I keep seeing “I wish but it’ll never happen” posts about Robert Pattinson/Brandon Routh Superbat, but guys… This is still 100% a feasible concept.
Whenever there’s a Superbat age difference, Bruce is usually the older one. However, having an older, jaded Clark paired with a younger, more inexperienced Bruce would be an interesting dynamic.
Especially if this hypothetical adaptation were to go the route of the CW’s Crisis On Infinite Earths (inspired by Kingdom Come) and portray Clark as a middle-aged widower with a Tragic Past. He’s grieving. Maybe he has survivor’s guilt. He’s more reserved than he used to be. He still cares deeply about people, but it’s harder to let others in emotionally. Then he meets Battinson!Bruce, who’s younger and still figuring out a lot of things about himself and his crimefighting career, and who is also jaded and closed off. They’re intrigued by each other. They bond. Clark learns that he’s still capable of loving someone after Lois, as well as worthy of being loved himself. Bruce is inspired toward a deeper kind of heroism, and he also learns how to be vulnerable with someone else. They find light and comfort in each other.
Just, let Brandon Routh be Battinson’s Superman.
DC, give me this movie.

Well I haven’t logged into tumblr in forever. So I figured I’d reshare some stuff to start to help get this page some more traction again. Including this popular Damian Wayne and Raven video I made awhile back due to a lot of people asking me to. I heard rumors of them appearing in the Crisis on Infinite Earths Trilogy. But only time will tell. If they do end up appearing in it I will for sure make a follow up video. Also, resharing this makes me miss the DCAMU a bit and these 2 characters especially. So I hope they do come back and get a bit of a happier ending than what we got in Apokolips War.

The whole Kevin Conroy/Suicide Squad game discourse brings up the genuine fact that it's weird and gross to speak for a dead man regardless of the content in the game.
You have absolutely no idea how Kevin felt working on it, to say the developers personally disrespected him in any shape or form is just wild.
They had absolutely zero fucking clue it would be his final performance as Batman and he agreed to be in the game and probably had fun, so like... don't criticize the game that way.
Shit on anything else sure, but it's really fucking weird to speak for Kevin when he's not with us anymore.
Kind of reminds me of the Crisis on Infinite Earths situation where a bunch of people were saying how disrespectful it was for Kevin's first live action Batman appearance to be an evil Batman and then you just look at the interview he had about it and he seems like he genuinely had a blast, lol.
