A lot of things happened that prevented me from following my plans. But now I'm ready to go back to it! Slowly, step by step.

I think it's important to say that sometimes I may not post for weeks, but it doesn't mean I'm inactive. I'm comfortable sharing my art from time to time, and I am glad that someone likes my work! Thank you so much for your patience and understanding 🧡

Since TLG will come to an end soon, I think it's time to introduce ya'll to the protagonists of the next brainrot piece of mine.

From left to right, you got Victor Frankenstein, Lucy Westenra, and finally Henry Jekyll Jr. (or Henry^3). They are the main trio of the modern reimagining mashup I've been working on and their stories will be followed throughout the entire series.

Unlike The Losing Game, this property will probably not be written out as a fic. Instead I'd rather do comics of them. I'm a full believer in never starting with a dream project though, so while you'll get a lot of sketches, small comics, and even animations of these guys, you won't see anything official until way later.

I'll have more info later on, after I get back into posting (which admittedly has become quite nerve-wracking for me as I spend more time away), but please enjoy!

Also, to make things easier for myself, Henry^3, though he's a very different character, will just be tagged as Henry Clerval. He shares the most similarity with Clerval, so I think this works lol.

maybe that's just me being me but i think it's..... interesting, how much criticism/accusations/et al of the OTW recently is coming up so conveniently in that period between donation drive and election, argues so utterly in bad faith, and employs such a strong 'us vs them' rhetoric that is frankly baffling if it is actually coming from people who 1. have a basic understanding of the OTW's flat hierarchies and what that means for the workings of such a big org, and 2. have the orgs best interest and future in mind. none of this is to say that the OTW doesn't have its issues or room to improve, but you'd think that amidst the quick rise of fascism, purity culture, and their calls for censorship, people would take care not to present the bandwagon to those people on a silver platter, and also maybe........ bother 0.3 seconds to provide those annoying little shits called verifiable sources :))

i like normal Childe!! almost as much as i like Foul Legacy... not quite tho. the circled ones are the ones i'm unsure/hesitant on because Childe has a lot of layers, he's a complex lad!!! i like him but it's hard to explain why... he's like a stress toy i would squish when nervous or mad but also i love him and want a hug but also the common fan characterization of him is so rancid to me that sometimes i want to stay 100 miles away. none of this makes sense at all, but long story short i like him very much but only certain characterizations of him (like mine), especially ones that give him depth, love those a lot

after work I might start writing my ideas for an alternate Book 3. It won't be a fanfic oh I don't have the energy for that but I have so many ideas rattling in my brain of how I think some endgame things could have been presented differently

Hmmm, I think these are really cute and interesting ships!

For Brinney I really like the domesticity of it, because of how kind both Finn and Bruce are. They would be the sporty it™ couple, despite being on different baseball teams they still very much support the other on and off the field. Even in my au, I think Finn would support Bruce and being someone Bruce can lean on. Just 10/10 ship I love it ^^

As for Binney, I'm not as acquainted with it but I can also see this ship working out. Billy's sarcastic and hardworking personality and Finn's quiet but clever mind works well, because I can see Finn helping Billy on his runs, helping ease his anxieties after the whole Grabber fiasco. Also 10/10 ship! ^^

Overall, great ships and I probably draw them if I get the chance later :P

I've been writing down my thoughts for every movie I've seen since the start of 2023 that I havent before and its color coded by likes and dislikes and just neutral thoughts and ramblings.

Number one dislike so far: lighting is too dark I can't see shit

Number one like: the cinematography (for example. when the shot starts to tilt as the character becomes uneasy or to add to the eerieness of the scene).

“No, no, no,” he mutters, feeling the fear encroaching. Moving is his best option now, and he can’t move if he’s frozen. 

He rushes to think of another song, and settles on Destiny’s Child of all things.The melody is difficult enough that he has to concentrate on it - half singing and half muttering as he starts walking again. 

With the song to distract him, Joe makes good ground through the first few turns. When he sees the familiar glow of the World’s Worst restroom sign, he picks up the pace.

“Keep on surviving,” he chants, the sound turning into a cough as his pace lines up with the beat and pushes his swiftly tiring limbs.

Somewhere to his right, probably one or two rooms away, he hears a familiar rumble.
