okay, my personal thoughts on the jury vote/televote drama (as unbiased as possible):

i understand people’s disappointment when their favourite doesn’t win. i also understand how that disappointment can turn into frustration when it turns out that was the most popular entry with the general public, yet it didn’t result in victory.

for me, the presence of juries in the contest is non-negotiable. i think they help to recognise aspects of the songs that very often get overlooked by the viewing public - composition and vocal ability being the two most important. i think of estonia from this year, a song and performance that most definitely deserved the love they got from the juries to push them up the scoreboard. i think of albania 2018, switzerland 2021, portugal 2022 - all entries that deserved to be recognised, and were not given that by the televote.

all of that is not to say the jury is faultless. i agree with most, that the criteria the jury is told to judge upon should be modified/expanded. i think they should drop the focus on commercially successful songs to help level the playing field for songs in languages other than english (or popular languages like italian or spanish). they should also include people from more diverse musical backgrounds to appreciate alternative forms of music like rock, jazz, folk and music with ethnic elements etc. they could also make the juries larger (i think just doubling the size to 10 people would already make such a huge difference).

i think the biggest change the EBU needs to make regarding the juries is to be much more transparent. the general public has no idea why the juries exist, or what they are even judging on. each show the presenters should explain the criteria the juries judge on. because i’ve seen so many comments on social media over the past 12 hours which seem to fundamentally miss the fact that the juries judge based on criteria which is given to them by the EBU. they do not simply sit down and make a ranking of their favourite to least favourite.

the big point for me is that the jury vote is NOT supposed to be representative of the public vote. there would literally be no point to it if it were. therefore the jury having different scores, and ultimately a different winner than the televote, does not in itself mean that there is a problem with the juries. if you ask me, it means that the juries are doing exactly what they are supposed to do. they recognised the song which best fit the criteria they were asked to judge upon… tattoo.

and i would also add that tattoo was immensely popular with the public as well, it came second in the televote. and the juries placed televote winner cha cha cha in fourth position. so the argument that the juries are out of touch with the european public (at least when it comes to the top spots) just doesn’t add up.

since the juries were reintroduced in 2009 we’ve had 4 types of victories

• where the televote and jury vote agree on a winner (2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2017)

• where the televote winner has won overall despite not winning the jury vote (2011, 2018, 2021, 2022)

• where the jury vote winner has won overall despite not winning the televote (2015, 2023)

• where the winning song has won neither the jury vote nor the televote (2016, 2019)

so, in the 14 contests with the 50/50 jury televote system, only twice has the jury overridden the televote to decide the winner. the televote has overridden the jury vote double as much. in fact, the majority of times (8 times, if you include the 4th category since on both those occasions the winner came 2nd with both televote and jury vote) both have agreed on the winner. overall, the televote has gotten their winner to win the overall contest 10 times out of the 14 contests since the reintroduction of the jury.

therefore i find the conclusion that the jury is tainting the results of the contests’ winners not based in reality.

now, all of that is simply the opinion of one girl who likes eurovision. you can take it or leave it. i don’t think this will change anyone’s mind if they are dead set on the juries needing to perish in hell fire to atone for their sins against euro pop music. but more so i wanted to explain my reasoning behind still valuing the juries as an important part of the contest.

and, two last very important notes:

• käärijä not winning the contest doesn’t mean that he’s lost. it doesn’t mean that you can’t go back and watch his performance a thousand times and revel in the joy it gives you. it will always be there. music is subjective, just because a certain song wins a certain contest doesn’t mean it’s necessarily the best. he has thousands more fans now and you can always support his future career.

• being disappointed with the results of the contest however does not give you the right to send abusive messages and hate towards other contestants. käärijä himself said after the final yesterday that he cannot complain about the rules and he was happy for loreen. this is the same guy who was so distraught when he received one hate comment that he deleted all his accounts on social media. he wouldn’t want anyone to be doing the same towards his fellow artists. the contest was about being united through music, and sending hate won’t change the results, and it won’t make you feel better either.

Oh absolutely!

A very large portion of the lower east convex vertex in the focus continent is just a bunch of swampland. Along the rivers are a bit less stagnant but much older swampland, whereas the vast majority of land is stagnant overflood. Most of the water and plant life in the area is heavily endowed with the same magical essence you can find north west of the region, where Michael & his friends live.

A lot of the terrain is not considered habitable by most, and it's in these regions that you find a lot of plant people, treeple, fish people, pixies, or any other race that's heavily in tune with the earth & water.

let’s be so fr for a second. the mutual pining trope would never work for sakuatsu. atsumu would get the slightest spark of a crush and would immediately confess to kiyoomi. kiyoomi may be emotionally constipated but the second he realizes he has feelings he would confess, no way would he want to fuck around and keep it to himself, he’s gonna make his feelings atsumus problem too.

I love looking at the inner workings of the relationship between Mel and Zel, because it means digging into how they view themselves and their clan, layers of trauma, mixed feelings, misunderstandings, and unsaid things that span thousands of years.

Meliodas

He loves Zeldris. He's not good at showing it but it's a lot more than he ever outwardly lets on. Despite this, it's to a point where their father, the Demon King, acknowledges that Meliodas views Zeldris as his "beloved/darling brother" and then proceeds to taunt him for being worried / desperate and not wanting to accidentally kill Zel's body which the King stole for use as a mortal vessel. Meliodas trained Zel how to fight and survive, they settled disagreements often enough with rock paper scissors that Mel accurately predicts whatever Zel picks, gifted him a sword, and he knew about the secret affair with the vampire and chose to let it be despite how frowned upon it must have been. But Mel has full belief that Zel feared him throughout his time in the Demon Realm and while acting as leader of the Ten Commandments. It didn't matter that his younger brother admired him. Mel only really focused on the fact that he was terrified of him, and later admits that though it was his own fault he did nothing to rectify the issue and allowed it to grow worse through his cold, standoffish nature and not having time for him while enacting their father's will.

Right before all hell breaks loose, Mel recognizes the danger of the developing situation and deduces he can no longer stay idle. He thinks to try to get his brother out as well and tried talking his brother into leaving the Demon Realm with him, attempting to convince him by saying to bring along Gelda but Zeldris refused. He could have forced him to come, it would have been doable, but Meliodas chooses to respect his decision so he ending up abandoning him. He threw off his shackles and left with Elizabeth. Though he worried about Zeldris, he did not look back. This forced Zeldris to shoulder more burdens on top of what he already had as a prince and the Executioner. Then the Holy War started due to Meliodas' actions, leading to the vampire revolt and Zeldris being given the order to execute the entire race, inadvertently making Meliodas responsible for what happened. He realizes this millennia later after getting the rest of the story from Gelda. It feels as though nothing he does to help/save Zeldris is working. All of this feeds into Meliodas' self hate and overall negative self perception. He sees himself as a worthless older brother only deserving of Zeldris' hatred after doing nothing but failing him. Even when completely stripped of emotion and aware of Zeldris triggering Elizabeth's curse, he still made a point of apologizing for his shitty actions and asks his brother to forgive his awful older brother.

Internalization of a twisted mentality as the favorite son who's not allowed to fail and feeling like he needed to be this invincible revered figure to succeed in carrying the entire weight of his proud clan as he fights nonstop in a never ending war to right the injustices against them under the unrelenting pressure of his father with his worth tied to how well he can flawlessly forever perform as the perfect weapon to mindlessly cut down the Demon King's enemies aside, Meliodas knew he could have done more for Zeldris but he simply didn't and when his brother needed him most he wasn't there.

Zeldris

He grew up in violence, watching his brother reap the lives of others without an iota of mercy or regret. Yet, Meliodas was still there as an enduring presence so most - if not all - of his positive 'good' memories involved his brother. Meliodas was an asshole yeah, but he had his moments when the other side of his personality would show through, and that's what made Zeldris try. He loved and looked up to Meliodas more than anyone else. The man was his role model and idol and he used to follow the guy around everywhere. Before Zeldris met Gelda, I think Mel was all he had besides obligatory Cusack and their father didn't even want him to have that. Honestly with Zel it seemed that under the outward appearance of being the Demon King's son he was a genuine kind person despite his situation and who he had as family. Someone a lot more open, sincere and honest about himself and wanting love than Meliodas is ( a person who was just fucking disinterested entirely ), and appeared to try very hard to get his brother's attention and approval, likely wanting validation. Going off remarks he really only visibly started changing personality wise and seriously emulating his brother's vicious attitude after he became the Executioner for Gelda's sake. He did fear Meliodas in some ways, but not the ones Meliodas presumed. He confided in the fake Gelda that while he didn't fear Meliodas back then like everyone else did, he see him as very difficult to approach but he craved being able to interact with him. Normal brother things. Just basic interactions like talking about their day or the people they like.

But eventually Zeldris stopped trying. He stopped talking to Meliodas basically altogether and, despite still holding that desire to bond with him, their communication broke down completely. Eventually things plummet downhill. He's aghast at the decision of Meliodas to throw everything away and abandon him and their people for a wretched monster. He gave Meliodas chances but grows to despise his brother for kick starting the devastating Holy War and it's consequences. The sense of brotherhood, a desire for closeness now appeared to him as only ever haven been one sided. A whimsical fantasy of his own concoction. This goddess is worth more to him than his own brother which may have been nothing much in the end considering how easily Meliodas leaves. Zeldris desperately tried holding onto all of his close relationships, until they imploded and he was left with nothing. Before he knows it, Zeldris' support system is non existent. Brother a dishonorable traitor, Gelda sealed away, and as the new leader of the Commandments he's made to accept the Piety aka the tightest leash. If he displays disobedience anywhere near the degree that Meliodas had he's automatically enslaved to the complete will of his father. He curses Meliodas for inflicting this fate upon him, and himself for being too weak to do anything about it.

The demons effectively lose the war and it's a humiliating defeat. 3000 years later, Gelda is gone. He can only assume she died in the time he was sealed away when the rest of the vampires were eradicated by the so called seven deadly sins. When he sees his brother again it is nothing as he remembers. The stern, cold and emotionless but fierce and determined pillar of strength he relied on is nowhere to be found. His real brother also died a long time ago. This grinning shell masquerading as Meliodas boasts that he and the sins will stop them. As if to top it all off, the very cause of his elder brother's current predicament walks around blissfully oblivious to the suffering she has wrought on them all by stealing away Meliodas from them. It's maddening. He regrets nothing when he makes Elizabeth recall the depths of her sins.

It's no wonder when all is said and done, when Meliodas tries to save Zeldris / asks if it's alright that he fights for him, the man can only stare at him in shocked disbelief.

Extra side note

In the past I've been struck by the fact that the dynamic between the Demon King, Meliodas, and Zeldris echo eerily similar to characters like Ozai, Zuko, and Azula. So many things are the same. You got: uncaring bastard of a father complete with a use and abuse relationship and psychological manipulation on the side, mother MIA from their lives, the heir apparent turning traitor, younger sibling trying to off the older one that they hate, and so on.

The only differences are that Mel and Zel's sibling relationship wasn't as twisted (initially), one of siblings was actually killed off, and Demon King can do a lot more damage that doesn't leave such visible scars. I mean, how lucky are demons to have such great regenerative properties amirite? oof. as i was writing this I also remembered the Thanos, Gamora, and Nebula vibes, and yikes you can bet Demon King did that type of shit too.

The Harbour's Dice Rolling

I assigned some of my friends what I think they'd roll, and then they asked what that all means. So, here's a copy+paste of my quick and messy explanations that I may elaborate and fix later. I didn't directly reference textual evidence to avoid spoilers

Swords are the symbols of Guardians. Guardians... Guard. They protect stories, what already does and what may potentially exist and their "characters". They can be summed up to being Steadfast and Worthy. They go through MANY trails, and are not aware of half of the trials. They're tested vefore they even enter the society and can roll the dice in the first place, starting around early childhood. They will resist change. They have a strong sense of duty and cannot face failure. They are chosen

"To be a guardian is to wear death on your chest." (pg51). Death, herself, is a Guardian

Keys are the symbols of Keepers. They can act as guides to new areas and ideas. They offer sanctuary and watch over everyone(and their stories, inherently). Originally, they were born in the Harbour, or at least brought in at a young age, and grow up there. They know the ins and outs and every nook and cranny. They understand stories. They understand what it means to exist. They are summed up to contain Spirit and Life. And I would say they are... Fated? No one tells them to be a Keeper, and they certainly don't *want* to be. But it HAS to happen

Crowns symbolize... Royalty, I'd say. It's one that isnct explicitly noted in Starless sea. To put it simply, they are catalysts. They *are* the change, not that they actively *try* to be. Often seen as "wildcards". To me, they kind of feel like pawns. Just used to get something else "more important" rolling. I'd say they're doomed by the narrative, really. They feel... Lost? Even? But can see the story for more than it is

Hearts symbolize Poets. And neither are explicitly discussed. They boil down to people who make whatever information/story known and accessible to as many as possible. They will explain until understood. They can often be viewed as teachers as well. What they share is usually tied into their own personal story(whereas Acolytes are objective story"teller"s and aren't usually directly tied into the stories they share). "Many who believe at first that they wish to be Keepers in truth are Poets" (p90) (It's because they want to share their knowledge and mistake the Keepers' ability to guide as something they'd want. Keepers Show and allow other to learn on their own passively, Poets will actively guide and Tell others). I'd say they become Poets BECAUSE of their choices/mistakes

Bees symbolize Acolytes. Acolytes are simplified as devoted yet curious. They will study whatever they please and discover new outcomes and possibilities, even if they are unlikely to occur. Acolytes are the only group to actually volunteer for their path. You could start in a different area and then later choose to be an Acolyte. It's not an easy decision since it's full of isolation. You don't choose it for yourself, you choose it for others, as a service. I'd compare them to prophets. They sacrifice something, most their tongue for "hearing", one sacrificed her eyes for "vision". Their job is to capture these stories that they alone bare witness to. Very conceptual. They are also very secretive and do not (often) share these stories that they document

Feathers are also not discussed in the book, either, but they symbolize owls. Literal owls and otherwise, ha. They seek out and usher in change/progress. They can be describe as rash and hasty, especially when an outcome is certain. It is easier to wait when you don't know what will happen, but if it's going to happen anyways, it might as well be RIGHT NOW. The feather itself could represent the concept of creation? They are a tool, a means to an end, and are inevitably... Disposable

How many of each symbol you roll plays into how heavily you relate to each of their attributes. And then there's the contridiction of their opposites. The special Chinese edition has a labeled dice you can fold with the following as the symbols on opposite sides

Bees-Swords

When picking what my friends might roll, only 3/10 had "opposite" symbols rolled. One had Bees and Swords in their roll and the other both had Feathers and Keys. Everyone else did't have contradictory rolls

Do you have any recommendations on what to do when you can’t write?

I’ve been struggling to write for years, but telling stories is all I want to do. I have ideas and plots and characters all figured out! But actually getting the words onto paper? I just can’t do it. There’s a mental block or something getting in the way.

I want to write, I so badly do. I want to tell my stories! But no matter how hard I try, no matter how much I love the story, the words never work properly. I can day dream scenes up perfectly, but as soon as I’m near paper the words all vanish.

I guess what I’m actually asking is: how did you defeat the blank page?

Well, first of all, I can confidently tell you that your storytelling per se is working just fine. You just told me a perfectly cogent story right there, in writing. So that's good to know.

Now let me put your mind a little at rest by telling you something reassuring about the Writer's Brain:

It's not the sharpest knife in the block, if you take my meaning. It can be tricked. It can be fooled. It can be bamboozled into working when it doesn't want to... sometimes with embarrassing ease. (And this approach is, by and large, far preferable to sitting around over-analyzing one's interior life to figure out what went wrong with your developmental process somewhere in the dim lost past. Just hornswoggle the silly thing into working and then do the analysis later, if you can be bothered.)

Sometimes just changing something basic in the process the Writer's Brain is expecting is enough to make it lose the plot (so to speak...) and let you get on with work. And in your case I'd say, more or less immediately: Have you tried telling the story to yourself out loud, recording it, and then transcribing the recording?

Because this problem is a commonplace among storytellers. Sit them down in the pub and give them tea or a drink and start them going, and you'll get half an effortless hour of hilarious prose about What The Cat Did In The Middle Of The Night or When The Neighbors Were Fighting In The Street Again Yesterday. But show them blank paper, or an empty screen, and (now that the pressure to perform is suddenly in place) they freeze.

So try doing an end run around your writing brain. Borrow or otherwise procure a little recorder of some kind. (Or if you've got a smartphone, add a voice recording app to it.) Go get comfortable somewhere and get yourself into that daydream state, and then—making sure the recorder's on—start talking.

It doesn't have to be perfect unblemished prose. The pursuit of that comes later, after draft zero-minus-one. Just tell the story... or some of it. Or a fragment of it. Even a few paragraphs is a triumph, in a situation like this. You may, during the recording, have to talk yourself into the story stage by starting out talking about something else first. Let that happen.

Then when you're done recording, listen to it and transcribe it (typed or handwritten, as you please).

And maybe a day later, do this again. And a day or two later, once more. And so forth.

You're going to have to keep at this, because your Writer's Brain may start suspecting what you're up to, and try throwing spanners into the works. (Its favorite being "Oh, this isn't working, I may as well give up..." Pay no attention to that nagging little voice behind the curtain. Just keep doing what you're doing. Persistence is a superpower.)

The thing to keep reminding yourself, as you settle into this process, is that sooner or later the WB's resistance is going to flag, because you really do want to tell stories. It does too. What you have to teach it is that—to coin a phrase—resistance is useless. :)

Anyway: give this a try. You'll need to be doing this daily for at least a couple of months to find out whether it works or not. So let me know how it goes.

(BTW: once you've broken through the barrier, you may well find that dictation is a good routine way for you to generate your first draft. At that point—should you feel inclined to go a little higher-tech than recording and hand transcription—let me recommend Dragon Anywhere. This is a month-to-month subscription version of Dragon's flagship text to speech program—the one @petermorwood and I got Terry Pratchett to use when he started having difficulty typing. I use Anywhere a lot, on days when it's easier to write stretched out or lying down than it is sitting up. It transcribes what you say, and then you can just email it to yourself and cut-and-paste it into your writing document. Very handy.)

hi nonnie, thank you for letting me know! since i’m leaving this blog & this platform for the foreseeable future i figured i might aswell get a few things off of my chest before i go. i apologise in advance for the vibes this post will probably bring, the discourse & the posts that will ofcourse follow, but i honestly i am not the first person to be targeted by this creator and i’m sure i won’t be the last considering the amount of creators that have been bullied off of this app by them.

first off i’ve had multiple blogs that would be considered bigger blogs such as @/hvnlydmn, @/atsymu + now this blog which is the biggest of all 3. i think there’s a sort of unspoken responsibility that comes with being a bigger blog which i know is no fun but it’s also because it can be super harmful on a site like this, when people weaponise their following.

on that note i’ll start this post by saying that i’ve known tee for probably around 3/4 years, maybe? we were mutuals on hvnlydmn & atsymu and we continued to talk on discord even when i was off of tumblr. i will honestly admit to this day i have never had a negative interaction with tee to my face and she was genuinely supportive of me during any discourse i was involved in. i am not some angel, i’ve had my fair share of crap on this app (of my own doing) but this post is not meant to come across like “oh she doesn’t like me so i’m calling her out” no. im sorry if this doesn’t line up with my brand and my ‘victim complex’ but i’m not gonna lie down and let someone on a power trip on a hobby app drag me through the mud.

first off i had began to get some off vibes from tee when i had started writing on garoujo, notably when i’d just hit my first milestone which was probably around 1k. during this i had decided to move my instagram theme from my main blog to my writing blog.

i’d noticed tee subposting (on main and on her personal blog which i followed at the time) about someone basically using the same theme as her, which after then clicking onto her blog i realised was an instagram theme. i didn’t think much of it, again me & tee were friends and she hadn’t came to me directly so ignored it. i was still a new blog and trying to solidly an aesthetic (before the beige lol) so i changed my theme / masterlists / layouts a lot.

a few more sub posts later i decided to message tee about it because with every thing i’d change / post on my blog, there always seemed to be another post. so i messaged her and got this response in: (i’ve blurred out my irl name btw) open up pics for convo!

so i let it slide, kept posting & that was that. probably a few days / a week later, tee had soft blocked me which then eventually led to me being hard blocked. i was upset ofcourse because i genuinely considered tee a good friend but i’ve always been a big advocate in controlling your space.

this was when, one of our mutuals in common (the first of many may i add) approached me on discord to say that just like now, i was being ripped to shreds on tee’s personal blog:

again i was notably upset about this because i was being accused of not only copying her theme but also her writing & masterlists, we did have a lot of mutuals in common so it was also upsetting knowing they would all be seeing these posts aswell. i allowed myself one sub post about “creating a narrative” because i was particularly frustrated but tee then also subposted about this, even though she had me blocked?

i would also like to say regarding our mutuals in common that this was not the first or last mutual to approach me regarding tee. i’ve had multiple people tell me that “they’re only mutuals with her because it would be more damaging not to be” “it’s easier to be on her side”. also i am not saying this is okay but i’ve had multiple of her current mutuals send me not only her posts, but screenshots of her private, personal instagram & also tell me about how all of them and their friends had a running joke / theory that tee made up her boyfriend (ex-boyfriend?) for attention.

regarding the accusations from tee i’d like to first comment on the instagram themes, again i had done an instagram theme on my main blog but it seemed to only be an issue when it was on my writing blog that was gaining traction. if the timing was off and it seemed like i copied her, i genuinely have nothing to say except it’s not the case— it’s instagram (which tee already admits she doesn’t own above) also the hanma writing? i’m still not 100% sure which drabbles she was referring to but i can only assume that 1. is when i posted a drabble about hanma fucking you outside of his subordinates house — this was a almost completely word by word rewrite of a suna drabble i done on my old blog @/atsymu i literally just changed the concept to fit tokyo revengers themes. i can post screenshots of this suna drabble also from my google docs dated February when i deactivated. the other one may have been some basic concept about him fucking you against the window.

she also mentions in the very first recent screenshot at the beginning of this post that i have apparently stolen concepts of fics / posts from her mutuals. what i want to say regarding this is, do you believe that i would have made it this far on stolen work? i don’t know any of the mutuals she’s referring to apart from 1 which i’ll get into. but every single accusation i’ve ever received has always come from someone associated or in contact with tee, she has always been at the root of it all but i have yet to receive a single anon or ask about me copying or taking inspiration from anyone’s work.

i know there was apparently a blog and an ex mutual of mine, who i had a lot of respect & time for who was under the impression i’d stolen their concept for this gojo fic. the whole premise of this fic is honestly not uncommon considering how many times people losing control of their techniques / powers / quirks during orgasm has been done in fanfiction. this concept was completely my own, i had originally posted shitposts about him losing control of his technique & also him putting you into a mating press / breeding before i’d decided to smoosh them together into a fic. we all read from the same workbook, we all have the same material to work off of — two people in a fanbase of THOUSANDS having a similar idea is not unheard of.

now onto the masterlist banners. the screenshot on the far left are the comparison photos that tee made herself— i’m sure you’ll be able to see them in better quality when she makes her own post about it; because obviously that’s going to come. first off i will say, i will admit i took inspiration from her official art masterlist banners — i thought hers looked good and i needed a masterlist so i used official art. fair game there although i only kept them for a few days before i changed again.

but onto the grey masterlist banners, i can honestly say i did not even know tee had this masterlist, also the only comparison i myself see is the colour. the only reason i chose grey was because i had started to use a grey / white overlay on my manga panels for my layout (as you can see far right), and as you know— i’ve always kept my colour scheme pretty consistent. on that note, regarding the actual layout of the masterlists— i’ve added screenshots from atsymu (that i could find due to it being deactivated) that shows the layout of my old masterlists, which was what i took inspiration from for my current. although the title font for each heading like headcanons is different, i had used the sort of old style, basic font that everyone uses before i had deactivated so it would match my fic headers i just don’t have photos obviously.

anyway on the back of this there was then discourse over me apparently copying tee’s kinktober masterlist, which again was not the case. but again due to tee’s following i had received multiple death threats into my asks the morning after i posted mine. as far as i was aware, the only similarities were the fact we both used gifs in our headers & the layout listing thirsts, hcs & fics (which is very common during kinktober but i admitted below i could see that similarity). unfortunately during all of this discourse was when ffflowers, my hate blog also came into the mix which then lead to tee reaching out to me in dm’s from her old blog.

the interaction between me & tee was pretty good, again she was nothing but nice to me directly despite the way she obviously spoke about me in private above. but as you can see below, tee herself told me that basically most of the similarities all made above were brushed off as basic. we spoke about the ig themes & i apologised, saying i could understand where she was coming from and that was that. i unblocked her & she unblocked me so i could reblog her post, it’s been that way since.

it is not my place to comment on other people’s experiences on this app but i would need more than 2 hands to list the amount of people that i’m sure have had similar if not worse experiences with tee. i know i have had multiple mutuals who have been bullied off of this platform & had their safe space ripped from them for little things such as: liking a character that this group selfship with, tee and her friends not liking their characterisation. they’ve even went as far as to go through other larger creators notes to check for minors so they can make excuses as to why they’re thriving.

i also know of a blog who was ‘blacklisted’ from tee & her mutuals as they self shipped with arataki itto at the time, one of tee’s friends also did, so they blacklisted this creator and had all of their mutuals block them for this which then in turn drove this creator off the app. there has been other notably bitchy things that i’ve heard but i have no receipts for therefore i don’t see any relevance in starting rumours.

i would also like to say i know plagiarism is a horrible thing, we have all been through it— myself included but it’s got to the point where being accused of copying tee has become a canon event. notably, bigger platforms have been ruined and driven off of this app for little things such as mdni dividers, similar colours schemes etc. and it’s the reason i’m also leaving.

i will say i have met some amazing people through my discourse with tee, notably people who have been in similar situations and i also apologise to any mutuals who we still have in common who are now sort of stuck inbetween. no hard feelings. although to tee: id be careful of the people you trust because it seems the loyalties they have to you are not as sincere as you may believe. you can also go to her personal & read the other things she was saying about me like how she was always so ? at how many people seemed to like me.

so that’s all i have to say, i’m sure dash will get a few responses from this but i’ll be logging out & turning off asks because honestly? couldnt care less. the only thing i’d change about my experience on this app would be i wish i’d blocked tee sooner.
