.
Kalim: Okey dokey! This kinda sounds like it’s gonna be fun.
Azul: In addition to my responsibilities at the Monstro Lounge, now I’ll also have to look after a tsum… It will be no easy matter, but I understand. For the sake of our dear principal – whom we are all so deeply obliged to - I will be delighted to accept this responsibility!
Kalim: That’s great, Azul! I know you were wanting to take care of the tsums.
Rook: How lovely, to be able to live alongside these most curious beings. I absolutely accept your proposition! I haven’t any reason to decline!
Lilia: I myself am quite knowledgeable when it comes to tending to animals and what not. You’d do good to count on me. Kufufu. I feel we’ll have a great time together.
Ortho: And I’m really excited, too. I was just thinking about how I’d like to perform all sorts of research on what kind of creatures the tsums are.
Deuce: So we gotta take care of the tsums on top of managing our schoolwork and stuff, huh. Can’t say I’m feeling super confident about it, but I wouldn’t be much of an honor student if I backed out now.
Jade: I, as well, am feeling a bit uncertain about all this. Plants are one matter, but my experience with caring for animals is quite meager, to say the least. However…. I shall do my best.
Crowley: Oh, my…. I never thought you’d all agree to this so readily! I am deeply moved - to be blessed with such lovely, obedient students! Well then, everyone. For the sake of preserving the school’s peace, I’ll be counting on you all to take good care of these tsums!
Chapter 2
Ace: Haaah, haaah…. It went that way!
Deuce: Now’s our chance! ….Finally got you….! Geez, the heck were you thinking? Bolting from the dorm all of a sudden like that. And don’t even try putting up a fight! No way you're getting away from me again.
Ace: Ugh, I’m beat. If the warden hadn’t ordered me to help you catch that thing, I woulda called it quits a while ago. Can’t believe I wasted my time on this. And we still gotta prepare for the Unbirthday Party we’re having later.
Deuce: Do you ever stop whining? It’s not like I needed your help.
Ace: Pfft. You and that thing really are twins, dude. Especially the way you two both just love pushin’ people around! You even got the same stupid scowl!
Deuce: Don’t talk to me like I’m some snotnosed brat!
Ace: Fine, fine. Man, I’m starving. We've been running around all morning. Let’s grab something to eat from the cafeteria.
Deuce: ….Alright. Listen, tsum. You better behave yourself.
Deuce: The place sure is packed even though it’s still early in the day. Are these guys from the Spelldrive club?
Ace: Looks like it. I guess they just got out of morning practice or something?
Savanaclaw Student A: Yo, check it out. Is that one of those tsum things?
Savanaclaw Student B: Those the things everyone’s been talkin’ about? Heh. What a stupid lookin’ face. Looks just like that guy with the spade mark on ‘im.
Deuce: What…?
Ace: Those guys got waaay too much free time on their hands. Just ignore them. I’ve had enough trouble for one day already, thanks.
Deuce: I… I know. It’s just… “Stupid lookin’ face” just rubbed me the wrong way is all. If we cause any trouble with these guys, our warden’s gonna have our heads. No way I’m dumb enough to do something like that.
Savanaclaw Student A: Oi, move. This is our spot.
Savanaclaw Student B: Why're you guys here anyways? Ain't it naptime for you an' your tsum? Ha ha ha!
Deuce (Whispering): Dammit… I bet they’re running their mouths ‘cause they think we’re just a couple of pushovers. But we can eat wherever we want.
(Tsum!Deuce starts to grow bigger)
Ace: …Huh? What the- The tsum’s getting huge!? Wasn’t it sitting on your shoulder like a second ago!?
(Tsum!Deuce continues to grow larger and then it runs off)
Deuce: Ah! Oi, tsum! Come back here!
Savanaclaw Student B: Huh!? W-What the heck!?
(bang!)
Ace: Woah! The tsum just totally bowled over those Spelldrive guys. Nice shot, little dude.
(Tsum!Deuce bounces around)
Savanaclaw Student B: Ow ow ow!!! Every time that thing jumps on me, it keeps bashing my head into the ground….!
Deuce: Oi, tsum! What’re you doing!? Stop it, you’re making a scene! Ugh, I need to get it off his head…!
(Deuce starts pulling on the tsum)
Savanaclaw Student B: Ouuuuuch! My- My hair-!!
Savanaclaw Student A: Stop! The tsum’s pullin’ on his hair!
Deuce: It’s not like I’m gonna just stand here and let it bash this guy’s head in! Shit, this thing’s stronger than it looks…! At this rate I… Oi, tsum! If you don’t let go of that guy’s head right now, I’m gonna drop a cauldron on you! You understand!? Here it comes!
(Tsum!Deuce runs off)
(Deuce drops a cauldron, and it lands on the Savanaclaw student instead)
Savanaclaw Student B: Waaaahhhhh!
Deuce: Ack, the tsum dodged it! My bad, I wasn’t trying to drop it on you…!
Ace: Pfft… Heh heh… It's like I got a front row seat to a comedy routine … Ahhahah!
Ace: Aaah, my stomach hurts from laughing so much. You ain’t half bad, tsum.
Deuce: It’s not funny… Hopefully the warden won’t find out what happened, but… Listen to me, tsum. If something pisses you off, you gotta keep your cool. I mean, just look at me. Even I put up with this stuff somehow or other.
Ace: C’mon, it was hilarious. And it’s really not a big deal. That thing’s seriously just like you, the way it flipped out over something stupid like that.
Deuce: I bet you think it’s so funny ‘cause it’s someone else’s problem, huh. Give me a break...

IF YOU WERE ON UCONN’S WOMENS BASKETBALL TEAM: HEADCANONS
*For this headcanon, we’ll call you Danica*
You’re in your sophomore year, and having a great one so far.
And even though you’re on the younger side, the team often jokes that you’re the mom. Whenever you guys hang out you have everything they could ever need on hand.
Imagine the team is walking around the mall doing some shopping after practice. You straggle behind the group, occupied with your surroundings. Some may call it weird, but you liked to people watch sometimes and they team knew it. That’s just how you were.
You overheard a little of the conversation they were making, it going one in and out the other until you heard Ice complaining about some.
She kissed her teeth, “this tag keep scratching the back of my neck.”
“Here let me pull it off,” KK beamed.
“No”, Ice rolled her eyes, but you chirped up. You carry a tote bag that you’d gotten from a thrift store and you had all sorts of things in there.
“I have some scissors in my bag,” you chimed, catching up with the group. You dug through your bag, and motioning for Ice to lean over so that you could the tag.
“Dani to the rescue,” Nika smiled, nudging your shoulder.
Your walk-out song on First Night would be something to get the crowd hyped up.
Lol if it were me, these would be my top songs:
Shining - DK Khaled (feat. Beyoncé and Jay Z)
Views - Drake (started at 30 seconds)
The beat drop is just too good.
5500 Degrees - EST Gee
HiTek Tek - Future
Handsome and Wealthy - Migos
You and KK are literally besties!
You’ll always make a TikTok with her or get on live. You’re pretty introverted and her goofy personality really brings you out of your shell.
“Dani,” she waved you over. “Come do this TikTok with me.”
You threw your phone down on the couch and got up, pulling your shorts down in the process. “What is it?”
She angled her phone in your direction so that you could see: (https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTLMe72Hw/)
It took you maybe 7 minutes to learn, but something as simple as a TikTok was one of your favorite pastimes with KK.
What kind of player are you?
You’re an aggressive player and tough. You’ve never been afraid to show dominance on the court and you love it especially because people tend to underestimate you. You move with grace, elegance, and tenacity, but that’s easy when you’ve been playing for as long as you have. Thanks to your high IQ, you adapt well. Your speed and reflexes are some of your best attributes.
You’re good on the defensive side, but your offense could use some work for sure (despite that you have great court awareness). You’re brilliant at staying low, your footwork is tight, but you don’t get too stiff, and you have active hands.
You’re not an arguer, but you’re not a pushover either. If a call doesn’t feel right to you, then you make it known.
Side note: when you celebrate, you mimic a plane, your arms being the wings.
Your room at the athletic dorms
You take the neutral route, so I think you’d have cream, beige, black, or gray sheets and blankets on your bed. All of your decor would probably follow a similar theme and I can picture a few low maintenance plants in there so you don’t have to worry while on the road. You take pride in your plant babies, trust me. I can see pops of color in there as well. You’ll have a few posters, too. Your bed will have plenty of stuffed animals!
(I love those Murakami flower pillows lol)
The inspiration behind your jersey number
It would definitely be something sentimental, it’s supposed to represent you on the court! Or, maybe it’s just your favorite number.
What your interviews are like
Fans have noticed that you’re really attentive and a good listener. If someone if having trouble with articulating a question of some sort, you try to catch on make sure you’re on the same wavelength. You can almost talk forever if someone really gets you started and you make little jokes to take the edge off. Fans have noticed that sometimes you make little slick comments after a tough loss, especially ones about the refs.
Because you’re being spoken to directly, people get a real glimpse into your personality and your spirit as a person, not just a ball player. Fans also love to watch you interact with Ashlynn (literally my boo i love her sm). You’re interviewed a lot together because you’re magic on the court.
AUTHOR’S NOTE!
i hope u guys liked this! i admire the teams dynamic so much so this one was fun to write. excuse any inaccuracies or errors for this one, i understand basketball at the basic level lol (both of my brothers played d1 though so it’s a shame 💀).

Hey! 👋🏽 Can we get some slow dancing in the kitchen on a rain day with Sanji? Sanji seems like the type of romantic to like that. I'm sorry I don't have more to the ask, I've just been thinking about it all day lol
hey :)! sorry this took a while. i had quite the busy week.
forethoughts: okay a lot of things is happening in my life rn so i tried to finish a request. my work, social, romantic (somehow) life started to culminate in one but it's fine :D. a little rushed imo, so rlly sorry if it isn't good.
notes: gn!reader, fluff, slow dancing?
On some days of the Sunny, it wouldn’t be as bright and shiny. Whenever the ship traversed through harsher seas and rougher terrains, terrible storms would alway ensue. Some days you’d be lucky, and it would only be a drizzle and you were just confined inside. Some days you weren’t, and it would turn into an all hands on deck type of scenario. Thankfully, Nami had reported it was just a light rain, and the Sunny would pass the rainy patch in a day or two. That meant the entire crew was stuck inside. Robin and Nami would be in their respective offices; Robin in the library researching poneglyphs and Nami busy drawing maps. Zoro was probably asleep or training. Luffy, Usopp and Chopper would be trying to find some type of game they could play without wrecking the place. Franky was somewhere in his workshop building something new.
You laid down on the dining table, arms out as you stared at the ceiling. Your boyfriend was busy in the kitchen cooking up a snack for you to eat, humming a nonexistent tune. You would be lying if you said you were happy with your current condition. You hated rainy days; everyone hated rainy days. As much as you all respected Franky for building the Sunny and decorating the inside, it was not stimulating enough to cure your boredom.
Sanji seemed to take notice, letting out a little chuckle. “Why the frown, dear?”
“I’m bored.” You replied flatly.
“Do you plan on staying like this the entire day? Lying down in the center of the dining table like a sacrifice?”
“Yes. I would very much rather be a sacrifice than be stuck inside.”
"Surely you wouldn't occupy the table for the rest of the day. "
"Try me."
Sanji chuckled. “But I need to serve dinner eventually.”
“I’ll move.” You shifted your body, gazing at your blonde haired personal chef as he walked towards you, one of his hands carrying your favorite snack. He set it in front of your face, a warm and comforting smile on his.
“Don’t frown, okay, dear? As much as I love how cute you look when you pout, I don’t like seeing you sad. It makes me sad.” Sanji’s hand ran through your hair, ruffling it up a bit. You instinctively let out a chuckle at his action, reluctantly sitting up and taking the plate. Sanji got onto the table next to you, staying by your side as you ate the food. He watched you devour the plate without leaving a single crumb. You set the plate by your side, prompting Sanji to jump off the table, offering a hand towards you. With his ‘help’, your feet made contact with the ground again, your hand resting in Sanji’s. In a single motion, he pulled your body close to yours, wrapping his arms around your shoulder.
Suddenly, music started to play from nowhere, serene jazz music filling the empty kitchen. You figured Brook was lurking somewhere on the rafters, just hanging by a bone and playing his violin. Or maybe it was a tone dial. Nevertheless, music filled your ears, blocking out the sound of the pouring rain. Sanji’s footwork was light as ever, making you unable to sense where he was or what his next move was. You could only tell by his breathing where he was, feeling the wind brush against your neck and graze your cheek. The chef held you close to his body, perfectly aligning it with his like two puzzle pieces fitting together. Sanji’s touch was gentle and reassuring, as if to convey all his love and affection through the warmth of his embrace. You rested your head on Sanji’s chest, hearing the steady rhythm of his heartbeat, feeling the rise and fall of his breath. With every step Sanji led, your worries and troubles faded away, love and affection filling the space. All your focus was on the man in front of you. The kitchen slowly transformed into your little oasis, a place of love and solace, rid of anxiety or stress.
Maybe some rainy days weren’t that bad after all.

Look at me !
pairing: luke castellan x reader (mostly platonic?)
w.c: 1.1k
content: fluff???, luke and reader are best friends, my own headcanons for luke, luke is a bit of a loser, he's blushing :D, he uses those nice over-ear noise cancelling headphones (js like me)
warnings: not edited so if smth doesn't make sense or it gets boring at parts yk why , it has a dramatic start, it's so nonsensical like it's not even that big of a deal but he's jst a little drama queen !, i thought of this when i was driving
Luke Castellan had a secret, something he was terrified to let anyone know about. It was so crucial that he kept this to himself. It’s why you never see his phone, why if you ever walk up to him and he has headphones on, he rips them off and immediately turns his music off. You always thought it was because he was always so eager to spend time with you, to listen to you talk about your day or new gossip you heard about as you usually do with him. But this? This was completely different, you never thought THIS was why he was so secretive about his phone.
You had been looking around for Luke all morning, going to all his usual haunts but came up empty handed each time. You even started asking around if anyone had seen him, some either told you to ask people you already had or told you he just hadn't been around. Honestly, to say you were worried was the understatement of the century. You had one last idea before giving up and you HOPED you were right about this. So without another word to Chris, who you were just about to ask if he’d seen Luke, you turn on your heel and run off in the other direction.
As you run to your usual spot that Luke and you sneak off to sometimes, you can see his curly headed self bouncing around without a care in the world and… is he trying to sing right now? “Look at me, Look at me! 나를 바라봐 나를 바라봐” He sings out, sounding completely out of tune as his arms wave up and down at his sides, his thumbs out pointing to himself before swaying his hips and moving his right hand in a circular motion above his head… he’s singing and dancing in the middle of the forest and you thought he was in trouble?
You let out a huge sigh of relief and watch as he stops dancing only to start up again with a new one. This dance is more demanding of body movements, his hips swaying with almost every move. You take notice of just how feminine the dances seem and let yourself watch as he indulges himself further into his music. “GIRLS GENERATION MAKE YOU FEEL THE HEAT!” He belts out, blissfully unaware of how loud he is, as well as the pair of eyes on him. Then he turns around and screams at the sight of you standing there, quickly pausing his music as he pulls his headphones off, letting them rest around his neck, “Um… How- How much of that did you see?”
“Enough,” You respond with a laugh and move closer to him, letting your hands fall from their place on your hips. Your eyes meet his, but he looks away quickly, finding the random patch of dandelions on the ground much more interesting than anything else, “So… you wanna tell me what that was?” You question, leaning closer to his face.
He moves away, trying to hide his embarrassed expression and flushed face, “No.”
“Okay Castellan,” You muse as your hands find their way to his hair, brushing it back and out of his face. You grimace at the feeling of his sweat and wipe it off on his shirt, “You were really into though, huh?” You tease him, lightly poking at his side.
“Don’t tease me!” You raise an eyebrow, but before you can speak he’s already talking again, “I just like the feeling of the dances, plus the footwork helps with my swordsmanship!”
You just nod your head but the look on your face makes it look as though you’re judging him. His face falls at your expression and he takes a seat on a rock nearby, his shoulders slumped and his eyes avoid contact with yours at all costs. “It’s cute,” You blurted out, not even realizing you said anything. “I mean this is your big secret isn’t it?”
“N-no comment,” His cheeks flush more and he finds himself fidgeting with his hands, wishing the ground beneath him would open up and swallow him whole.
“What were you even listening to anyways?” Before the brunette could answer your question you’re already grabbing his headphones and putting them on, adjusting them to fit your head before hitting the play button on the back of them. The song that plays is something you would’ve never expected. The vocals are higher pitched but very feminine and the song overall sounds really… cutesy? You can’t help but look at him and crack a smile, a laugh slipping through your lips as the song keeps playing, “You… oh this is fucking GOLD.”
“YOU CAN’T TELL. Please, I'll do anything!” He pleads, looking at you with his pretty brown eyes sparkling in a puppy begging way.
You shake your head and pause the song at the end, handing the headphones back to him, “I’m not gonna tell anyone, but I’m certainly not letting you live this moment down.” There’s a moment of silence where the awkward tension that was there dissipates and Luke finally raises head, his eyes meeting yours, “Who’s your favorite group?”
“Girls Generation,” He mumbles.
“Who?” You tease, raising a hand to your ear like you need him to speak louder.
“Girls Generation,” He repeats, louder this time, his face bright red.
“Hmm, let me guess. Taeyeon? No! Seohyun? You probably liked that one movie she was in!” You continue to tease him, knowing that it’s not really that big of a deal.
“What movie are you- LOVE AND LEASHES???” He looks at you like you’re crazy.
“Oh so you DO know about that movie,” You raise a brow at him and you both start walking back towards camp. He stops responding, refusing to give you any more ammo, and the silence that hangs between you two is light and comfortable. As you two walk side by side you notice his hands fidgeting with themselves, “You know it’s not a bad thing, right? Like it’s not something you have to hide, it’s MUSIC. The kids in cabin 5 blast playboi carti for crying out loud.”
“Yeah but that’s accepted, I don’t think I want the whole camp to know I listen to fucking bubblegum kpop,” He mutters as he hands drop to his side, “Besides, I have a reputation to uphold! I can’t be seen liking Twice or Fromis_9.”
You roll your eyes at him and stop in your tracks. He stops with you and gives you a confused look, “A reputation of what? Camp golden boy? I think the girl groups add character!” You laugh at yourself and shake your head, “Besides there’s bigger things you need to worry about.”
Luke’s face scrunches in confusion even more, “What are you talk-” You cut him off with a kiss, your hands cupping his face. His eyes widened and just as he was about to reciprocate you pulled away and ran off. “Gods I hate them sometimes,” He mutters to himself before running off after you.
a.n: sorry for the semi-shitty ending, i didn't know how to end it 😭 sorry if this whole thing is shitty, it was a split second thought that has consumed me for the past 2 days. Luke's favorite song is def Gee! I don't make the rules (i'm done yapping now)

Attempting to push myself to actually write the Rugby Smut (inspired mostly by tags by @softest-punk and @janimoon, who rightly pointed out that rugby shorts + Hob thighs should be admired at length). I have never written anything even remotely smutty, so this is 501 words of run-up in an attempt to ease myself in slowly!
(For some reason, I can no longer work english tenses. I wish it was because this is my second language but I just can't write, so if you spot anything particularly egregious, please let me know!)

For all people assumed, given his fashion and his choice of career as a fantasy writer, that Morpheus was a chaotic artsy person, the opposite could not be more true. At all times, Morpheus meticulously considered and planned how he would respond to any potential situation that might arise. That these situations and his responses might not be what the average person expected was not his problem. However, somehow, he had neglected to prepare for this one situation. It was not like it was not a regularly occurring situation. It was even a situation about which he had fantasised, repeatedly, so in truth he could blame nobody but himself for failing to come up with a concrete plan of action which he could implement in reality.
The situation was thus: Hob had returned from rugby practice.
This was not a new situation. It had in fact happened nearly every week for their entire acquaintance. This was, however, the first week that such an event had taken place and Morpheus had had permission, even encouragement to look. Not just to look, but to touch. There was in fact such a wealth of possibilities that presented themselves in terms of future actions, that Morpheus found himself instead frozen, unable to run through even a single option before the continued presence of Hob in front of him wiped it from his mind.
Hob was still flushed from exertion, hair clinging to his forehead with sweat. The park was barely two minutes away from their flat. It was the whole reason they had taken the place, though combining a trainee teacher salary and a book deal to cover the rent had been a difficult decision. Morpheus was finding himself incredibly glad they had indeed gone with it. Hob bent to take off his trainers, shirt rising up as he crouched, and a droplet of sweat ran down the narrow of his back. Morpheus felt his own blood run south.
As Hob stood, Morpheus found he could not drag his eyes back up, though seeing Hob’s lovely smiling face would have been enough to sustain him for decades at any other moment. Hob loved rugby, its focus on strength and speed and physicality, always preferred it to the tricksy footwork required in football. A blunt force object, he always called himself laughing. He always came back from training and matches cheerful - not even a black eye could blacken his mood.
Morpheus loved rugby for another reason. A reason he was currently looking at. Rugby shorts are… short. Very short. Hob's arse was fantastic. It needed no real assistance to be so. Hob looked good in even the most unflattering trousers he refused to throw out because they were not yet utterly inappropriate in public and thus. But clad in tight, white shorts, well, Morpheus could write odes to Hob's arse, to its roundness, to the way he could see his muscles shifting as Hob moved from unlacing one shoe to the other, to the way the fabric seemed to cup his cheeks in a way that made his palms itch to do the same.
