Some sketches of Pokemon characters I totally adore (minus Sonia because I forgot about her when I drew this fghfgh).

Their designs are all such aesthetic (especially Riley’s!!) but also N, Cynthia, and Steven hold a place in my heart not only for their interactions with the player, but for the sheer competence they show in their roles throughout the plot of their stories.

#pokemon #Cynthia #Riley #Steven Stone #n harmonia #Latios #Latios is just there to fill up empty space lmao #I absolutely love how Steven and Cynthia actually act like real Champions going about the region and checking out disasters #and also contributing a helping hand to stop their regions from being plunged into chaos #N isn't a Champion or an antagonist persay but the fact that he constantly shows up in the plot interacting with the player and driving the #narrative forward is just really cool and I wish we'd get more mysterious characters like him in pokemon games #Riley doesn't get to do much unfortunately but his resemblance to Sir Aaron as well as his general friendliness as a temporary companion (as #well as his design) makes me really fond of him
