Would it blow anyone’s minds if I added one muse for the holiday season, with the potential to stay on longer?

I admit it, I do read a hell of a lot of smut. Especially in ebook format.
Why, you might ask?
Because sometimes I need the reminder that I can and do write better than 85% ~ 90% of those hacks on even my worst days

I know I'm not here as much as I used to be, but I'm going to start trimming my dashboard tonight.
Main targets?
Anyone that utilizes AI Generated works, whether that be images, audio, video, or any other such works. After that it's people that just don't click.

Life requires Art
Ever noticed that when you are out in the woods by yourself how the sounds of nature seem to have a melody all its own? The strange cacophony that the automobiles and construction crews make in the cityscapes?
Or have you ever seen the artistry in the setting or rising sun? The impossibly infinite shapes with-in the clouds in the sky?
More than likely you've noticed how stories and plots repeat and mingle with one another in your day-to-day life, or perhaps you've noticed that your daily routine feels more like a well rehearsed play, with you the lead actor for your role.
Music, visual art, stories, and theater... Art is in our lives everywhere we look even when we don't seek it out. It's true beauty lies in the human element that gives it meaning.
Life, simply put, requires art. And Art requires life.
You can take a computer program and have it study all of Shakespeare, Chekov, and Wilde and ask it to spit out a play based on what it has learned, but it will only regurgitate an amalgam of the three playwrights collected works into something that may not even make sense.
Conversely, you can make a computer program study various masterworks in illustration and have it produce an image that would win in any art competition...
But they lack the one thing that truly makes it art. They lack soul, they lack humanity.
Yet even though I type this and you read it, waving it off as another rant about how AI Generated works are a threat to the livelihood of human artists around the world... You know it to be true.
Why pay the artist charging $25 for a flat bust portrait when you can have an AI Program give you a complete Colored NSFW centerfold of your favorite characters for free?
Why take the time to write poetry of your own, when you can feed an AI Program any of the works of Byron and have it vomit up something that can only loosely be called poetry?
Screenwriters and Actors are taking a stand against AI in their fields for a reason. It's not all about the money, but about the Soul that is truly at stake here.
Are we truly going to let our society become the dystopia were humanity slaves away while the machines create soulless works of 'art'? Or are we going to finally, finally, put our collective foot down and say that enough is enough? ChatGPT is already facing a lawsuit that may force it to reboot. As I mentioned before, Screenwriters and Actors are striking to keep AI out of their industry (and trust me, if you hated what was coming out of hollywood before, what makes you think that an AI fed on that garbage is going to spit out anything better?), and for the love of all that is just in the world:
STOP.
FEEDING.
AI PROGRAMS.
ARTWORK. FROM. ARTISTS!
Lesser known artists might not have the kind of legal leverage or the same sort of sway from their status that the more well known artists do, but that doesn't mean that they aren't hurt when you plug their artwork into those programs without their consent, and more so when you ask them, are told no, and do it anyway.
TL:DR version...
Pay the artists their rates, and keep the Soul in the things that make Life worth Living. Pay them so that when future generates look back to what artwork is created in our day and age, they can see the Soul that we have collectively created, and not the empty husk left behind from the machines we chose to feed instead.

Random unpopular opinion o'clock, brought to you by me drinking my troubles away!
Morbius isn't a bad movie at all and didn't deserve the hate or flack it got
AI Generated anything lacks soul and you are shit person for using any of those programs. This goes quintuple if you are a business that can afford to pay people for what the program is doing for practically free.
The live action Bleach movie on Netflix was a great adaptation that summed up the Substitute Soul Reaper arc well and set up the Rescue arc just as well
It's perfectly okay to play games on the easiest setting available, especially 1st or 3rd person shooters and/or horror games
SAO Novels are better than the anime, which is better than the games. Hierarchy based in terms of least-to-most amount of personally perceived 'harem building' content.
And Finally
The Marvel vs DC debate is stupid as fucking hell since they are both equally good/terrible in equal measure. Just like the Star Wars vs Star Trek arguments.

First day of my spring break is off to a rocky start...
Was supposed to go out shopping for a new dress shirt for prom (the kids at the school I work at invited me and my SO this year) and then go out for dinner, only to have those plans dashed at the last second with a medical emergency.
TLDR version, my brother broke his nose and busted up his face good enough that surgery wasn't needed. He's home now and resting, but definitely has a concussion. Don't believe what you see on TV and Film, folks. It's okay if the suspected concussion victim wants to sleep, you just have to monitor them while still seeking medical care. Don't force them to sleep, mind you. But don't force them to stay awake either.

Things I love about going back through and re-reading the manga that the muses come from:
In Soul Eater, you pick up on just how fucking intelligent Soul 'Eater' Evans actually is. He might not be smart in the same sense as Maka or Ox, but he provides crucial insight or makes plans on the fly thanks to remaining calm and level headed. The first 'prologue' chapter demonstrates this exceptionally well by using the ruse of being Blair's new weapon to get her to drop her guard long enough for the killing blow. It happens again several times throughout the manga, but one of the more notable times is when he saves Maka during their first encounter with one of the Clowns. She starts to get lost in the Madness, but upon getting her to resonate with him while consumed by it, manages to get her to realize that Madness isn't necessarily all bad, as Courage may be a type of madness all its own.
Point is, Soul is nobody's idiot. Sure, he's the cool guy, doesn't necessarily make good grades, and is laid back as fuck, but he tries and often sees an answer that most people don't think of.

Mun Update
So I know I haven't been on here for that hour a day like I said I would do a month ago...
But I got a good reason for it! Below the cut is a sample of a little pet project I've been working on (Codenamed: Primataevia). This sample is small and doesn't contain the juicy bits of what I've been working on, like the metric fuck ton of world building that includes not only basic lore, like where the races of the world live, but politics, wars, and the questionable ethics that come from both politics and wars.
My goal is to one day set up a series of campaigns set inside the world of this project that drops a table full of players into the heart of an eras defining war and have their actions ultimately influence the next era, so on and so forth, with no promises of those same players being present when the final campaign is held during the Final War.
That being said, I have no real idea if or when I'll have the first campaign (set during the first 'Technarchy War') ready for even my small table of friends and colleagues. My goal is the end of the year, but I've got a long way to go for that.
The world of Primataevia was not kind to artificial entities, especially those that were created to serve as shock troops in the world's first technological and magical war, commonly referred to by historians as “The Great Technarchy War”, and these disposable shock troops were named to remind them of their origin. A derogatory term meant to belittle, demean, and insult these constructs, these “Warforged”...
The difference between Warforged, or as they would later call themselves ‘Mechanoids’, and every other construct that had been made up to that point is the very reason there were follow-up Technarchy Wars. The Warforged that survived their tours of duty in the Great Technarchy War began to ask their creators what function they served, what meaning their lives had outside of the War, and most of all, if they had souls to save or damn. The attending mechanics and mages were stunned. No construct had ever asked such questions before. No two historians agree on what occurred next, and certainly none of the dead from the War are talking, but the commonly accepted belief is that creator races struck the first blow against their new children. A pre-emptive strike to snuff the beginnings of a new race before they could rise up in revolt against them. After all, if a race was made for war, what hope could they have of understanding peace?
The creator races tried to go scorched earth, forming a unified front against the new ‘threat’ they had unwittingly created, bringing about the end of the first Great Technarchy War only to begin the first Purge, or as the surviving Warforged called it: The Mechanoid Massacres. Heavy losses were sustained by both sides of the Purge, and for a time peace seemed to reign in the world, until history repeated itself barely three generations later. The Mechanoids, having cracked the secret of creating more of their own kind, acted out on the fears of the Creators and started the Second Technarchy War and a veritable arms race. Technology advanced on both sides at an alarming rate, and certain magical practices, especially those that dealt with Necromancy, that had once been forbidden were welcomed with open arms, while others that had been welcomed were made taboo. Kingdoms and empires fell and left their stain on the annals of history as border lines on maps were redrawn to mark new territories for those that remained. The Creator races and the Warforged fought each other to a standstill after nearly a decade of warfare, finding an uneasy truce only when an outside force came to take advantage of the chaos their infighting had created.

Picture with me if you will:
You are playing KH3. You fight Anti-Aqua with Riku and then again with Sora...
Only now the fight isn't over when you defeat Anti-Aqua...
Now you have to go back to each world that Sora had already visited after you finish that fight with Anti-Aqua. Because she is now attempting to undo the good Sora had done and trying to destroy the bonds of friendship, family, and love and create wounds of betrayal, abandonment, and despair (emotions she would have felt in spades in that decade in the Realm of Darkness) culminating in a new final boss fight for each of the worlds until you return to say.... Radiant Garden for a one on one fight with her once more and finally purify her there (mostly because she was already conflicted having seen her own plans foiled on each of the other worlds).
Picture it with me everyone....
