I can’t believe what I’ve just read. Trauma response…. TRAUMA RESPONSE!? How dare she? This has to be a joke because she cannot actually be serious and believe the blatant bs coming out of her mouth. I just can’t believe that she actually thinks this. And this whole thing is insulting my intelligence because I know from the countless episodes I’ve watched that Upstead are anything BUT a trauma response.

Jay and Hailey are equally the best thing that has ever happened to each other. Gwen is completely out of touch, she wrote most of their beautiful foundation only to disrespect it a few years later by calling them getting married a trauma response like they weren’t a slowburn romance from the beginning, all for the sole reason for being intentionally spiteful.

I will never understand why spitefulness is winning in the name of love. I feel sick.

The idea that people think Steve wouldn’t cry over Eddie’s death is INSANE to me. Everyone loves to paint Steve as this heartless villain and some people even said that he was happy about it…. Umm are we talking about the same show????

I don’t think people realize how much faith and trust Steve had in Eddie to leave him with Dustin knowing that things could go wrong. Both of them love Dustin to death and they would do anything to protect to him. Eddie basic went against Steve’s orders to put his life at risk just so everyone could make it out alive, he didn’t even think about himself. So yeah, I believe that Eddie putting everyone before himself would definitely get some tears out of Steve and for the first time in years he finally had someone he could’ve bonded with. Then if you add in the small moments that they had together that are classified as romantic, it would’ve hurt even more that Steve lost someone that he was genuinely falling in love with and in Eddie’s last moments he probably had so many thoughts in his head that were fear, anger, ect all mixed in one. It’s truly sad when you think about it.

Can we also talk about that Eddie’s last words to Steve were “make him pay”? I’m throwing up as we speak 😖

I know people like to hold on to this (false) idea that because the sexual harassment of men does not have the same perceived physical, emotional, and mental threat nor the same wide-reaching systemic implications as the sexual harassment of women, that women making unwelcome and unsolicited explicit sexual comments towards men (especially male celebrities) is acceptable and somehow “playful”, “charming”, and a means of “taking back power”.

It isn’t. Sexual harassment is sexual harassment, whatever your initial intentions. The same way women can’t decipher the exact level of threat at that moment, neither can men, and just because women have been conditioned to believe they’re not a viable threat doesn’t make the action acceptable.

Best case scenario, that kind of comment has made someone you like uncomfortable. Why would you want to make someone you like uncomfortable, ever?
