I know this happened like two months ago apparently but wowe suddenly it makes a lot more sense why instagram's become a ghost town for smaller artists now that I know they completely NUKED the ability to see recent stuff on searches.

Like damn, how are people even supposed to be seen on there now unless they were already big to begin with?? You can't even get into "recent top posts" unless someone already sees you in the first place!

Anyway I'm pissed that it's getting harder to near-impossible to find artists for niche fandoms I like on these big sites because of this too.

Tumblr, the only thing that makes you better than these sites is your ability to search hashtags and make custom blog layouts, i stg if u gut these in order to become more like insta or twitter I will be VERY... disappointed!

Kinda scared this boobvember daily prompt thing is gonna completely ruin how I want my blog to be perceived per se. Like yeah, I'm not necessarily opposed to these things being here from time to time, but I just feel like with how concentrated full-on nsfw stuff'd be if I kept up with and posted from that prompt list every day this month that I'd be warping what I want my blog to be.

Yeah, my characters can be appealing, but I just don't want that to be the only thing they're seen as, y'know? I'm afraid they would only be seen as something sexual or something because that's what I've inadvertently connected them to. Who knows, maybe I'm overthinking this, and people are better than just immediate ojectification, but I've seen so much of that exact thing that I'm just really scared. My OCs are fully fleshed out people who have stories. Who've lived whole lives
