Das EDA ist nicht zuständig für die Einreise in ein Drittland. Die Einreisevorschriften können sich aufgrund der epidemischen Entwicklung sehr schnell ändern. Erkundigen Sie sich vor Reisen in ein anderes Land bei den ausländischen Vertretungen in der Schweiz (Botschaften und Konsulate) über die aktuell gültigen Einreisevorschriften und anderen Massnahmen zur Eindämmung der Ausbreitung des Coronavirus.

Angesichts der aktuellen Entwicklungen hat das EDA allerdings nur begrenzte – je nach Situation gar keine – Möglichkeiten zur Unterstützung bei der Aus- oder Weiterreise aus betroffenen Regionen. Les voyageurs sont priés de faire tout ce qui est en leur pouvoir pour organiser la poursuite de leur voyage, leur sortie du territoire ou leur retour en Suisse de manière indépendante et pro active.
 
Ils sont également priés de respecter la législation locale et de prendre contact avec leur assurance voyage, la compagnie aérienne voire leur agence de voyage afin d’entreprendre des démarches de manière indépendante pour trouver des solutions alternatives. Le cas échéant, il convient d’attendre que les liaisons soient à nouveau ouvertes ou que les restrictions soient levées. En cas de besoin, il faut s’adresser directement aux autorités locales compétentes afin de prolonger tout visa et autorisation de séjour à l’étranger, respectivement de s’assurer de la légalité du séjour à l’étranger.
 
Le DFAE soutient, dans la mesure du possible et de manière subsidiaire, à savoir lorsque toutes les démarches personnelles ont été épuisées, les ressortissants suisses en difficulté – Aide à l’étranger.

Listen y’all, my family needs help. My gramma is at very high risk, she’s over 70 with diabetes and an chronic illness that requires and immune suppressing medication. She’s been low on money since trying to bail my uncle out of bankruptcy, and he’s been paying her back, but he got pneumonia and is on a breathing machine. She relys on social security once a month, but her finances are really low. She gives as much of her money as she can to my mother to help with my siblings, and my moms boyfriend’s job hours are being cut, so my mom is providing a single income for the four of them and she has to drive an hour both ways.
The horses my mom adopted need more care than she can afford, and her computers at home are from 2013 and 2017, but are both very cheap models. Having two kids trying to do classes on country internet and super slow computers isn’t working at all. Our school district is low income and hasn’t been able to provide much, especially for my sister who is only 10, since the high school receives more grants.
We’ve always had money problems and we know how to survive just fine, but if anyone knows any resources for Wisconsin my mom could take advantage of. She’s not finding many at her disposal, she’s barely above the poverty line but the government doesn’t care about that. Seriously, any funds for an unmarried woman (or man, my uncle is a single father of two babies in Minnesota.) trying to put her kids through online schooling and help me pay for college, just looking for advice or resources.

حکومت کہہ چکی ہے کہ لوگوں کو اب اپنے گھروں میں ہی رہنا چاہیے اور صرف کھانا لینے، اد��یات لینے یا اہم ورکر ہونے اور دن میں ایک بار ورزش کرنے کے لیے ہی باہر جانا چاہیے۔ اس کے علاوہ وہ افراد جو ممکنہ طور پر کرونا وائرس کی وبا کا آسان شکار بن سکتے ہیں، جیسے کہ وہ جو پہلے سے صحت کے مسائل سے دو چار اور وہ جو ستر سال سے زائد عمر کے افراد ہیں، انہیں سماجی دوری برقرار رکھنے کی ضرورت ہے اور 12 ہفتے تک گھر پر رہنے اور کم سے کم لوگوں سے میل جول کا کہا گیا ہے۔ گوکہ یہ اقدامات طبی طور پر ضروری ہیں لیکن چیریٹی تنظیموں نے تنبیہ کی ہے کہ ان اقدامات سے دماغی صحت پر اثر پڑنے کے ساتھ بڑی عمر کے افراد میں احساس تنہائی میں اضافہ ہو گا۔ کچھ خیراتی ادارے جو بے گھر افراد اور باقی ضرورت مندوں کے ساتھ کام کرتے ہیں انہوں نے وزیر اعظم سے مطالبہ کیا ہے ان افراد کی خصوصی ضروریات کو نظر میں رکھتے ہوئے ان کے لیے اضافی مدد، وسائل اور فنڈنگ مختص کی جائے۔
لیکن کیا ایسے اقدامات بھی ہو سکتے ہیں جو عوام کی جانب سے اپنے علاقوں میں ضرورت مندوں اور بزرگوں کی مدد کے لیے اٹھائے جا سکتے ہیں؟ چیریٹی ادارے ایج یوکے کی ڈائریکٹر کیرولین ابرمز نے 'دی انڈپینڈنٹ' کو بتایا: 'کچھ بہت آسان اقدام ہیں جو لینے سے بڑا فرق پڑ سکتا ہے۔ خاص طور پر ایسے وقت میں جب اگلے کچھ ہفتے یا مہینے کافی مشکل ہو سکتے ہیں۔' سب سے پہلے اور سب سے اہم کیرولین ابرمز مشورہ دیتی ہیں کہ ہم اپنے ہمسائے میں موجود ادھیڑ عمر افراد اور ان کے خاندانوں کے پاس وہ سب اشیا ہونے کو یقینی بنائیں جو ضروری ہے کیونکہ وہ گھر سے باہر نہیں نکل سکتے۔ کیرولین کہتی ہیں: 'کچھ خریداری کرنا، ادویات لانا یا چھوٹے چھوٹے کام کر دینا بڑی مدد ہو سکتے ہیں۔' تنہائی ختم کرنے کی مہم چلانے والے ادارے (کمپین ٹو اینڈ لونلینیس) کے ترجمان کا کہنا ہے کہ آپ کا ایسا کرنا گھر سے نکل کر کسی قسم کا خطرہ مول لینے کے امکانات کو بھی کم کر دے گی۔ ان کا کہنا ہے 'آپ نیکسٹ ڈور نامی ایپ استعمال کرتے ہوئے دیکھ سکتے ہیں کہ اگر آپ کے ہمسائے کو کسی قسم کی کوئی مدد درکار ہے۔ اگر آپ پریشان ہیں کہ انہیں کوئی چیز چاہیے تو آپ نیکسٹ ڈور نامی ایپ سے دیکھ سکتے ہیں اور اگر آپ وائرس کی منتقلی سے خوفزدہ ہیں تو آپ بیگز دروازے پر چھوڑ سکتے ہیں۔' انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ ہم فلماوتھ کی بیکی واس سے ٹپس لے سکتے ہیں جنہوں نے ایک پوسٹ کارڈ بنایا ہے جو وہ اپنے ہمسایوں کے دروازوں پر چپکا دیتے ہیں اورجس پر لکھا ہے کہ اگر انہیں خریداری، فون کال یا کہیں سے کچھ منگوانے کے لیے کسی مدد کی ضرورت ہے تو وہ حاضر ہیں۔
ڈیجیٹل رابطوں کو فروغ دیں گو کہ حکومتی ہدایات کا مطلب کم سے کم باہمی تعلق ہے لیکن اس مطلب سماجی عدم تعلق نہیں ہے۔ کیرولین ابرامز کہتی ہیں کہ ڈیجیٹل رابطے ادھیڑ عمر افراد کے لیے بہت ضروری ہے کیونکہ وہ ٹیکنالوجی کے زیادہ ماہر نہیں ہیں۔ 'یہ وقت ہے کہ ہمیں لوگوں کے ایک دوسرے سے رابطے میں رہنے اور ایک دوسرے کا حوصلہ بلند رکھنے کے لیے نئے تخلیقی راستے نکالنے ہوں گے۔ یہ اب سب سے زیادہ اہم ہے کہ ہم ایک دوسرے سے فون، آن لائن یا خط کے ذریعے رابطے میں رہیں۔' رابطوں کے عام ذرائع سے ہٹ کر کیرولین مشورہ دیتی ہیں کہ ہمسایوں کے ساتھ بک کلب بنائے جس میں سب فون کے ذریعے رابطہ کر سکتے ہیں۔ ان کا کہنا ہے: 'ہوسکتا ہے ان میں سے کچھ اقدامات تنہائی کو ختم کرنے کے لیے مستقبل میں بھی کام آ سکیں۔ اہم بات یہ ہے کہ لوگوں کو معلومات دی جائیں کہ کیسے کم رسک لیتے ہوئے رابطے رکھے جا سکتے ہیں۔' کمپین ٹو اینڈ لونلینیس نے مشورہ دیا ہے کہ وٹس ایپ گروپس کے ذریعے معلومات دیں، زوم کے ذریعے ویڈیو کالز کریں یا فیس بک، ٹوئٹر اور باقی سوشل میڈیا پلیٹ فامرز پر پوسٹس کریں یہ جانتے ہوئے کہ قریب موجود باقی افراد بھی یہ استعمال کر رہے ہیں یا آپ انہیں یہ ایپس انسٹال کرنے اور چلانے میں مدد کر سکتے ہیں۔
حرکت کرتے رہیں کیرولین ابرامز کہتی ہیں کہ ادھیڑ عمر افراد کو گھر پہ رہتے ہوئے صرف دماغی صحت کا مسئلہ ہی نہیں بلکہ کم حرکت کرنے سے ان کے جسمانی صحت پر بھی برا اثر پڑ سکتا ہے۔ ان کا کہنا ہے کہ 'بڑی عمر کے افراد کا کسی بھی طرح سے حرکت کرتے رہنا ہمارے لیے بہت اہم ہے۔ اس کا مطلب ہے کہ ہمیں یقینی بنانا ہو گا کہ لوگ اپنی عادات اور دلچسپی کو جاری رکھیں جیسے کے اون کی فراہمی اگر انہیں بننا پسند ہے۔' مائنڈ کے ہیڈ آف انفارمیشن سٹیفن بیکلے مشورہ دیتے ہیں کہ لوگ جب بھی ممکن ہو زیادہ سے زیادہ فطرت سے رابطہ رکھیں۔ یہ گھر پر پودے رکھنے یا کھڑی کے سے پرندے دیکھنے کی صورت میں بھی ہو سکتا ہے۔
اپنا وقت رضاکارانہ سرگرمیوں میں گزاریں جب یہ وبا جاری ہے تو وہ افراد جنہیں زیادہ تنہائی کی ضرورت نہیں ہے خاص طور پر 70 سال سے کم عمر افراد یا وہ جو صحت کے مسائل نہیں رکھتے اور جن میں کرونا وائرس کی علامات نہیں پائی جاتیں وہ جسمانی طور پر بھی لوگوں کی مدد کر سکتے ہیں۔ نیشنل کیئر فاؤنڈیشن ایک ایسا ہی گروپ ہے جو رضاکاروں کی تلاش میں ہے۔ اس کا بنیادی مقصد لوگوں کو گھروں میں درکار طبی مدد فراہم کرنا ہے لیکن اب یہ گروپ برطانیہ میں ایسے لوگوں کی تلاش میں ہے جو اپنا وقت دے کر دوسروں کی مدد کر سکیں۔ آپ اس گروپ کے ساتھ کام کرتے ہوئے لوگوں کے گھر سامان پہنچانے، خریداری میں مدد کرنے یا ان کے لیے کھانا بنانے میں مدد کر سکتے ہیں۔ آپ کو اس کے لیے ڈی بی ایس چیک کی ضرورت بھی نہیں اور آپ اس کے لیے بعد کی تاریخوں میں درخواست دے سکتے ہیں۔ جب تک آپ کا چیک نہیں ہو جاتا آپ تب بھی لوگوں کی مدد کر سکتے ہیں۔
این سی ایف کے چارلس آرمٹیج نے دی انڈپینڈنٹ کو بتایا کہ لانچ کرنے کے ایک ہی دن میں ابھی تک 5000 لوگ اس میں رجسٹر کروا چکے ہیں۔ ٹرسیل ٹرسٹ کی چیف ایگزیکٹو ایما ریوی نے بھی لوگوں پر زور دیا ہے کہ وہ فوڈ بینکس کے لیے رضاکار بنیں اگر ان کے پاس وقت ہے۔ ان کے ادارے کو رضاکاروں کی تعداد کم ہونے کے باعث مشکلات کا سامنا ہے۔ ایما کہتی ہیں 'ملکی سطح پر موجود پارٹنرز کے ساتھ اس بارے میں وسیع پیمانے پر بات چیت جاری ہے۔ ہم راہیں تلاش کر رہے ہیں تاکہ رضاکاروں کی تعداد میں اضافہ کیا جا سکے خاص طور پر ان علاقوں میں جہاں رضاکاروں کی ضرورت ہے۔'
