Was anyone gonna tell me that the grip on the Duelsense controller is a bunch of PlayStation buttons, or was I just supposed to find this while cleaning my controller?

This is the DualSense controller my dad brought last morning, I was so happy I got it, he told me sooner or later we'll get the PSVR2, It has haptic feedback, assuming the PSVR2 sense controller might have it.

What is your Top games ever played? 💜 . Yesterday I picked Up Ys VIII for PS5, and this game is one of my all time fav games! 💜 I play the Ys games for a very long time, it where always decent RPG's, when Ys VIII was announched for the PSVita and PS4 I decided the order the LE of the Vita version, but I didnt know what was waiting for me! 💜 When it came out I was sold, and had the time of my life with the game! I laughed, cried, explored, fight monsters, and so much more! 💜 Later I got the game digital on PS4, since it had more content! 💜 I played the game 4 times for trophies! (Us and EU lists for both versions) and the day when I ordered my switch back in january 2018 a switch port was announched! 💜 So I got that LE too, since it had a letter opener! XD Yes its the best! 💜 Ofc I had to get the PS5 version, so I can the play the game again over! 💜 Yes, I absolutely love it! 💜 Just play this, and thank me later! 💜 hope you all enjoy this pic! 💜 . . . ✎﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏ Tags: #yslacrimosaofdana #ys #ysviii #falcom #dualsense #dualshock4 #console #customcontroller #nisa #nisamerica #switch #nintendo #nintendoSwitch #ps5 #psvita #ps4 #playstation4 #playstation #playstation5 #gamer #games #gaming #limitededition #ysmemoriesofcelceta (at Rijssen-Holten) https://www.instagram.com/p/ClE1v5GodRJ/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Is it me or are motion inputs a bit harder to get right on the DualSense's d-pad, compared to all previous DualShock pads?

i got my new PS5 controller and Snes adapter today, but for some reason it doesn't wanna connect D: other controllers connect fine via plug and play
now I'm on a search for a usb cable that makes it work, because the ps5 controller doesn't come with a USB of course .-.
i Am excited to play kaizo on ps5 controller eventually though, because it's just so much more comfortable. i tried a bit on emulator with a nasty shell hack and i didn't get much hand pain at all, which i usually get with snes controller after like 10minutes of intense gameplay
worst case i just play on emulator but i really want this to work with my setup with SuperNt

DualSense Edge is easily the best pro controller on the market. Highest quality, swappable sticks, feature-rich.
A game changer for competitive players, or just PS5 gaming in general.

“DEATH CAN HAVE ME WHEN IT EARNS ME.”
Kratos, you BEAST.
When all is said and done, what can we really write about this trailer that you won’t already feel? We’re just here to babble at this point. But babble, we shall. For Tuesday’s State of Play feature on God of War Ragnarök has left an impression that will do NOTHING to curb the energy we’ve got for 9th November. You too? Ya don’t say...
It’s hard to believe that its predecessor launched way back in 2018. Times were different, as was the leading Sony console in that generation. When initially searching I weirdly had it in my head that God of War also launched on PS5... Taxi for me. I’ll blame the excitement and the 6 cups of coffee today for the confusion. What... Year... Is... It?
Without stating the obvious, the trailer’s brief but new look at our journey to dangerous and stunning landscapes, battles with monsters and Norse gods as Kratos and Atreus, well it’s all just a bit much to take, no? That short but EPIC fight scene with Thor officially finished me off. Are we supposed to just sit around and wait for November? Apparently so. It seems I’ve still managed to state the obvious.
Also confirmed was an icy cool wolf-themed Limited Edition DualSense Controller to coincide with this momentous occasion:

It’s unclear as to whether we’ll obtain stock just yet, but we remain hopeful of getting our hands on this beauty for you guys at launch.
We’re getting closer but not close enough. Santa Monica Studio, you’ll pay for this...
Pre-order with us on PS4 & PS5, right here at The Game Collection!
Those who break fate...

The DualSense controller gives me anxiety
You know, I was thinking about how money has altered my relationship to my hobbies over time the other day, and it had me pretty depressed.
Approximately 10 years ago I purchased a DualShock 4 to use on my computer, because I always liked the Sony controllers a little more than the Microsoft ones, and it had decent dongle-less Bluetooth. That warrior lasted me while I moved countries back and forth, it outlasted computers, it was a genuine part of my routine to clean and charge it. After a long time of nearly daily use, it finally died a few days ago, and you know what, that's an incredible purchase I really don't regret. I still remember getting home and enjoying it thoroughly; finally I didn't have to work through bootleg controllers that barely worked.
Then I thought, well, I should probably buy a DS5, or a DualSense, to replace it. And then I discovered that it's not only far more expensive than the DS4 that I had bought a full decade ago, the DS4 hasn't actually gone down in price in my region! It's gone up! Even if I wanted to replace my old one, it was going to be another old DS4 that just hadn't been opened yet, and it wasn't going to be that much cheaper. After a few days of agonizing over it, I ended up getting the DualSense any way. I figured the extra price will be made up for in quality and to stay updated.
I had to take out my credit card for this; not even the whole console, just the controller. And when it finally arrived, I swear to you it made me uneasy. While the other had definitely been an investment, especially because of my age at the time, I am going to spend months paying for this new one. It's one of the best feeling controllers I've ever used and every time I use the analog stick I am taken by some weird mixture of regret and anxiety; why did I buy this? Can I really afford this? What if it develops drift regardless of how well I treat it? What am I supposed to do if it falls on the hard stone floor? What if my controller holder falls from the wall with it on it?
And, like, sure, I can obviously afford it right now, but I've been thinking about this for days. This used to be something I did for fun, a hobby I picked up as a kid that really helped pass the time since I wasn't that smart and didn't have that many friends who visited, and now it's... part of my monthly expenditure, something I need to plan ahead for, something that builds me credit because it's so expensive I can't afford to get it out of the way all at once without changes to my lifestyle. It's not exactly a burden but I am absolutely expected to spend more and more money on it, even if I pirate my games, because computers and controllers and mouses and keyboards are expensive. Way more expensive than I remember them being last time I had to think about this.
I bought a controller for a console I have no actual expectation of ever buying to play computer games more comfortably, and all this premium feeling and next-generation technology gave me that I didn't have before was the sinking sensation that I'm being gentrified out of a hobby I've had for decades.
