Daily update
Ok so I haven’t really been doing updates as I wanted to take a break from it and restart fully because the last few weeks have been all over the place and I couldn’t track anything.
Today I ate 450 calories and my Fitbit said I burned 1,559 calories from walking.
I was out all day with friends and walking everywhere and I did 25,000 steps.
I wasn’t planning on eating but I wasn’t feeling great so I decided to and now I’m going to try fast for 4 days.

Breakfast: 1 slice of bread (64), honey (34), caramel tea with milk and sweetener (16) =114
Lunch: 3 chicken wings (264) , milder jalapeño tabasco sauce (3) = 267
Binge: toblerone (530), milk (64) = 594
Total: 975
Stopped eating around 3:30 pm.
I'm really dissapointed but at least I stayed under 1000 calories.
I’ll try to fast for at least 24 hours.

Day 26:
Manage to stay below 800 calories today too.
Had a headache at work and was super sleepy. Bought some pain killers so I could work at peace.
I wanted to buy protein powder but this shit is so expensive and I don't know if it worth it.
Wanted to buy some random pills like sleep pills or something like that because I really wanted to abuse them but I need a prescription for that so not today I guess...

ditch myfitnesspal rn. the app “eat this much” is a life saver. they let you put your goal weight however low you actually want to go, and give you the true calories you need to eat to get there even if it’s under 1000.
they also give you low cal ideas for meals and snacks (you don’t have to use them though, it’s just nice)
