trying to finally get into makeup… wish me luck i have no idea what i’m doing

#i never learned how to do my makeup because i’ve struggled with bad acne for basically my entire life and i didnt want to make it worse #i admire everyone who knows how to do their makeup pls teach me it always looks so nice #i only do eyeliner mascara eyebrow gel highlighter #lipgloss #i bought some basics today and got the wrong foundation shade because i was too scared to ask for help😭😭#but i’m so excited to try bc my acne is probably at the best it has been in years #so i’m giving it a chance #with me luck #also i’m very sorry for randomly popping in after weeks i’ve been very busy #but i love u all always #- noelle talks

i solved a two year problem of mine with a 5 minute google search

#typewriter dings #found out it's better to use eyeliner pencil for my lid rather than gel or liquid #then do a wing with liquid if i do choose to #my liner was always splotchy #well.

hi em <3 this ink usually has more shading but i think i left it in my ink for too long and it dried up a bit lol

#truly no tips i’m not good at makeup #i just draw a wing and then and then use the edge of my nail to drag the line out into a sharper point while the eyeliner is still wet #btw i only use gel and pencil liners for this reason #i can’t do liquid liners i always mess up #em #ask #ask game

Hi guys,

I have become obsessed with R.E.M Beauty recently, the more I look into the range the more I like the products. Considering it's a new brand she has an amazing range of products and better yet for a celebrity makeup brand her pricing is really reasonable. That being said when I was shopping in Oxford Street I of course had to pop by the counter and in true me fashion I didn't leave empty handed.

The first product I picked up was something I saw on a Tik Tok and since I have been loving more cream based makeup products I decided to give it a go. I am talking about the Midnight Shadows metallic gel eyeshadow , £15.00 in the shade Affirmation. I love cream shadows and have only used CT ones previously but this formula is something else completely. Affirmation is a gorgeous rosy lavender shade that has a silver holographic finish. This shadow starts off creamy and then dries down leaving your eyes with a beautiful metallic finish. I tested this wearing it by itself and on top of matte eyeshadow and both times this cream shadow was out of this world, the pigment lasted all day and I am truly obsessed with the finish it has on my eyes. I really need to try more colours out.

The second product I picked up was the At The Borderline eyeliner marker , £18.00 in the colour Midnight Black. When I found out Ariana was making a makeup collection the first thing I said was she needs to bring out a eyeliner so obviously I needed to track this down but my god it sold out so quickly I had to wait for it come back in stock. Thankfully I didn't have to wait to long to get my hands it. I adore this eyeliner it's a very pigmented black liner that applies smoothly, it makes doing my winged liner so much quicker. The liner has a very skinny pen applicator so you can really get in there and either draw a slim wing , do graphic liner or build up your wing. You can literally do any design with this liner and everyone knows Ariana is known for her iconic winged liner so I wasn't surprised she included a eyeliner in her brand.

Overall I think we can all agree I am really happy with my purchases and can't wait to play around with them more and more. If you want to pick up any products I mentioned I have linked them above as usual.
