this is not a request just. thinking. ik you’re writing the boys as plugs but have we considered. the women.
elain would %100 make her own edible pastries and give them to you in those colourful baggies with a bow. she’d invite you over to “make sure the new recipe I use is good for the next batch.” the watch movies and end up napping on the couch type
feyre would be the best if you’re a newbie and ever curious about anything. %100 is a bit of a push over for you and sometimes gives you a lil gram extra and offer to smoke with you. she would probably teach you (if you dont know) why you should put ice in your bong. i just know she smokes and paints. probably does art nights with you.
Nesta is pretty abrupt, definitely a one and done we dont small talk plug, but she is there for you if you need (like if you’re a newbie and greened out or paranoid or whatever) because she knows how scary it can be to feel out of control with your body. (replace her trouble with canon alcoholism with getting high every night. she knows how it can get to you.) tells you to drink water and sleep it off but is still hanging around when you wake up ‘just in case’.
mor is the plug thats more like a friend. would end up smoking half of the stuff she just sold you because you guys wanted to sesh and hang out. probably gossips about her other customers when you two get really close
idk anything for amren she probably only uses like cbd oils idk :/
anon i dont even know what else to add, this is so perfect😭😭😭 yess i’m agreeing with everything
also amren would probs smoke joints. i imagine her having one between her long manicured nails, she probs use magic on them to make them even more strong/she mixes in some crazy shit orrrr she has a cart, a fancy ass pen with diamonds and gem stones. when she offers u a hit, ur high for hourssss her shit goes crazy tbh, it’s probably borderline venomous
elain would have her own garden where she grows her supply, i imagine she’s a girl plug who have the cutest packages, they’re all pink with cute stickers that say “thanks for supporting my small business”
feyre is the curious one, down to try literally anything. so down to earth and would get high with you and paint you naked. she has one of those loose shirts with buttons and a pair of shorts, her hair is loosely braided as she mixes her colors, she’s so hot i literally need her rn
nesta is so real, like the helping out when u green out part is so accurate. ut her fav customer and she wants to make sure ur okay, she says it’s because she doesn’t wanna loose clients but in reality she likes u. she also throws in extra g’s but doesn’t say shit ab it
mor is forsure the friend turned plug, she put you on to her supply and ever since u buy everything from her. fav activity is eating infused food in public/meetings and trying to act normal. like at the high lords meeting, you eat a shit ton of edibles and then try to concentrate but it’s very obvious bc you both look stoned and you’re paying too much attention to peoples words, it’s not natural

[ID: First photo shows a mixed seaweed salad topped with toasted sesame seeds; in the background are bowls of pickled daikon and kake udon. Second photo is a close-up showing light shining through the seaweed. End ID]
わかめと昆布サラダ / Wakame to konbu sarada (Seaweed and kelp salad)
A wide variety of seaweed-based salads are made by Japanese home cooks. They may contain only a mix of seaweeds and a dressing, but may also feature vegetables including cucumber, carrots, lotus root (レンコン / はす), daikon (だいこん), corn, edamame (枝豆), or onion. Dressings are as varied as cooks, and may be based around sesame oil (ごま油), rice vinegar (米酢), miso paste (みそ / 味噌), ponzu sauce (ポン酢), or mayonnaise (マヨ).
This recipe is a good way to use up reconstituted kombu and wakame that were steeped to make soup stock. It includes instructions for two dressings: one based on rice vinegar and sesame oil, and another with a sesame-mayo base.
"わかめ" or "ワカメ" ("wakame") is likely from "若" ("waka," "young") +‎ "海布" ("me," "seaweed"); it is a particular species of edible seaweed (Undaria pinnatifida) that is farmed in Japan, Korea, and China. It is sometimes called "sea mustard" in English. Without further specification, "wakame" in a culinary context is taken to mean the leaves of the seaweed; these are the same leaves that are eaten in miso soup (みそ汁).
The etymology of "昆布" ("kombu" or "konbu") is unknown. It may be a phonetic Japanese reading of the Middle Chinese "昆布" (Mandarin: "kūnbù") (itself from "綸布" "*krūn pās," "green ribbon" + "cloth"), used to refer to various types of kelp and seaweed. In Japanese, the term refers to any of a few species of edible kelp from the Laminariaceae family.
Dried kombu is steeped to make one type of dashi ("出汁" / "だし"), a stock that is used in various soups and sauces. Once reconstituted, it may be steeped again to make 二番だし ("niban dashi," "second dashi"), sliced and simmered as one ingredient in a 煮物 ("nimono," simmered dish), or roasted and combined with other seaweeds and spices to make 振り掛け ("furikake").
"サラダ" ("sarada") is probably derived from the English "salad."
Note that the "seaweed salad" served at Japanese restaurants in the U.S. is not commonly eaten in Japan. It is shipped out to restaurants and stores pre-packaged, and is made with colored オゴノリ ("ogonori"; "agar" on ingredients lists), きくらげ ("kikurage"; "wood ear mushroom" or "fungus" on ingredients lists), and byproducts of wakame including 茎わかめ ("kukiwakame," wakame stem) and メカブ ("mekabu," wakame sprouts; both listed as "wakame" or "seaweed" on ingredients lists). You may be able to find this salad in the freezer section of your local Asian grocery store. If you want to approximate the texture of this salad at home, try buying some mixture of ogonori, kikurage, kukiwakame, mekabu, モズク ("mokuzu"), and/or ひじき ("hijiki"). Instructions for the dressing are below.
Recipe under the cut!
Patreon | Paypal | Venmo
Ingredients:
For the salad:
2 cups total reconstituted kombu, wakame, hijiki, or other kelp or seaweed
Vegetable additions to seaweed salads are possible and common. Try adding some cucumber, julienned carrots, sliced lotus root, sliked daikon radish, corn, edamame, or sliced onion that's been soaked in plum vinegar for 15 minutes.
If you're including cucumbers, slice them, salt them, allow them to drain in a colander for about 10 minutes, then gently squeeze them of excess liquid, to avoid making your salad watery.
For dressing 1:
1 Tbsp unseasoned rice vinegar (米酢)
1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil (煎りごま油)
1/2 kosher salt
1/2 tsp vegetarian granulated sugar
1/2 tsp Japanese soy sauce (しょうゆ / 醤油) (such as Kikkoman's)
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds (いりごま)
To make U.S. restuarant-style seaweed salad, omit the soy sauce; replace the sugar with high fructose corn syrup; and add a pinch of cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp of onion powder or yeast extract, and a pinch of MSG.
For dressing 2:
2 Tbsp vegan mayonnaise
1/2 tsp unseasoned rice vinegar (米酢)
1/4 tsp dried ground shiitake mushroom, or vegetarian dashi powder
1/4 tsp vegetarian granulated sugar
Drop of djion mustard
Pinch kosher salt
1 tsp Japanese soy sauce (しょうゆ / 醤油) (such as Kikkoman's)
Drizzle of mirin (みりん)
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds, ground in a mortar and pestle or spice mill
If you eat eggs, you can replace the first five ingredients with 2 Tbsp Kewpie mayo (キューピーマヨ).
For a halal version, replace the mirin with an extra pinch of sugar.
Instructions:
For the salad:
1. Slice kombu into very thin strips. Slice wakame into thin strips, or leave as-is, as desired. Slice other flat dried seaweed into thin strips or bite-sized pieces.
For dressing 1:
1. Whisk all ingredients except sesame seeds together in a small bowl. Toss with seaweed. Top with sesame seeds and serve cold.
For dressing 2:
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Toss with seaweed. Serve cold.

Round 8 - 9!
This one was a doozy, welcome to the kitchen powerhouse; Mustard flower/plant! The Mustard Plant has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal, and wound-healing properties. Whether you cook with it or apply it externally, it can fight off infections in the digestive system and cures bacterial and fungal skin infections. Seeds can be pressed to make mustard oil, or ground into spices, and the edible leaves can be eaten as mustard greens.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
And its near cousin - Horseradish! , it also contains many healing properties such as dimming sciatic nerve pain, gout, and colic. Another good use is general prevention from coughs and infections. The leaves are also a good source of greens, and the root can be used for spices or preserves.

These are giant fields. They are meant to fill empty space in CAW/Edit town - you can use them on lots, but as stated they are quite large so if you decide to use them as lot decoration hold onto your hat because they're gonna take up a chunk of ground.
I will be making smaller/single plants to match the fields, but it takes time so please be patient.
These are speedtree plants, so they'll "follow you" when you move around. However consider that any recolors of these plants will become a default replacement unless you make the package unique. So if you would like to recolor them to suit your current world, feel free to, but please make it it's own package so they don't override the original.
These are fairly large but have low polycount - coming in at 330 polys each. That means you can have several of these in one area without weighing down your game too much. That's a win for everyone.
Please feel free to tag me if you use them in your world, I love to see them in your games! <3
Throw these in your castle gardens and make all the medieval peasants jealous! lol
Enjoy!

@avocado-writing’s tav + Charlie enjoying some birthday soup bc it’s their birthday today and mine is in 5 days so!! Soup!! (My actual birthday soup recipe is under the cut)
Tumblr media
Birthday soup
Don’t forget to get silly w it. That’s like, required. It’s your BIRTHDAY (or someone else’s birthday) you deserve to get silly.
I stole this from my mom btw, also make sure you know the difference between a herb and a spice.
Oh yeah also it includes soup dumplings.
Kitchen items:
Big pot w a lid
Cutting board
Knife
Ingredients:
2 tbls Butter
1pkg Stew beef (or chicken hearts, that’s the original ingredient I just don’t like em)
2 medium onions, one diced, one quartered (keep separate)
1 whole head of garlic, minced (jarlic works very well here)
3 cups of stock (beef if you use beef, veggie if you use chicken, do not use chicken stock it fucks up the taste)
3 medium carrots, chopped
2 medium potatos, chopped
1 celery stick, chopped
1/4 head of cabbage, chopped (optional, I just like cabbage an unreasonable amount)
1 whole package of frozen spinach, defrosted (do this in a bowl this shit is WET also keep the water)
Can of green beans (you could probably use fresh, I don’t like fresh tho so, idk)
Can of diced tomatoes
Rosemary
Thyme
Fennel
Mustard seed
Celery seed
Sprinkle of Cloves (ground)
Sprinkle of Nutmeg
5% Vinegar or lemon juice (or your favourite other edible acid, tomato juice would in theory work, lime juice is mid.)
Salt + pepper
1 tbls Paprika
Steps:
Butter in that pot, medium
Spices, add em, leave ‘em until they smell good, it won’t be long.
Beef and a splash of your acid in that pot, cook until 1/4 done
Carrot and celery in that pot, get em hot but don’t cook em too long.
Diced onion, spinach, and paprika + salt n pepper to taste in that pot, med-low
Stir, cover, leave it alone for 5ish minutes
Uncover, add garlic to that pot, cook until it smells like garlic
Stock + the canned bean and frozen spinach water, add it.
Canned tomato, add it.
Potato, add it.
Cabbage, add it.
All them herbs, add em to taste (I use roughly a tablespoon each of em dried, but I like my shit strong.)
Bring it to boil on high
Let that bitch simmer, you may need to periodically add water if he’s goin too hard. (START MAKING THOSE SOUP DUMPLINGS RN IF YOURE DOING THAT)
When the potato is 1/2 done that quartered onion (and the dumplings)
Finish the potato.
Bam. Soup. I like it more cold, but it is intended to be eaten hot.
Soup dumplings
I stole this from my roommate and add em to most soups tbh
Kitchen items:
Bowl,
Wood spoon,
Your Hands,
You could probably do this in a stand mixer but I don’t have one of those so, you’re on your own man.
Ingredients:
2 cups Flour
Water, hot as you can handle touching, volume required varies,
Salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Whatever fresh herbs you like (dried don’t work here unless they’re ground absolutely tiny)
1 tbls of your favourite liquid fat (I use olive oil, canola and sunflower also work for sure)
Steps:
Flour, into the bowl
Seasonings, into the bowl
Mix well.
Add the fat
Slowly add water, mixing often until you get a slightly sticky ball.
Knead for a bit, I don’t really know how to describe the texture bc I’ve been making bread since I was a kid (and this is just a yeastless bread dough) but its finished when it stops really sticking to your hands (it’ll be tacky, not sticky)
Divide into 1 inch balls
Drop into the soup roughly 30 minutes before it’s finished.
Serve in the soup
Congrats, soup balls.

Dollar Tree witchy stuff
-------------------------------------------------⭐------------------------------------------------------
This is a list of Dollar Tree witch items! These are perfect for beginner witches and witches on a budget. I’ll be listing things you can find and their uses. Please note that your Dollar Tree may not have some of these items, and that these materials may not have significance in your craft (and frankly, you don’t need them! you do not need any materials to be into witchcraft!).
-------------------------------------------------⭐------------------------------------------------------
Jars
Number one is jars! There are all sorts of jars at Dollar Tree. My personal favorites are the small corked jars you can buy in the craft section. These are perfect for spells! Of course, they always have small mason jars and other containers, but I would definitley recommend the small corked jars.
Candles
Candles are perfect to buy at Dollar Tree! I get all of my candles from them. They have candles in almost every color and size! I use candles in my daily practice, mainly for worshipping my deities. I light candles both as offerings, and to symbolize my deities presence. Many spells and rituals involve lighting candles and letting candles burn down. Dollar Tree has the best supply of prayer and glass contained candles that are great for deity worship and long term use, but they also have huge packs of tea light candles, which I would recommend for spell work.
They also have small wax melters and wax cubes that you can use for a flame free alternative to candles!
Incense
Incense! Dollar Tree has loads of Incense to choose from. A lot of these come in packages that include incense sticks and holders, so it’s perfect to get you started. They not only have specific scents, they also have blends made for certain intentions. I have one for mindfulness, but I don’t care for how it smells, so I don’t use it very often. I use incense as offerings to my gods, but also to cleanse spaces and to set an intention during meditation.
Oils
Essential oils can be found in our good pal Dollar Tree. Their properties and usage vary from type to type, but I mainly use essential oils to anoint things and to dress candles.
Herbs and other edible items
Dollar Tree has a surprising amount of herbs. Cinnamon and thyme are two basic herbs you can find at almost every Dollar Tree. Once my local Dollar Tree had bay leaves, but I haven’t seen them since then. If you’re looking for some staple and versatile herbs, Dollar Tree probably has them. Cinnamon is good for purification, protection, abundance, love magic, and boosting other properties of things in the spell with it. I use cinnamon very often in my practice.
SALT! Salt is extremely cheap but a STAPLE of my craft. I use it in almost all of my spell work because it has so many properties! I use it a lot for protection and amplifiying energies.
There are also other food items, like dark chocolate. I’ve found that chocolate is a very good offering for Hades, and that he likes it a lot. If you’re working with deities or spirits, I would recommend looking around your Dollar Tree to see if you can find any foodstuffs they might enjoy, like sweets, nuts and crackers.
Offering dishes
Offering dishes are by no means a required part of working with deities and spirits. I personally don’t have any offering dishes, but I have seen several small vases, plates, bowls, and dishes that would make good offering bowls. Offering dishes are used to show your deities where their offerings are and designate a space for their physical offerings.
 Altars
Dollar Tree has LOADS of stuff for altars. I found that they have lots of wooden crates and boxes, as well as desk organizers. These all could be used as small sacred spaces and can be devoted to a deity or spirit (or even to yourself!) and used as an altar. This is perfect for people who don’t have space to devote a large area to their craft.
They also have tons of stuff for decor. If you want to decorate your altar according to seasons/sabbats/esbats, dollar tree has loads of stuff to decorate with.
Some other things you could get for your altar is an altar cloth and some candle holders. An altar cloth is similar to an offering dish in the way that it designates a space to your practice, but it also protects the surface youre working on from damage! Any towel or table runner will do. Candle holders are self explanitory.

Let's create a divine pasta dish featuring one seafood protein, a luxurious cream sauce, and unique flavors that will surely delight Guardian Angel Frederick's soul.
Capesante Ubriache
Tumblr media
Ingredients:
For the Pasta:
- 1 pound of fresh linguine pasta (or your preferred pasta)
- Salt for pasta water
For the Seafood:
- 8 large sea scallops, patted dry
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Champagne Cream Sauce:
- 1/2 cup champagne (or sparkling wine)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
For Garnish:
- Fresh chives, finely chopped
- Lemon zest
- Edible gold flakes (optional for extra elegance)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fresh linguine pasta according to the package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the sea scallops. Season them generously with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper on both sides.
3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned sea scallops to the skillet and sear them for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the scallops from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and chopped shallots, and sauté until softened and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Pour in the champagne (or sparkling wine) and bring to a gentle simmer. Allow it to reduce by half, stirring occasionally, about 3-4 minutes.
6. Reduce the heat to medium-low and pour in the heavy cream. Simmer gently for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
7. Stir in the unsalted butter until melted and incorporated into the sauce. Add the chopped fresh chives and lemon zest, and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
8. To serve, divide the cooked linguine among plates and spoon the champagne cream sauce over the pasta. Arrange the seared sea scallops on top of the pasta, and garnish with freshly chopped chives, lemon zest, and edible gold flakes for an extra touch of elegance.
As Guardian Angel Frederick savors this heavenly pasta dish, may the delicate flavors of champagne cream sauce and perfectly seared sea scallops tantalize his senses and bring him profound joy. Let each bite be a divine experience that reflects your admiration and appreciation for his unwavering guidance and celestial presence.

Round 18 -
Blue Flax! This plant has a wide variety of uses. Linseed oil was one of the extracts that the plant was useful for, used to preserve and protect wood. The plant fibers could be used to make everything from baskets, nets, to clothing and shoes. The pleasant scent was used for soaps and lotions, and the seeds are edible as long as they are cooked thoroughly, giving food a slightly sweet, nutty flavor. Herbalists could warn that the seeds taken in raw form contained cyanide, but the heat from cooking burned away all traces of poison. It was also traditional to give newlyweds a bunch of this lovely flower, as its a sign of domestication and home.

sorry if this is a dumb question, but if you don't eat processed food, what exactly do you eat? i was confused because yesterday you said it was pizza night?
laughing at this question because I just posted about my diet and then I saw this question. just as I decided to go back to dairy lol
I think what you're misunderstanding is the difference between ultra-processed and processed foods. processed foods are fine and I eat them! what I don't eat are ultra-processed foods, which are very different.
the food classification (and in many ways ideology) that I follow is one that separates food in four groups: in natura, what we know as whole foods, minimally processed foods, processed foods and ultra-processed foods. I usually explain it to people like this: a corn on the cob is in natura, corn flour is minimally processed, canned sweet corn is processed, and a pack of Cheetos is ultra-processed.
minimally processed foods are whole foods that have been put through simple, usually archaic and domestic processing such as grinding, drying, washing etc. processed foods are whole or minimally processed foods that have been put through more extensive (but usually still domestically possible) processing and addition of substances such as sugar, salt, oils, usually in order to extend the lifespan of these foods. minimally processed and processed foods are also sometimes just called "ingredients" lol.
the issue is at ultra-processed foods, which are not really food but rather edible substances created through extensive and intense industrial work, by adding a series of chemicals to extracts and modifications of real food in order to cheapen their manufacturing and maximize profits. these are ready-made/frozen meals, most (usually all, but I'm willing to accept there may be some rare exceptions) packaged snacks, all sugary drinks such as sodas and boxed juices, sausages, ice creams etc.
ultra-processed food is harmful to human health, addictive, drivers of type-2 diabetes and obesity as well as a myriad of other diet-related diseases. these are the ones I don't eat! but everything from the first three groups is fair game, because they're actual, real food.
(as a matter of fact one of the reasons why I decided to go back to eating dairy is the fact that traditional cheese is a processed food, but all vegan cheese alternatives on the market are ultra-processed, as well as all meat alternatives like frozen vegan burgers and sausages. I don't eat the latter but I did try my hand at a lot vegan cheeses and most of them taste as artificial and gross as any ultra-processed, plastic-looking cheddar.)
I make my own pizza dough, sauce and the toppings are all vegetables, so it's a mix of whole, minimally and processed foods, but no ultra-processed! if pizza night was frozen pizza night, then it would be ultra-processed, and that would be an issue.
I hope my annoying explanation cleared your doubt, which by the way wasn't dumb! I actually love love love talking about this 🤍
