Trying out ChatGPT
I want to prelude this by saying that this was purely done out of curiosity, I would NEVER use AI to write an actual fic. Just wanted to see what it was like - the prompt was Fury buys Tony a coffee: Nick Fury, the seasoned director of S.H.I.E.L.D., had been tackling one crisis after another, tirelessly addressing the endless array of problems that came with managing the Avengers. From alien invasions to rogue AI, his plate was always full. However, amidst the chaos, there was one surprising exception—Tony Stark, the brilliant inventor and playboy philanthropist. Tony found himself intrigued and mildly suspicious when Nick approached him, holding a cup of steaming coffee. He raised an eyebrow, unable to hide his surprise. "Did you buy me a coffee, Nick?" Nick Fury, known for his stern demeanor and no-nonsense attitude, smirked and took a sip from his own cup before responding. "Congratulations, Stark. You're the least of my problems this week." Tony's eyes widened, unable to fathom how he managed to slip under the radar while his teammates were causing mayhem left and right. A mixture of curiosity and pride swelled within him. "Well, I guess it's nice to be the least of your problems for once." Nick's expression softened slightly, and he motioned for Tony to join him in a nearby secluded corner. As they settled into their conversation, Nick explained the chaos that had consumed his week, detailing the various missions, crises, and mishaps that had kept him on his toes." But you, Stark," Nick continued, a hint of admiration in his voice, "have managed to stay out of trouble. You've been focused, efficient, and surprisingly cooperative. I have to say, it's a refreshing change of pace." Tony couldn't help but feel a sense of pride welling up within him. He had often been criticized for his reckless behavior and penchant for trouble, but to hear Nick Fury commend him was something entirely unexpected. "Well, I guess I've been too busy with my own projects to cause any major disasters," Tony quipped, a mischievous glint in his eyes. "But don't worry, Nick, I'm sure I'll make up for it soon enough." Nick chuckled, acknowledging Tony's tendency for attracting trouble like a magnet. "I have no doubt about that, Stark. But for now, enjoy your coffee and revel in the fact that you're temporarily off my radar." Tony raised his cup in mock salute before taking a sip. As the warm liquid flowed down his throat, he couldn't help but feel a renewed sense of appreciation for the challenges and responsibilities that came with being an Avenger. Sometimes, being the least of Nick Fury's problems wasn't such a bad thing after all. And as Tony sat there, enjoying his coffee and the brief respite from chaos, he silently vowed to make the most of this rare moment of calm before the storm inevitably returned.

Arcane Fic/Jinx & Silco Snippet
Tumblr media
Despite the angst, I will inject this beast with domestic daddy-daughter fluff. So much fluff we will all explode. Fluffy explosions, I say!
Also I just like picturing Jinx and Silco having kitchen-related disasters in their early years, while Silco tried getting the hang of this whole Fatherhood Thing.
Pre-Jinx, Silco seldom cooked, and wasn’t the least disadvantaged for it. Typically, he’d send someone from his crew to Jericho’s to fetch a carton of blackened squid.  He'd never paid attention to the quality of his meals, either. It was always a repetitious conveyance of mouthfuls until the time was up.
That changed after he met Jinx. Take-out was not in-tune with a growing girl's appetite. Jinx needed to be fully fueled in the morning and topped off every three hours to keep her engine of ingenuity running. A cupful of coffee and a plateful of blood sausage proved unequal to the challenge—“Ewwww! What’s this ick?!” Likewise, his lunch of peas and mash and dinner of boiled mutton evoked expressions of utter horror balanced with pity: she’d taken him aside once, and asked sotto voce, “D’you have a sad tummy? You can tell me. It’s okay.”
She wasn’t off the mark.
Now, Silco recognizes the indifference as part and parcel of a dearth of small pleasures. His life, pre-Jinx, was a chessgame of cold stratagems, the senses nearly excluded.
Living with a child changed that. Jinx changed that.
Despite the damage sustained by her psyche, she never lost her wonderment for small things. An inventor's mind, Silco reasons, is all about small things. Everything in the natural and unnatural world is held together by a quicksilver web of quantum associations. The attitude carried over to food. Before, Silco had never spent much time in a kitchen. His working-class roots also dictated that the only meals leaping from his hand be down-to-earth, not fanciful.
Jinx was all about the fanciful.
All at once Silco’s diet was revolutionized: sizzling slabs of beefburger, a fluffy mousse of deviled eggs, confetti-dusted trays of pancakes, triple tier sandwiches with slathers of melted marshmallow. He cooked her healthy nosh too—obviously—but with enough fatty bribes to prevent rebellion. Most of the ingredients were smuggled from Topside. There was a sly satisfaction in that—and in watching Jinx grow strong off their stolen goods.
The fruit and grain and vegetables that should've been hers by right.

@mystifiicd continued from HERE
The Avenger can’t recall the last time he’d been that drunk, perhaps one of the many parties with his teammates where Clint and him had challenged Thor to a drinking contest which of course could only end in disaster. Maybe it had been a couple of the socials he’d attended back at MIT when he was a teenager, sneaking out with alcohol purchased by older friends and slamming back cheap vodka and whiskey.
Tumblr media
Drinking contest, yes that felt extremely familiar and was the most likely cause. His mind attempted to place together the pieces of the puzzle despite the haze of the now mind splitting headache that hit him, a hangover which had been brought on by his own rather reckless choices. He’d challenged Stephen to a drinking contest, one that the Iron Man had boasted he was sure to win that had been clear bait for the Sorcerer to join in. Tony was well aware that they both held a certain kind of pride in their abilities and neither of them would stand down from a game. Thinking on the rest of the evening and his recollection of the events he realizes they begin to fade after that, they shift into blurry images of spinning and dancing, to drunken confessions of words which are hard for him to make out.
A voice, he hears someone speaking to him and his immediate reaction is to make them stop. Blindly patting around the bed in search for an extra pillow does he then lob it in the direction of whoever is trying to talk to him, a low groan leaving his lips as the inventor moves to cover his ears. “It’s too early for this and you’re loud.” Though Tony would sometimes call himself a morning person there was no way in hell anyone was getting his ass out of bed before noon that day, screw whatever tasks had to be done, sleep was all that mattered. Fingers not-so-gracefully reach out to palm the face of the person next to him, feeling around to get an idea of who it may be before noticing sharp cheekbones and familiarly well groomed facial hair. “Stephen, no talking more cuddling please.”

Character Name: Hiro Kasraoui-Muller Title/occupation: Lord/inventor Magick Status: Mundus Biography: (tw: Death, injury)
Hiro loathes the Season, and that's all the more reason for him to use it to his advantage.
Most days his memories come in waves, in static like a sticky film upon his mind, a bitterness on his lips.
His parents taken away by fate, their means meager but comfortable enough, yet what more was there? Day by day he watched his brother plan for the Season he would marry, because they lived in a world where that was the answer. No merit of accomplishment, nothing people cared to weigh but the importance of your title.
To Hiro, who could not help but starve for purpose of his own making? It was madness.
He insisted that the future would be built up on more important things than titles and silly marriages. Hiro believed in the obscure idea of progress, above all things. Because the world built upon anything else had no place for someone like himself; sick of feeling helpless to rules he could not challenge.
So, while his brother planned to play those games Hiro turned his attention to more solid ambitions, things he could feel in his own hands, craft, create.
Science is a tricky business, a simple slip and it all goes wrong. A missed calculation or a hint of weight off skew can lead to disaster. He knows, because his mistake caused the accident that destroyed nearly everything good in his life, and he holds that secret close, knowing it will follow him to his grave.
It was a miracle he survived, or at least most of him did.
But Hiro doesn't believe in miracles.
It was a saving grace, people claimed, that his aunt managed to marry well in spite of having so little after the fire, in spite of her poor nephew being injured in a way there was no means to fix. Terrible thing, really, that.
In spite of this, in spite of that.
Spite is exactly what Hiro feels, running through his veins like venom. Towards the world, towards his own foolishness, and definitely towards the man his aunt had to marry just to secure their future.
A future Hiro intends to remove from the hands of his uncle by finding his own means, no matter what is required. His aunt deserves that much, even if she's settled into the life set before them Hiro knows it should have been different.
Love is no matter, what use does he have for it anyway. He's calculated his odds carefully, there has to be someone looking to marry into the line of a Baron. His intelligence is no small advantage, after all. Someone who can give Hiro what he needs in return for whatever value they see in him; money of his own, a chance to build connections, and something to fall back on to provide his aunt the security she deserves if his dear uncle just happens to suffer some…unfortunate fate.

𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐘 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐒 — 𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐇𝐄 𝐊𝐄𝐄𝐏𝐒 𝐀 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐁𝐁𝐎𝐑𝐍 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐃 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐒𝐏 𝐎𝐍 𝐀𝐒 𝐇𝐄 𝐇𝐔𝐌𝐒. He's all blinding sunshine, widened smile curled deceptively just so in an attempt to weedle some leeway back into his hands as he studies the Marceline a moment more. She tilts her head down, studying the shrapnel, the destroyed bits of debris that litter the floor in the aftermath of his latest experiment. Though as usual? She's a challenge to read. Like glass, her motives have always been transparent, enough he could trust her honestly, though when he attempted to study so far into things, all he'd get was a weak reflection of himself.
He'd learned to just leave things as is, though that age old curiosity rose from time to time, beckoning him to try regardless of the known answer he'd likely find nothing more atop her surface.
But … maybe he was pushing things this time around. She had come to him with an important task. Admittedly, he hadn't been focusing primarily on that … simply … testing the bounds first before he moved onto it. Not done maliciously so, he'd simply been meaning to make some smaller improvements along with what was asked. Out of bounds, he sighs.
Tumblr media
Shifting to stand at a slight angle, the scent of fire & ruin waft behind him, prompting him to sheepishly rub at his neck with warmed gloves, offering the woman a pinched look of quiet remorse before he tempered back down his arrogance with a softened apology.
❝ Thankfully. ❞ Unless you counted him possibly being in the way of an explosion, tiny as it was, but then again, he never was one to worry so much about his own well-being, especially in trials like this. He sucks it down, swallows it bitterly as he allows his smile to ease. The edges of his eyes still remain kindly crinkled as the inventor makes a contemplative noise before turning to face the culprit for the disaster. He shifts to the side, allowing her to study the still smoking device closer, moving to take off his gloves.
❝ I don't allow most people into my labs when conducting a live test ; too much could go wrong. Don't need any additional ac indents outside of the ones we've planned for. I did get the data needed, but … rest assured? I should be able to continue with the augments on the project you asked me to complete now. ❞ He's still too prideful to apologize out loud for this particular failure of this test, but, he knows that with what he's gathered thus far, it's enough to perform the necessary calibrations he'd needed. He reasons she'd thank him later.
If not? Knowledge was power. With what he learned here even if it ended in some flames, he'd keep it in mind in the future. Risking a glance to Marceline from the corner of his sights, he arches a notched brow with a lightly teasing grin.
❝ So loud noises aside, to what else do I owe you this visit? ❞

Shifting Horizons: Refugees of Mars
Long ago, Mars wasn't just a dusty planet in the sky. It was a home, a place where humans thrived in their own civilization. They lived peacefully, using advanced technology that made life comfortable. One essential element, xenon, unique to Mars, powered their innovations.
Then, something went terribly wrong.
A catastrophic event triggered a nuclear reaction on Mars, forcing its people to escape to Earth for their survival. As they fled, their once-thriving civilization crumbled into ruins. These Martian refugees, now known as Xenites, brought with them both the scars of their past and the remnants of their advanced technology.
Arriving on Earth, the Xenites faced a harsh reality. The once harmonious connection between humans and their technology turned into a struggle for survival in a foreign land. The xenon that powered their society was scarce, leading to a desperate quest for resources and adaptation.
In the year 2103, after a big disaster on Mars, some Martians, called Xenites, came to Earth. They had special technology, but things didn't turn out so great. Earth became a rough place, with a mix of broken cities and struggling people.
In the year 2103, after a big disaster on Mars, some Martians, called Xenites, came to Earth. They had special technology, but things didn't turn out so great. Earth became a rough place, with a mix of broken cities and struggling people.
Lila was a curious person with fancy glowing clothes. She found out about her Martian roots and wanted to learn more. Sophia, an older Xenite, told Lila about the hard times on Mars. It wasn't a happy story - there was a lot of pain, and Sophia, who was once fully human, had to become a cyborg with metal parts to survive.
Orion, a smart inventor, faced tough times too. His cool inventions were now being used for bad things by some powerful folks. Shapeshifters, like Arion who could turn into a wolf, tried to resist these bad forces.
The city they lived in, Tera, wasn't a nice place. It was all run-down, with pollution making the skies weird. The Xenites who survived had metal parts in their bodies, and life was hard for them. Some tried to do good things, while others joined the bad guys.
Lila found a secret group of Martian refugees. They wanted to make things right, so Lila, Seraphina, Orion, and Arion teamed up. Together, they fought against the powerful and corrupted leaders who controlled Terra Inferna.
It was a tough fight. The Xenites had painful memories from Mars, and the struggle on Earth was just as hard. Betrayals happened, and sacrifices were made. Lila, once just a curious person, became a symbol of hope in this fight for a better future.
In the broken city, where neon lights flickered in the dark, the battle between the good guys and the bad guys took place. The story of Tera was full of challenges, pain, and the strong desire for a new beginning amidst all the chaos.

Benefits of Using Cloud Application Development
Businesses are constantly looking for ways to stay competitive and flexible in the continuously evolving digital landscape of today. The creation of cloud applications is one of the key tactics that have been developed to address these demands. Organizations can get various advantages by utilizing the cloud, which can advance their software development to a new level. We will look at a number of benefits of cloud application development in this blog.
Scalability
One of the most significant advantages of cloud application development is scalability. Traditional indoor solutions may call for an essential initial investment in hardware and tools. Cloud platforms, in contrast, offer the flexibility to scale resources up or down as necessary. This modification can make it simpler to meet needs without having to worry about purchasing and managing real gear, which is especially helpful for enterprises with changing workloads.
Cost of Performance
The creation of cloud applications has numerous uses. It decreases continuing costs and does away with the necessity for hardware capital expenditures. Second, pay-as-you-go pricing models are frequently provided by cloud service providers, enabling companies to only pay for the resources they really utilize. For startups and small enterprises who want to manage their budgets efficiently, this perk is extremely helpful.
Quick Development Growth
Cloud application development offers multiple tools and services that accelerate the development process. The time it takes to make and fix operations can be reduced by allowing inventors to add pre-built templates, databases, and other coffers. In the moment's competitive world, where getting a product to request snappily is frequently critical, this rapid-fire development process is essential.
A security cutter
Companies that develop pall operations invest heavily in security structures and programs. They give features similar to trouble discovery, encryption, identification, and access operation, which can be challenging for lower companies. Enterprises can increase the security of their operations and data by enforcing these made-in security mechanisms.
High Availability and Reliability
Cloud providers offer robust structure that's designed for high availability and reliability. They've data centres in multiple regions, securing that applications can continue to operate indeed in the event of tackle failures or outages. This position of redundancy minimizes time-out and ensures a flawless user experience.
Automatic Updates and Maintenance
Cloud platforms handle much of the maintenance and updates needed to keep operations running easily. This frees up inventors from routine tasks, allowing them to concentrate on innovation and enhancing the user experience rather than dealing with fixing and maintenance chores.
Analytics and Insights
Numerous cloud platforms offer built-in analytics and monitoring tools that give precious insights into application performance and user behaviour. This data can be used to make informed opinions, optimize operations, and deliver a better user experience.
Disaster Recovery
Cloud providers generally offer robust disaster recovery results, including data backups and replication. This ensures that businesses can recover quickly from sudden events, like as data loss or system failures, minimizing time-out and possible losses.
In conclusion, cloud operation development offers a wealth of benefits that can transfigure the way businesses make, emplace, and manage their software operations. From scalability and cost-effectiveness to enhanced security and collaboration, the cloud empowers organizations to stay competitive and responsive in an ever-evolving digital geography. Embracing cloud application development from a cloud application development company isn't just a technological choice; it's a strategic move that can drive invention and growth in the present business world.

Third Blog
Last Wednesday, November23 2022 was the first lecture series in entrepreneurial mind, and a student who has an entrepreneurial mind subject is required to attend this lecture. In the opening message, Ms. Alice thought that in this lecture we only needed to do two things: listen and learn. This lecture series can help us if we want to start a business or a start-up in the future. The 1st speaker is Eng. Branson Mabulay, a director, Innovation and Technology Solutions Division, USTP-CDO. His topic or insights are an introduction to the start-up ecosystem, innovation, and entrepreneurship in academics. He tells us about the support for start-ups like institutions or the city, the trajectory of the university and its mission, and the entrepreneurial university model, which is the Guerrero-Cano model from the institutional theory. He emphasized also what a start-up ecosystem is, which is formed by people, start-ups in various stages, and various types of organizations in a location interacting as a system to create new start-up companies. The PH innovation and entrepreneurship program and initiatives like CHED and DOST, how start-up funding works, why raise money, and what inventors invest in, Above is just a brief summary of what he tells us about startups that sure can help us in the future.
Tumblr media
The second speaker is Mr. Arnel Arreglado, CEO/manager of GeoPindot. If Engr. Mabulay introduces the start-up ecosystem, Mr. Arreglado tells us the story of their business, which is the GEOpindot. An OBXsolution Technology Inc., structured as a sociocultural group, submitted proposals to enter LGU's and answered the question, "What are your problems with natural disasters?" And it's when they get stranded by natural disasters like landslides. Their value proposition is that they are an off-label applicant and registered with DTI. He gives us also a word to remind us, like mindset always matters to achieve your goals, never stop learning when starting a business, you should have or you need a strong knowledge base, and if there is no door for opportunity, make your own door.
Tumblr media
The lecture series is not yet done that day; on Friday, before the business pitching starts, the lecture series will continue. The 3rd and last speaker for the 2nd lecture series is Dr. Gammalieta A. Dumanias, chief technology transfer unit. Her lecture is all about intellectual property rights and technology transfer. In the legal basis of RA 8293, "intellectual property code of the Philippines," and RA 10055, "Philippine technology transfer act of 2009," intellectual property is the creation of the mind (invention, literary). She tells us also about the protection of intellectual property, which is what transforms ideas into tangible products: the patent, utility model, trademark or service mark, laid-out design, copyright, and technology transfer.
In doing so, this lecture series can help all of us, not just the students but also the teachers who facilitate this lecture series and the speaker. They are to help students create a unique idea, and we are to learn more or gain new knowledge about start-ups or businesses.
In our entrepreneurial journey, we are now at the point where we really need to know our product more. We are now in the final pitch deck, where we need to make a 9-slide PowerPoint presentation. In this 9-slide presentation, we must know the problem—what problem that our product really solves, the solutions, our product, how our product works, our target market, our competition, if we have any, and the team. Last is ask, what do we want.
Despite all the challenges we face in this entrepreneurial journey, the most important thing is that we learn a lot and gain new knowledge about starting up.

Form 4 Leavers Build Bionic Arm to Assist People with Disabilities
Tumblr media
Form 4 Leavers Build Bionic Arm to Assist People with Disabilities. Two Form Four students from Thogoto in Kiambu County are the talk of the town after inventing robots to help people with disabilities function normally. David Gathu and Moses Kiuna's workplace is a complete disaster despite their enthusiasm for robotics and engineering! The two are assembling gadgets that only top scientists can dream of, littered with various types of e-waste. The only difference is that they do not use cutting-edge raw materials to support their innovations. Theirs is scrap gathered from dumpsites in Nairobi and its environs. “We go to dumpsites and collect these materials you see here. Others we get from clients whom we help to repair their gadgets like TVs and computers,” Gathu says.  These self-made inventors created a bionic arm out of wood, wires, rubber, and leather. The arm is intended to assist those who are unable to function normally. Gathu and Kiuna began building the arm in 2011 after studying scientific material to learn how the human body works. According to Gathu, the first arm was created in 2013 to assist a friend who was born with a congenital amputation. “Our friend was born without an arm. So we decided to put our minds together to make one for him. "We asked ourselves if that arm can be able to move, why can't we come up with something that connects to the arm and makes it complete? So we developed the arm and it has been helping him since.” They are not only producing arms. When Covid-19 hit in 2020, the two inventors created the machine that uses oxygen to sanitize masks and money. They were aiming for shops and businesses where money is exchanged with innovation. ALSO READ: Kiuna claims that they still have many ideas that, if funded by the government, will help provide jobs for the country's youth. Their biggest challenge, they say, is a lack of funding and support to take their innovations to the next level. “The owner of the business needs to place the money in the box, turn it on and from there the money will be sanitised completely. The machine helps to kill the virus in the money. It can also sanitise masks,” Gathu adds. "It is our hope that well-wishers and other stakeholders will come on board and help us make this a national treasure,” Kiuna says. For the time being, they are anticipating the arrival of such assistance in order to begin mass production.  Form 4 Leavers Build Bionic Arm to Assist People with Disabilities Read the full article
