Jazz doesn't know much about this guy besides the fact that he has been stealing tech and money for quite a few years now. Jazz also suspects he is a mutant–a telepath–but he's smart, so it all might just be due to his tech.

In any case... He misses the days when villains didn't comment on his spandex...

I was inspired by @fanficmaniatic 's "What if" (amazing drawing) and now I have the hc that in all this time after the Merge, Jay became the leader/captain/protector of some civilians/warriors who needed help and now he spends his time looking after them while Cole helps him with the dragons.

Also he and Pixal build and repair vehicles and weapons together because we need more of the mad scientist/careful inventor dynamic.
