There are times in our lives wherein we entertain guests and new people. Sometimes we treat them with hospitality, but there are also times wherein we do not entertain them at all because of possible reasons. Today, God is teaching us how to entertain guests and new people. I believe that these foreigners are also those who are in need

1. We must not mistreat them

- Never treat them unfairly just because of who they are. Always help them with the strength God has given you

2. Love them as we love ourselves

- Treat them kindly and like a family. Welcome them with hospitality. You do not want to be treated unfairly, do you? Show love to someone today

Application:

1. Do not judge anyone based on how they look or their social statues but always open up your heart to them

2. Help them

- Help them and treat them with hospitality.

Never once did I say I hate people. Because I believe that continuing to live in sin will lead to eternal death. If anything, I am acting out in love to offer them the free gift of Salvation, life. Anyone, and I mean anyone, doesn't matter how undeserving of Gods grace you may think you are, can take it. He’s holding it out, just waiting for you guys to take it! He wants you! He loves you! You just have to choose Him.

I am striving to live as Christ lived. I am striving to be a reflection of Him. As a sinner thats a pretty heavy task, but one I am taking hold of with all my might and not letting go.

I know that when I face Him I will know I did what was right.

Your definition of love is held up by the flimsy logic of let people do what makes them happy. Just because it feels good doesn't make it right or good. Lots of “good or fun” things lead to death.

I define love by how God loved us. He sent Christ to die for us, evil people who turn our back on him. Yet he continues to love us no mater how much we push him away. Love was nailed to a cross for me.

(Trump is not the poster boy for upstanding person of the year, but he has put the American people first and that what we needed. No someone who uses a silver tongue to mislead and manipulate vulnerable people.)

I am sorry you think I am full of hate because I love God and desire to see as many people as possible love Him back for all eternity, instead of spending THE eternity in pain and suffering. I am not sorry that I may offend people, I am not sorry that you think me unkind. But eternity is on the line here and I wont stand by any longer.

God can and will use me. I am a Warrior Daughter of the King, and I will fight for His children and Him. Love is not passivity. Love is action, love is tough, and Love died for all of us.

I haven’t posted in a while. But I have a lot on my mind tonight. If you end up reading all of this, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

For about five years, I was in a relationship with this man. Him and I were madly in love. Or so I thought. We got gotten engaged and had spent two years as fiancés. It wasn’t until 5 weeks before our wedding on a Sunday night, he broke things off.

I was hurt. I was heartbroken. I was about to start forever with this man, and he threw it away five weeks before hand. I was angry. I spent the first days crying so much that my eyes had started to swell shut. I didn’t understand why something like this had to happen to me.

It’s been about a month since this happened, and I’ve had a lot of time to reflect. I’ve come to realize this was a blessing in disguise. Here’s why:

In the last two years, he had started to change. He had always done some things I didn’t agree with, but I tolerated them because I loved him. However, he just started to do more and more things. He first started with weed. Then weed turned into acid and mucinex. Then that turned into cigarettes and dab pens and vapes. Then that turned into drinking heavily. The love of my life was no longer mine and mine alone. For in addition to me, he was also in love with drugs. For those who have never seen drugs change someone you love, you are blessed beyond words. It broke my heart, it still breaks my heart. He became more irritable when he didn’t get his fix. He wasn’t as patient and kind-hearted as the man I once knew. I still loved him immensely. But it hurt me to do so. The crowd he had immersed himself into started to take more and more of his time, they took him farther and farther away from me. For the last two years I felt as if I was in a battle. It was either his friends and his lifestyle, or me. In the end, I lost. Now here’s the kicker. I had actually met him at a VBS at our home church. At the time, I wasn’t a Christian. I started going regularly to see him. Through this, I eventually came to Christ. I thought he was a Christian, until I found out he wasn’t, or at least wasn’t the Christian everyone thought he was. We would go to church events, where sometimes the topic would be making sure you’re in a godly relationship. I knew I wasn’t. I would feel God’s thumb on my back to do something about it, but I always ignored it. I loved my man. I couldn’t leave him. Throughout our relationship I felt like I was constantly sacrifcing. My happiness, my faith, my time, etc etc. I had come to Christ, but I couldn’t bring him with me. I sacrificed so much of my devotion to Christ for him. Going farther than I ever wanted. I never drank or did any drugs, but I still did things I know I shouldnt. I drifted so far from God to stay so close to him. As I sit here reflecting, I realized I was never asking too much. I was asking the wrong person. A person addicted to drugs. Who was running with the wrong crowd. Who had strayed from God and was taking me with him. I realize now that because I would’ve never taken the steps I needed to save myself, God took them for me. I wouldn’t leave him, so God took him away to protect me. This is a time to come back to my faith, to rebuild my relationship and trust with Jesus, and to grow as a Christian and as a person. There’s no telling how things would’ve ended up had God not intervened. I’m so thankful for his faithfulness tonight and his protection of his children. 🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋Advice to anyone in a similar situation: if this post speaks to you in anyway, please do what you need to protect yourself and your faith. Never compromise yourself and your relationship with Jesus for a guy. You will find the right one who loves Jesus and loves you. You will find the one whom your soul loves. 🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋

Often times when we are disciplined by our parents, we thought that they hate us; but, it is the other way around. Our parents love us so much that they are willing to discipline us so that we will not be lost in this life. Same way with God, Jesus discipline and correct us because He loves us. He doesn't want us to be harmed or be lost. He doesn't want us to live a life without Him because a life without Him only leads to destruction. So always listen to God. Let Him discipline you because let's face it, at the end it is for our benefit.
