Danneel Ackles and Steve Carlson had an affair?
Hello Anon, thank you for the ask. I certainly do believe Danneel and Steve have had an affair as in gotten physically intimate. I mentioned in another post of mine that in an older podcast with the One Tree Hill ladies cast, Danneel alluded to making out with another man who is not her husband on the set. There certainly is also an emotional affair going on there. Rumor has it that his ex wife wanted to write a book to talk about how Danneel and Steve love each other more than they love their significant others. Now this I also wholeheartedly believe as well. Some people I've spoken to on here have been having odd dreams lately, including a couple relating to Danneel and Jensen divorcing. Not all of these people speak to each other either. This suggests to me deities, Faye, Khala members and other entities are speaking to seers here on Earth who are the first (simply people who are the first to receive divine messages). Thanks again for the ask Anon...

PSYCROPTIC - Divine Council
PSYCROPTIC – Divine Council
Australia’s extreme metal crafters Psycroptic have returned after four years prior to their last album As The Kingdom Drowns and this time around, they’re back hungrier and more creative than they ever sounded in their career. I have been a Psycroptic listener for long as I can remember while having the opportunity to see them live in 2018 at the Devastation On The Nation Tour and not only have…

ISAIAH‬ ‭60‬:‭1‬-‭22‬ ‭‬‬
”“Arise, Jerusalem! Let your light shine for all to see. For the glory of the Lord rises to shine on you. Darkness as black as night covers all the nations of the earth, but the glory of the Lord rises and appears over you. All nations will come to your light; mighty kings will come to see your radiance. “Look and see, for everyone is coming home! Your sons are coming from distant lands; your…

The Suffering of Job
The Suffering of Job
Jobby Léon Bonnat (1880) The Prologue of the book of Job, chapters 1 and 2, tells the story of Job, a rich man who was blessed with divine favors, who was known for his righteousness and for his integrity. However, the Adversary, in the divine council, contended that Job’s faith was not sincere. The Adversary contended that Job’s faith was self-serving for he served God because of the riches he…

Ruling and teaching with integrity
Ruling and teaching with integrity
It is the responsibility of God’s people to rule with the highest integrity. Psalm 82:2-5: ““How long will you judge unjustly and show partiality to the wicked? Give justice to the weak and the orphan; maintain the right of the lowly and the destitute. Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked. They have neither knowledge nor understanding, they walk around in…

Keep Your Own Council
"You have all the answers you seek."
Stop taking advice from just anyone. You don't need it. Trust yourself enough to make decisions without anyone else's input. Advice should be the last resort after you've made your own judgements, and only taken from those you value and can truly learn from. If you want to do something, then do it. If you don't want to do something, don't do it. Put your judgements and decisions 1st because you are your 1st priority.
The only validation you need is your own. Stop basing your internal value on outside validation or praise. Approval from others is not necessary for you to succeed and move forward. Detach from this temporary and false sense of validation.
Be your own cheerleader and motivate yourself. If no one else is supporting you, learn to push yourself and work alone.
Stop striving to live up to other peoples standards and expectations, they don't know what's best for you. Only you know what is truly best for you and you are not required to please anyone but yourself. So create your own standards and live on your own terms.
Don't take criticism or praise too personally. Judgment's are only reflections of how other people feel within' about themselves and not how you actually are. Never take anyone's definition of you as truth. Learn to define yourself and hold your judgement 1st. (when you believe you're attractive, not a soul can convince you that you aren't)
Learn to build and grow in silence and succeed and bloom with grace. Keep your goals, aspirations, fears, financial status, relationship dynamics, personal information to yourself. No one needs to know your business and certainly not your next move.
Be independent. Learn to be satisfied alone. Never force friendships. Never force relationships. Never force people to do anything they don't want to. Never beg people to notice your value. Do it alone. Maintain self sufficiency. Stay competent.

I didn’t read chapter 2 of “The Doll and the Dragon” yet but I just wanted to say how good it felt to have been notified that you updated it today!
I only read the summary for the second chapter but I don’t blame some of the council members for having some doubts on what the gods’ intentions are. Or rather doubts of her existence.
Because there’s a very good reason that can pop up in the primordials’ minds to think that she might be a problem for them.
Let’s look at it from a Twelvian’s perspective on the matter :
The gods are the divinities that we treasure and pray to. We have been doing this since the dawn of time and we all believe nothing, absolutely nothing, can beat them let alone make them quiver.
So when a random race from outer space decides to land on the World of Twelve, we all learn that this race is not only far advanced in technology, but it is also composed of six demigods, each with a dragon sibling, acting as a council with their king.
We are understandably terrified by the amount of power they have so we pray for the gods to help us get rid of our peculiar but frightening problem.
Days pass and we eventually learn that our divinities, instead of kicking the eliatropes as we have demanded, decided to give these eliatropes a Sadida doll as a peace offer to get along.
Why would the gods do this? Can’t they just kick them out? The gods should be stronger than some demigods and dragons so why would they just let them stay?
Are they also afraid? No that’s impossible, they can’t be! Unless they know something that we don’t know?
If the gods decided to appease the eliatropes instead of answering our prayers then we should fear the eliatropes even more.
The gods have been genuine on their offer but what really counts is the twelvians’ reactions to it.
A lot of them just want the eliatropes gone so if the people learn that the gods have offered these eliatropes a Sadida doll, they might see this action as a peace offering. This would make the Twelvians assume that the gods, the most powerful beings in the krosmoz, are scared and don’t want trouble with the eliatropes so instead of trying to kick them out, they simply try to get along.
Hiya!!
First of all, don't worry! Read at your own pace/when you have time!
As an enjoyer of long chapters as well as a provider, I understand not all stories can be done with in a matter of minutes. In my personal experience, it usually takes me up to an hour to read a 10k words long fic and about two to read a 20k words long one. It's okay.
But thank you so much for the enthusiasm and insight as well! It's always such a pleasure to be able to notify someone of a new chapter.
(It also blows up my notes lol)
As for your ask, while I must admit I have yet to give much thought to the Twelvians' reaction to Amalia (since, despite its interconnected nature, technically speaking, each chapter is a one-shot instead of an actual chapter aiming to build a whole, collective narrative), there are definitely people who're more accepting of her, and people who're more wary of her presence.
After all, it's a bit like you said. As far as we know, the gods' intentions are simply to make sure the Eliatropes don't feel the need to attack their followers, while said followers are supposed to relax and read Amalia's existence as a sign that there's nothing to fear.
Because if the gods are chill enough with entrusting one of their own to these new visitors, then surely that means everything's okay, right?
But still, the whole thing is also super weird. I mean, the gods have gone centuries, maybe even millennia, without creating a new Divine Doll and when they finally do is to hand her over to the Eliatropes? I dunno, it's all kinda sus.
Of course, there's also the Eliatropes' point of view on the whole thing.
In their case, their reasons for being wary are more of a "What are you up to?" kind of thing. After all, they've been on the World of Twelve for months, their presence has clearly caused a lot of commotion among the gods' followers, and yet the gods spent months completely radio silent until, one day, without warning, completely out of the blue, they send a Divine Doll to their doorstep as a bride to their king????
It all reeks of the gods having ulterior motives behind their "generosity".
The only question is, is Amalia aware of said ulterior motives? Or is she just a pawn to an overly-complicated, high-stakes game of chess?
While I mostly want to focus on the fluffy aspects and Yumalia's development, it's also true Wakfu's own nature as a show and all the lore surrounding it also call for quite a bit of drama. So I'll have to see how I navigate it all and what decisions I want to take when writing the narrative.
Thank you so much for this mini-analysis! Hope you enjoy chapter 2!!

thoughts on sound design and Divinity in ultrakill
#listening to things like#the sounds the virtues and their heavenly beam attacks make#or the hum of gabriel's light weapons#it's not the sound of an angelic choir. it's warbly and distorted and inorganic#almost like a synthesized imitation of more traditionally heavenly sound#and i don't remember if i've talked about it here. but that ties into the mechanical nature of heaven and its heirarchy#reading what the game has to say about gabriel. the wording very Very badly wants you to think of gabriel as a machine#as a weapon#the way the terminal talks about him and the way the council does#it's dehumanizing commodification#and that brings to mind the contrast the game sets up between angels and machines#because angels are counterpart to Robots in ultrakill's story. not demons#the game sets up conflict between Heaven and Earth. with hell just serving as a backdrop#and that shows in the way the game handles angels and machines#where the structure of heaven's forces is rigid and the sound of divinity is a synthetic growl#looking at ultrakill's scripture on machines on the other hand. you'll find that every robot described in the terminal has a story involving#some kind of deviation from originally manufactured purpose. form. design. aesthetic#they're really Wild Animals#they fight. they Live#they evolve and they mutate#they do whatever the hell they need to#and i find that fascinating. perfect contrast#again my fingers are crossed tighter than hell that the Violence layer plays with that animalism#or that machinekind is at least explored further somewhere else in the story#either way. can't wait#no one does hell like hakita#make it this far down i'd love to hear what you think
