I know it’s not perfect, but dang, doing Tauriel and Legolas’ braids is so fun! My sister’s (Tauriel) is a little better than mine, but my hair (Legolas) is too short. So it’s a slight variation, but if you know The Hobbit and LOTR, it’s still distinguishable! Also doing a fishtail braid on yourself is not the easiest! I did my best! Now all we need are elf ears! One day!

I took a break from my art,became Arwen ,and attended to my first the Lord of the rings orchestra!

It was so phenomenal and awesome. The conductor,choir,musicians,and the staffs took me back to the Middle earth again. I appreciate how they put so much effort for the audiences. It such a hard work!

I’d say this is my 29th birthday gift such a best gift 🎁 😫😭 I met so many people from middle ages to very young. I felt we were talking in the same language🩷 I met someone who dressed up as Luthien but no one recognised her until I asked her ‘are you Luthien’ and she was so happy I know her omg

Hopefully I can get to see the two towers and the return of the king soon

anyways. core four lotr cosplay group. kon and cassie go as aragorn and arwen (he's arwen and she's aragorn, of course). they try to make tim and bart be frodo and sam ("you guys are hobbit-sized," they explain), but bart declares he'd rather be gollum so he can bite tim in all the photos. ("pretend to bite me, right?" tim says. "...pretend to bite me, right bart????")

it's not 100% finished but i can't even say how happy and proud i am to finally have legolas to a wearable state! i have been putting finishing this cosplay off for 4 years because i was afraid i would hate the result but i love how i look and i can't wait to continue finishing the details!!!!
