Haven't drawn Fake AH Crew in a minute...
Realized I've never drawn FAHC BK, and drawn FAHC Joe maybe once.
Anyways! Here's BK and Joe's GTA characters I used for reference:

Trevor likes to have fun and exciting ideas as to what happened to his foot. In all actuality it was a torture session gone wrong honestly. Well right for the torturers, wrong for Trevor’s foot. Which sucks

outlaw fakes au doodle! all the fakes that have ever been caught by authorities have the fakes symbol branded somewhere visible so that if they escape (when they escape) they are immediately recognizable to other authorities

I just had the dumbest idea for a halloween fahc au
Stream team, pre-joining the fakes, made up of werewolf Jeremy, werecat Matt and human man Trevor but he adopted them both from shelters thinking they were just pets and ended up with roommates

interrogator trevor
he’s an architect. not by trade - by trade he was an engineer, bright-eyed and optimistic, ready to build and create and get humanity to the stars. he had a future, they said, clear as the horizon. he really tried, too, thought up schemes and dreams to set himself towards his future. but you know what they say about best-laid plans.
tall and slim, he’d always been able to slip into quiet spaces, get things and information you wouldn’t expect him to have. add sticky fingers and a slightly unhealthy interest in knives, and it was all too easy for him to skirt the edge of darkness a little too close. he overhears something he shouldn’t, steals files from the wrong people; before long he’s pulled from his drafting paper and shoved into a room with a knife, a man, and an order to get specific information out of him. by any means necessary.
he throws up after the first time. it gets easier as it goes on, though. after all he’s always been a fast learner. his knives grow sharper, the shadows under his eyes darker, his shadow leaner and more able to obtain anything asked of him. his knives and tongue are quicksilver and piercing, and his smooth leather gloves leave no mark. it’s not until he’s pit against golden that he realises just how deep he is. no way out to the stars now.
golden sees him, though. sees what he is, what he was, what he could become. knows how to wield him, yes, but how to nurture him as well. teaches him how to flourish. how to charm the people he can’t. he’s a thief and an information gatherer (his preferred term) but he’s also a founding member, known and respected, given loyalty as much as he gives it. he misses engineering sometimes, but he is enamored of the future he sees himself now able to build.

HELLO?!?! PLEASE TELL ME ABOUT THIS MR AND MRS SMITH ALFREYCO IDEA OF YOURS???
It’s a very loose idea based of the premise of mr and mrs smith. But basically alfredo and trevor are boyfriends, each pretending to have normal lives. But in reality, both are working for rival crews in los santos, heisting and killing as they work their criminal lives. Alfredo is a master sniper, working both as cover for heisting and hitman depending on the pay. Trevor works mainly as a thief, though is decent with close combat weapons like knives. He works with a growing crew (aka the Fake AH crew), taking bigger and bigger heists across the city.
Eventually the two discover their hidden lives when Trevor’s crew is a heist that Alfredo is hired to “interrupt” from the rival crew. Alfredo was firing from his rifle, not recognizing any of the crew with their masks (I also imagine Alfredo has met some of the other Fakes, though just thinks they’re Trevor’s friends and gets along with them). Fortunately he doesn’t hit any of them, more trying to scare them off. But the Fakes become determined to find who is doing this. So this all eventually leads to Trevor going after the sniper.
Trevor bursts in on the sniper, jumping him and at first just wanting to hurt. Furious at whoever was trying to hurt his crew. But as Trevor gets him pinned down, knife to his throat, his body freezes as he sees who it is under him. And as Trevor pauses, Alfredo rips off Trevor’s mask. And gasps in his own surprise. Both just staring with wide eyes and silent horror. No words were said, but Trevor just quietly climbs off and lets Alfredo go. Not sure what the fuck else to do.
Anyway, I don’t have a full fic planned out haha. But eventually Alfredo gets out of the job of the rival crew. Probably pissing off that crew since they don’t want Alfredo do get out of the job they paid him to do. Of course Trevor and the Fakes help Alfredo get out, leading to a great shootout moment like in the movie. And Alfredo joins the Fakes as they now become the head crew of the city after taking out the rival. And happily ever after 😂

The thing is, I'm sad about the end of AH but I'm also very ready for it. It's a cathartic end for me, I'm getting closure (surprisingly watching the final video really helped).
I came to AH at one of the worst moments of my life. AH has been there thru several of the worst moments... At my most depressed and suicidal, I've turned to AH for distraction and comfort. Be it watching a video, reading someone's fic, drawing them, or talking to friends about ideas or favourite moments. AH has been so incredibly necessary to my survival.
I've met some of my best friends in this community. People I would drop everything for. I genuinely wouldn't be where I am right now (literally alive but also as healthy as I am now) without the friends I've made in this community.
I'm sad to see it end. But I'm so happy for it's existence in my life. Through the good and the fucking extremely terribly bad, I'll miss it.
But I was ready for the end. I haven't been very interested in AH content in a while. While I know for some it's been the same, for me it had nothing to do with the dramas of the past years and everything to do with the people there I enjoy moving on; Matt and Jeremy are full time streamers now and thriving. BK and Jack are over at IG. The four who've gone on to create Dogbark are some of my favourites, don't get me wrong, but it hasn't felt like they've wanted to be there for a while.
I'm ready to move on, too. I still love FAHC and the aus I've talked with friends about, I still love my favourite series or productions... But I'm ready for my own projects (and I have been for a while), I'm ready to tell my own stories and work on my artistic signature away from AH and fanart (not totally but yk, overall lol).
Seeing their excitement for the new channel and watching how much fun they clearly had making the first video... I'm ready to step into that future, too. I've joked that I'd follow Trevor anywhere, and it holds true. I can't wait to see where this channel goes.
Achievement Hunter, hunters past and present, post team, guests, fandom friends...
Thank You 💚

I've been doing some thinking about classic FAHC and I've been binging Leverage and I just wanted to sort of share my redefined ideas about the roles people have on the crew. It's much more blended than the original fahc where everyone had distinct roles. In the "new" FAHC: Geoff has sort of taken a back seat. He's around and still 100% has his fingers in the pie but Trevor is now the Mastermind of the organization. It's him who really plans the heists and really sits down to work them out. Trevor is also partially a frontman and mainly (in my head), their Thief. I see him in a pair of leather gloves to cover his (metaphorically) sticky fingers, smoothly talking to someone or stealing a keycard from their pockets. He's just as comfortable in the vents as he is directing the crew. Ky is also a huge protege with Trevor, working hard in the background to learn the job of the mastermind and producing a heist from start to finish.
Jack is still in the crew, of course, but has sort of taken a bit of a step back with Geoff. She's there to drive the getaway car but has left the more dangerous pieces with the younger crew, although she's still on hand to patch them up when they get themselves into Situations. She's the Getaway Driver and the Medic.
Michael is sort of the Head Dog in the Hitter pack, which encompasses Joe and Alfredo as well. Michael's a hands-on Brawler, down to fight, but also enjoys teaching the other two. Joe is also a Brawler, just gets in there, but Alfredo is sort adjacent as their Sniper. He's better from a distance, a sharp-shooter, although with Michael's influence he can get a bit fighty up front (where Trevor has to drag him back to the plan). What surprises them is how much Ky gets involved in the physical parts of the crew and how she ain't afraid to throw a punch. Of course, when needed, they can always count on Lil J to throw up and wreck shop when he's in town.
Gavin is their frontman and is their Grifter. He's the one that runs the longer cons, the one who can wear a million hats and pivot on a dime to charm even the most reluctant of Marks. He's left the hacking mainly to Matt, who acts as the main crew Hacker. He not only manages the basic hacking but is good with gadgets. BK also focuses mainly on being a secondary Grifter, providing the feminine energy to Gavin. The two can make a very deadly pair when set on crews together. BK is also a pretty powerful sharpshooter when she needs to be.
The thing about Lindsay is that they are truly still, as always, the Wildcard. Lindsay will brawl when they need to, they will grift and be incredible at it, putting on any voice and nailing it. They are very good at planning heists (especially when they need the element of surprise) and really can fit in any role. Ace of Spades, they are.
Thoughts?

more outlaw shit because i can't stop thinking about this au
so one of my fahc headcanons is that rimmy has a pet python named gummy banana so i'm transferring that to this au as well. since they all live in an abandoned mineshaft she usually is just hanging out coiled wherever its warmest, or sitting outside sunning.
everyone but matt and joe has their own horse. matt and joe dont have horses because for some reason animals hate them.
i'm imagining their hideout to be very much like slim's secret hideout from home on the range.
trevor knew matt and jeremy before starting his life of crime. jeremy was already an established outlaw that trevor had had run ins with when he was still a regular cowpoke, and matt was a friend from town who was always kind of bookish and smart but funny.
alfredo and trevor constantly get confused for each other by lawmen. this is sometimes really helpful, and sometimes a detriment to plans.
rimmy tim is just jeremy's like, outlaw name. not many people actually know he's named jeremy outside of the crew.
jeremy is selectively mute! he uses sign language to speak and everyone in the crew can understand him just fine! though the newbies sometimes misinterpret what he's saying which causes for some funny situations i'm sure.
jeremy comes from a troubled past that only matt (his closest friend) and trevor (his leader) know. i think its fun to make rimmy tim like, really mysterious and dangerous but silly and weird at the same time.
clay made a joke to me that alfredo gets branded on his ass when he eventually gets caught and i decided to make it canon bc its funny. he moons a sheriff one day and the guy keeps a grudge about it for months until they finally catch him and brand him on the ass cheek for revenge.

More thoughts about the were-animal stream team au:
-Even when not in cat or dog form, Matt and Jeremy still sometimes show traits of their animal
-Matt will occasionally hoist himself onto a desk or counter that Trevor is working at, or go sit in a suitcase he is packing, and is very surprised when Trevor gently tells him he’s terribly in the way
-When Trevor’s doing a quick run to the store and shouts to ask if they need anything, Jeremy will often come hurtling towards him like “You’re going out?? I wanna go out!! Let me go out too!”
-They never need anything they just like trying to drag Trevor to the park
-Jeremy loves bringing them both things they’re looking for, Trevor hasn’t had to look for a pen in months and they often bring Matt snacks
-Jeremy will sometimes make Matt chase them for the snacks
-When they’re watching a movie or game, Matt will sometimes make biscuits on a couch cushion or blanket
-When they join the Fakes, nobody notices anything is off about Matt or Jeremy. In fact they all think, of the three of them, that Trevor is the weird one
-It might be because when he was leaving for an overnight stakeout once, he left a jumper that smelled like him for Matt and one for Jeremy so they wouldn’t miss him as much
-(In his defense it definitely worked and it took him ages to get those jumpers back)
-Literally none of them remember to bring it up so it’s months before it’s casually mentioned that two of their crewmates turn into animals sometimes and the crew is like “and you didn’t think to tell us this??!!”
-They didn’t

okay so I have a new fahc au where everyone is from California bc I started getting ideas and I couldn’t stop. these are based on living in California for the last five years and being in a relationship with a Californian; I’m sorry if I’m insulting where you’re from but know it’s with love lol 🫶🏽
Jeremy: the Antelope Valley. during poppy season the ground everywhere is Rimmy Tim colors so it just makes sense [also my gf said he gives off big “dropped out of AVC vibes” and like. iykyk they’re SO right]
Alfredo: San Francisco. duh
Gavin: LA. if you don’t think the Golden Boy thrived in WeHo what are you doing
Trevor: Sacramento. boy starts out so buttoned up ofc he grew up in the capitol
Matt: Humboldt County. it’s like the South Carolina of California
Michael: Bakersfield. you don’t get that fighty without some kinda complex
BK: San Diego. idk she just gives me beach girl vibes
Lindsay: Marin County. woodsy; isolated rich people; it’s close to SF so proximity to gay but it’s very insular so it fits the characterization I have for them
Ky: Palo Alto. it’s cute, a little stuck up (not that Ky is but I think it’s a fun background for her), but not as soulless and soul sucking as Mountain View
Joe: Irvine. it gets shit on but it’s still a big university town so it’s easy to get a complex about it and get really defensive of it, and I think it would be really funny if he got teased to shit about it by everyone else
