Gaz is a firm believer in "cat time" - spending time together but doing your own things. It is not unusual to find you curled up on the couch, feet braced against his thigh, reading on your phone or whatever while he plays a video game. It's utterly comfortable. Gaz pouts if he doesn't get this kind of time with you often enough when he's on leave. Not that he's not also making out sloppy with you on the couch when you're both done with cat time, but he loves being comfortable with you, just occupying the same space in relative quiet.

Gaz is also the type of boyfriend who will kiss you after every time he dies in game. Like just a quick little smooch while he's waiting to respawn. He also strikes me as the type to play games similar to COD, odd enough, like Battlefield , and every now and then he'll talk about something in the game, either praising it for it's military accuracies or correcting an inaccuracy.

He certainly never rages at the game, but you can tell when he's getting a little frustrated. ("Fucking spawn camping, really?") Whenever that happens, you either tease him ("Get good."), or if you're feeling nice you'll give him an extra sweet kiss to distract him from the kill cam.

Cat time is normally marked as being over when Gaz sighs real big and turns off his console (he wants to get a PC but feels it's a waste of money with how long he's gone). But sometimes you're too enthralled with whatever it is you're doing to realize that cat time is over. You'll be reading a book or something, and get so caught up in the events that you don't realize he's sitting, waiting for you to notice him.

Eventually he gets impatient. He'll grab your bookmark and set it between the pages, and you look up at him confused. It's only then that you realize he's basically leaning over you, that adorable boyish smirk on his face. Turns out that as much as Gaz loves cat time, he also really fucking likes it when you give him attention. So your book is closed shut and the moment it is, his lips are on yours.

Speaking of that, Gaz is a really fucking good kisser. The perfect amount of softness while still keeping the pressure firmly on your lips. It's different than the quick little pecks you two shared while he was gaming, and though it's not necessarily needy, he's certainly craving you.

Either way, cat time is over, and he'll spend the entire night with his lips on yours if you'll let him.
