Watching the Screen Rant interview with Aabria and Liam about Candela Obscura and there's so much to... well here, 2 things:

I'd say they all trust the merc to an extent but in different ways. echo might be the only one that trusts the merc to protect their life if it comes down to it but orla trusts them to do what needs to be done and the others trust their abilities/to finish what they started.
