hi!! i don’t mind at all. I actually do have a post i’m working on that’s like a little breakdown of her story, but i don’t mind to talk about some of it!

her on-stage persona is a complete 180 from her real life personality, as on stage she always acts cute and cheerful and nice

i imagine her being an antagonist and mean girl during the show

like she is mean to EVERYONE

gets nicknamed “queen bitch” by other idols, staff, and trainees

this goes completely against her concept which is bright and happy

LALIMA is her best friend, they trained together for some time

for a while rima would be her only friend but she got kind of roped into DOJIN and HYUK’S antics and eventually became friends with them

but she would never admit she’s friends with two SHAX members

i think the drama would change just a little but only to fit juliet into the mix and so she can have some character development

she definitely gets jealous but would deny it and tell you that you’re crazy

she would also definitely have the best style out of all the characters, she has an image to maintain 💅

Richard Dabate, Connecticut inmate 420151, born 1976, incarceration intake in 2022 at age 46, scheduled for release 05/02/2087

Murder

Rick Dabate, who was convicted in May 2022 of murdering his wife Connie in 2015, was sentenced to 65 years in prison as Judge Corinne L. Klatt called his actions, "brutal, calculated, incomprehensible."

A jury found Dabate guilty of murder following a five-week trial. Dabate was also found guilty of tampering with evidence and making false statements.

Supporters of both the defendant and the victim spoke passionately to the judge during a period set aside prior to sentencing, and that includes Connie Dabate’s mother.

His mother-in-law shared details of a chilling phone conversation with her daughter the morning of her murder.

"The first thing she said on the phone was 'mom I love you,'" said Cindy Margotta. "You're my best friend. And I said, I didn't know what was going on, I said 'I love you too and you're a good friend of mine.'"

But Connie had more to say that morning.

"I just want to let you know Rick is a mess today," is what Connie said, according to her mom.

As a result of the tragedy that ensued, Cindy Margotta has regrets.

"I wish I had said 'well if he's such a mess why don't you come to my house and we'll have breakfast,'" she said outside Rockville Superior Court.

Rick and Connie Dabate's now teenage sons live with an aunt, who told the court one of the sons asked her to text his mom in heaven and to use a telescope to see heaven.

"Today is an accumulation of almost seven years of stress and anxiety, hurt and pain," said Wayne Rioux, a Margotta family friend.

During her statement to the court, Rick Dabate's mother, Janice, said if her son was guilty of murdering his wife, he would have admitted it.

"Today was the close of just the first chapter of the litigation in this case we are going to continue to fight with the appeal," said attorney Trent LaLima, Dabate's lawyer.

One of the key pieces of evidence: Connie Dabate's Fitbit. The data extracted from it suggests she was still moving around the house an hour after Rick Dabate said she was killed.

"I think that's gonna be for an appellate court to decide," said LaLima. "That was my argument it's not sufficiently reliable and proven."

For now, though, Connie's family can finally breathe.

"I just feel like a surge from up above," said Cindy Margotta, with a smile. "I just feel the strength coming to me right now."

The prosecution asserted Dabate murdered his wife in part because his world was crashing, as a mistress Dabate had impregnated was due to give birth to their child just two months after the murder.

One of the Dabate's neighbors in Ellington said she thought it was extremely weird that just a few days after the murder, Rick Dabate was texting neighbors asking what their favorite takeout restaurants were.

The case was known as the "Fitbit Case" due to Connie Dabate wearing a Fitbit tracker at the time of her death. The Fitbit, used as evidence against her husband, recorded Connie Dabate moving an hour after her husband said a masked intruder killed her.

Dabate had testified at the trial that in December 2015, days before Christmas, he had come home early because he forgot his laptop. There, he supposedly saw a masked man with a voice like actor Vin Diesel dressed in camouflage. He claimed the man had shot Connie in their basement, tied him up, and stabbed him before Dabate was able to burn the alleged intruder with a torch.

Dabate also confessed to having an affair at the time of Connie's murder and had lied to the police about it.

Twelve jurors heard from more than 100 witnesses, including Dabate, over 22 days and saw 600 pieces of evidence.

“The thorough and thoughtful examination of technology was key to this investigation and was significant in proving that the defendant was guilty of this crime,” Prosecutor Matthew Gedansky said in a statement. “In the end, though, this was another case of domestic violence. And though much progress has been made in recent years to support victims and survivors and to hold abusers accountable, these domestic violence homicides are still happening so we must continue to work together to end domestic violence.”

Morgan

Happy hc -> racetracks (?) are her happy places and racing is virtually the only way she knows she'll get her serotonin. She's been racing Aboveground in illegal places since she was sixteen, when Something™ happened, and she just loves both the adrenaline of driving super fast super recklessly and leaving grown-ass men stupefied. Axan usually accompanies her, and his camera roll is full of videos of Morgan laughing merrily after she's done racing and he really treasures those videos (since they're almost the only times Morgan will laugh so much)

Romantic hc -> she has such a clichéd outlook on love, only make it wlw or wlm but with gender roles reversed. She likes to go to parks and have picnics or bring her partners to the most romantic, cheesiest spots in Shanghai, she likes watching romantic movies... (Hunter judges her a lot for this). She usually doesn't fit in those places per se, because, well, she looks like Morgan, but she doesn't give a fuck. She's a softie for love when she's in a good headspace

Appearance hc -> with the years, she gets more and more tattoos. Partly because of her job, since being an Emblem leader entails getting a tattoo of your emblem's coat of arms (eg, Leora's at her nape). But she also wants to get tattoos to celebrate her achievements and her children's births. She doesn't have Yitian's deadname tattooed or anything, that would be embarrassing, but something else. Also, Axan (aka her personal tattoo artist) tries to convince her to get new tattoos all the time, and sometimes he succeeds. I could make a whole post about Morgan's tattoos/current tattoos, but this is getting too long so if you want to know their meanings/when she made them/all that stuff lmk!

Lucas

Angry/violent hc -> it's almost impossible to make him angry. To literally quote xiuying in my post-lodgb fic: he is like a gentle giant. However, the only one that can make him angry is Levi, because they're really similar in the love department, by which I mean they're constantly getting their hearts broken and will never admit their way of seeking affection from a partner is not healthy (chapter 72), but live for the sole purpose of pointing out that they don't like the other's partners. This ends up in a huge debate where bad things are said in a very loud, strong Scottish accent that always gets the Proudhons like this :0. Thankfully their mother is there to restore the peace lol

Cooking/food hc -> so, Lucas is a great cook, and is a master in Bengali, Scottish and Chinese cuisine (the later because he pinned on Morgan so hard he even learned what she ate). However, he has an unhealthy obsession with cheese and mayonnaise. He doesn't make macaroni and cheese, Wagner, he makes cheese and macaroni, if you know what I mean. He adds mayonnaise to virtually everything but cheese, even when it's completely necessary and will ruin the dish. He alters recipes to add in cheese or mayonnaise. Xiuying judges him, Hunter judges him, Levi judges him, Lalima loves him too much to judge him outspokenly but she does so silently, and Xuegang is too enamoured with his otherwise-perfect househusband skills to judge him, but he would if there was nothing between his and Morgan. The only ones who don't judge him are Morgan (because she once asked him 'what brand of strawberries these fuzzy ones are?') and Cal (who eats literally anything and everything)

Family hc -> yk, I was going to go for something fluffy, but nah. Becoming a father, he felt both scared he would fuck up like his birth parents did and resolute to make his children have the childhood trauma couldn't grant him. Naturally he didn't fuck up and Yitian and Luoyang had a superb childhood, and when he eventually let go a little bit of his worries, seeing the amazing people his children had become gave him a great sense of 'the cycle has been broken, I'm not like they (aka his birth parents) were' and made him a little teary-eyed

Yrah

Family hc -> I can't stress enough how aesthetically-pleasing their family is, and how freaking smug Yrah feels about that. I mean, it may just be me, but once you know who MG is, I'm pretty sure you'll say he and Atalanta just click, and if you add the fact that Yrah's ~perfect~ and that both Sylvie and Oscar follow their aesthetic, you've got the queer Victorian picture-perfect family (sure, Atalanta and Sylvie are straight and I refuse to create any sexuality for a child so Oscar is just blank, but everything Yrah is a part of is instantly queer, their queerness is that powerful). Anyways, Yrah pretty much orders their family to take yearly photographs with those black-and-white cameras from the 19th century, just so that they can have them in their room, and look at them whenever they feel like it. Why not your average coloured photos, you ask? Well, Yrah just likes the way the old cameras function more, and Victorian-style photographs match with their bedroom, so... The coloured ones are for their phone

Friendship hc -> Yitian played a somewhat big part in helping them find their gender identity and accepting it. Yrah one day told him (when they were around 14) that they might not be a girl, as they'd previously thought, and that perhaps it was good that Yitian helped them try out new pronouns and stuff. Yitian got *really* excited and was really supportive, and they spent days messaging and investigating (Yitian definitely asked Marco a lot about different identities, which puzzled him a bit) and stuff. When Yrah finally found out they were not on the gender binary (I hope that's the correct term lol), they were pretty sad because they already have a lot on their plate as it is For Reasons™, and they really didn't want to deal with people Aboveground who didn't want to respect their pronouns nor admit to the validity of their sexuality* (For Reasons™ that stretch beyond the normal ones, being a trans guy would've been easier on their particular case). But Yitian was really insistent on their non-binary identity being perfectly valid and beautiful and all that stuff, and he was so great that Yrah ended up fully embracing it and even added it to their mental list of why they are the greatest being alive. Yrah feels really grateful about Yitian's support, and that's one of the main reasons why they then go to great lengths to announce (?) the beauty of [insert transgender noun we haven't found yet]. As a sidenote, strangely enough, they don't have a nb flag in their bedroom like Yitian has a trans flag (which they bought), but that's because MG gave them something else they frankly think represents their gender identity much better

Sleep hc -> I think I've said before that Yrah and Marcus used to take a lot of naps together as children, and the thing is, those naps were a big deal for them. Yrah would walk the distance between her house and Marcus's fully dressed in their pyjamas (yk the priest from the corpse bride's pyjamas? that), and there they would build as elaborate a pillow fortress as they could, because, they said, that would help them have extra cool dreams. And it was the dreams what got them so excited. Marcus dreams almost every time he sleeps and his dreams are very interesting, Yrah's not like that, but the point of their nap-meetups was to sleep and then tell each other their dreams to write them down in Marcus's sleep journal (by Madeleine's influence, Marcus has kept different diaries), so while Marcus was actually truthful, Yrah pretty much made all their dreams up. Now that they are together, they sometimes like to revisit that journal, and Yrah explains what they were thinking when they described a particularly gruesome or peculiar dream

* I haven't said this before, because there's literally been no opportunity to, but Sazla as a language has four non-gendered genders. In the sense that there's one gender for imlia, but there's no distinction between imlium men/women/etc; there's one gender for humans from TK (hosts and secluded humans) but there's no distinction between men/women/etc; another gender for humans Aboveground with no distinction between genders; and a last 'gender' for animals + inanimate objects (although animals can be referred to with the pronoun meant for Aboveground humans, usually when they're a pet). This probably doesn't make sense, but I do plan to make a post about this just so that *I* can put this into proper words lol

4. Haldi aur Chuna (Limestone) ka lep: Haldi aur chuna ko milakar lep taiyar kare aur ise safed daag par lagaye. Isse safed daag ke prabhavit bhag par melanin utpadan badh sakta hai.

5. Yoga aur Pranayama: Stress safed daag ka ek karan ho sakta hai. Yoga aur pranayama ke abhyaas se stress kam kiya ja sakta hai, jo ki safed daag ke prakar ko kam kar sakta hai.

6. Ayurvedic dawaiyan: Ayurvedic chikitsak se salah lekar kuch ayurvedic dawaiyan bhi istemal ki ja sakti hain safed daag ke ilaj ke liye.

Aww thank you! Right now I have 4 of my 5 fantrolls fleshed out:

Lalima Sylvia (Aquara) tag apperceptionOurobros: A spunky, energetic water troll who enjoys making mechanical things… with varying degrees of success. She often gets distracted as she’s making her ideas, causing them to usually explode. She can’t help it though! Sometimes her mind just feels… fuzzy. Like she’s done this before..

 Right now she’s searching for some… old friends. She was supposed to meet them at a hidden cave off the coast of the water someone converted into a hive; but they haven’t shown up yet…

from far left to far right there’s:

Bayare Tromid (Taurrius) tag appetenceReliquary: A calm and shy troll who follows Cranya’s commands without question. Despite knowing that what she does often hurts others around her, they do it - hoping that eventually things will calm down and the two of them will be back with Lalima in their hive. They enjoy writing and when things are calm they can often be found next to Cranya, writing poetry while she offers words to use. They used to sing, but it doesn’t feel the same without Lalima… 

Cranya Zalors (Canrist) fatalisticInebriant: Cranya is an amazingly charming troll, who captivates those around her and gains their loyalty easily. Whether a troll has a stone cold heart or a easily malleable one, she’s able to worm her way easily into their hearts… and uses that to her advantage. She wears many masks to get what she wants, and only Bayare and…. one other troll has ever seen the person behind the mask.

Faylin Scylla (????) tag nongregariousAubade: A strange small Indigo blood troll who always appears during bad events that happen to the parties. They speak only in riddles, often giving in good advice… but the parties she speaks to always realizes too late what she meant.
