imagine sam nook seeing how tommy fidgets, how his eyes dart around when he has nothing to do. imagine sam nook collecting dandelions and ground ivy, carefully packing them into the dirt. ground ivy isn't harmful if it's removed quickly, and it's rather pretty, after all. and as for the dandelions-

dandelions are easily plucked, easily pulled from the ground, but they survive. lay them on the ground and they grow. bury them and they reach through the dirt. blow them apart, and they simply scatter their seeds and live again. they thrive in the concrete cracks, with bright yellow heads and spiny leaves if you try and uproot them. and anyways, tommy makes wishes on them, so isn't that reason enough?

okay so i’m literally in the middle of catching up on jack manifold’s recent stream bUT i am suddenly brainrotting so ✨analysis time✨

jack’s current arc is him realizing that revenge wasn’t the answer. he regrets his anger and he regrets that his life was dedicated was killing an old friend. he wasn’t happy when dream killed tommy, and he doesn’t think he would have been happy if he had been the one to kill him.

he’s still angry at tommy (and he has every reason to be), but the point is that he doesn’t think revenge was the answer. revenge wouldn’t have made him happy, no matter how it had played out.

now. niki. she hasn’t found out about tommy’s death yet, so we’re shifting into ✨combined analysis and theory time✨

i think niki’s reaction will be a foil to jack’s. i think niki will be overjoyed that tommy’s dead, no matter how it happened. it will be wonderful, it will be interesting, it will be great story telling.

let me elaborate on that. jack mourned the fact that the only thing he cared about was tommy, and he mourned the fact that he lost him. jack mourned losing his attachments. emotionally, he’s sort of lost now, but he realizes that. he values attachments and he values the attachment he had, now matter how toxic he realized it had been.

niki, on the other hand? the last thing she expressed attachment to was l’manburg. she may not have been the one to blow it up, but she still destroyed it. she burned down the l’mantree, the last remaining symbol of the original l’manburg, and she did it all without a hint of regret. niki, unlike jack, does not value attachments.

really, the only thing niki still has attachment to is the memory of wilbur, but even that’s not really an attachment in the same way everyone else on the server has attachments. she misses the memory of him, but the fact that he just,, left her makes her angry. that anger is her driving force and the only attachment she has left. no one else cares more about the memory of a person and the feelings they cause than physical people and physical things. there isn’t any other attachment that’s even comparable.

except.

dream doesn’t care about anything but the idea of tommy. he only cares about the attachments tommy brings to the server and the fun tommy brings him. tommy’s nothing more than a puppet to him. this doesn’t line up perfectly with niki’s situation, but the the parallels are undeniably.

dream just wants revenge against those who have wronged him. he isn’t driven by attachment (though he is still attached to that idea of tommy), he’s driven by revenge.

niki just wants revenge against those who have wronged her. she isn’t driven by attachment (though she is still attached to the memory of wilbur), she’s driven by revenge.

so. in the end, niki should be happy that tommy’s dead, no matter that she wasn’t the one to do it.

Quackity:

Quackity is one floppy motherfucker. You fall asleep with him spooning you, head nestled between your shoulder blades, hands holding yours in front of your middle, legs entangled, the whole shi-bang, but wake up with him starfishing half on the mattress at a weird angle that makes his neck sore for the rest of the day.

Each day is a new position for you to add to your ammunition of teasing against him, but he takes it in stride. He totally doesn’t wake you up halfway through the night by flinging himself over your middle, ‘asleep’ and snoring like a freight train. When you give up halfway through trying to stop him breathing and just fall asleep lying on his chest, he turns to mush and gets distracted playing with your hair. You don’t know why he seems so exhausted the next morning, and he only giggles dreamily at you when you ask.

While he’ll be the big spoon for as long as you want him to, there’s a special soft place in his heart for being the little spoon. Hold him, please. Pull him to your chest and gently run your fingers through his hair, rub his back and kiss every inch of his face until he’s down for the count. The easiest way to make him feel better after a bad day or an argument is to let him know you want him and love him. Just holding him at night guarantees that he’ll bring you a present the next day (like the inner stardew valley house husband he sometimes longs to be lmao).

It’s a 50/50 chance of waking up with Quackity or after him, seeing as he prefers to get up early to enjoy the quiet mornings before the rest of the smp wakes up. He gets ready, makes the both of you coffee (or tea, something to help wake you up), and watches the sky change color while he waits for you to come sit with him in the kitchen. The two of you try your best to assure a moment together before you go about your separate ways, sitting together and talking about what you have planned or what you might have for dinner later. It’s his favorite part of the day, aside from coming back home to your awaiting arms.

Another citrus-y smelling fellow. More orange than lemon, he bathes in the morning after he wakes up. You typically wake up right after he gets finished washing up, walking into the bathroom to hear him quietly humming while drying off his hair and wings. He’ll give you a small guilty grin and a good smooch on your forehead as an apology.

Another poor fellow with nightmares;; They’re a lot less frequent than they used to be now that you’ve gotten together (having someone to talk to and work through each others issues does WONDERS apparently) but when they hit, they hit him hard. You wake up from him twisting and turning right before he wakes up in tears. He doesn’t like to be touched afterwards, drawn in on himself and facing away from you, hiding his crying. When you leave to get him a glass of water and come back, he’s more grounded, crawling into your arms and accepting the drink gratefully. With his forehead pressed to your throat, taking small sips from his cup, he’ll tell you what his dream was about. Sometimes it’s Technoblade, sometimes Dream, mostly Schlatt though. His ex lingers on his mind more than he likes to admit, a deep sense of abandonment showing through his nightmares. Quackity struggles with sleeping for a few days after, afraid of what he might see when he closes his eyes again.

(You’ve fallen back asleep by now, hand paused in its ministrations and resting snugly in his hair. Things are warm and quiet and soft, and he feels safe again.

The nightmare still hovers fuzzily in the back of his mind, but for now he can ignore it, focusing on your slow breathing as it lulls him back to sleep.

His last thought before finally letting himself rest is how much he loves you, giving you one last squeeze in his tight embrace before relaxing into a much more stable slumber. ‘Gracias por todo mi amor.’)

George:

Impeccable skill of just falling asleep wherever and whenever. Before the two of you got close and started sharing a bed together, he really left his sleep schedule up to fate. He’d find a comfy spot and crash there for a few hours till he was awoken and would just repeat that a few hours later. Now that he has you, he makes more of an effort to stay awake during the day so he can sleep through the night next to your side. It more or less works, but occasionally he’ll have slept during the day and he wakes up in the middle of the night. As “punishment”, he sentences himself to waiting it out instead of getting up to do something because he truly wants to keep going to bed with you.

Not big on contact, likes having his space when he’s sleeping. Cuddling is nice every once in a while, but he prefers being able to breathe a little bit when falling asleep. He does, however, actively make the choice to hold your hand while he slips into slumberville. His grip isn’t too strong, nor is it very light, but a gentle mix between the two to try and remind you how much he loves you. You’ll wake up before him and his hand will still be holding yours, pulled to his chin as he sleeps. His breath fans your knuckles slowly, face eased of any stress, absolutely content.

George bathes…… probably. I’m just kidding, he fluctuates between bathing at night or in the morning because he just goes through phases of forgetting to when the time comes. His little mushroom home doesn’t come with a bathroom, seeing as its wholly empty (please if anyone has housing information on George or like. Any character at all please inform me please i beg-), so he’s limited to getting clean at a friend’s or your house. Typically yours. He keeps all of his valuables at your place once you start letting him sleep over there, tucking his clothes into your closet or in your dresser when he thinks you aren’t looking, leaving a toothbrush and his soap in your bathroom, hanging his armor up on an empty armor stand you have tucked away, all due to his inability to straight out ask if he can live with you.

It’s not like he doesn’t want to live with you, he practically does anyways, but there’s something in him that worries that you won’t like him if you’re forced to live with him permanently. He knows it can become… a bit much when you have to be around someone 24/7, but doesn’t realize that you pretty much already are around each other 24/7 lmao.

It takes a while but eventually he settles down and over dinner suggest that maybe you two should take it to the next level. His face is flushed pink and he keeps switching which leg he has crossed, but he takes your hand and quietly asks if he could start living with you. It’s a surprisingly sweet moment, even with your confusion (thinking you already DID live together), and of course you say yes.

He looks so relieved when you accept, and is kinda like, “I know this will be a difficult process but I’m very excited to become closer with you.” and then nothing changes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

(It’s on the walk home when George finally processes that he now lives with you. It feels heavy on his heart, a mix of nervousness and excitement that makes him swallow hard and tighten his fingers around yours.

This isn’t the first time he’s spent the night at your place, nor is it the first time he’s crawled into bed with you and slept next to just because you let him, but it is his first night actually living with you. The moment feels brand new, as if it’s his first time visiting your house all over again.

He begins to wonder if maybe this was a mistake, maybe he’s moved too fast and maybe your regretting letting him live with you already and- He takes a hurried look at your face. You look… unbothered. Happy, even.

There’s this half hidden smile on your face that soothes his anxieties, drawing out his own fragile smile. He can’t wait to live with you.)

Bad:

Mmmmm, big man warm. A natural heat machine, no need for lots of blankets or heavier pajamas, Bad will take care of all your cold problems. Every night after you finish your shared nightly routine, you curl up in his arms, immediately becoming over come with his toasty embrace. It like when you get clothes out of the drier and just hug them to your chest, the warm, clean, smell good experience that Bad also delivers.

He’s got a pretty ingrained nightly schedule that he sticks to, and he always invites you to join him after you finish up dinner. It starts by cleaning up the house a little, washing the dishes, setting aside clothes for the next day, taking a quick bath, brushing his teeth, reading a few chapters from a new book he’s picked up, and then settling down to go to bed. He won’t push you to do it with him, but he does try to incorporate you into his routine when he can. Usually it’s just by doing something small, like reading together or massaging your shoulders, but sometimes he’ll ask you to join him when he bathes.

Bad bathes pretty often, always at night, and using a nice smelling soap that he makes himself. Like what was said above, he’ll sometimes ask you to join him when bathing. It’s not ever for any naughty means, but because he sees bathing as a very intimate and vulnerable activity for you to share. He won’t push it, understanding that it can be overwhelming to be so open, but if you do choose to join him, he’s so gentle with you. His hands are worked and calloused, but they’re soft when they run soap through your hair, his nails lightly scratching your scalp and running down the back of your neck. He practically purrs when you return the favor, giggling as your hands brush sensitive spots around his sides. Afterwards he becomes so cuddly and attached to your side, you fall asleep with him curled up on YOUR chest, trapped under him.

That being said, most nights he takes to being the big spoon. It’s more for convenience sake, seeing as he’s a good few feet taller than you are, but he also can appreciate being held and loved on after harsher days. He’s a lot like a weighted blanket, a nice heavy weight that keeps you warm and makes you feel loved <3 love this guy.

Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it), you sometimes have.... Visitors. Bad is a hub for the homeless, bored, and nutty members of the smp. They flock to him like birds to the elderly, which means you have “children” to take care of for a day or two at a time :/. Dream and George aren’t regulars, per say, but Bad has a room set aside for either of them when they come over. To their credit, they do try to be polite when they come over, and will help in cooking dinner or cleaning up. Skeppy, however, is unlike Dream or George, in that he’s more of a third partner in your and Bad’s relationship.

Skeppy up and appears at random, no announcement, and makes himself comfortable any place where Bad is. Be it at your home or his, Skeppy eats your food, lounges on your furniture, hell, he even sleeps with you and Bad at night. You two share Bad’s chest whenever Skeppy is over. It’s so jarring at first, having to deal with having another boyfriend (because Skeppy will consider you to be apart of the thrupple after introductions), but he usually only stays for like 3 days before leaving to do whatever else he has planned. You don’t know if you should be worried or upset or what, but after a while it becomes kinda nice to have him around.

All in all Bad is great to sleep with <3

(Bad blows the lantern out on his bedside counter, shuffling under the cover beside you once the room was fully dark. You slung an arm over his chest instinctively, cuddling up into his side when his arm pulled up around your back and held you even closer.

You shivered pleasantly when he gently pressed a kiss into your hair, becoming sleepier and sleepier with each rise and fall of his wide chest. He sighs quietly and squeezes you, murmuring softly to you as you both fell asleep. “Goodnight, sweetheart. Sleep well.”)

Sapnap being your secret admirer and having a crush on you from the day you met. PROMPT 1

So it started out when Dream introduces you to the people on the SMP.

Sapnap and George was actually the last two to get to know you.

Upon meeting you, they immediately fell in LOVE you. Especially Sapnap.

Not only because you have the same sense of humor and attitude as them but just the way you carry yourself is so attractive.

George telling Sapnap that you’re cute as heeelll.

Sapnap got super annoyed by that, he can’t have a rival.

The thing is he was so afraid of rejection, so he just didn’t tell you :(

But, he couldn’t really contain his feelings - so as a way to make you smile he likes to drop off roses every single day. Without a fail.

I think he even went to Technoblade to get some of his roses.

And when he was asked he just goes “None of your business. But it is important” he’ll also hide his blush. Techno sees it like..... he’d think why does this man even bother bc he was so obvious.

Him telling Dream and George about this and some point and both of them yelling at Sapnap that he should just tell her.

You were oblivious though. Probably the most oblivious person within the SMP but no one wanted to tell you either. They think it’s cute watching him

You like to visit him in the afternoon, especially after making some cookies with Puffy.

Sapnap does hint you a bit, pinching your cheeks here and there or tickling your tummy :)

He knows your routine by now, you usually go to Puffy to bake something or maybe Sam to hangout and build stuff every morning.

So, before you wake up or the night before, he’ll slip in a rose in front of your humble shack with notes like: “hi beautiful! don’t forget to eat & drink today” or “you worked really hard yesterday! go easy & rest okay”

You thought it might be Sam because of how much time you do spend with him but it wasn’t. When you brought the topic up he just went “Got no time for that y/n”

Trying to ask Tubbo, thinking it was his wholesomeness of giving people roses.... but no it wasn’t him neither was it Tommy’s prank.

You didn’t get an answer from Tommy, rather more of a “OoOooHH y/n has a secret admirer OooOOoh mmmm women or men mmmmm”

You kept on wondering who gave you these flowers and notes, your secret admirer as Tommy would put it; And your curiosity is thankfully answered.

On one fine tuesday morning you see trails of rose petals from the front of your house.

As you followed the trail, the path became more and more familiar.

Sapnap’s house?

Shocked, you went in and you see him in a fine outfit with lunch prepared, his dining room looked super decorated.

“What’s this?” you wondered to him.

His heart was hammering in his chest, but he knows he needed to get it out. Otherwise this would be for nothing.

“I- I- uhm, y/n, I really really like you? And I don’t know if you’d be willing but would you like to be my date for this wonderful afternoon? And maybe, for more....?” Sapnap said, his hand sweaty and cheeks red.

“I- I understand of course if this is too much or you don’t want-” Sapnap rambled, until you silenced him with a kiss.

He cups your cheeks and deepened the kiss, smiling so hard through it.

“Of course I want to silly! I was crushing on you since day one”

Sapnap just giggling cutely.

“It was you after all huh”

“Your favourite secret admirer baby”

storyboards ig of the dream smp but as a stageplay because I had Bang! by AJR in my head

vvv explanation of why i think the song is fitting below vvv

From a set design stand point, this stageplay performance would have a stage, with a main podium in the centre back. The podium is about a metre and a half high, with stairs facing the audience. Possibly, there can be a small entrance in the stairs for actors to enter in/out of. Atop, there's a stand where the button will be, which has significance during the first and final chorus. Aditionally, screens on either side of the podium (with steps behind them for hidden access to the podium) can be used for displays, such as the L'Manburg flag throughout the performance This is just what I had in mind,, I imagined this as a stageplay because MMMMM THEATRE :))))

as for the song: I imagine that this song has mostly Dream as the speaker, refering to the events of the Dream SMP. Dream is a puppet master, he controls and enables the conflicts to gain benefit. He's making a fun and catchy tune about reaping the harvest from war as the cost of it means nothing to him. Here's how I imagined it;

I get up, I get down and I'm jumpin' around And the rumpus and ruckus are comfortable now Been a hell of a ride but I'm thinkin' it's time To grow (bang! bang! bang!)

> the opening lines are for the start of the dream smp, where Dream is settling down with friends, it's all peaceful and lovely until Dream hands off the attention to Tommy. Through that, he sparks the brief wars over the discs. That in advertedly causes the next war to erupt

So I got an apartment across from the park Put quinoa in my fridge, still I'm not feelin' grown Been a hell of a ride but I'm thinkin' it's time To go (bang! bang! bang!) (here we go)

> Tommy finds L'Manburg with Wilbur, dancing around, and creates new beginnings with other members. At this point, Tommy only started his development as a character, he's not exactly "grown" yet even after taking responsibility of L'manburg. hence the line. Even so, they all salute together as a nation.

> Eret reveals himself as the traitor and presses the button atop the podium , where Dream's allies come to attack the L'maburgians. The line "put your best face on" is refering to the betrayal, Eret lying to all of them to join Dream's side. I imagine that this is also in reference to Dream's mask, a symbol for siding with Dream. All those who "put (their) best face on" would don the same mask as him, or rather become another pawn to Dream. A symbol to show their loyalty to him. And the line"pretend you know this song" is about pretending to hold the same ideals as the hero's side until reveal. In this case, Eret pretended to follow with their song of freedom to join the side that they were trying to emancipate from

> Dream only initiates most conflict because he can, he's a reverent of chaos. He sees the war as fun for him. He's gotten tired of the stillness so he just joins in the war for fun and for his benefit. And the "bang" directy refers to the exploding of L'Manburg near the end of the war. He dances with Eret, with him leading. He's the one using Eret to get what he wants in the war, using him the puppet he sees him as.

> This is where the Schlatt Administration begins, with everyone rattled about while Schlatt, Quackity and George stand on the podium. (not for long, George just looks around then dips) The taxes refer to Niki having her's raised, while the password refers to Fundy's secret base, where he hid his Spy Diary. The third line refers to Tommy, starting his growth of character and rallys to take back L'Manburg

Man, I'm up to something, ooh-dee-la-dee-doe Thank you all for comin', I hope you like the show 'Cause it's on a budget, so ooh-dee-la-dee-doe Yeah, come on here we go, yeah, come on (here we go)

> The Manburg Festival is here, with the first line about Wilbur turning insane. In time with the metronome ticking, symbolising the ticking time bomb that is both the festival and Wilbur, the festival goers just have their heads go side to side. The second is about Tubbo's speech, thanking the citizens for attending. The third about Schlatt revealing his intentions of executing Tubbo, him and Quackity holding Tubbo down on the stand

> Now, WIlbur's best face is one of insanity, revealing hsi intentions of chaos instead. > Tommy's has had enough, everyone is rallied together as Pogtopia and fights

> Finally, we see Dream's own act of deception. He isn't the one to betray Pogtopia, however he baits them into thinking they are safe as he surrenders. He does in fact know the song, but couldn't care less. And as the final "bang" goes off, Wilbur emerges onto the podium and presses the button on the stand, just like Eret (reference to when it was never meant to be)

> The withers are released by Techno, putting back on his face of anarchy and fighting the government system. The song he knows is not one he particularly likes, so he challenges it and threatens to abolish it. Meanwhile, Wilbur finally reaches the peak of his insanity, seeing the song no longer real. He finally goes out with a bang upon the button press, and dances around in the ashes while everyone else runs around in fear

> Finally, the villians come together and dance around, with Dream taking the lead like with Eret. He is, after all, the true villian of the SMP. And Dream bows, happy with the result of such a chaotic performance and hopes the audience thinks the same.

not sure how i feel about “apologists” in this fandom

the way this fandom labels the characters and the fans of these characters is weird. i am not an apologist for any characters because what. does that mean. like all of these characters have done pretty fucked things (yes, even Tommy. i love him but jesus fuck he is so destructive) and im not. excusing their actions??? like why would I do that. why do I have to place all of the characters into “Good Guy” camps and “Bad Guy” camps to enjoy this story etc. that limits how interesting this story is by so much.

Like lets talk c!Dream, for example. Do I like c!Dream as a person? like no, of fucking course not. do i want him to be redeemed? no. like. in all honesty, fuck that guy (the character). i dont think id care if he died, to be entirely honest. but does that mean that he isn’t a complex and layered character that I find pretty interesting? no. like. not at all.

Dream has this fascinating relationship with sentimentality and attachment. he believes that caring about or for anything (especially people) puts you at a critical disadvantage and makes you weak. he gathers all the objects around the server that people care about, because if he has the thing that someone is attached to, he controls them. in the process, he destroys any of his attachments. sure, he cares about George, but he would never admit that. he doesn’t care about sapnap, he doesn’t care about any of his friends, because that makes him safe. and Tommy, Tommy is his prime example of this. he’s so disconnected that people are like pieces on a chess board to him. Tubbo is so easy to manipulate into leaving Tommy behind, because of course he is. these bonds are fickle, they never last. he makes Tommy burn his things every day so he doesn’t grow attached to them either, he’s trying to show him how nothing matters. how he should give up on everything, give up on his friends and his possessions, so he’ll come to the same conclusion that Dream did. but it doesn’t work. not really. tommy holds on, tommy isn’t willing to let go of his attachment to his possessions or his friends. this is endlessly frustrating to Dream because he’s trying to make Tommy understand. maybe in his own twisted way, he thinks he’s just leading Tommy to the correct conclusion. people are so easy to manipulate when they love things, so he’s convinced himself that he doesn’t love anything. once tommy learns his lesson (no matter the method) he’ll understand too. does Dream care about Tommy? no, not in the slightest. its like an experiment to him. he doesn’t care about Tommy, but he cares about the results. he’s very emotionally invested in the results.

So to literally be taken down by something akin to “the power of friendship?” To be locked up despite everything, despite following his moral philosophy to the letter? what now? sitting in his cell, he still has control. he has to. nobody cares about him, and he doesn’t care about anybody. that means he still has power. he has everything he’s ever wanted, in a way. and he has to convince himself of that, or it was all for nothing. But when Tommy is trapped in his cell and he uses the same tactics on his experiment, it doesn’t fucking work. Tommy has control of his own life, he has control of his own emotions, like he says, Dream will never “have” him. Dream can’t break his spirit, it didn’t work. none of it did. he’s truly alone again. and I think the best thing about Tommy’s death (not that there’s really anything good about Tommy’s death) is that even if Tommy died, Dream still lost. He lost. He breaks into hysterical fits of laughing after Tommy dies, not because he’s happy about it, but because he failed. even gods don’t have that power over human beings, no matter what they do. other people are worthless, useless, easily crushed under his thumb by using their own ridiculous emotions against them, and yet Tommy-goddamn-Innit healed. he lived on and he built himself back up with grueling determination, TommyInnit, the most emotionally driven person on the SMP, couldn’t be broken by him. His hypothesis was wrong. he threw it all away for nothing.

And like this is just one little analysis thing I came up with for Dream’s character, like it’s fascinating. again, fuck this guy, y’know? like c!Dream is the fucking worst, but mmmmm interesting character depth still go brrrr. I don’t have to agree with the actions of a character to find him interesting, y’know? im not justifying anything, fuck this guy and his actions and his stupid face, but damn if there ain’t prime material here for a character study. idk. its complicated. i like that.

Mmmmm. Is this accidental foreshadowing with Tommy killing two pigs as he leaves Logsted and move further away from the SMP? *eye brow wiggle*

It always leads back to the discs for Tommy in some way, huh? The only reason Dream accepted the discs for L’manburgs independence was because even then, those discs meant so fucking much to Tommy. If those discs meant nothing, then Dream wouldn’t have accepted it. Tommy needs to remove his attachment from the discs for him to win. Yeah he deserves to be happy, but that implies his happiness lies in those discs. He has almost all of his discs, and more during his exile yet look at him.

I also LOVE the theory that Dream brings him back, but Wilbur and Tommy made a plan while Tommy was dead and then Dream brings him back and is like “YES!! DESTRUCTION!! DO!!!!” and Wilbur and Tommy just >v> <v< and Dream Realizes “oh fuck they tricked me” and they fuck his shit up

I’d want him either back in the good ol Independance War days Wilbur bc I LOVED how he always felt like he had a plan and knew just what to say and just. MMMMM had the braincell, yknow?? Like he was someone reliable and had the squad all rounded up and ready to do some big brain shit.

Although if he comes back unhinged I won’t complain (at least not a lot) because Attractive Batshit Insane Murder Man is my biggest trope weakness >:3c

i think it would work really well with mmm slightly post lmanburg niki. andby slightly i mean. well when she leaves (that is the whole thing of the song gdfjkhgsdf) also side note at like 1 minute 11 on that song theres a discord notification really subtly in the background and it makes me paranoid every time i hear it. anyway god its such a nice song. even for just like. the end of lmanburg. not necesarily paired with a character, just the sense of leaving a place that was so highly populated before it got blown up twice and was like. the main part of the smp. yeah. anyway also the lines "they'll knock down the pubs before helping you...they'll let you jump under trains before helping you" yeah those four lines have big niki vibes but also i think the song could work well with exile tommy or actually even with the finale when tubbo is about to sacrifice himself? mmmmm yeah

mmmm got exile tommy vibes innit. a lot of these have exile tommy vibes tbf i just like sad songs and also exile tommy. plus the song has a lot of like. the message is sort of like. changing yourself to appeal to others? like with "ill cut my hair to make you stare" but also the repeated thing of "ill figure out a way to get us out of here" which is clearly the main character of the song trying to help everyone when they are clearly not in a good way themself. yeah thats got big tommy vibes in general tbh but more like. pre finale tommy. i think he got a bit more independant after that.

ok this is self explanatory and has been done to death already but d a m n its kinda funky. anyway i had thoughts and actually started this but then lost motivation and deleted it all lmaooo. the only proof of its existance is a shitty storyboard in my draw which will hopefully never see the light of day again (unless anyone wants to see it :eyes:) anyway i had the thought of like. sbi? so soldier techno poet wilbur and king tommy. but tbf tommy and techno are kinda interchangeable with that, cos while techno is obviously the better fighter, tommy is used a lot, especially in lmanberg era and also i think he probably will be now that wilburs back

ok but like this goes very very well with the explosions of lamberg. either of them. i think probably the first one is better, but i think it goes well with both. probably the first one, because it was way more emotional i think? cos it was the first time that their homes had been destroyed and everything, but also because it was so personal, because wilbur was the one who did it. i think that also it would work well if it was set during the explosion but also focussed on different facets? so like. one bit about wilburs perspective, one bit about tommys, one about phils, one about fundys maybe? idk just a bunch of lmaburg citizens' povs for this. its good. as the world caves in is a song that can be so gender tbh.

so like. tw suicide but thats what the entire song is about and bing bang boom i just think it works so so so so so so so well with not only exile tommy (who obviously did try to kill himself) but also wilbur in a slightly more metaphorical way? so like. his self destructive habits leading him to a point where he had no choice other than to kill himself and to take his country down with him. and its all about other characters trying to help them and persuade them not to but also near the end there is a second voice trying to persuade them to go along with it, which im thinking like. if its wilbur, either dream or maybe just himself. his own brain persuading him to continue down the path that would inevitably lead to his and his countries destruction. also it works well with schlatt for the same reasons, except he doesnt want to die. maybe (since the song is so goddamn long) like. one verse for tommy one for wilbur and one for schlatt? dead gang poggg but also like. the verses cover fairly different things which work with one character but not so much the others, for example the first verse would be tommy because its mainly about persuading the person to not kill themself (which tommy did himself but shhh) the second for schlatt because its literally about drinking and smoking away your problems, and the third for wilbur since its more of a fight between the "good" and the "bad" sides, which is obviously what wilbur was experiencing. also obviously i have a soft spot for this song because its string instruments and french, basically my favourite combination ever (also i like his voice idfk lmao)
