Bout to leave for work but this hit the brain after reading a twin fic on here:

Danny is Damien’s twin, but it’s fraternal. Damien only knows his sister and has mourned quietly for her.

Danny, trans, does his life and death in Illinois as per usual. There’s some ghost-meeting with Phantom for whatever but Danny’s just got eyes for his brother and Damien is like — but I don’t have a brother, I have a sister named ______. Danny’s like, yeah, no, I’m a guy, but good news, you gained a(couple)nother sister(s)!

Why didn’t Danny try find him? Idk, that could go many ways like memory issues/self-suppression due to ✨trauma✨ and by the time he gets it and goes to get research done he finds Damien died (Talia and the Clone) and was waiting/searching for his ghost while he’s scrambling with his halfa-status and it’s a whole wreck until finally —

Okay I have some official stuff coming out soon, but here’s some design sketches for my take on a swapped Ineffable au!

Originally, demons were forbidden from entering the Earth, a place of paradise. Though the tree remained, and accidents tend to happen (ESPECIALLY with a specific overzealous starmaker.) Though Kokabiel has an important job that can’t exact be replaced if he fell, and someone has to take the blame for an accidental topple that sends forbidden fruit rolling down the hill, far from any warning signs. Luckily, Kokabiel managed to drag someone else into their antics, some low ranking angel named…. Aziraphale?

It turns out that Hell isn’t all fire and flame, and a Fallen Angel’s plunge into the icy waters and trek across barren Arctic wastes forms a demon much similar to scorching heat, and leaves them far from unmarked by the territory. Though frostbite not just plagues the body, but holds notable effects on the brain; maybe that’s why he still proved such a miserable demon after all.

Though seemingly cold-hearted, a post-principality can never be rid of the urge to protect, even when their assignment has been cast into the wastes alongside them. From a past moment of joy in Eden, Kokabiel happened to stumble into Azeal’s list of things to protect.

Though, maybe some things are just meant to be fate; with the end of the world on the horizon, Kokabiel and Azeal find the stakes higher than any they’ve faced before without a choice but to face them head on…

Currently working on a comic version of this au!!! No working name, but I hope it’ll find its way to me with time. Might be a bit, but do be tuned for more!

Combat Rule Idea

Probably best to try this with a one-shot first: Set up several dartboards, or paper targets on a wall you don't care about.

Instead of rolling dice for your attack and damage, test your real-world accuracy by throwing darts or using a Nerf gun (not sponsored) to hit the targets! The reason you have multiple targets is because you can throw from a greater distance to increase your potential damage. Let's say your 1d4 target is 7 feet away. Your 1d6 target is 9 feet away, then 1d8 (11 feet) and 1d10 (12 feet) and 1d12 (13 feet). You could even put a d20 target at a truly impressive distance. The targets have rings that show how much damage you do, with smaller rings having higher numbers.

Obviously, change the distances and size of the targets to fit the skills and mood of the game!

People like to romanticize the relationship between Zelda and Link in a whole “destined reincarnated soulmates” kind of way, but am I the only one who thinks it would be more interesting if Link didn’t love Zelda?

Like, think of it. Hylia is a Goddess, basically Hylian Jesus, and she loves this mortal man. A hero who stepped forward to defeat a Devil in the world’s hour of greatest need. But, he didn’t do it for her, he did it for the World. Even when he binds his soul to the Triforce, locking himself in an endless pattern of reincarnation with her against the Devil Demise, it’s not because he loves her. He loves Hyrule and its people.

But that’s okay, maybe in the next life they can be?

But it isn’t. Over and over, Hylia becoming Zelda, Link doesn’t love her. He loves Hyrule. He loves to dance to its music and ride its fields and wants to preserve it against the threat of Demise. He loves different women each time, and sometimes it is Hylia’s reincarnation, but they’re never the core of his heart.

It’s always Hyrule that he loves. From it’s savage and arid deserts to the cold and harsh tundra, he loves it, and steps forward to save it each time.

Duty, he calls it. Responsibility and Purpose, but Hylia/Zelda knows the truth. He’ll never love her the way she wants him to.

Hyrule will always be Link’s first and greatest love.

But she doesn't have a Tumblr account. And she wants this idea to be out there so I volunteered ig lol. This idea belongs to Machi.

Idea: Danny creates a passport for ghosts which allow them to go to earth for a limited time. Walker accepts that it would be within the law to travel with a passport and besides, most people usually need a day or two to see their loved ones one last time before moving on (which is beneficial for everyone bc less chances of them becoming ghosts). Ofc there are exceptions like Ember who got a special permission for a summer tour or team Phantom that goes in and out as they please. Queue to the next time a hero dies they are welcomed by an administrator who greets them with a "reason of your visit?" and "How long do you plan to stay in our dimension?"
