I don’t know what you call this crime but I call it coward bystander .
You know what people fear the most ?yes .its ‘FEAR’ and that’s make a person coward.
Today we will discuss about very important issue which you call as bystander which known as crime but not crime in law
Have you hared about a very popular crime murder case which was happened in 1964 in newyork city the bystander effect following the violent attack and murder of a women name ‘cathedral kitty genovese’. This crime occurred over 30 minutes. During this time 38 neighbors heard kitty cries for help .but no one helped her or call the police so shameful incident . she attempted to save her own call was made to the police but it was dismissed as a domestic dispute all though the incident become globally famous. Simpler to this case one more incident was done by a boy called sahil in metropolitan city delhi , INDIA on March 2023 ‘nikki murder case’ .which gone very viral.
In this case sahil who was prime suspected for his girl friend nikki murder case .which was cord in cctv camera which visible very clearly in cctv camera the boy nihal stabbed 21 times then battered with boulder. Public cought in cctv camera delhi girl killed as people walk by .
The girl suffered a ruptured skull during the attack according to the preliminary final post mortem report .scenes captured by cctv camera in a lane located in the shahbad diary area of delhi rohini.
Now my intention was not to discuss about such crime murder case but a small alert related such crimes .a topic which happen every day life in entire world a globle problem which every one ignore .known as bystander.

Some one who sees or know about bullying or any crime but takes no action to address it or report it.simply who sees the crime happening but simply ignore or wrought take responsibility or simply ignore may be he/she don’t know how to handle this.

Someone who recognises when something is wrong and act to make it right.
Eg – honest , faithful , brave and supporter etc.
We are upstander and want to create a campus environment where every members of our community feels included , valued and safe.
We all play a critical role in identifying situation that have a potential for harm and intervening it something dons’t look or feet quite right.
Don’t just be a step and protect people who need help your action could prevent some one from becoming a victim of any crime.

Now the good samaritan law was introduced in india .to provide legal frame work to motivate and encourage the bystander to offer aid to the victims with out any fear of legal hassles.good samaritan who make a phone call to inform the police or emergency service .for the person lying injured on the road .shall not be compelled to reveal his name and personal detail .government of india provide cash who saves lives in road accident by those who saves lives in road accident by taking them to hospital within the golden hours. The amount of good samaritan is 5000/-rs per accident. The scheme will remain will remain operational the completion of the 15th financial cycle till 31st March,2026. Who are upstander and what they do? UPSTANDER are community members who provide acknowledgement , understanding and support for neighbours facing challenges as a result of hateful acts , natural disasters , violence or interference that threaten the integrity of their community.

The first idea that popped into my head involved two super soldiers with super sperm that will save the human race - one womb at a time. I think our heroine might be a geneticist? With a pair of pet platypuses. Platypuses? Platypi?
I was trying to just grab a couple hot super soldier gifs, but alas sometimes even inspirations have an agenda of their own. These medical gifs have a bit of a darker tone. How interesting!!! Who knew - maybe our super soldiers won't be saving humanity exactly how they thought they would?

Women are dying of cancer because of sexism in healthcare, a report in The Lancet has suggested. The analysis says that “unconscious gender bias” and discrimination means that women are too often receiving “sub-optimal care”, with major cancers being missed. Researchers said that a focus on reproductive and maternal health, and on “women’s cancers” – such as breast and cervical cancer – too often meant prevention and treatment of other types of cancer was neglected. Two thirds of deaths from cancer in patients below the age of 50 are those of women, researchers said, with many dying “in the prime of their life”. The Lancet commission, called Women, Power and Cancer, calls for a “feminist” approach to medicine, saying that 1.5 million lives a year could be saved by better detection, diagnosis and elimination of risk factors. A study published alongside the piece found that 24,000 women between 30 and 69 die every year from cancers that could be avoided. Six in 10 could be prevented by earlier diagnosis or improved lifestyles, while four in 10 could be avoided by better access to good treatment. The commission brought together scholars of gender studies, human rights, law, economics, social sciences, cancer epidemiology, prevention and treatment, as well as patient advocates. Too little focus on risk factors Dr Isabelle Soerjomataram, from the International Agency for Research on Cancer, said: “Discussion about cancer in women often focus on ‘women’s cancers’, such as breast and cervical cancer, but about 300,000 women under 70 die each year from lung cancer, and 160,000 from colorectal cancer – two of the top three causes of cancer death among women, globally. Furthermore, for the past few decades in many high-income countries, deaths from lung cancer in women have been higher than deaths from breast cancer.” She added that there was a need for policies to increase awareness of such risks. The report said that too little focus was given to alerting women to the risk factors for cancer. It cited a study that found only 19 per cent of women who attended a breast cancer screening knew that alcohol was a major risk factor. Researchers also said that women were often served worse than men, even after diagnosis. The authors said: “Sexism within healthcare systems in the form of unconscious gender biases and discrimination can lead to women receiving sub-optimal care. For example, multiple studies have found women with cancer are more likely to report inadequate pain relief and be at greater risk for undertreatment of pain compared to men.” Dr Ophira Ginsburg, the senior adviser for clinical research at the National Cancer Institute’s Centre for Global Health and co-chair of the commission, said: “The impact of a patriarchal society on women’s experiences of cancer has gone largely unrecognised. Globally, women’s health is often focused on reproductive and maternal health, aligned with narrow anti-feminist definitions of women’s value and roles in society, while cancer remains wholly under-represented.” She added: “Our commission highlights that gender inequalities significantly impact women’s experiences with cancer. “To address this, we need cancer to be seen as a priority issue in women’s health, and call for the immediate introduction of a feminist approach to cancer.”

Here's. That thing I did
I don't usually write so. Sorry if it's ooc! Also it has no title. (the plot is that Sonic is really upset and Tails is the only one who notices, which makes TAILS really upset. But it's mostly abt Tails. Takes place shortly after the end of the Metal Virus arc, slight divergence from canon becuz I didn't reread the comics beforehand)
Tails watched Sonic out of the corner of his eye. They were in a meeting with the rest of the Resistance, something about the clean-up efforts. The Metal Virus had just been eradicated, but they still had a lot of displaced Mobians and humans to relocate, and even more debris to sift through and clear out before they could really relax.
The meetings were really only trivial for Tails at this point since his task was always the same- build temporary shelters and help create or restore homes in areas G.U.N still refused to touch- and as such he wasn't really paying attention. He almost missed it then, when some volunteer rookie stirred at the far end of the room. They slammed the table, interrupting Amy's speech with a loud BANG that ricochetted through the large meeting space. The jolt of surprise caused Tails' fur to fluff up, and silence to fall as the rookie started shouting, how they were tired of cleaning, how the Resistance should be out there fighting, how Sonic had ruined everything by not "taking care" of Eggman when he had the chance, and look what good it did them. Tails' ears flattened against his head, and he stood up, too, to defend his brother (who repeatedly saved countless Mobian lives!), but Sonic deterred him with a hand on his shoulder and a gentle push to get him back into his seat. Amy then dragged the rookie out by the arm and the meeting was over.
"It's ok, Sonic." He whispered, almost conspiratorially. Because Sonic wasn't supposed to need help or have big, complex feelings. His foot tapped faster and he didn't quite meet Tails' eye.
Some volunteers shot a glance at Sonic as they walked by, equally split between those who seemed to agree with their upset teammate, and those who pitied their high-speed hero. Sonic, trying to save face, only stared at the far wall, reclining back and scratching his nose. His hand hadn't left Tails' shoulder yet, though the grip he was using was almost feather-light, as if Sonic was forcing himself to relax, something the fox kit mentally added to the list of tells slowly building in his mind. Only once everyone had filed out of the meeting room, bar Sonic, Tails, and their friends who had stuck around, did Sonic's grip tighten ever so slightly, his eyes narrowing for just a moment before returning to half-lidded annoyance. Tails' noted the rigid posture, the way Sonic had tucked his hand behind his head to try and smooth down his raised quills, the way his foot tapped under the table. Anyone would have assumed Sonic was simply annoyed. Maybe even a bit bored. But there was a small tremor- a crack only Tails recognized, through years of learning Sonic's mannerisms, and to Tails it was as glaring as the red alerts that he had programmed in his machines. Tails sighed through his nose, willing his fluffed up fuzz to return to normal. He rested his hand on Sonic's and leaned in so he could talk quietly.
"'Course it is." He shot back, only slightly louder than he needed to. Amy, who had wandered back into the room, glanced over at them, clearly worried. Sometimes Tails wished Sonic would be as easy to read as she was, if only so he had someone else to notice and help him.
Dodging her gaze with an ease learned from years of experience, Sonic cleared his throat and lowered his voice again. "Why wouldn't it be ok?"
Tails' breathing stuttered. Wasn't that the question of the century. That wasn't exactly what Tails would have described it as. How could he possibly say that it was ok that Sonic had been missing for six months, only to be thrust back into the midst of a global war, to think that he could have ended it all with Mr. Tinker but chose not to and be forced to watch the consequences build in real time. How was it ok that Sonic had to run from everyone, that he couldn't do anything but watch as Eggman polluted the planet, that Sonic couldn't even take a minute to rest, that it had been that way for months, relentlessly, and that they only barely stopped it. They were used to skin-of-their-teeth escapes, but nothing like this. Tails would sometimes lie awake at night knowing how Sonic must've blamed himself, and- worse- how many people, Mobians and humans alike, blamed him almost as much. And sometimes, when he really couldn't rest, Tails was left wondering if Sonic really kept believing that the virus wouldn't have won as it got worse. But sure. Of course it'd be ok.
Sonic noticed Tails' mind racing and nudged him out of his stupor. "C'mon, lighten up." His voice lacking any of the usual pep or energy.
Tails turned and met Sonic's gaze, cold like steel. It sent a shiver down his spine. "Sonic-" he started.
But Sonic had already stood up. He stretched, ruffling Tails' hair. He spoke louder this time, voice carrying through the room and dripping with false emotion. "Good talk, bud. But really, don't worry about it, 'kay? Amy'll show that punk a thing or two for me, right Ames?" He turned to her and smiled, to which Amy rolled her eyes and laughed, muttering a 'yeah, sure' that Tails barely heard over the pounding in his ears. Sonic winked then backed towards the door, glancing away when Tails lightly shook his head. "Well," he said, stretching again, "I'm gonna head out. Go for a jog, see if I can't find any leftover bots while I'm at it. See ya!" He said, before racing off.
Tails jumped up, shouting "Wait!" and reaching for his brother, but his hand only passed through the afterimage Sonic left in his wake. His fists clenched at his sides and he breathed harshly out of his nose.
The silence in the meeting room stretched on as Tails watched the dust settle back to the floor, Sonic's titular blue blur fading from his vision and his own namesakes beating the air in tandem. He suppressed an urge to growl, instead scrunching his nose and furrowing his brows. He could feel the eyes of his friends staring at him and it made the fur along his spine raise.
"Sooo," Amy said, after a minute of silence broken only by Tails' fluttering, "he seemed to take that pretty well!"
Tails' fur fluffed up again and he shouted, throwing his arms into the air, before hunching in on himself and storming back to his lab.

            I joked about humans finding Megatron frozen in the arctic as his spaceship alt-mode, and this almost being comparable to John Carpenter’s The Thing… But actually, it kinda is? Except instead of imitating living things, the Cybertronians mimic machines. And they technically CAN mimic living things via holoform, but at least you can immediately dispel a holoform as fake by waving your hand through it. And Cybertronians can’t just assimilate the original machine they impersonate, not that they always need to because machines are mass-produced and identical, unlike humans, and typically don’t snitch.
         There’s a lot of fun to me in playing up the utter paranoia that people would rightfully feel when encountering Cybertronians, and knowing there’s an entire hostile faction of them out there. I’m interested in a character concept of a human hermit, probably a former member of Sector 7, who lives ALL the way out in the remote wilderness… Away from any and all technology, save for some very basic and crude shotguns and home-made explosives. Paranoid of Cybertronians, avoiding any and all machines, living just off of the land and off the grid.
         …Of course, Transformers ARE capable of organic beast modes. And we even have precedent for them to have organic PLANT modes, too… So the only way you could REALLY be safe against any Cybertronian impersonators is to live in an utterly barren environment. And even then, there are Cybertronians with invisibility, holograms, not to mention the utterly tiny Microcons. And how would you even find food? You’d need to pack a LOT and maybe risk a trip every once in a blue moon to restock, but… It’s kind of an impossible situation.
         So in a lot of ways, it IS John Carpenter’s The Thing; The discovery of an alien spaceship frozen in the ice, leading to paranoia that any living thing around you could be one of THEM. But not just the living creatures, even freaking machines… Sometimes they don’t even NEED a disguise, they can just be invisible or hide behind a hologram? And do they even need to hide, when their technology and shielding is superior to anything you could throw at them?
         A Cybertronian invasion is the scariest thing ever. They don’t go in guns ablazing, no… They’re subtle, covert. They travel to a planet, one at a time, gradually so as to not alert or tip off the local populace. And then they disguise themselves as the local vehicles, crafting holoforms to impersonate regular citizens. They spread out all over the globe, congegrating in key locations and cities, visitors indistinguishable from any other citizen. They get as close as they can… And then there’s the global signal.
         All at once, across an entire planet, every Cybertronian in disguise, or at least most of them, reveals themselves and immediately attacks, seizing key targets they practically walked right up to. Nobody had any IDEA of an invasion, much less the invaders already being here; It’s like they just… Appeared out of nowhere, an entire army, right past our defenses in the most intimate and vulnerable places possible. It’s a massacre, nobody is safe, all defenses are breached. It’s impossible to organize a united resistance because they’ve already taken every capital, they’ve destroyed communications and leaders.
         And while everyone is terrified and trying to just barely survive and even comprehend what the hell just happened, there’s also that terror that any machine that HASN’T transformed might just still. Because the Cybertronians didn’t reveal all of themselves at once, after all. Everyone’s avoiding their own technology that could otherwise help them against this threat, or else busy trying to thoroughly inspect it, always nervous that they’ve walked right up to a Transformer in disguise. By the time they figure out how to perform an Energon test, it’s too late, and even if they did do it in time…
         The Cybertronians are simply powerful. They’re giant robots with giant armaments. They don’t even necessarily HAVE to rely on deception and infiltration to take down these puny organics. It’s terrifying and truly the end of the world. In the end, what defeats the Cybertronian Empire isn’t others, but themselves, their own kind realizing this is wrong and fighting each other over it. As well as the massive hunger that such powerful behemoths are afflicted by. A hunger they can’t always feed, and eventually they tire and starve themselves out trying to do so.
        And that’s how some lucky civilizations have survived, not taking the fight to the Cybertronians, just making them bleed enough energon in their effort to realize the effort isn’t worth it. But hey, every now and then the Functionists demand they accept the net loss of energon as just the cost for Cybertron’s glory, teaching these organics a lesson.
