His devotion to Cassie is what makes me smile and it’s the same with Janet just wanting to be with hope

ALSO JANET?! JANET VAN DYNE IS BADASS BUT ALSO VERY VERY TIRED

I mean spending all that time in the quantum realm and then having to face what she did when all she wanted was a normal life with her family

She fought tooth and nail to get out of the quantum realm obviously having to adapt to a new life, helping someone she didn’t even know because she knew how it felt to be alone there

Only to find out he was a conqueror and someone who could destroy worlds and timelines so she had to sacrifice her desire so not only her family (but the world) would be safe

She is such a strong woman and honestly I love her so much

Okay cassie is an icon and extremely awesome

Helping homeless people by protesting! We love that

Also scott being like disappointed dad at first but then showing off when they get put in the cells in Kangs citadel cause he’s been in jail four times

Being so scared of things but just like scott Cassie works things out and helps save the day along with becoming stronger herself

She loves her dad and scott loves her so much I just love their relationship so much

i think everyone forgets what a good movie ant-man was and how it had everything a marvel movie needed.

✓ cohesive plot that actually makes sense ✓ fleshed-out side characters that add depth to the story and protagonist ✓ an antagonist with a good/real motive ✓ being funny, but not at the cost of the story and not for simple comedic relief ✓ character interactions that makes sense (*cough*whatthefuckwasthemorbiusendcreditsscene*cough*) ✓ plot points that draw on human emotion

i love scott lang, our anti-capitalist king and bestest father in the world. i love luis, the heart and comedy of the story, the person who stuck by scotty the entire time. i love cassie, the adorable daughter of scott who refused to believe that the father who was always there for her was a bad person. i love the comparison of hope and darren, how they were treated by hank and how they decided to handle their betrayl (with darren cross being the "bad" and hope pym being the "good"). i love hope pym, the woman still grieving for her mother, finding forgiveness in her heart for the father that pushed her away but inevitable still cares for her. i love the campiness of luis' narration style. i love love LOVE the ant-man movie, it is definitely one of my favorite marvel films.

Natasha Romanoff I go back and forth on sometimes i love her and some of the MCU movies did her real dirty and I don't totally love her portrayal. I think she's a cool character from the comics to put in the movies but I don't love how it was done. When they gave her that relationship with Bruce Banner I was fucking spinning out.

NGL I think Kamala Kahn is adorable and I love her.

Hope Van Dyne/Red Queen (MCU Redesign)

Since we’ve heard that Evangeline Lilly has had an interest in exploring Hope Van Dyne’s darker sides in the MCU, I thought I would throw out this piece of an MCU-inspired redesign of the Red Queen suit her comic counterpart dons in the MC2 Universe.

Personally, if Marvel doesn’t want to risk completely destroying Hope’s character in the main MCU, I think seeing a version of as the Red Queen in a title like What If…? would give a lot more creative freedom to explore that part of her personality.

Endless open space ahead of the ship only had your internal panic switch toggle to being tipped over as for what you were going to do to get everyone home safely and without any more damage done, as you’d just helped to annihilate an entire planet. Down to the purse on your lap your hand dipped to dig into your bag again and find your phone. In which you found Elliot’s number, as he’d shared the most on more features of the Kree ship to help you ready for features Venom possibly might not know of after his flight training.

“Do you have reception?” Scott whispered as you dialed the call.

“Ship has a signal booster we added to it. Guess we get to see if it works.” You answered lifting the phone to your ear.

“Pluto, how are you doing?” Elliot asked, sounding to be closing himself in his office between classes at his university he taught at in Spain.

“Hey Elliot, I know you’re probably at work, but hypothetically, if one was leaving Xandar which Asgardian Realm would be the closest?”

The question had him pause a moment, stunned at the odd far from random question hinting you were trapped so far from your home realm. “That, is a very specific question.”

“Yes it is.” You answered plainly.

“I take it you are at the wheel?” he asked with determination in his voice.

“Yes.”

“Alright, Nidavellir would be closest in my recollection. A handful of hours,” and he gave you instructions on how to bring up the navigation system to have the ship aim itself in on that map to get you there in the swiftest time. “Heimdall will see you straight from there and if you have any difficulties do call me back.” He urged you in effort to be there however possible even at this impossible distance. And with the destination came a boost in speed the ship kicked up to automatically.

Episode 5 is hard for me to judge. I rarely enjoy zombie fiction, to be honest. It's too dark and cynical for me, and I often find myself disagreeing with the genre on both the literal and metaphoric levels. I don't agree with what these stories often think would happen if zombies existed, and I super don't agree with the messages these stories are often trying to make about the nature of humanity.

As a brand, zombies aren't for me, and that heavily influences my enjoyment of the Marvel Zombies episode.

But you know what I do like? When characters who aren't headliners get attention. I said this back in episode 1, but a lot of the fun with What If? type of stories is the ability to let the main stars take a backseat to supporting cast that don't get to carry their own stories very often.

We've got Peter Parker and Bruce Banner here, but we also have Sharon Carter, Bucky Barnes, Okoye, Hope Pym, and my personal favorite inclusion, Kurt aka one of those guys, you know the guys, who knows their names but you know the guys from Scott Lang and Luis's ex-con posse.

I'm not here for the zombies but I am here for the supporting cast getting promoted to ensemble starring roles, so let's go.
