how comfortable do you think ace loki would be with platonic affection? like forehead kisses, hugs, and cuddling?

Okay so hear me out on this, but between the torture and general touch starvation I’m thinking he’d already be sensitive to any touch not in a combat scenario/as a precursor to pain. But he’s also good at adapting and wouldn’t react violently so as long as no one does something unawares he’d love it, even crave platonic affection, but you’d have to not startle him or wait till he initiates because he could panic.

#I HC Loki as sex-neutral to sex-repulsed most of the time but no matter how he feels about it he’d still do it and cover it up #because of the whole transactional and conditional relationship thing that he’s had forced down his throat #which is obviously bad but good luck figuring out anything is up #his need to covertly give more into a relationship to keep it would perhaps not be the best thing #this is why he needs friends >:( #oh! and also I think balancing the craving for affection and/platonic intimacy would be tailed by the feeling of strings attached #don’t think such a thing could be erased altogether but if someone picks it up it’d be because he never asks for anything #take what is offered and never more #and then feel guilty for thinking badly of anyone and ashamed for having such a fear... except it’s not so ridiculous with his experiences #going off the way he tries to keep the hug from his own mother for longer but still let’s her go when she turns and also reactions with Thor #that’s what I’m mainly going off here #but also the way he fights doesn’t require much touch either #and also the covering clothing and style of it and way he uses his hands generally #there’s a lot to consider #but anyway #tldr; Loki is sensitive. no one scare him. yes he wants a hug that’d be nice. no he won’t ask for one even upon threat of death.
