You successfully shifted your gear before turning to Trent and grin, pride fuelling your chest at his praise.

He smiled back at you, before pointing to the front. “Eyes on the rode, sweetheart.”

You nodded, a little flustered at the pet name. “What do I know? Where are we going again? Do I make a turn? I don’t—“

“Baby, calm down.” Trent cut off your rant, softly resting his hand on your thigh. “We’re going to to Dotty’s Cafe so you’re going to make a left, in like— uh, maybe 3 minutes.

You chuckled, “Maybe?”

“I don’t really know how to explain it, sweetheart.” he caress his thumb over the fabric on your thigh, calming you down instantly.

“This one?”

“Yeah, turn here.”

You turned on your signal before making a turn. The cafe already in your view. “I see it!”

“Good job baby!”

Thankfully there was a parking available, that does not include parallel parking.

You put the car in park, letting out a deep breath as you tried to calm your racing heart. Trent waited for you to calm down, he knew how anxious you get when driving so he continued his caresses on your thigh. Making sure you know that he’s still there for whatever you need him for.

Once you have effectively calm down, a big grin came across your face as you look at your pretty boyfriend, “I did it!”

He sent you a toothily smile, heart fluttering when he meets your twinkling eyes, your pretty smile that tugs on his heartstrings. He’s very proud of you and the look on his face shows that clearer than ever.

His hand went to your jaw, palm warm against your skin. “Proud of you.” he whispered, pecking softly at your nose.

You bit the inside of your cheek, miserably failing at hiding the massive smile that was trying to break out. “Thank you.” you shyly answered.

Trent cheekily smirked, secretly loving the effect he had on you. “Let’s go get some food.”

I know there’s speculations about book 7 ending in may because of the soundtrack coming out then 🤔

And I think it would be poetic in the sense that May is silver bday and the “coming of age” aspect

kny x tokyo ghoul au

was thinking abt following tokyo ghoul's storyline and making nezuko get organ donor ghoul-ified like kaneki but on second thought that seems a bit boring. the slayer marks (tanjiro's specifically- that one frame in the red light district arc where he looks like hes absolutely lost it) made me think of the sort of insanity thing with centipede kaneki when he started eating ghouls. (nezuko's bout of literally losing control of herself beating daki is probably a bit closer tho) dont know what to do with that. tanjiro being human and having to keep nezuko safe with her new life as a half-ghoul is pretty cool but i dont know. could make it different

#sakonji as coffee shop owner and sabito & giyuu as workers and the fox squad being the underground Good Ghouls makes me kick my feet #goth/alt vibe makomo as the mask maker MWAH and sabito & giyuu playing as regular college kids. giyuu 'eating' out with friends and #sabito drive-by eating his food before booking it (Sabito-! you bastard!) and later when theyre alone giyuu holding his hair back #(you should stop eating my food all the time..)
