I Can Still Hear His Voice

Dani likes to travel, rarely staying in one place for too long.

But Danny worries for her being by herself especially with how young she is it doesn't matter how old she physically looks,

So Danny likes to drop by and spend time with her, but to not overly interfere with her adventures and the people around her, he tends to make sure he's always invisible to everyone and only talks to her in Ghost Speak.

So no one around him but Dani can tell he's even there.

Dani not caring about how it would look like for other people tends to interact with Danny just like anyone else.

To other people it looks like she's speaking to thin air, kinda in the same way a young child does with an imaginary friend.

Dani tends to jokingly refer to Danny as dad, with all his nagging and mother hen self.

People think Dani did not cope well with the death of her dad and these are the results.

Dani and Danny are just having fun exploring new places and meeting new people.

It all started when Dani was known as a villain who fought against the Young Justice and Teen Titans, and Danny learned about it.

Let's say he wasn't happy and made his way to the Justice League reporting station to report the error.

So while there, Danny has a massive argument about why Dani isn't a villain, but the Young Justice and Teen Titans are the villains.

And showed a PowerPoint presentation about why Dani can't be a villain.

1 She is adorable.

2 She is my baby girl.

3 She can't do wrong.

4 She is a good girl.

5 Just look at these pictures of her!

And Danny did then go from her eating all her vegetables to wearing her home knit sweaters, sleeping during the day and when she is told, always brushing her teeth on time 3 times a day, and reading the books she is giving in school without arguing about pictures!

It ended up with Batman sitting down with Danny after Flash brought both coffee and saying. "He knows how Danny is feeling; the people don't understand that his son, Red Hood, is just misunderstood, not a villain."

Danny then said, " But where did I do wrong? I was a hero before I retired; was it because I date a retired villain?"

Danny had been dating Blackfire for a long time. He saved her after she had fallen to Amity Park, and she is pretty good at taking care of the house and loves the engagement ring. Komand'r Fenton fully retired as villain or alien princess. 

Batman:" I did the same, but I don't think it's that fault. My others are heroes."

Dani with an I gets adopted by Nightwing

After her initial escape from Vlad, Dani wanders and eventually makes her way to Bludhaven, where she is noticed by the local hero.

He seems nice enough, and the fact that he appears to be a hero like Danny is a point in his favor, but she's extra cautious because she also trusted Vlad until recently.

...

Nightwing has been looking out for a weird, sassy street kid with a penchant for getting into trouble. He's pretty sure that she's some type of Meta, but he hasn't asked and she hasn't told. Either way, she has a knack for getting into places she shouldn't.

He's been gradually building trust with the kid in order to help her better. It's slow going because for all that the kid is chatty and outgoing, she's also hesitant to trust in a way that speaks to hard earned experience.

Going into it, he'd felt that the patient approach was for the best, and it had seemed to be working, but now he's not sure if they have time for it.

It's starting to seem like the girl has some kind of medical condition that's getting worse over time. The girl herself seems to be growing increasingly anxious, like some looming time limit is approaching.

One day he catches a glimpse of glowing green slime oozing out of her arm before she sucks it back in and disappears from the visible spectrum.

Nightwing tracks the seriously ill, apparently in danger of freaking melting, Meta kid to some small town in the middle of nowhere, and arrives just in time to sucker punch a blueskinned vampire who had what looked like a white-haired version of the kid trapped in his lair, thus allowing another kid with an oddly strong resemblance to administer some kind of medicine.

This is how Nightwing ends up sitting in a local burger joint with two ghost kids and a girl in power armor gathering bits and pieces of an incredibly worrying story.

On the upside, the kid he's been looking out for has finally warmed up to him, so Danielle Grayson will be officially his as soon as he can get an identity set up for her.

On the downside, WTF is going on in Amity Park?!

To Explore Eternity

Dani soon began to be bored of traveling around the world she was growing and with her growth so did her need and obsession with not to be in one place for too long, the thought of a stationary life always made her feel disconnected from her body from the utter revulsion it filled her with.

So as she began to see the rise of heroes around the world began to multiply and rise and then a group gathered and called themselves the Justice League she saw an opportunity.

They had the resources to get into space to travel into the vast unknown. If she managed to leave Earth she could explore it all.

Just the mere thought of having that chance to explore, in her near future made her practically glow.

Now to plan how she would get into the Justice League and get enough of their stuff without being caught.

It would be too risky to get caught with the Anti-Ecto Acts making her mere existence a crime.

But with the thought of all there was out there just waiting for her to reach out and grab an experience.

Well she always liked a challenge and her success would just make it sweeter.
