I have to wake up at 4am to go to the airport which is at 4 hours away from my hometown and wait until 1 pm to take my plane. Please kill me

Okay but like, I read sleeping on your side is unhealthy, and you should sleep on your back. But you are more likely to have nightmares if you sleep on your back. Which happens to me all the time... soooo what am I supposed to do now? 😂

Ok, so: how do you sleep?? How many pillows do you use? Do you use a thin blanket, soft blanket, your comforter, or no blanket at all? Do you sleep on your side, back, etc? Do you have vivid dreams? Wake up often? I'm curious!!!! :D [yes ok this sounds creepy, but like, I'm in the mood for comfy questions]
Comfy cosy questions are welcome! Here’s your guide to sleeping like I do:
Use two pillows
At this time of year, use two thin blankets
If you, like me, are very odd, then don’t sleep with sheets and don’t tuck your blankets in
Sleep on your side, but switch up which side you sleep on
Have vivid dreams about a third of the time
(Last night I dreamt that I accidentally texted Rupert Graves on Snapchat. He was a good sport about it.)
Generally don’t wake up during the night
Listen to music while you sleep
Not even gentle music. Full-on rock will do fine.
Stay up late and wake up early because you find sleep to be boring

1. Stays up late to jam to music and daydream bc this is the only time of day that I am the most alone.
2. Is dead the next day until about 7 or 8 pm. Can't stay awake to save her life.
3. Wakes up and wants to get moving at around 8ish (that's PM) and then feels guilty that she has done nothing all day bc all she had the strength to do was stay awake and sometimes she didn't even do that.
4. Realizes that everyone is going to bed and she has the house to herself (more or less).
5. Daydreams until 2 or 2:30am instead of doing anything productive or sleeping.
6. Go back to 1.
How do I get out of this?
