9— I have to get surgery in my mouth :( idk when- but a baby tooth has been stuck for 2 whole years! The adult tooth is fully grown and pushing against the baby tooth- so it looks like their hugging hehe.. And I grew 4 extra teeth.. It's weird- a whole circus in my mouth! The dentists are gonna have to pull it out- which I'm REALLYYY nervous about.

10— My brother also writes books! (Just not for posting) and he showed me ways to get rid of writers block! Yayyy!

11— My LGBTQ club that I'm in is REALLYYY fun! We're gonna go on trips soon too. I hope we go to an LGBTQ Museum!

12— My friend has been bothering me.. He's really pushy. He keeps pushing me around. Earlier today, he pushed me and I elbowed myself in the ribs- it really hurt..

alright ive been thinking about a couple different ways to go about this, with one being rooster wanting to try out a two seater jet and have y/n as their wso, but i decided to scrap that and go with this one instead, so i hope you like it!

in the middle of the flight you got hit by a bird strike causing two of the front propellers to snap off

you would be somewhat calm during this situation because panic isnt useful but as soon as roost said "oh shit" you kinda lost yours-

"wait oh shit as in, oh this is okay i can handle it or oh shit as in we're fucked??"

"uhh no worries its best if i dont tell you!"

and he proceeds to keep his cool while trying to troubleshoot

meanwhile you've just gone pale

at which point roost puts us in a position to glide and land safely onto the beach

as soon as yall get there safely he lets out a breath of relief, not just because he got you both back safely but also because mav would have his ass if he crashed his baby-

he also helps you down from the plane and holds onto your arms to steady yourself since your legs have officially turned into jelly

after making sure you're fine he just-

"see i told you we'd be fine!"

It was killing you, this weird tug in your stomach, you hated it. You felt as if you were 17 again, getting butterflies in the pit of your stomach when you saw the cute guy you liked. Only you were not 17 anymore, you had two young children and he wasn't just any cute guy. He was the coach of one of your children. Love just couldn't take it easy on you huh?

You sighed heavily as you got out of the car, slamming the door shut as you got out and doing so with so much force you thought the window would shatter. You weren't even supposed to come back to Roman's practice because as every other Friday, it was his and Athena's weekend with their father. As much as you knew he was clearly the most unreliable person in the world, you hoped that he'd at least make the damn effort to pick up his children from their respective after school activities. But no, of course he didn't. Because why would he? He couldn't even take 30 minutes of his day to pick up Athena from her dance classes or Roman from his practice. You had to stop what you were doing to pick up Athena from her classes and then drive to get Roman. And for what? So you would also have to drive them to Ryan's place anyway.

To say that you were absolutely fuming was a huge understatement.

"I'll be right back baby, don't go anywhere." You said to Athena, who you left in the car strapped up in her carseat and with the windows rolled down. You didn't want to take long getting Roman, the last thing you needed was Ryan blowing up your phone about taking too long picking up the kids. The fucking hypocrisy huh?

After making sure you locked up the car so Athena wouldn't get distracted by something and accidentally got out, you jogged over to the entrance of the baseball field, your eyes looking everywhere for your son, but much to your surprise the field was completely empty, not even the equipment was out. And in that moment you wanted to shoot yourself in the head. You were late, extremely late.

You cursed to yourself as you practically ran around to the bleachers, hoping Roman was there waiting for his dad— or I guess you now. You were starting to panic when you finally spotted him sitting at the very bottom of the bleachers, sitting by— oh.

"Fuck me." You groaned when you saw Roman sitting by Dylan, the one person you were hoping you wouldn't see until the following week, especially not after he straight up asked you out earlier that day.

You quickly approached the two, your face practically burning with embarrassment by leaving your child so late, you felt like you were neglectful or something even though it wasn't even your fault.

"Roman!" You called out to your son who instantly lifted his gaze from the ground and his eyes lit up a bit, finally being able to go home. He quickly grabbed his bag and got up, running your way. "Hey sweetie, I am so sorry, I thought your dad was picking you up." You said to him with a heavy sigh as you leaned down and pressed a kiss to his hair. When you looked up you saw Dylan standing in front of you, a small frown plastered on his usually bright face.

"Hey, I was starting to worry. Practice ended 30 minutes ago, and you're never late to pick him up. Everything okay?" Dylan asked with a bit of worry in his voice and arms crossed over his chest, making the provident veins in his arms pop out a bit more.

"Come on, your sister is in the car." You said to Roman, carrying his bag for him, you also said it to Dylan and made a small gesture with your head, signaling him to follow you so you could properly explain what happened without seeming like a shitty parent. He nodded, doing a little gesture with his hand to tell you and Roman to go first. "Look I'm truly sorry about this Coach Dylan. His dad was supposed to pick him up and take them for the weekend. But he uhm— something came up and he couldn't, so I had to pick up my little girl and then come pick up Roman. And I'm really sorry it won't—"

Dylan didn't let you finish, he simply shook his head dismissively and half smiled, "you don't have to apologize, I understand, those things can happen. I was just a bit worried something might've happened." He reassured, giving you a small reassuring smile as he walked you and Roman to your car, the night starting to fall and the daylight starting to fade with it.

"Thank you for understanding. And I can assure you it won't happen again." You assured him with a small nod and he returned the gesture. You then turned to Roman and you saw that same exact look you were hoping not to see, he looked disappointed. "Come on, I'm taking you to dad's." You said with a forced smile, hoping that'd get him excited. But it did just the opposite.

"I don't want to." He said simply, a blank look in his eyes and a small pout in his lips. You frowned.

"Why not?"

"Cause I don't want to stay with him, I want to go home." He said with a frown and a bit of harshness in his words. You took a deep breath, not wanting to have that conversation with him in front of Dylan.

"Roman, we'll talk about this at home okay? Come on." You said as softly as you possibly could, slightly ruffling his hair. The young boy sighed, heavily annoyed but simply nodded, getting in the backseat with Athena and slamming the door shut after him. You closed your eyes for a second and rubbed your temple with frustration.

"Again, I'm really sorry about this Dylan. I don't want you to think I'm being irresponsible with my kid, this won't happen again, that's for sure." You muttered the last part through gritted teeth, more so referring about having Ryan pick up Roman rather than being late.

"I didn't, not at all. I've been coaching kids for 5 years and I've seen all kinds of parents. I've seen a lot like you, parents that are actually involved with their kid's hobbies and take it seriously. And then there's parents like your husband, the kind of parent who can't take a second out of their day to know when their kid's practice ends. I've seen it and I get it. So you don't have to apologize, especially not to me." Dylan reassured you in the sweetest way you've ever heard someone talk to you. It was honestly a bit shocking just how understanding he was.

"Please just, ex husband. I don't even wanna be called Mrs. Carter anymore. That man is nothing of mine anymore." You blurted out without thinking and rolled your eyes, but they instantly widened when you realized you were talking shit about the father of your kids and to another man. God knows Ryan deserved it, but it didn't sit right with you saying those things. "I probably shouldn't have said that, I'm sorry, kinda TMI." You laughed awkwardly, rubbing your forehead with embarrassment. Dylan just laughed, smiling a bit and he just shrugged it off.

"Nah it's fine. Kinda sounds like you got some things to get off your chest." He paused, slightly chewing on his bottom lip and there was a bright look in his eyes, kinda like the one he had when he asked you out earlier. Before you could turn him down, he quickly shook his head and cut you off, taking a step closer to you, making you instinctively back up into the side of your car, "yes, I know you said that you shouldn't go out with me. And I respect that. I'm just saying we could get some coffee and talk, nothing romantic, it doesn't even have to be a date if you don't want to."

"Uh… Dylan I—"

"Hey hey, don't give me an answer now. Just think about it. Just know that I'm free tomorrow. You got my number, text me if you change your mind." He smirked playfully and shot you a small wink, his eyes lighting up in a way that just made it damn near impossible to say no to. "Oh! And by the way, tell Roman I said he killed it at practice today. He's really doing amazing."

Before you could actually say anything pr protest about his offer, Dylan had already turned around and was jogging back to the field, I guess go gather up his things and finally go home. Something you were dying to do, but now you wouldn't stop thinking about him, as if you weren't enough already.

You stopped aggressively tapping at the rim of your wine glass and took your eyes from your phone screen to look at Liz.

"What?" You asked innocently, eyes wide as you dipped further into your glass, downing a good bit in one sip. You heard Liz laugh beside you and you rolled your eyes.

After finally convincing Roman to stay at his dad's, mostly because Ryan's constant texting and calling about 'when are you bringing my kids over' was driving you fucking insane. Of course Roman wasn't super thrilled about the idea, especially after Ryan stood him up with practice, but he eventually gave in after a bit of negotiation that included ice cream and movies. And since your kids would stay with their dad the rest of the weekend, you had all the time and space you needed to think, drink your thoughts away and then make some decisions. Which included whether or not you should accept Dylan's offer.

"You've been staring at your phone for like five minutes, and I can tell from here you haven't moved from his contact info." She said matter of factly, scooting closer to you on the couch and looking over your shoulder to confirm that you were in fact staring at Dylan's blank conversation, one you hadn't even started, but really wanted to.

"I really shouldn't go out with him, right? Please tell me I shouldn't." You begged, needing to hear from someone else that it was a dumb idea and that you were crazy for even considering going out with him.

"Listen sweetie, I really don't see why you can't. You said it yourself, it's not a date, he's not taking you to dinner. It's coffee, you're just going to talk, get to know each other and know if he's worth it outside of the field." She pointed out, for once being the reasonable one. You looked at her with big eyes, really wanting to think she was right. "Besides, it's not you're going to fuck him, get pregnant and marry him without actually getting to know him first. You wouldn't trip over the same rock twice."

There it was.

"Fuck you, too." You glared at her, eyes narrowed and a small scowl on your face. She just laughed and patted your knee like she just gave you the best advice ever and was proud of it. "I guess you're right though… I have to meet new people, and that's the only way I can. It wouldn't be the end of the world if it doesn't work out right?"

"Yes girl, exactly. Wine really does make you think clearer, huh?" She giggled and motioned to your phone, "come on, text him, go on before he changes his mind."

You took a deep breath, staring dead at your phone like it was going to run away or grow a hand and smack across the face. You couldn't believe just how nervous this made you. Your hands were slightly shaking and your heart raced, every fast beat thumping in your ears. To gather the confidence you needed to actually text him, you downed the rest of your wine in one big gulp, slightly grimacing at the taste but pushed on anyway. And without giving yourself a minute to change your mind, you texted Dylan.

it was nearly impossible for us to get to the table since gojos hands wouldnt stop shaking because he was giggling. luckily, we made it to the table without spilling the drinks. “here, its a small gift i made” i said as i handed over a brown wrapped package to him. the crumpling and tearing sound of the paper filled the area we were in, my heart was racing since i was worried that he wouldnt like it. “oh wow, y/n you made this??” he questioned me as if he couldn’t believe that i actually made the picture collage of the both of us. “yeah... do you not like it?” i asked quietly, scared that he actually hated it. “YO I LOVE THIS SO MUCH THANK YOU!!” he screamed in excitement. the collage was filled with memories of me and gojo from when we first met when we were 5 and uptil this day.

it felt like a heavy weight was just lifted off my shoulder. “thanks!! that took a while since i also added some pictures of us when we were still kids!” i replied back in relief. “hey! lets take a photo now so we can add it to the frame!” i suggested. i wriggled my chair over next to him and i took out my polaroid camera from my bag. we both smiled for the picture and i waited for the photo to come out.. “should i tell him now?” i reassured myself. i looked at him quietly, he was smiling while looking at the photos of our past selves, “i want to see that smile forever... ” i knew that it may seem greedy, but my heart always raced whenever i looked at him, even uptil now. “hey, y/n you ok? you seem a little flushed” he asked me with a concerned look on his face. “oh, uh, yeah just feeling a little warm...” i muttered. “lets go to my place so you can rest, ok?” you agreed to go over to his place after finishing your drinks.

during the walk back to his place, i couldnt control my heart, it was beating as if im about to go on stage and perform for millions of people. i stopped walking and i was shaking quietly in a small alleyway leading to his house. “y/n, are you ok??” he ran back after noticing that i wasnt by his side anymore. i dont know why but i suddenly started crying, it was supposed to be a happy day but... why am i like this??? am i scared? gojo hugged me and i cried into his chest while he was calming me down. / “y/n... talk to me, is there anything wrong?” he tried to ask me after i calmed down a little. “i-i- i li- like u b-buht i d-don whant to ru-ruin our fwe nd shipp” i somehow managed to get the words out in between breaths. at that point, my face looked like it was a tomato about to burst. i could hear my own heartbeat, i didnt even dare to take a glance at gojo. “man... how do i take care of you... you see, y/n, i also liked you for such a long time but i always thought that you would go off with some other man so i never confessed” he confessed while scratching the back of his head.

my heart felt like it just stopped, at that moment in time, i feel like the world was so serene and quiet. after snapping back into reality, “wh-what weally??” i sniffled as i looked up at him with my swollen eyes. “HAHAHA YOU SHOULD SEE YOUR FACE RIGHT NOW BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA” he teased me as i quickly wiped my snot and tears off my face. “you’re not joking with me right?” i tried to confirm with him. he suddenly let out a huge sigh and walked towards me. my heartbeat suddenly increased as he got closer and closer with every step. he leaned closer towards me and took off his black bandana, “do i look like im lying?” he questioned me as i stared into his beautiful blue eyes. this isnt the first time im seeing it but i always can never prepare myself to see it. his eyes looked so peaceful, like a quiet ocean that has no limits. it felt like you could clearly see the sky even though we were in a dark area.

he put his bandana back on and gave me a long, tight hug. “you are the meanest person i know did you know that” i jokingly said to him. “hey is that the first thing you say to your boyfriend? ouch” he joked back. he hugged me for a little while longer before staring at me. he leaned in closer next to my ear and whispered, “thank you, for making this the best birthday present i could ever ask for” he gave me a peck on the cheek before looking back at me. my face was once again about to explode and my heart was probably on the verge of exploding. “can you not do that i have a weak heart you know???” i scolded as i jumped on him to attack him. “ouch ouch ouch!1!1!1!1! okok im sorry geez, violent much” he teased me once again. “c’mon, lets go to your house already, i look embarrassing” i pushed him so that i don’t embarrass myself in public. i clinged onto his arm and kept my head down the whole way back so that people dont see my face. this day was honestly the best day of my life, i had a huge smile on my face for the rest of the day.

my life has gotten pretty hecktic...from work to college to all sorts of other things its been diifficult for me to write. I’ve been trying to hold this off but it isn’t seems unfair to be gone for months on end with no explanation

Of course, Ive been wiritng in between, but not full on stories and basically Ive started a BUNCH of wiritng projects (choose your adventures, mini series, EXTREMELY LONG FICS), that just need more time and care to finish.

on one hand im happy that this means there’s gonna be a lot of official content since the eps are supposedly so long that they gotta cut them in half. 

youku has been pretty consistent with giving us a relatively good amount of official content. but on the other hand im always slightly concerned that by splitting up perfs, those whose perfs get aired first will have a competitive voting advantage since (as long as they do well) those kids will have a full extra day of persuading people to vote for them through their stage performance. It’s not as huge of a deal as when other shows split performances across weeks, because a whole week ahead is a much bigger advantage than one day ahead. but every day can help those who need the votes. at least akey and zhan yu got aired today.... feels bad for jin fan because he really needs the votes. 

also another down side is just this show’s eps are SO LONG they’re eating up a ton of my free time LOOOL but thats how these shows always go for me... because I always end up taking like double the amount of time to watch an ep, just to pause, digest, rewatch sections that i like (sometimes multiple times), make sure i understand, etc. i feel like these shows always consume my life during the few months they’re airing so i’ll just enjoy it while I can HAH

WHOA csp opening up to qu boyu and saying he has older step brother and sister who have a different mom from him and encouraging him to just be real when writing because there will be people out there who connect with his lyrics awww hes really taking this child under is wing and teaching him from zero, hes really like a big bro taking care of him and enjoying watching him grow. im glad csp is opening up and is self reflective enough to realize that he hasnt done so enough in the past and that he should involve himself more with the others. 

im happy cui shaopeng got to feature in the bts clip for his group, he deserves it and hasnt gotten much screentime relative to his talent before. im happy akey got a little time and some recognition for his skills too. honestly just happy akey FINALLY got to do a rap stage..... wish we couldve gotten more huang enyu and huang junrong but im happy they got to show off their vocals!! for being young vocals in a rap performance, their stage presence were both really good too! csp’s entrance is epic wow. 

wow this is the most hyper performance ive ever seeeen wow im so happy for akey because we know how long hes been waiting for a rap stage and wow csp’s leadership must be top notch to get this group to somehow be cohesive with such a not cohesive song LOL i respect that csp really respected akey’s skill and let him shine too. akey was a second c if ive ever seen one lol. they both got to shine and so did everyone else in their group, which is telling of his leadership and why this stage turned out so well that even all the teachers like jackson were so hype LOL

LOL but i guess its his turn to do something cutesy. mannnn why does zhan yu look like hes surrounded by children but hes not even that much older//?? hahahha ooooo is this the center zhan yu of legend?? ?hahahah yayyy hopefully more people will notice him! you know when i heard zhan yu was gonna be center, this was not the type of song i was imagining, but hey if it takes a cutesy happy song and a bunch of little kids around to get zhan yu a chance to be center, ill take it! i wish they’d show us some practice footage?? im confused why there isnt any?? i think sun boran’s stage presence is good! zhan yu’s voice so powerful yess somehow he managed to show off different aspects of his vocal skills in this very plain song LOL  im surprised lin ran didnt stand out a lot but when they pointed out that he purposefully put himself in the back to protect his team members i think that makes sense bc he knows being cute isn’t going to be able to win them as many votes but if the less popular kids in his group dont get votes, its a lot more devastating for them than for himself. lin ran didnt want this song and he didnt want to be cute but he really didnt want kids to suffer from choosing his group. lin ran has a cute image but i appreciate that this time we got to see a more serious side of him. isnt it ridiculous that theyve literally trashed zuo qibo and lin mo about being old but then literally i didnt realize until now sun yinghao is the oldest??? (he looks really young wow and so tiny aw) but also like they never bring up akey being old either?? some sort of weird bias going on... but i mean good for yinghao and akey lol 

but aw im glad theyre giving yinghao some attention... 10 years and starting off with jackson? oof...

15. How long does an average piece take you to complete?

Dear goodness young anon thats a v good question. A long time xD its usually on average 3-6 hrs each. But if its smtn like an eye it'll only be like an hr. But if its something new im not too familiar with or it has alot pf detail it'll take 7-8 hrs. The longest drawing ive done was about 12 hrs one time. So it all really depends. But yea on average about 3-6 hrs

29. For traditional artists: How do you usually start on a big piece? (Light sketch, colored lead, sketchpaper, etc)

Oooo i like this one. Ok so i usually start with a v v light sketch with a mechanical pencil. Idkw but i like to do sketches better with those than the #2 pencils. I also dont use any fancy paper tbh. My sketchbook im currently using is a p cheap one from five below. But id say hobby lobby has great cheap notebooks and Wal-Mart does too! I get most of mine from walmart for like $5 and under. Also fir when u do the sketch dont focus too much on like "ehh this doesnt look too much like the ref or how its supposed to look" cause hun once u fill it all in later on it'll most likely look awesome. Also focus on the main parts first. If you wanna sketch out the lil details too you can. But i dont do every detail cause then it takes longer and plus since its a light sketch it can fade quick if your hand is on it n stuff. After u got the sketch done and it looks a-okay id start on the parts of the drawing thats most important. Like for example, rn im drawing this guy

And whats the most important parts? The eyes and mouth and neck right? So as u see

Thats what im doing. Idk like this way its like if i get the important parts done first then the rest is easier. Instead of waiting the whole time till the end and u might mess it up (whichhh i know from past experiences believe me lol)

Age: 26 (is often mistaken for an older sphinx due to his wiser nature - Sphinxes remain young looking for a long time, like a lot of mythical folk in general when compared to humans)

The Personal Guardian of the Emperor and Empress of Mirthas

personality:

Rashid is pretty much opposite of his partner Rayna; he is calm, collected and rather quiet person who only talks if he has something to say. Rashid is very polite and easy-going most of the time, appreciated quite a bit by his close ones and their leaders due to his wisdom (both intellectually and talking common sense)

Rashid is a humble man, which is not that common amongst his kindred, as according to him, majority of Sphinxes he knows tend to be very prideful and sometimes even arrogant to a fault. Rashid puts the credit of his more down-to-earth nature to his uncle and aunt who “raised him more than his busy parents ever did.”

He has a good sense of humor too and often chuckles at Rayna’s antics.

Abilities:

Rashid is a master swordsman and has control over the element of fire. he can also summon wings and fly, let alone turn into his proper Sphinx-form which makes him ten times faster and stronger than he already is. 

He is stronger than majority of powerful human warriors by default.

His best skill - according to himself and many others - is his tactician skills though; he is good at reading his opponent and planning several steps ahead.

Weaknesses:

He can sometimes wait too long before taking action, as he prefers to plan things beforehand. 

Rashid’s wings are a weak point, if you manage to hit them, it will take several weeks for them to heal. it has to be a pretty strong attack though as his wings are tough.

Fun Facts

- The pipes Rashid smokes from are all hand-carved by him, he does a lot of carving during downtime and has made wooden toys for kids.

- He pretty much liked Adam instantly because he finds it refreshing to see someone use their magic to brighten people’s days over constant seriousness such as healing and battles.

- he doesn’t really keep contact with his family, other than his aunt and uncle

- He knew Adam had a crush on him long before Adam admitted it, he just waited for the floofy Chesire to find the courage to say it.

- Rashid is so chill that his battle-skills and near ruthlessness in a proper battle often catches people off guard. 

- He cannot really get drunk as his fire-elemental body burns alcohol too quickly. 

-   Rashid’s parents don't really approve of most of his friends, finding Rayna crude despite her "respectable heritage" as they call her being a White Tiger, and downright look down on Adam, and Reuben whom Rashid taught to control his magic.

BG story in a nutshell:

Rashid is from the southern parts of the land, belonging to a noble Sphinx-family. Unlike his parents however, Rashid didn’t really look down on other beings considered “weaker” than them, namely due to the teachings from his humble aunt and uncle. He spent most of his childhood with them and learned his morals from the two. 

Eventually, Rashid grew tired of the poshy attitude his family had and decided to leave and find his own path instead of becoming another heir continuing the family agenda of superiority. His journey eventually led him to where he is now, Guardian for the Nephilin rulers of Mirthas. 

Rashid was the teacher for the young elemental mage Reuben, helping him to learn how to handle his powerful flame abilities, whereas his workpartner Rayna helped the kid with the wind side of things.

That’s all for now. I’ll be adding more detail on these BG stories once the overall story forms in my head properly. Currently these BG story things just give you the general gist of it.
