Jisung:

Jisung knew that you were cuddly but he was surprised how clingy you were. Not in a bad way but in a cute way. Wherever he went you always wanted to come with him. Jisung actually thought it was adorable and wanted to spend as much time with you as you wanted to spend with him. The other members had gotten used to it by now and always awed whenever you two kissed.

Sungwoon:

This guy would like you clinging onto his side. Sungwoon is secretly pretty soft so of course he’d like to spend time with you. Because of his busy schedule he was happy whenever he could see you. So when he saw you for the first time in a week and you practically clung onto him like a koala he couldn’t help but smile.

Minhyun:

This guy okay he’d pretend to be cool and that it didn’t affect him much that you liked being close to him, but as we all know he’d love it. A lot. Whenever you sat down next to him and rested your head against his chest he’d melt on the inside. Minhyun leaned his head back as he tried to stop smiling, but it was useless. You just had that affect on him.

Seongwoo:

Okay we all know Seongwoo is a special snowflake. So of course he’d make jokes and silly faces as you while you held his hand. He’d pretend to not like it and jokingly told you to back off. You thought he was being serious so you withdrew your hand. Seongwoo stopped walking as he realized that you hadn’t gotten the joke and pulled you back against him as he embraced you tightly. Pressing kisses all over your face as he repeatedly told you ‘I love you’.

Jaehwan:

Jaehwan liked it whenever you came to visit him at work. It wasn’t very often that he got to see you so he used ever chance he got. And you weren’t any different. So when you got off work and realized that Jaehwan still had to work for a few hours you decided to surprise him. When you walked through the doors he smiled brightly as he embraced you tightly. He hadn’t been feeling too well that day and was glad that you came to surprise him.

Daniel:

Daniel was secretly a softy, so he liked it whenever you held onto him in some kind of way. He’d try to hide how he felt but he couldn’t help but smile brightly. You giggled at his cuteness as he tightly held your hands. When you two finally arrived home Daniel pulled you onto the couch with him. Wrapping his body around you as he made himself comfortable. You giggled at his behavior as you pulled the blanket over you both.

Jihoon:

Another cute little bean that liked affection so he’d be happy when you were clinging onto him. Whenever he came back from practice you always welcomed him with a warm hug. Jihoon giggled against your neck as you started to tickle his sides. He hugged you tightly as he smiled brightly. Realizing how lucky he was to have you.

Woojin:

Woojin would be just as clingy as you were. Whenever you two saw each other you’d hug each other tightly and fall onto the nearest surface. It never failed to make the others laugh. Woojin chuckled when you two were pretty much tangled together and felt his cheeks heat up. You were just as shy about the fact that the other members saw it and turned over so you could bury your face in the crook of Woojin’s neck.

Jinyoung:

Jinyoung always got shy whenever you held his hand around the other members, but after a while he stopped feeling nervous about it. He was really happy to have you and realized that he didn’t have to feel embarrassed or awkward around the members whenever you two were holding hands or cuddling. Especially when they would make comments on how cute you two looked together.

Daehwi:

My precious baby boy oh my god I love him so much he’s so cute and adorable protect him please. Daehwi blushes pretty easily so if you’d randomly hug him he’d be a little taken back as his rosy cheeks appeared. It would take him a second to pull himself back together and turn around to hug you just as tightly. Both of you giggled cutely as you blushed nervously.

Guanlin:

As the maknae of the group Guanlin was pretty used to some teasing here and there. That only got worse when the members found out you two were dating. Both of you being a bit clingy you two were often found cuddling on the couch. Curled up together as you were watching a movie or mindlessly scrolling through your phone.

hello! I hope you don’t mind me obsessing over bang chan this much, he’s taken over my life. Anyways, here is a soulmate au where you have a tattoo of the first thing they tell you. I hope you enjoy! Send me soul mate au prompts plsss, I like these things.

Warnings: Apart from the inevitable cringe, no warnings I guess. Also this is idol x fan, not gender specific though.

The day Chan turned eighteen, he knew the whole ‘soulmate’ thing would turn out a little more difficult for him. Just like everyone, he had gotten the tattoo on his wrist, it had seemed exciting for him for such a long time that, finally getting it had turned out disappointing.

“It could be worse” his friend tried to comfort him “What if you didn’t have a tattoo?”

Chan grimaced “This is still not... good”

“It can’t be that bad, Chan” Bambam insisted, rolling his eyes. “Mine is ‘shut up for a second’”.

The blond boy smiled, Bambam’s tattoo seemed made for him, well, so did Chan’s, but it didn’t please him at all, which had woken the taller’s curiosity to finally find out what it said.

“Just show me already” he groaned again.

“Fine” Chan pulled his sleeve up and let his best friend see. «your dimples are cute» those were the words that were causing such a big fuss.

“Seriously, Chan?” Bambam groaned “There’s nothing wrong with that, they could be «you’re a moron» or something”

“Aren’t those Yugyeom’s?”

Bambam bursted out laughing, “Yep, they are”

“What do you think that will happen, you know, when we meet them?” he questioned, seeming a little worried again.

“I don’t know” Bambam shrugged “I guess... things will be okay”.

“Sure, they will be*

“What does this even mean?!” He yelled, it wasn’t very often that Bang Chan lost his cool and started yelling around his dorm. After all, he was the leader and one of the eldest, he had to take care of his mates.

“Uh... Hyung, I think you need to calm down a little bi–” Jisung was following Chan around the dorm, trying a little bit in vain to calm him down.

A couple years had gone by, and each and every single one of them Chan stared at his tattoo, he got complimented over his dimples all the time, and none of those times would his tattoo burn. He was starting to get tired of it.

But in that moment he was regretting every single time that he complained about the words that were marked on his skin.

“What is going on?” Woojin asked, coming into the room where the other two were. “Is he okay?”

“Let me see your tattoo!” Chan practically to Woojin, arm extended to grab his.

“He’s... no, not really” Jisung replied.

Still Woojin didn’t oppose to his friend pulling on his hand to see the words marked on his skin. They were there, as they had always been, the same two words he’d seen whenever Woojin would show them: «Thank you»

“Care to explain what’s going on?” the older boy covered his wrist with the sleeve again, even more confused than before.

“They’re gone!” Chan almost hit Woojin’s face while shoving his hand towards him “Gone, look! Nothing there!”

Chan’s tattoo was gone. There was no trace of it, vanished, as if it never existed.

The other two remained silent for a bit, not knowing exactly what to say to make him stop panicking, they hand’t heard of that sort of thing happening before to anyone they met. Plus, Jisung didn’t even have a tattoo yet.

“Well I guess that’s a problem” Woojin said “But– I don’t really know...”

“What do I do now?” Chan insisted.

“I don’t really know” he repeated “Wait? I guess?”

“For what, exactly?”

Both of his friends shrugged, “Something”.

He just didn’t want to think about it anymore. But it seemed impossible, as everyone had their own tattoos and he just seemed to be destined to eternal solitude, or so Bambam said. But he still had important stuff to think about, like producing his group songs, and having them practice enough.

One of the few times he actually wanted to clear his mind, he left the dorm simply to get coffee and some fresh air.

Immersed in thought, obsessing over the song he had been working on and couldn’t seem to finish, he opened the door to the café, pushing whoever was on the other side when he did.

“I’m sorry, did I hurt you?” he asked, immediately leaning over to help them maintain balance.

“No way” the person replied, their mouth hanging slightly open at the sight of the boy.

Chan pulled his hand immediately, a familiar burning sensation tickling his wrist at that exact moment. He pulled his sleeve up, to find the words he had just heard seconds ago, now imprinted on his skin.

“So you do exist after all!” Chan sighed, relief filled his entire body in a matter of seconds. “You scared me so much! I– Wait, I don’t understand what’s going on”

“Me either, to be honest” they replied, looking at their own tattoo and then at Chan’s. “There’s no way that... that this is you”

“Five minutes ago I didn’t have a soulmate” Chan spilled.

“What?”

People had started crowding at the door, as they hadn’t moved an inch.

“Should we...?” Chan motioned to a table “I mean, if you don’t mind and you want to...”

He had just called the person his soulmate and now he was shy over buying them coffee, only Bang Chan.

Both of them sat down, one in front of the other, as the slight awkwardness of the situation settle between them. Nobody told any of them what the hell you’re supposed to say when you find your soulmate, “So you do exist” probably wasn’t between the options.

“So... 5 minutes ago I wasn’t real?” They asked, tapping their fingers on the table anxiously.

“Yeah... I... I didn’t have a tattoo 5 minutes ago”

“How is that possible?”

“I don’t know” Chan sighed “I mean... I guess it was because I complained a lot about it”

“Why?” his soulmate frowned a bit, eyes darting to his wrist.

“I... Well... It was something about my dimples” his face flushed red.

“Well they are cute, but I figured that wouldn’t be a great conversation starter, wasn’t I right?”

“What?”

“I thought about what I would say to you way too much, if I ever met you” they showed Chan their phone, with the headphones hanging from it in a tangled mess, the screen lit up in one of 3RACHA’s songs. “I absolutely had no idea that you’d be... well, my soulmate”

“But that doesn’t explain why they faded” a smiled played on his lips, discovering his recently found soulmate was also a fan of his work.

“I gave up meeting you, honestly” they admitted “I didn’t know that would happen though, mine never faded”

“Well I’m glad we found each other” Chan smiled “For real, I was scared”

“Well, me too, I wondered what kind of psycho would ask if they hurt me the first time we met”

“It was an accident!” he got flustered again, but he felt at ease, he knew it hadn’t been simple to find each other, and whatever came next for both couldn’t be easy either, but looking at his soulmate, he knew it would be worth it.
