Hi!! IM SO SORRY, i didn’t see your question as I don’t get a notifications for some reasons?? But I saw it a couple of days ago, so… And I ALWAYS want to answer if you have questions I just don’t see this questions 😭 I really need to check them more often

I don’t know if you are still interested (it’s been two months, so, yeah), but I will explain anyway, maybe others are curious, and for myself as well

The whole au inspired by Victor Hugo’s novel called “Toilers of the sea”. I absolutely adore this book, one of my favorite books ever. If you have never read this book, I recommend it to you.

The book describes the power of the sea, and shows how miserable the man is compared to the force of nature.

So, the plot of this au is pretty close to the plot of the original Duck Tales - Magica wants revenge on Scrooge, she wants to kill his whole family and sink his steamship, so she sends Lena as a spy. Lena and Webby becoming more close to each other, and Lena turns away from her aunt.

Short explanation of characters:

Scrooge is obviously Lethierry, the owner of the first steamship in the Guernsey island. This steamship called Sunchaser (as a reference to Durande). He’s rich, cares only about ship and money.

Webby- Deruchette, in this au she Scrooge’s niece who lives with him and her grandma, she doesn’t have friends until triplets and Lena, so not much difference from the original cartoon.

Donald and the triplets is the same as in DT, they just came to Scrooge, but excluding them would be a shame.

Magica - Sieur Clubin, but she doesn’t follows his fate in the book, she’s the same as in DT, she’s a magician, who can control the sea

Lena - she’s a portray of Gilliat, everyone think she’s witch, she lives alone, and as Magica, she is a magical creature (she’s a mix of Gilliat’s and Clubin’s characters, as she is a spy in Duck’s family, but mostly will act like Gilliat). And yeah, there’s gonna be some Weblena (and it’s not a one sided love like in the book).

I took “Toilers of the sea” as an inspiration, but at the same time I want to connect the plot of this au with original DT’s plot. It’s really hard for me to summarize as I don’t know what I want to do with this au yet, but I tried my best.

And I’m sorry for my mistakes, English is not my first language, so it can be a messy explanation

Plus, some sketches, because I feel like it’s not a full answer without it (and for some attention haha)

Evil Madrigal family au

They use their gifts to harm and control the community, not help them

- Alma, still the matriarch, oversees their no-good-doings and demands the townspeople bow down to them and give them food and money (any DuckTales fans out there, like a Magica and Poe type beat). She turned evil as a response to her beloved Pedro being brutally taken from her, and takes it out on the villagers. Her family will gladly follow in her footsteps.

- Julieta: instead of love healing, her hate for those who wronged her family flows though her veins and into the food she makes, poisoning it.

- Pepa: she creates hurricanes, floods, and fires if a villager puts a single toe out of line. Her temper is feared and no one dares to even talk back to her.

- Bruno: the family reveres his terrible visions. In fact, the worse it is, the better it is for the family (for the sake of this au, the only visions Bruno has are about the townspeople). He is loved by the Madrigals because let’s be real, they may be evil but they’re a family and they love each other.

- Isabela: Still the Golden Child, Abuela keeps her by her side always. She grows poisonous plants and vines that trap her victim. Her favorites are sundews and gympie (contact with this leaf results in extreme pain that lasts months). (creds to a friend)

- Dolores: spies on the villagers with her super-hearing. She listens in for any bad word against the Madrigals or a group planning an attack and reports it to Abuela so that she can punish the wrong-doers.

-Luisa: alters the surrounding mountains so that the villagers cannot escape and are forced to remain in the village. Be careful, she WILL squash you into jelly if she sees fit.

-Camilo: Psychological warfare is his expertise. Recently lost a loved one? One night you look into a dark corner of your house and see them standing there. Suddenly they start whispering. How they didn’t love you, asking why you forsake them, begging you to tell them why you let them die at the hands of the Madrigals. It’s enough to drive one insane. Camilo adores seeing his victims go mad.

- Mirabel: her special connection with Casita allows her to transform the house into a maze of Saw-like traps at a whim. (Creds to another friend). Casita obeys her, Abuela, and the rest of the family because it sprung from the deep anger and resentment Alma felt when her husband was taken from her.

- Antonio: his gift of speaking to animals grants him the power to unleash hell upon his victims. He is always seen atop his jaguar that he sics on anyone he wants. Abuela also often keeps him by her side to scare villagers. Quite a feral child, he only makes animalistic noises.

Felix and Agustin are still malewives who love their wives and children (they still scare them the tiniest bit, but their love outweighs their fear). Often seen on the sidelines cheering on their family.

Mariano was offered as a husband by the villagers as a sort of peace offering. The Madrigals accepted.

(Doctor Who/Ducktales AU) Huey Dewey and Louie all remember the Miser. He was a friend of Uncle Donald and Mom, taking them on adventures just like he did for the triplets. So seeing that familiar blue box with the money symbol on it only instead of a grumpy old man was a perky young lady calling herself the Adventurer showing up was a new one for them.

"So, you're the Miser. In a new body."

The young woman sitting across from them nodded. "Did he ever mention regeneration?" She make a circular motion at her head. "The memories are a little foggy, so..."

They shook their heads in sync.

"Okay!" The Adventurer sat up with a smile that looked a hint familiar. If, in Dewey's opinion, you tilted your head and squinted. "So, I am a Time Lord. We all have the ability that if we suffer a life-threatening injury, we make this cool magic thing and change bodies!"

Huey pulled out his notepad. "Like, completely?"

The Adventurer clicked her tongue. "New body, new personalities, new-"

"Hey Pink! We got your coffee-"

Two young women came to a stop at the sight of the triplets.

Digital Duckburg AU

Hey everybody, this is the more detailed description for my Kingdom Hearts/Ducktales Reboot Crossover idea I mentioned in an earlier post.

Digital Duckburg

Instead of a Digital Twilight Town, Roxas is placed inside of a Digital Duckburg. He’s given a new life with the McDuck family, his old life hidden in the back of his memories. But as the days go by, Roxas is haunted by weird guys in black coats, weird creatures with a strange insignia keep attacking, and he keeps having dreams of someone named Sora. Eventually, Roxas goes on one last McDuck family adventure as it all slowly comes crashing down.

So basically Roxas’s six summer vacation days of confusion and sadness but with Ducks...hooray?

Now I’m going to outline a few things about this AU, the differences and how things as a whole are affected. Starting with the world building them probably just some random head-canons along the way.

Twilight Town still exists, The Sea Salt Trio still ate Ice-cream together, but DiZ decides to try and place Roxas somewhere closer to the light.

Duckburg has a kind of natural cornerstone of light to it. It’s basically hidden well enough behind the Light and other worlds that Heartless aren’t able to get there. Nobodies however are a bit more flexible.

In KH2 it seemed to me Roxas was given an entire new life with Hayner, Pence and Ollette, a whole set of digital memories and a whole other life growing up with these three as friends. I’m thinking of the same happening here but with the McDuck family instead.

There are Two Donald Ducks. More specifically, I’m counting the characters in Duckburg and the ones in Kingdom Hearts as separate versions of the character. So the Huey, Dewey and Louie that sell you weapons and starships in Hollow Bastion and Twilight Town aren’t the same ones that adventure for treasure with their Great Uncle.

 People like Roxas, Sora and Kairi can appear as Humans in Duckburg, but will be altered by Donald’s Magic or Digital Effects courtesy of DiZ’s program.

DiZ’s lab/Sora’s sleeping pod is located in a secret compartment below and between Gyro’s Lab and the Money Vault.

Roxas’s world breaking will also take place over six days, but I might change this rule if I see potential for more.

It’ll also take place before the Start of Season 3 but a while after the Moonvasion

Sea Salt Ice-cream is always available from the Kitchen Freezer.

There’s probably a few other rules for how the AU works but I’ve forgotten them at this time. If I remember them or think of new ones I’ll add.change them on this post here. I’ll write some short scribbles soon of what a story set in this AU would look like without writing the actual story. I might get around to it but that's maybe at best. And...yeah that about wraps it up. I know it’s niche and makes no sense, but I’ll still keep posting just because I really like this idea. (And Roxas is the best boy fucking fight me). I’ve had this idea in my head for a Ducktales AU, and I’ve been figuring out a few things, specifically the most important.

It’s a Steven Universe The Movie AU in the Ducktales Universe.

So, to anyone who doesn’t watch Steven Universe or hasn’t seen the movie, this is a quick summary:

Steven was enjoying peace after 2 years, but a gem his mother (Rose Quartz/Pink Diamond) wronged. Her name is Spinel and she erases the memories of the Crystal Gems and gets rid of Steven’s powers with a plan to kill the planet. Now he has to rush to restore their memories and his powers before the Earth is killed, and in the process, learns of her backstory. (It’s the best I could do. Sorry!)

Now you may be asking (probably not.) Poptart Cat, however have you turned this into an AU? Simple! Both have magical adventures, then a ‘happily ever after’ finale and at least three characters that could lose their memories. (Sorry, three is the minimum for me.)

Dewey would be Spinel, since they happen to have a similar personality.

Huey and Louie would be Steven for obvious reasons.

Webby would be the B-team but with a bigger role than they did in the Movie. (She doesn’t know who Dewey is, but has read about him once. She found a document saying Della had triplets. Her guess was that he died and she never mentioned it to anyone. She didn’t connect the clues that the triplet was the same duck trying to attack them)

Donald and Scrooge would be the CGs as they know who Dewey is and what happened.

And here comes the explanation you’ve been waiting for! How Dewey was abandoned! In this AU, Della left the boys when they just turned 4. Old enough to remember bits, but not all of it.

She left Dewey at an orphanage (I won’t go into detail about the orphanage itself or how he felt about it to not offend anyone but I’m willing to tell on his feelings about Della if asked) and said she would return (she of course never did.)

She told her remaining sons they were twins and believed her (a stretch, I know.) but they still felt something was wrong. Different.

A few months later, she found out about the Spear of Selene (same way as in the canon) and gave Donald Huey and Louie. He gets a call about Della’s disappearance and everything is pretty much the same except for Dewey not being there.

The rejuvenator would be split into two. An artifact that Scrooge owns and Dewey’s weapon.

The drill would be something that destroys the mansion and money bin, along with everything in it.

I’m just gonna tag this as Abandoned Triplet AU because I guarantee I will have more to show about this.

P.S, Della didn’t return, but after Dewey becomes part of the family officially, she returns at some point.

Time to post this before I change my mind.

Bioshock x ducktales au

Scrooge had recieved an old package from a old businessman that he had dealings with called Ryan about a underwater city he built called rapture.

Scrooge unaware of the events that have happened in rapture decides to go explore this opportunity to see the advantages and disadvantages of making a city underwater.

Scrooge had left with a impatiently della and the kids. Della and dewey wanted to explore the underwater city while louie and scrooge were both looking at the money opportunities while huey was interested in the science that the city helded within its Walls.

Webby couldn't go as she had plans with Lena and violet to explore various old stores in duckburg for anything magical for Lena while looking at items like boards games and adventure books.

A ENTIRE WEEK had passed and the only word back was "danger static prepare stactic sub" three days after they left leaving a worried donald with range of thoughts on what it could be while preparing a submarine with determined webby who wouldn't take no to not rescue them, a prepared Ms Beakley and gladstone to rescue them from the city and its dangers.

Donald had begged gladstone to come help rescue them to use his luck to increase the odds of scrooge,della and the boys being fine.

"Send in the Clones"- season 1, ep. 6 ( Everyone begins seeing double when Magica DeSpell gets the Beagle Boys to help her steal scrooge’s Number One Dime, disguising them as the nephews. Can the nephews expose them before the dime is stolen (and before Mrs. Beakley loses her mind)?, they didn't know that gene lives here too because he’s new)

"Where No Duck Has Gone Before"-season 1, ep. 8 (gene already knows of what's real and what's not, he read it all about Hollywood movies/tv show works on the encyclopedia. he plays along for Doofus and the boys' sake and their safety. but he won't be doing this alone, Launchpad helps each other out as they meet the aliens for the first time. plus he meets gyro Gearloose.)

"Master of the Djinni"-season 1, ep. 12 (both Djinni and gene knows each other when the gene was a genie back the past and Djinni picks on him for being too young to be a genie and gene don't like that along not trusting him while Scrooge and Glomgold race for the mastership of Aladdin's genie. gene feel worries about scrooge too.)

"Hotel Strangeduck"-season 1, ep. 13 (Gene helps Scrooge, Huey, Dewey, and Louie to solve a mystery of Ludwig Von Strangeduck's ghost while Scrooge turns a castle once owned by a mad scientist into a hotel.)

"Sir Gyro de Gearloose"-season 1, ep. 17 (gene tags along with gyro the boys to the Middle Ages by gyro's time machine and uses it to go back in time due to fed up with being looked upon as a "gadget man".)

"Superdoo!"-season 1, ep. 20 (gene joins the junior woodchuck and lives the camp for trying to earn the badges, but he keeps on trying, after all, it was his first time. gene was little tick off about Doofus because Doofus accidentally finds a stolen alien crystal that grants him numerous superpowers. But the aliens who lost it want it back. you guys think that Doofus was the only one that has a hard time at camp, so does gene. but Launchpad also told gene that it's ok to make mistakes, learn from it and try again. gene took his advice and tries again, he could be useful the next time he goes with them on their next Adventure.)

"Pearl of Wisdom"-season 1, ep. 25 (gene helps webby by giving a pearl as he thought that pearl as a great masher and gene's first mistake that ever made, owning apology to scrooge for help webby to get pearl by mistake for marble and help them to get the pearl back.)

"Home Sweet Homer"-season 1, ep. 30 (scrooge asked gene to come along with the boys this time and According to Greek mythology, Circe, a wicked sorceress from the past, accidentally transports Scrooge and the boys back to the time of Ancient Greece, where they meet up with Homer.)

"Bermuda Triangle Tangle"-season 1, ep. 31 (Scrooge seeks to find out why his ships are disappearing in the Bermuda Triangle. gene and the boys will come along with Scrooge)

"Magica's Magic Mirror"-season 1, ep. 51a (Magica uses a pair of magic mirrors to try to get Scrooge's Number One Dime. gene went to the picnic with Doofus)

"Take Me Out of the Ballgame"-season 1, ep. 51b (gene joins in Junior Woodchucks in a baseball game as Duckworth coaches them.)

"Duck to the Future"-season 1, ep. 52 (Magica sends Scrooge into the future, where she has stolen his Number One Dime and taken over his company. Gene becomes a young yet strong adult and starts a Revolution against magica and he a leader of the rebellion and everyone joins him to stop her and get the dime back as the war was endless. he realized that Scrooge is still alive and got confused for what's going on. gene told scrooge about what happen. gene can't stand it about another evil take over just like the same way merlock did, even means that he's no longer friends with the boys because he believed that something's wrong. looks like both scrooge and gene was on the same page, huh? after he returns to the past, scrooge told gene that how much he so proud of him for stand up to his beliefs and knowing the difference between right and wrong and the type of the boy he becomes. which it confused gene for a while.)

"Duck in the Iron Mask"-season 1, ep. 56 (Scrooge, gene and the boys take a trip to visit an old friend of his, Count Roy. However, unknown to Scrooge, Roy's evil twin Ray rules Roy's kingdom with an iron fist.)

"The Uncrashable Hindentanic"-season 1, ep. 57 (Scrooge makes a bet with Glomgold that he can make money off a blimp called the Hindentanic and gene was part of it along with the boys.)

"Nothing to Fear"-season 1, ep. 59 (Scrooge, gene, the nephews, Doofus, and Duckworth are intimidated by a cloud that generates their worst fears, conjured by Magica. gene has so much fear of merlock from the past and unable to forgive himself. scrooge told him that he did his best to stop him and he needed to face his fears and moved on. gene understand and faced his fears, spilling his true feelings out that goes with it.)

"Once Upon a Dime"-season 1, ep. 61 (Scrooge tells everyone, even gene his story of how his Number One Dime got his fortune started.)

"All Ducks on Deck"-season 1, ep. 63 (Donald Duck makes up a story about being a hero to his nephews and gene. The boys stow away in the Navy and try to make him a hero. Meanwhile, the Phantom Blot has a spy infiltrating the Navy while he has Scrooge McDuck and Launchpad McQuack as prisoners on Cat Island after they go to investigate Scrooge's missing fishing fleet there.)

Ducktales Crossover Fanfic: The Lost Mc. Duck part 7:

ItThis is a more au story based off of @kristyavson, @kristyavsonhero2 and @eclipsewarrior101 gene and Green Eggs & Ham. This Au is a mix between Ducktales Gene au and Anastasia with a cartoon crossover. 

In this part Guy and gene bond a bit over inventing. The are on their way to the boat. 

Gene sits back and watches as guy begins his inventing on the idea that gene had. 

for a kid with no memory or home he seemed to know certsin things when it came to inventions. 

Gene helped guy by handing him tools and at time sshowign him where to put things. 

Guy (while working) So kid....where did you learn this invention stuff from...

Gene: um...i-i actually have no clue...it just came to me really....almost like...i had known it or...taught it by...someone

Guy: well however taught you must have been some person

Gene: yah....i only wished i remembered who (sighs sadly)

Guy: (seeing genes sadness, he sighs and says gently) Look...um Gene. i know this is all weird and wild for you but don’t worry. Sam and I have your back and we promise you we will get you to duckburg.

Gene: (smiles and hugs guy who stiffens a bit) Thanks Guy

Guy and Gene part and they return to working on the flying machine. 

Sam watched from afar with both sadness and happiness. this plan had to work...but he also felt bad he was duping an orphan kid. but he had to do this...for his mom. 

after about an hour of working they finally did it. it was actually not that bad of an invention. Sam and Guy jumped in and when they looked at gene he seemed nervous

Sam: you ready gene...

Gene: (thinks for a moment then nods) yes let’s do this

Gene hops in and they take off, way above the trees as they headed to town. The view was beautiful and gene was at first scared but with encouragement from Sam he looked at was amazed by the feeling of flying. Guy watched the too and smiled “they are so much like kids” he thinks. 

it took about an an hour before they reached the next town. they saw the docks and were nearly there.

Sam: See guy? we went all the way here and it didn't...", the flying machine begins to bug out as smoke starts coming from the engine and begins to explode. "blow up." 

Gene seeing what going on now understands why guy was the worst at making inventions.

They braced for impact as the wings began to give out

Gene: (soon he is lost in a trance as he cries) No....please....help me Scrooge.

They descend causing them to crash into some trees, they all are okay but a bit bruised. 

Guy is able to help Sam and Gene who seems to be shaking a bit and dazed

Sam: GENE...gene (lightly shakes him) you okay...buddy

Gene: (snaps out of it and looks around) H-huh what...oh yeah...I’m okay...that was weird....

Guy: is everyone okay....gene you good you were crying out something...

Gene: huh...i...i dont know why but i had a certain feeling...it felt familiar...nevermind let’s just go 

Guy and sam seem nervous but they agree and go catch the boat. 

They went and paid for their tickets...well

Sam did using Guys money....but they were as they were off to duckburg. 

The con plan was working but.. they would soon learn that this con would turn into a whole new adventure. 

MEANWHILE.....

Magica: YOU IMBECILES....YOU MORONS... (yelling at the bruised up beagle boys who were now scared)

Merlock: How do you lose a single brat, a helpless defenseless...CHILD....he was right there and YOU LOST HIM.... you three are useless

beagles: It wasnt our fault....some dumb inventor and a yellow guy stopped us and fled...we ran into a room and BOOM we ended up in the lake

Merlock and magica were now furious and magica used her magic to throw a blast of fire at them making them scream and hide.

Poe then flew in and perched himself on his sisters shoulder

Magica: Oh poe...what news do you bring. (poe whispers in her ear and he seems impressed) well my dear brother has brought us good news

DuckTales (BP) AU:

TLDR; Miilky comes up with a DuckTales AU inspired by Black Panther.

In Don Rosa’s The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck, Rosa sets to task explaining every little Barks’ mythos he knows of and then some. Bombie the Zombie is one of those mythos, and yet, one of the least explored ones. Bombie the Zombie doesn’t exist as a minor, irrelevant antagonist. He is a direct consequence of Scrooge’s greed, pride, and violence. There’s no ands, ifs, or buts about it.

In Bombie the Zombie’s original appearance, Scrooge doesn’t come into direct contact with him. Donald + HDL save the day by returning him to Africa. Here’s a link to the two relevant stories. Barks 1. Rosa 2. To sum it up why Bombie exists and hates Scrooge, Scrooge destroyed his village when they refused to sell it to him.

The worst Scrooge suffers from it is an estrangement from his family. I’ll admit Don Rosa’s affection for Scrooge blinds him to how his portrayal of Scrooge, how his actions can be perceived or taken into context. Even in A Little Something Special Donald’s speech to the city of Duckburg was all Don Rosa. If it was me, “The only reason I’d help this fool is because he signs the paychecks.”

Scrooge’s mindest over poor people (how he treats them), the Titanic situation, and the Bombie Incident, where I really wanted Bombie to tear him apart, sometimes makes me want to have Scrooge suffer long lasting consequences for his actions.

If you’ve read all of this, great, thanks, because I’m getting to the meat of my AU. This was my introduction.

DuckTales 2017 will most likely never refer to this incident, and if they do, I’m going to be pretty impressed. Scrooge is heroic, and they want to keep him that way. They’ve also traded Scrooge’s intense money in to portray him as an adrenaline junkie, which can still be potentially dangerous but maybe not as morally wounding.

I’ve watched Black Panther. Love it. You know I love it.

In this AU, there is a Wakanda-esque country in the world where there are abundant riches and beauty. Scrooge is a collector of information, arcane information, and discovers  the truth about this particular country. He researches into a priceless statue that is held within one of their abandoned temples, once serving their lion goddess Sekhmet. However, the country is not only landlocked but locked away from everyone else.

Until he receives assistance from the High Priestess’ youngest daughter, and by that, he tricks the youngest daughter (as he did with Foola Zoola in the comics), and steals the statue. Lost in his adrenaline, in his greed, he steals the priceless statue artifact, and escapes the country.

The High Priestess has to punish her daughter --- whom she loves; normally, this means imprisonment and or death, but the high council decides to exile her. She leaves her home in disgrace, to never return, and The High Priestess mourns for the loss of her beloved child.

Before she is cut off from her magic forever, because they’re magic users as well, the youngest daughter unleashes her darkest, greatest curse onto Scrooge. Scrooge has magical defense, so he assumes he’ll be safe, and for the most part, he is safe.

I’m not a lyricist. I’m sure the spell/curse deals with treasure, but treasure can be subjective. A day shall come you shall mourn your greatest treasure, lying dead on the moon’s flower.

The youngest daughter moves to America, starts a family, tells her children of her greatest shame and regret. This family lore carries on until her great-granddaughter tells her three children the story; Donna, Daisy, and Douglas.

This is where Daisy enters the plot. Daisy doesn’t think much of the story. It’s a reminder to not trust the white ducks, to not trust McDuck, but eventually, Daisy will end up working for a McDuck. The Duckburg Chronicle, run by Scrooge’s half-brother, Gideon. (He exists in the Italian comics). Gideon hates his older brother for reasons.

How does the curse tie into Scrooge?

If the Spear of Selene is a rocket ship, I suspect Ludwig had some part in it. He was meticulous. He was careful. There were no issues, no problems, so even today Ludwig and Scrooge don’t know what happened to Della. 

Della stole the Spear of Selene. She knew about the curse, but like Scrooge, thought it was strictly about treasure in monetary terms.

They didn’t think it could be about family. And so, The Youngest Daughter of the High Priestess finally enacted her revenge --- killing Della Duck.

Scrooge doesn’t know. He doesn’t know his niece is dead on the moon, or maybe he does, but he doesn’t know it’s directly his fault she’s dead.

When Daisy Duck conducts her investigation work, meets Donald, and finds the statue, things are going to get a little more interesting.
