Baltimores own Rican Da Menace is joining forces with Moneybagg Yo for a hot new single and a music video to match. 'Dumb', produced by Hitmaka and Tay Keith, is the latest showing from newcomer Rican Da Menace. For this electrifying track, Moneybagg serves as a welcome feature.
