Mike Pence said yesterday on Fox Business that the First Amendment to the Constitution doesn’t provide “freedom from religion,” the idea that people shouldn’t have other people’s religious beliefs forced on them.
Host Larry Kudlow told Pence that “far-left progressives… will not allow God into the conversation, will not allow religion into the conversation. Not just the conversation, the schools, the communities, the workplace… I mean, no one is allowed to talk about the Ten Commandments or the importance of moral values.”
People are allowed to talk about the Ten Commandments and morality in the U.S.
“How can we have a truly great nation? These lefties want to scrap religion, Mike Pence, and I think it’s a terrible mistake,” Kudlow said.
Pence waited a bit – possibly to see if Kudlow was actually going to ask a question – and responded: “Well, the radical left believes that the freedom of religion is the freedom from religion. But it’s nothing the American founders ever thought of or generations of Americans fought to defend.”
“The good news is that after four years of the Trump-Pence administration, I’m confident that we have a pro-religious freedom majority on the Supreme Court of the United States,” he continued.
youtube
Despite Pence’s insistence, the First Amendment comes with two parts. He and Kudlow appeared to be familiar with the Free Exercise Clause, which says “Congress shall make no law… prohibiting the free exercise” of religion.
But there’s also the Establishment Clause, which says that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion.”
In other words, the First Amendment gives people both freedom of and freedom from religion.
America’s founders were opposed to the government forcing religion on people, especially considering the religious oppression and wars that had plagued Europe in the centuries leading up to the writing of the Constitution.
“No man shall be compelled to frequent or support any religious worship, place, or ministry whatsoever, nor shall be enforced, restrained, molested, or burthened in his body or goods, nor shall otherwise suffer, on account of his religious opinions or belief; but that all men shall be free to profess, and by argument to maintain, their opinions in matters of religion, and that the same shall in no wise diminish, enlarge, or affect their civil capacities,” Thomas Jefferson wrote in the constitution of Virginia, showing that freedom from religion was definitely something that the founders were thinking of.
“The settled opinion here is that religion is essentially distinct from Civil Government, and exempt from its cognizance; that a connexion between them is injurious to both; that there are causes in the human breast, which ensure the perpetuity of religion without the aid of the law,” James Madison wrote in a letter in 1819. “A legal establishment of religion without a toleration could not be thought of, and with toleration, is no security for public quiet and harmony, but rather a source itself of discord and animosity.”
Pence’s views on the establishment of a national religion could be of national importance in a few years. He has suggested that he’s considering a 2024 presidential run and, as he noted in the interview with Kudlow, the president can appoint judges who can rule against freedom from religion.

(via Ruby Franke, Popular Parenting YouTuber, Arrested for Alleged Child Abuse)
According to Salt Lake City’s Fox 13, arresting documents describe a child climbing out of a window and running to a neighbor’s home to ask for food and water. The neighbor noticed that the child had duct tape on their wrists and ankles and called the police. Another child was found at the home the first one escaped from, which belongs to Franke’s business partner and therapist Jodi Hildebrandt.
Viewers of “8 Passengers” and investigative vloggers have flagged Franke’s concerning behavior around feeding and withholding food from her children for a long time. In one video, Franke brags about not feeding her kids breakfast until they do their chores, despite them being “literally starving.” In another, Franke explains the reasoning behind not bringing her hungry 6-year-old lunch at school, because it’s actually the kid’s responsibility to pack her own lunch. It’s all deranged.
Why do people that hate kids ever have kids? And why do they have such strong urges to share their evil with others? I guess it’s...ATTENTION and MONEY.
One can’t help but notice the unfortunate pattern of Youtubers or parenting influencers on any platform who’ve compromised their children’s wellbeing. Remember Myka Stauffer, who “rehomed” her adopted child with special needs in 2020? Or the “FamilyofFive” parents, who were convicted of child abuse in 2017 for the elaborate and cruel “pranks” they pulled on their children? The parenting choices these people made are upsetting enough, but their incessant need to capitalize off of them for content at their children’s expense is horrific.

[𝙤𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙪, 𝙖𝙩𝙨𝙪𝙢𝙪, 𝙤𝙞𝙠𝙖𝙬𝙖, 𝙖𝙠𝙖𝙖𝙨𝙝𝙞] (sorry if the ships I write are not to your liking) SMUT +18, fem characters but not their partners - please, if you want more characters, just let me know :)) •𝙊𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙪 𝙈𝙞𝙮𝙖 Osamu likes to gets attention. She doesn't wear underwear under her excessive pyjama shorts, so she can show Suna, who watches him with a depraved fox's gaze from the couch, how her labia majora peek out of her crotch along with a wet spot while she’s looking for new recipes leaning on the kitchen table. She also likes to ask Suna to touch her when she is freshly waxed. One more excuse to feel her long slender fingers rubbing his entrance. But what she likes most is to spread her legs in front of him while he's busy watching videos on YouTube or spending time on Tiktok. She always ends up with Suna's head between her thick thighs, choking him as he cums in his mouth. "That's it, my good boy... always coming to me when I need you most." •𝘼𝙩𝙨𝙪𝙢𝙪 𝙈𝙞𝙮𝙖 Atsumu is a slut in heat. She's not ashamed to tell Kiyoomi how horny she is every time she sees her boyfriend doing absolutely nothing. His mere presence makes her mouth and pussy drool. "Babe... im bored..." she asks as she runs her fingers down Kiyoomi's chest, with seductive intentions. "want to have a good time?"
She only gets a dominant look before Kiyoomi loads her up and carries her into the bedroom to abuse her pretty pussy and lick up the mixture of their cum when he's sure he's filled her completely. "I think you've had enough fun. Now let mommy take care of you" she added before making Kiyoomi cum twice without entering her pussy, just watching her being used by Atsumu as she cummed in front of his eyes. •𝙏𝙤𝙤𝙧𝙪 𝙊𝙞𝙠𝙖𝙬𝙖 Whenever Oikawa is home alone, she runs to her room and grabs her favourite dildo. She puts towels on the bed and moves the mirror, placing it in front of it. Doesn’t need anything else to enjoy a relaxing evening. She likes to watch herself masturbate, cause she knows she is really sexy and takes advantage of it to get an orgasm. Oikawa is so greedy that despite having all her holes filled, she misses her boyfriend's hard cock in her tiny pussy. "Haji…" eyes on herself, being a mess and bouncing on the purple silicone cock as the white liquid run down to her knot. “Mhmm just there Haji, just there... ah~”.
Oikawa squirted every last drop as the good girl she was, but she didn't know was that behind the door was her boyfriend waiting for her, jerking off himself, eager to devour his favourite girl's wet, pink pussy.
•𝙆𝙚𝙞𝙟𝙞 𝘼𝙠𝙖𝙖𝙨𝙝𝙞 In sexual terms, Akaashi was shy. She didn't know how to tell her boyfriend that she wanted to fuck with him. It was hard for her to take the initiative but once they were fucking, akaashi was the biggest innocent slut in bed. She went from not knowing how to tell Bokuto what she want, to begging bokuto to cum on her pussy. She was shy, but not stupid. She knew what to say him to make him fall at her feet. "Bo... im close..." she warned between long and low moans "dont stop and keep looking at me yeah? you´re doing soo well" Bokuto, whose mouth was being used as Akaashi's toy, looked at the brunette and sucked while pressing her buttocks against his face, wanting to feel deeper the taste of her semen. He only needed one more praise and he would cum on her back, feeling the taste of his girlfriend invading his mouth, admiring how she moved on him while catching her breath. Akaashi educaded bokuto very, very well.

Damir in Devildom
Tumblr media
I will also be posting on a03 if you prefer to read there But here is my silly rewrite project for Obey Me. I feel like theres lot that could be expanded or redone that I want to explore for fun. As of now I only plan on season 1,NB, chats, calls, events I liked, and Devilgrams I have.
CW/TW for the whole series: MC(Damir) dates all of them, non-con and dubious consent,Angst, hurt/comfort, claiming by pacts, mental health issues in detail, self harm, canon typical violence, religious blasphemy, bad writing sorry also no beta reader
chapter cw: minor threats, technically kidnapping for mc to show up there?, that should be it
Damir was sitting in his room on a cold night crocheting a small red fox. The sound of some video essayist lowly playing on a tv talking about some random subject. A metal hook messily stitching the soft thin yarn pulling through a specialized yarn ring. A floral painted mug of low grade spiced chai sitting next to him. Steam fills the room with its comforting scent. Short blonde curly hair loosely pulled back into a short ponytail. Matching his casual presence was a loose graphic crewneck for some old youtuber and baggy sweatpants. Snow outside the window forcing him to stay in a quiet household locked away from everyone. As the moonlight covered by clouds goes away he starts to lose his natural light. The air felt different around him rather quickly. Looking over at the sketches to check his creation the air grew heavy, near suffocating. The soft lamp lights dim and flicker and soon everything goes black. Coming to he feels the cool floor beneath his palms. His vision blurry and glasses unable to help. A pit forms in his stomach suddenly. “Where am I….?” Damir’s vision soon clears up. Looking up he notices he is in a room that resembles a large courtroom. Several tall intimidating men are looking down upon the human. The man in the seat of the judge looked otherworldly scary but oddly inviting. His voice was louder than expected as he spoke. “Welcome to the Devildom, Damir…Oh please pardon me. Feeling a bit shocked?” I didn’t catch my jaw being slightly open staring at them all. I quickly closed it as I stood up finally still listening to the booming red-head figure. “Well, that’s understandable. You’ve only just arrived. As a human, it will probably take a while for you to adjust to things here.” The red headed chief spoke as if he wasn’t human himself. As if I was something almost entirely different from them all. My voice was shakier than I wanted as I attempted to ask where I really was,”The…Devildom…?” The man's voice was jovial as he laughed before continuing. “Yes, exactly, the Devildom! I see that you catch on quickly. I suppose I should start by Introducing myself. My name is Diavolo.” His demeanor quickly changed. The air thickened once more as it did back in the bedroom. His back was no longer lax and his face wore a sudden chilling expression. “I am the prince of all demons, and all here know of me. And someday soon, I will be crowned king of this land.” Diavolo, supposedly a prince, sent chills down my spine as he spoke of this. Demons? Those didn’t exist but these men are all eerie…
My mind was racing but I didn’t allow myself to spiral further with trying to figure anything out, soon Diavolo continued his explanation like he said the most casual of information. “This building is the Royal Academy of Diavolo … though we just shortened it to RAD. You’re standing inside the assembly hall, the very heart of RAD. This is where we members of the student council hold our meetings and conduct our business.” As this man continued on he seemed more smug explaining this…academy so conveniently sharing his name. “I’m the president of said council.” Of course he is. Why wouldn’t he be…this is just like the start of one of those isekai school shows at this point. It all feels too convenient to line up like this. Demons…an academy named around a prince who just so happens to run a student council club. Even so, this doesn’t seem to be a dream, but I am lost on why I am specifically here as well? Instead of staring up like a lost puppy I attempted to speak as clearly as I could, “Why am I here then? This all seems far too…grand for me to be experiencing.” I could feel my heart race and my hands shake with nerves. A dark haired figure next to Diavolo spoke next. His tone was cold as winter storms and caused the same chills. His red eyes felt like they looked down upon me, not at me as he spoke,”I will explain everything.” Diavolo was once more overly cheerful as he interrupted. “Damir, this is Lucifer. He is a demon and the Avatar of Pride. He’s also the vice president of the student council and my right-hand man…and not just in title, I assure you. Beyond that , he’s also my most trusted friend.” Lucifer’s eyes shifted away at this slightly uncomfortable but barely noticeable.Did anyone else catch that shift in demeanor? His voice was just as chilling as before he was interrupted. “Flattery will get you nowhere, Diavolo.” Lucifer cleared his voice as he stepped closer causing me to flinch at the slight movement. “Speaking on behalf of the entire student body at this great school of ours…I offer you a most heartfelt welcome, Damir.” My name almost sounded forced out. Like he was disgusted saying it. Still, none of this answers my question. I persist asking again. “Answer my question. Why am I here?” Lucifer perked up, intrigued almost. “...interesting. This one is quite different from Solomon.” He gave a cold chuckle as he spoke this. “Diavolo believes that we as demons should start strengthening our relationship with both the human world and the Celestial Realm. As a first step toward this goal, we’ve decided to institute an exchange program. We have sent two of our students to the human world and two to the Celestial Realm. And we are welcoming four students to our school. Two are from the human world and two from the Celestial Realm. So, I take it you’ve probably put two and two together at this point, right?” The sudden influx of information spiraled in my head. I did after a few moments figure this meant i was an exchange student for the human world as they called it. Lucifer continued quickly,”Your period of stay is one year. You will have to work on tasks that you receive from RAD. After one year, you will write a paper about your exchange in the Devildom.”
Now my head truly spun. School work? I hadn’t begun college despite being out of school for years. Rejection letters flooded in one after another. A demon school suddenly wants me? That cannot be real…Can it? I began to ask for clarification just in case I heard this wrong. “Tasks? Like homework? Studying? Or like a job here?”I sounded unsure about this all.  Lucifer gave a vicious smile. “You are an exchange student here so you will attend classes. Did you expect to be fooling around? I will not abandon you here, however. You’ll have someone looking after you to help. My brother Mammon. He’s the Avatar of greed and how should I put it…” Lucifer looked distressed at the mention of this Mammon. “You will find out soon enough how he is. Now take this device.” Lucifer handed me what seemed to be a…phone? Thinking of it, I don't have mine on me. Or my wallet for that matter. This one is fairly large with a red home screen featuring a white bird on it. “This is called a D.D.D. It is a lot like the cell phones of your world. This will be yours to use for as long as you are here. Now, go ahead and try calling Mammon with it.”
I spun the phone around inspecting it completely. Going through the rest of the set up I found the contacts section to find it had quite a few already added in. Finding Mammon I call Lucifer’s brother. “YOOO!” Pulling the phone back this was quite the change in tone from everyone so far. I answer back an awkward, “Hi?” The cockiness of Mammon was obnoxious off his tone alone. No wonder Lucifer told me I'd find out how he is… “Huh Who the hell are ya? You ain’t Lucifer.” No duh…I already don’t like this one at all. I must persist, I suppose if this is who I am supposed to depend on. “I’m uh…a human.” I should have said my name… “Waaaaaa? A human? Geez, I was gettin’ all chilly here thinkin’ it was Lucifer again. Ya should’ve told me right away. SO, What business does a human got with THE Mammon? Did the witches make ya call me?” This one really was loud and fairly egotistical… “You will be in charge of me from now on.” The voice on the other side scoffed. “No way! There’s nothin’ in it for me…What do you mean by “be in charge of you” anyway.” There was a pause as Mammon realized who this human even was. “AHH! I get it now, you’re the other human—the new exchange student! G’luck with that, and see ya.” Making a face while pulling the phone back I had an idea. A small smile spread on my lips. “Ahh I heard Lucifer calling for you.” He scoffed again at this,” Pffft, whatever. Ya think THE Mammon would listen to ya just cause you’re tryin’ to scare me with that name?” I felt Lucifer lean in closer to the speaker, a little too close for comfort really,”You’ve got 10 seconds…9…8” The whole room could hear Mammon yell,”YESSIR”, as he hung up.
Staring at the phone, that call had just made me more confused. Looking up at Lucifer he has a fish-eating grin,”Sounds like you had a lively chat.” His chuckle was dark. My own voice was uncertain in response,”He seems…reliable?” Diavolo, still sitting in the back spoke up, “Well, if you were suddenly brought to a strange place and then get told that an unfamiliar face will now take care of you, you’d certainly feel anxious. However, Mammon isn't the only one to help you out.Now then…we still need to introduce our new friend to your brothers, Lucifer. And it's probably better you do that instead of me, wouldn’t you say?” Lucifer had a deep frown plastered on his face. “Yes…As much as I dread the idea of me doing so, you're right” A sickly sweet voice spoke up, “Oh come now. Really? You should be honored that you get to introduce such a sweet and charming little brother like me” The pinkish blonde haired one stepped forward. He was undeniably beautiful thats for certain. His voice reminded me of poison though. Like a warning if I step too close he could harm me easily.  “This one here is Asmodeus. He’s the fifth eldest. The avatar of lust.” Lucifer sounded a fair bit more calm talking about these “brothers” of his. Asmo looked appalled at his introduction,”Wh…I can't believe you just really just ignored what I said. And not only that, you referred to me as this one. How rude of you!” Through Asmodeus’s huffing and pouting a deep but soft spoken voice rang through the hall next. “Hmph... At least he didn't ignore you altogether. How do you think I feel?” Lucifer looked over at the blonde falsely smiling demon with discontent,”That one there is Satan, the fourth eldest of us. At first glance, he may seem like a responsible demon with a good head on his shoulders, but looks can be deceiving. He may flash you a pretty smile like that, but you had better be careful because its all an act. Being the Avatar of Wrath afterall.”Satan flashed a large smile my way. “If you continue saying such nonsense you’ll just scare Damir.” Suddenly Satan was surrounded by a menacing aura of deep purple,” Don't take him too seriously, Damir. Lucifer enjoys speaking down on his brothers. He is the Avatar of Pride.” Lucifer looked over annoyed,”Are you done then?” Lucifer pointed to the other side of Diavolo,”Now the one with a grumpy expression is Beelzebub the sixth eldest of us.” A deep growl echoes through the room causing my heart to drop. Beelzebub looked famished as he spoke,”Lucifer…I'm hungry…” He was obscenely tall and just as built to match that height. “I’m Beelzebub the Avatar of Gluttony.” “Lucifer quickly moved on. “There are seven of us with me being the eldest. Mammon, the second oldest, will be here soon enough. The others aren't here but we can get into that at a later time.”
Staring at them all this seemed too surreal. They all shared names with demons I grew up hearing about. I grew up fearing. But they all seemed…human themselves.Lost in my own thoughts I tuned in at Diavolo saying I was to stay with them all in their house. Having the safety issues explained, it made sense I would need protection. Onboarding continued and I set up my messaging app they requested I use to stay in contact. As I asked questions and made sure everything was to standard the door flew open behind me. “Ah the idiot is finally here.” Turning to look I was met with a tan white haired man who seemed out of breath. It didn’t take long for him to begin yelling again. It was hard to understand him through him trying to catch breath. Lucifer threatening him and then without hesitation hitting him. Satan spoke up about some blessing this obnoxious man has? “Anyone he takes a liking to finds himself drawing in money. What I heard is if they break it off the wealth evaporates. Not a Grimm to their name.” That sickly sweet voice perks up with a giggle,”He’s also a masochist that's very important to note.” I looked around to see what else anyone says as they quickly all begin to bicker. After moments and another threat to Mammon so he agrees to human sitting Lucifer directs attention back to me. “Now that that's settled. About your tasks. You must polish up your soul nicely to learn to resist demons.” I must have made a face at this as Lucifer explained that souls are tempting to demons and well crafted ones can win. I don’t want to know what happens if I ever lose….

hi angels
when i created this account, i created it with the means to just vent about my day, mental health and abuse. eventually i gained more followers and i'm so happy to say that people come here to feel seen, heard, and maybe even loved. my goal will always be a place where victims of any form of abuse from a friend/family/person(s), regime, legislation, etc can come here and feel like they can vent, maybe share their stories, ask for advice, etc
that being said, as much as i love when people reach out. I will not partake in any "cancelling" or call-out posts. I have been victim of being part of these, and I never want to partake in someones wrongful downfall and even if your post is genuine, true, etc, it's hard for me to know all facts and I never want to use my account to wrongfully attack someone. Abuse is so tricky and there is no such thing as a perfect victim. As much as I would love to help people, I want to make it clear that I believe everyone, but I get a few messages/asks of people asking me to call out people, and I just can't/won't do that.
I feel really terrible asking this, only because I know abusers get away all the time. I beg you to keep fighting for justice, and posting on your blog, but the only issue i have had, is accounts ive never seen randomly popping up asking me to expose their abuser and like I said, ive been on the other side where my abuser(s) has lied about me, even going as far to make Youtube videos on me.
If you want to use my ask box as a place to vent about your abuse, bullying, etc please feel free too! Im always here to answer anons (even if i dont answer all because I have over 1000 in my box lol) I also have a discord (which I know im never active in because im so busy lol, but its in my pinned tweet or feel free to ask!)
Also I hope this doesn't come across like I am telling people to NOT reach out and talk. NEVER STOP TALKING ABOUT IT. I just don't do call-out posts on my own blog, thats all, but again feel free to send asks talking about it, i will always listen <3

I’M SORRY???
Can you elaborate on this au pls im curious
Yeah, that probably does need elaboration.
Okay, I do believe I made a post on Fox before, but regardless, I will do a small recap.
This happens post-future during Steven’s road-trip. He goes up to Hurricane, Utah, a fun nowhere town, because he heard about a one-of-a-kind attraction type thing. Animatronics and performances of the bygone 80’s. And we know Steven loves robots.
And naturally, if you’re familiar with any lore of Fnaf (five nights at Freddy’s) you know this place is absolutely not safe and haunted as hell. But Steven doesn’t know that, and he checks it out despite Connie’s warnings about overpriced bad pizza.
And it’s not long before Steven is approached by a charismatic employee about a one-day job. The endo skeleton is broken and one of the suit performers is sick, and everyone is so sad that Foxy (the animatronic) can’t perform. And Steven is excited because who can say they’ve piloted a robot before and gotten $250 outta it.
Right, and naturally, this employee is not a good person. A murderer, responsible for every bad thing that’s happened at this place. And Steven gets inside this metal and fabric suit full of springs and metal barbs. These are called springlocks, and they line the entire interior of this suit to hold the actual robot inside for when a person can’t pilot it. And yes, they’re a death trap. Think the Iron Maiden torture method except the spikes actually go all the way through.
This man springs those locks on Steven when they’re alone in the back room by undoing the safety clamp on the back of the neck, and it’s a bloodbath from there. There’s YouTube videos demonstrating a springlock failure if you wanna see that but yeah, it’s a rough way to go out.
Thankfully, the gem wasn’t shattered and magic was just enough to keep him from kicking the bucket all the way over. But he is stuck inside the building, which quickly got shutdown as the blood stench and all the criminal investigation caused business problems. The process for Steven to be able to walk inside that suit is long and agonizing, and his mind is on a downhill slope.
There are different ways this AU can go. Bad or Worse. The art made by the lovely @swordmahes was of the better of the two. In which Connie and the gems finally track him and bust him out before he goes insane. Scars are left from the springlocks, his vision is damaged, and his personality is definitely altered. But he gets better, gets physical therapy, and continues living. Probably eventually going after the guy who did it too.
The worse option is the opposite, he loses his mind, beyond saving, a killer machine with nothing but fight or flight instincts trying to stay alive.
Fnaf was the first thing I ever actually got invested in, so naturally I mixed it with my other big interest. It’s gruesome and awful but that’s my brand. Anyways, yeah, hope you enjoyed my AU rambling.

hello!!
is it (legally) required to have some sort of permission to upload or publish remixes of hazbin hotel songs?
Short answer yes, long answer it depends what you mean by publish, and I love that I get in the weeds with music business stuff.
So - the recordings themselves and all pieces of them, like the instrumental stems and vocals, are all part of the A24-owned “master recordings” which you cannot use or sample or remix without a license from them. Technically you could make an un-monetized video or tiktok or something and probably won’t get in trouble for it, but they’ll have the rights to monetize it or take it down. Spotify/distrokid/any form of real distribution you for sure cannot do without a license.
That’s remixes - but covers are interesting. You can actually formally distribute song covers thanks to something called a “mandatory mechanical license” whereby if your distributor gives you the option (I know distrokid does) you can mark that the song is a cover, and it’ll fetch a cover license (which are generally automatically approved) from (usually) the Harry Fox Agency in the US. Now this does NOT give you permission to remix, interpolate, change, or put the song to video - THAT requires a license from the master recording owner (as described above) as well as the copyright owner (song copyright ownership is also known as ‘publishing’). This is how Taylor Swift was able to re-record her “Taylor’s Versions” of songs - she didn’t have control over her master recordings, but because she owned the copyright to those songs, she was able to make new master recordings from scratch.
Ultimately fanmade remixes often do not get taken down or get copyright strikes unless the remix in question is being monetized and distributed to platforms, because generally it is in content owners’ interest to allow social media users to make “UGC” (user generated content) as ultimately it’s more attention to that piece of music, but it IS up to the content owner’s discretion to decide to take action against it or not - and sometimes systems like YouTube’s Content ID will flag and fingerprint that content automatically without the content owner needed to see or ID the thing you made.
And unfortunately I cannot personally help anyone get cover or remix licenses to the Hazbin songs, that’s all A24 Music - I’ve been getting a lot of emails to that effect and I’m sorry I can’t be more helpful there.
Hope this was informative!

YouTube sensation Piper Rockelle's mom crowed that she was a "pimp" making "kiddie porn" on the video sharing website where her daughter and her friends dressed in skimpy outfits and had scripted make-out sessions, alleges a bombshell lawsuit.
Rockelle’s mom, Tiffany Smith, 40, is facing a civil trial in Los Angeles later this year over shocking allegations of physical, sexual and emotional abuse of 11 young co-stars.
Smith and her live-in boyfriend Hunter Hill, 25, who is also named in the suit, produced Rockelle’s popular "Piper Squad" channel, which raked in more than $500,000 a month while her co-stars didn't earn a penny, according to the plaintiffs’ attorney Matthew Sarelson.
The lawyer represents the parents of the alleged victims, who range in age from 10 to 16 and include two of Rockelle’s cousins.
Dark side of YouTube stardom
Smith, the CEO of Piper Rockelle Inc, and Hill, the director and cinematographer, launched the channel in 2016, which now has nearly 11 million subscribers, according to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.
Rockelle and the couple live in a $3 million hot-pink house in Sherman Oaks that once belonged to actress Bella Thorne.
The mother-manager, who called herself their "madam" often reminded the teenagers that "sex sells," encouraging the girls to "push their butts out" and dress "sluttier," the complaint alleges.
The $22 million lawsuit filed last year exposed the often disturbing YouTube child star industry.
"When you have teenagers and preteens who are pulling in half a million a month, they are certainly going to create an atmosphere where cutthroat business practices and dealings go on," Sarelson told Fox News Digital. "There’s too much money for it not to get contentious or worse."
Some of his clients recently discovered that in Google searches, their children’s names appear to be linked to pornography websites.
"How these names are associated with porn sites is something we are aggressively looking into," he said. "My clients worship their kids, and they’re mortified by what they’re seeing, and that’s why they hired us to get to the bottom of it."
Sickening allegations of abuse
The plaintiffs allege that the stage mom soon developed a reputation as a "mean-spirited control freak" whose conduct was "often reprehensible and even illegal."
She allegedly quizzed a boy on the length of his penis, showed a girl pornography and encouraged several of the plaintiffs to "try oral sex."
The suit claims she often touched the teenagers inappropriately, slapping their butts, rubbing their thighs and even trying to squeeze a girl’s breasts.
In her pursuit to produce more titillating content, Smith allegedly pressured a 15-year-old boy "to be more ‘sexually aggressive’ and ‘physical’ with her daughter, Piper, so the pair’s ‘crush’ connection would appear more realistic in Piper’s videos."
One of the plaintiffs allegedly witnessed Smith "grab Piper’s face and make-out with her in an attempt to teach her how to ‘kiss.’"
One video posted to Rockelle’s YouTube page features eight teenagers engaged in a "last to stop kissing" competition with the winner supposedly earning $10,000.
It was not only in the studio where alleged exploitation and abuse flourished.
A 14-year-old girl had the misfortune of accompanying Smith to the post office.
"Ms. Smith mailed out several of Piper’s soiled training bras and panties to an unknown individual," the complaint charges. "Old men like to smell this stuff," Smith allegedly remarked.
Accusations of sabotage
Despite allegedly enduring sickening abuse from 2017 to 2021, the child actors were not compensated for the millions of dollars they helped Rockelle and Smith earn from appearances in more than 550 videos posted to the "Piper Squad" channel.
The suit, however, acknowledges that the plaintiffs were never promised money.
After nine of the members left, Hill allegedly sabotaged their individual YouTube channels by planting porn in their content and falsely flagging their videos as inappropriate.
A 15-year-old former squad member with 1.3 million YouTube subscribers had been pulling in $22,000 a month. After he left the squad, his revenue dropped to $6,000.
The suit alleges sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, unjust enrichment and other claims and is seeking $22 million in damages.
Smith filed and then dropped a $30 million countersuit against the plaintiffs last summer, claiming their parents were in a conspiracy to extort money by making up false abuse claims.
Who should protect YouTube child stars?
Entertainment lawyer Max Hass of the Parlatore Law Group said that YouTube, like other social media platforms, offers low barrier for entry into a potentially lucrative market.
"The regulation should come from the parents but, in many cases, the parents are the ones doing the exploiting," he said. "They’re obsessed with making money at all costs and this content can be monetized so easily."
He added that it isn’t just "creepy old men" watching these videos but young girls taking cues on what to wear and how to behave.
"Why is it we have so many American parents out there who think this is OK today?" Hass asked.
Hill and Smith’s lawyers, Kenneth and Karol Ingber, didn’t immediately return a request for comment.

There was a brief, strange moment in 2015 when Russell Brand mattered in mainstream British politics. With an election looming, the opposition Labour Party was trailing in the polls against a coalition government that was the very definition of establishment—led by an Eton- and Oxford-educated prime minister in David Cameron and his Westminster- and Cambridge-educated deputy, Nick Clegg, now president of global affairs at Meta. So the Labour leader, Ed Miliband, went seeking the endorsement of Brand, the actor, comedian, and emerging online provocateur whose anti-corporatist screeds to his 9.5 million Twitter followers and 100,000 YouTube subscribers gave him the appearance of a power player. Miliband got Brand’s endorsement but lost the election.
Since then, Brand’s reach has exploded. His YouTube channel now has 6.6 million subscribers, his X account more than 11 million followers. But his anti-establishment message has morphed, from a broader, almost coherent response to the politics of fiscal austerity that shaped the UK after the 2008 financial crisis to a series of cultish, conspiracy-driven narratives that draw in Covid denialism, Russian disinformation, and the far-right-inspired “Great Reset” theory, united by the meta-conspiracy that the mainstream—the “elites”—have darker agendas based on control.
On Saturday, the UK’s Channel Four aired an hour-long documentary in which several women accused Brand of rape and sexual assault. Before the broadcast, the comedian came out swinging. In a video on his YouTube channel, titled “So, This Is Happening,” Brand not only denied the accusations, but leveled some of his own: “[It] makes me question, is there another agenda at play?” he said.
One of Brand’s alleged victims, speaking on the BBC, called his statement “insulting” and “laughable.” But within the alt-media, there was a show of support from figures including Andrew Tate, the misogynist influencer who is awaiting trial for rape and human trafficking in Romania, Tucker Carlson, the former Fox News anchor, who now runs a conspiracy-inflected show on X, and Alex Jones, fined $1.5 billion for lies about the victims of a school shooting. X’s owner, Elon Musk, posted underneath Brand’s video: “Of course. They don’t like competition”—referring, apparently, to those same dark forces referenced by the comedian. The camaraderie between conspiracy theorists, the alt-right, and the “manosphere,” is grimly predictable. Their shared narrative is one of alienation from the mainstream, outsiderdom, and dark forces massing to thwart them. “Opposite day, but with real consequences for people,” as Marc Owen Jones, an expert on disinformation and social media at Hamad bin Khalifa University in Qatar, puts it.
It’s also their audience strategy and the foundation of their business model. Conspiracy influencers are content producers. Moments that generate intense emotions—even if the content producer is, themself, the focus of the scandal—are fantastic for engagement, and they feed the grim economics of the conspiracy business.
Brand’s YouTube channel is a compendium of contemporary bullshit. Covid lockdowns were exercises in social control. The US has “biolabs” in Ukraine; the West’s support for Ukraine is capitalist imperialism. Central bank digital currencies are the government’s attempts to control your money. Evolving gender norms are causing a “crisis in masculinity” and declines in fertility. There are routine crossovers between Brand’s content and the wider conspiracy cinematic universe, with clips on his channels of conspiracy theorist Robert Kennedy Junior, far-right Hungarian president Viktor Orban, and Carlson, who recorded an interview with Brand in August.
“I think Russell Brand’s a particularly interesting case,” Joe Ondrak, UK head of investigations at Logically, a misinformation tracking company, says. “He follows a lot of the ostensibly health yoga retreat, kind of left-leaning, anti-capitalist figures who got really suckered into Covid skepticism, Covid denialism, and anti-vax, and then spat out of the Great Reset at the other end.”
That journey is fairly common. The Covid pandemic led to a crossbreeding of multiple conspiracy theories, unifying multiple strands into a broad meta-narrative around elite capture and dark forces below the surface of the mainstream.
Like Carlson and others, Brand rarely directly restates conspiracy theories himself, instead presenting himself as “just asking questions.” It’s a rhetorical trick that makes it hard to pin down what is based on belief and where conspiracy influencers are following the money—self-radicalizing in the pursuit of more engagement.
“That’s the million-dollar question. How much of it is kind of earnest and genuine and a political shift, and how much of it is grifting?” says Joe Mulhall, director of research at the anti-racism campaign group Hope Not Hate. Mulhall thinks it’s a combination of the two. People get ostracized from the mainstream for views they’ve held or things they say. “And then they find this alternative space online, whereby all of a sudden their numbers grow very, very quickly, and they start to see financial incentives. And so they pivot increasingly in that direction. So it’s kind of symbiotic,” he says.
The business of alt-media personalities is not much different from that of other influencers. Top YouTubers can make millions of dollars a year from the platform by collecting a share of its ad revenue. But for conspiracy theorists or people on the political fringes, that can be fragile. They risk losing their entire revenue if they stray outside of the platform’s rules and get cut off, either entirely or by being demonetized—having their ad revenues turned off.
A 2022 paper by researchers at Cornell showed that “Alt-Lite, Alt-Right, and Manosphere” content creators on YouTube were increasingly diversifying their off-platform revenue streams, apparently to reduce the risk of demonetization. Tate, whose extreme misogyny finally got him banned from most mainstream platforms in 2022, funnels followers from his remaining channels into his paid-for “Hustler’s University.”
It’s a trajectory Brand has also followed. Some of his videos on YouTube have previously been demonetized by the platform after being reported for spreading Covid-19 misinformation. But pinned to the top of the comments under some of his recent posts is a promotional link to a website selling gold, posted from Brand’s account.
On Tuesday morning, YouTube suspended monetization on Brand’s account.
But Brand has other platforms. He has embraced the YouTube alternative Rumble, a Florida-based platform that has picked up a number of exiles from the mainstream. In March, Rumble announced that Brand had reached 1 million subscribers. The financial terms of that arrangement haven’t been released; Rumble didn’t respond to a request for comment.
“A lot of these figures will use a range of platforms simultaneously for different purposes. So if they can keep some form of presence on a mainstream platform, they will, and they will stick broadly within the guidelines of that platform, because they understand that the purpose of that is to reach new audiences,” Mulhall says. “And simultaneously, they will use alt-tech platforms for more extreme content, speaking to a harder audience.”
So-called “alt-tech” platforms like Rumble, Gettr, and Truth Social have become increasingly viable spaces to build audiences, outside of the stricter rules of Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook. While most mainstream platforms have at least paid lip service to reducing the amount of misinformation and conspiracy content, one seems to be embracing it. Under Musk, Twitter has unbanned accounts—including Tate’s—that were previously kicked off the platform, and allowed them to make thousands of dollars off their engagement. “With Twitter’s new monetization policy, there’s a whole host of extreme and difficult or problematic characters that seem to be now, once again, raising money from so-called mainstream platforms,” Mulhall says.
Brand hasn’t posted to any of the platforms since his “So This Is Happening” video—but he did perform at a live show on Saturday night, to a loyal crowd. On X many blue ticks—those users willing to back Musk’s vision with $8 per month—have rallied to support the actor. Misinformation expert Owen Jones did a snap analysis of responses to tweets by media organizations about the story. Seventy percent of top-rated tweets were in support of Brand, suggesting that the economics that support his pivot to conspiracy are bulletproof to scandal.
“It’s got its own built-in defense mechanism when people are deplatformed, because you’re selling people this idea that everything is orchestrated, you’re right to think that it’s all orchestrated. And if they get taken down, all these people just think, ‘Well, that’s because they were telling the truth,’” Ondrak says. “You know that you have an audience which is amenable to conspiracy theories, that you can come right off the bat with the defense that this is all a lie, this is control, because you know they’re going to believe it.”
The allegations against Brand are serious. He may, in time, face consequences in the real world, even as his online profile once again rises, hitched to a self-sustaining elite conspiracy. That conspiracy will roll on, because it’s pervasive, it speaks to something within millions of people. And because its economics don’t just work for content producers, they work for the platforms too.

YouTube Algorithm
Factually by Adam Conover, suggested my stab at the YouTube algorithm was incorrect, and alleged quite a few different things.
Here's what I think; this is a piece discouraging other creators from trying to create, because they're used to being paid a certain amount per piece created.
So instead of actually addressing *real* concerns that one *could* have about the internet and content hosting, they're adding to the oppression of indie and small creators.
Termed; Indie creators, who by the way, rival medium sized record labels and producers in size. They're not small creators, but they still brand themselves as such. This is how *real* small time creators are being choked out from being able to join these platforms and create content.
They're using keywords like bullet points, as if that creates *real* topical conversations. "As long as you hit all the daily keywords and bullet points people will see your video."
These are people who paid services to artificially increase subscriptions, views, and reactions to their content. Instead of realizing that on these platforms, they already had a social currency advantage.
And instead of playing to those strengths, they followed videos intended for small creators and failed. This is because they weren't listening to the market trends to begin with.
"Why should I be online? These other companies *will* pay me."
Now that those other companies are shrinking, and they have to find other income sources, they can't figure it out, because they're not playing to their strengths and to their audiences, that they themselves built up.
And because of that, they're pushing newer creators out of the market, just because they think they have to act like Mr. B*.
They have literally no idea how to play to their fanbases. And blame *that* on the algorithm.
You might have a million subs, but they might be bots. (That's my band name, I'm calling dibs right. Now.) They might be subscribing to you because their friends do, or for clout, or because they're watching trends.
YouTube isn't your employer on the platform.
Now, here's why certain platforms; NBC, CC, FOX, basically [enter tv channel name].com why they failed.
They weren't competing with YouTube. YouTube's original intent was small time and literal independent creators. (0$ unfunded, no help) could make content. Not your "Factuallys with Adam Conover" who have a staff of people.
They were competing with subscription based services, and they leveraged free content in an effort to attract business. But they were still over reliant on their TV channels.
In most places today, if you have a Comcast subscription, you have a cable TV subscription. So why would anybody go to the website, when they can just TiVo what they want? Especially if the interface is trash? Like every single one is.
And you know who won that battle? Not YouTube, YouTube isn't in the same space. Netflix and Hulu did. By a wide margin.
Hulu started hosting all those failed channels content on their site (for free, with ads) and with a much better interface. Netflix had unique content, and was very cheap. Having just dropped their DVD business, it was nearly all profit for a while there.
But now Netflix isnt paying for smaller companies to make shows anymore, so their prices inflated.
That's why a lot of shows today suck (Disney/Hulu Marvel vs Netflix Marvel for example.) Their budgets are bigger, and with a bigger budget, there's much more risk.
And because there's more channels, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, HBO+, HBO Max, Disney+, Starz, etc etc, there's much more competition in that *high end space* because they want control over the market share.
And right now, right in below that is a wide open market that these creators who are trying to keep growing by pushing small performers out of the market;
That space, wide open for small and mid-tier ("indie") creators to profit majorly. It's a space that the bigger creators cannot penetrate, and so they try to control the space instead.
I'm including formerly indie creators like Bread Tube (yes including contraptions), Man Tube, Joe Rogan, Left Tube, and Right Tube. They're not small anymore, they're not independent. But they think and *act* like they are. And this penalizes creators starting out like they once did. Because they think you need to be a PhD drop out with a degree in telecom.
I could honestly tell you the path forward, but I'd have to charge.
Stay in your big dog spaces you created for yourselves. Stop canceling small time creators because you've lost touch with the world.
Kevin Heart said this about Dave Chappelle: "Dave Chappelle has a sense of freedom that I don't have. I have people, an organization to worry about. So I can't do the same things Chapelle can do." (Paraphrased, I think he'd be cool with it tho.)
Y'all aren't small time creators anymore, so you need to start thinking differently about your impact on the small time creators markets. And more importantly, get your fat a* out the way. Before you start affecting people's lives, including your own contractors.
They can't breathe, get off their necks.

small update on my maned wolf hearttype/kintype questioning:
last night i hadn’t done any research about maned wolves yet. i had been too busy hyperfixating on other alterhuman things during the day to start looking stuff up, and too tired to think about it as i was getting ready for bed.
as i was absentmindedly watching youtube videos, taking a break from alterhuman stuff, i got the urge to do a deep throaty sound. not really like a howl, but sorta? my head would be in a howl-ish pose, but the sound would be shorter and different. random creature instincts aren’t too out of the ordinary for me, and i don’t know if i’ve had this one before; if so, it would’ve been a while ago.
it occurred to me that this might be a sound maned wolves make, so after my video was finished i looked up some others about maned wolf sounds. and! the first one was of a maned wolf roar-barking! which was very euphoric. i watched a few more videos, which mostly showed them squealing/squeaking. i already do that all the time, stemming from my fox kintypes + autism.
i’m pretty sure i haven’t heard any maned wolf sounds before then. i’ve only seen them in pictures and a 2-second silent video as far as i remember. so my explanations for this roar-bark noema is: 1) i have heard the sound and just don’t remember, 2) simple but enjoyable coincidence, or 3) i subconsciously got the impression that they’d make a sound like that just from looking at them, which my brain then randomly threw at me.
unfortunately this hasn’t helped me much with the actual questioning. i don’t think it’s a kintype tho, if it’s anything at all. the muzzle stands out most — it doesn’t quite fit me. i think it’s too long, or the wrong shape in another way. it feels dysphoric to imagine on myself. however i have seen many red foxes whose muzzles are longer/different than my red fox muzzle, too. maybe the maned wolves in the closer-range videos just happened to have different muzzles than me and i’m applying a face shape to myself that i don’t even need to have.
again, sounds and appearance alone aren’t very helpful, especially this early on.
i may do more research today or tomorrow, but currently i’m a bit burnt out by yesterday’s hyperfixation.

🚨VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ OR DNI🚨
⚠️I am plural and have multiple alters. We each have our own identity, but to make things easier/make us comfortable, just refer to us as "they/them" when you speak to/about us. Thanks!

This... Is BGNN
Things you might want to know, for Mar 30, 2023:
Tumblr media
Christina Aguilera joins Playground lube: ‘Always loved talking about sex’ — It’s been a long time since Christina’s made me think about sex, so now she has me feeling all sentimental about lube.
Replika Erotic Roleplay Mode Returns!
Female spiders play dead during sex so males don't have to worry about being eaten — It’s erotic roleplay. Just call ‘em what they are: dirty little spider pervs.
Dominate Me, but Not Like That
Porn ID Laws: Your State or Country May Soon Require Age Verification — The feds need to bring their many “interstate commerce” powers to bear here and put a stop to this dumb shit, at least within the US.
Tumblr media
Dave McKean makes a case for AI as an “evolutionary step” for art — As a multimedia artist, I’m not surprised McKean is conflicted about stuff like MidJourney. The problem is that these tools are at the “let’s destroy the old norms and invent the new ones later” stage of development, and artists can’t function without a well-known and understood set of constraints and expectations to embrace/violate.
This tactics game is going all-in on pulp classics, mashing up Indiana Jones, The Mummy, and XCOM to make something surprisingly original
A huge boost to stream quality is headed our way very soon thanks to AV1 on YouTube via OBS — I’m not holding my breath on AV1 coming to Telegram anytime soon, but it’d be nice.
Fox News CEO Panicked That Election Fraud Fact-Checking Was ‘Bad For Business’ — The thing about the Dominion case is that it establishes as fact everything that we’ve always suspected about the inner workings of Murdochland.
Microsoft’s Surface Hub 2S is finally getting an upgrade — I can’t imagine ever owning one of these things, but I’d love to play with one for a while.
Tumblr media
Here’s 10 minutes of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom gameplay — I’ve barely started Breath of the Wild, so I should get to Tears of the Kingdom sometime around, oh, I dunno… 2026?
Add The Last of Us Part 1 to the list of bad PC ports — A pity, ‘cause I was seriously thinking about playing it on the stream. I’ve sat our the last few generations of Sony consoles, so TLOU is virgin territory to me. Hopefully it’ll be cleaned up after a few point releases.
Microsoft's ‘Security Copilot’ Sics ChatGPT on Security Breaches
Jeremy Renner Uses Anti-Gravity Treadmill to Walk in New Video — He’s not a fave of mine —The Town is really the only thing he’s done that I admired— but I hope he gets better soon.
Amazon starts flagging ‘frequently returned’ products that you maybe shouldn’t buy — Considering this is a metric they could have exposed a decade ago, I’d call this an appropriate time to say “Finally.”
Tumblr media
'Star Trek: Strange New Worlds' season 2 premieres June 15th — My favorite still-on-the-air version of Trek. Yes, I’m including Picard: The Next Generation… Anson Mount —that fucking name, man— uses the pre-Kirk Captain Pike to bring a little bit of Shatner’s sensibility into the 21st century, and the alien-of-the-week format helps an otherwise very modern-looking production stay connected to its 1960s roots.
Producers defend animal sex scenes in David Attenborough's Wild Isles — Oh for fuck’s sake. Look, did I want to know how hermaphroditic slugs pass sperm through their entwined vaginadicks? Not really. But the natural world is a weird place, and it’s important to be reminded of that from time to time.
Netflix shares Obsession trailer starring Charlie Murphy & Richard Armitage — It’s been over a decade, and I still can’t think of a Netflix production that I found arousing. Nothing about this seems likely to change things for me.
11 Tips to Take Your ChatGPT Prompts to the Next Level
Elon Musk reportedly values Twitter at $20 billion — We all need a little good news to brighten our days, and this was mine.

Tumblr media
As mentioned, before she became an idol, she was assisting within her family's restaurant business. Although busy, rarely had time for anything for herself.
After separating with her ex friend, she had gotten over it after that, a few months after, she met Kiara then Amelia as the three slowly became a new group of girls that Lynette had.
Isn't aware of the scandal that her ex friend is involved with but decided to ignore it and move on.
Until she was asked by her uncle to perform a show at the restaurant to welcome and entertain the customers.
The plan worked, but also Lynette not noticing that Quinn ended up watching the whole show.
The very next week, Quinn visited again with Marleigh, as that man(jacka**)He caught the trio and asked for the performance from yesterday, the very same one that Lynette performed before, after that he and Marleigh offered the three to the idol industry. Which is how { Diamontri } was born.
Their group album is called 'Isles of the Enchanted'. It slowly became popular alongside with { (Co)-connect } after their debut.
Her solo album is called 'Destined with You'. It is also a story based album as well. (A young girl who yet inexperienced with love then began then reached to understanding of different kinds of love)
Most of her solo songs were storytelling or her POV experience.
Has a lot of guitar solo skills, most of her videos were watched a lot too.
Has two accounts on YouTube aside from her Twitter account. The first one is her official YouTube account, the second is her Vtuber account.
Has experienced a lot of sudden changes, but it felt like she needed this, after all life had weirds way for her to settle.

Mid way parts of her performances, she can do her guitar solos or can do some serious yet playful dances.
After performances, she does a signature move which is called: "Fox's Kiss."
Does hand greetings to her fans, autograph signing, and offers them mini charms that she made with Kiara and Amelia after.
Her mascot is a shrine Inari named 'Shiku'. An active young fox who seems what motivates Lynette on a daily basis.

Tumblr media
After all of her idol work and duties, she would do on her Vtuber account to do her usual video making.
She greets her fans by: "Konichi~ My Loves~!"
She and says bye to her fans by: "Iwa~ Sayonara~!"
Whenever a new fan enters, her Vtuber Volpie greets them with the same "Fox's Kiss" technique like she did with the end of her performances.
Since she has a Vtuber, she does reaction videos to her favorite idol groups (based on her profile), play games and more.
She is very honest of her opinions and thoughts whenever she does her videos.
Here's what her Vtuber Volpie looks like:
