doing the "tokyo ghoul" diet
only coffee or tea for the next two weeks
this is a crash diet. i know this is not sustainable. i just wanna quickly loose some weight.
rules:
two cups of coffee a day
three cups of tea a day
water anytime a day
if i drink anymore cups of caffeine in a single day i would die of either anxiety or actual caffeine poisoning. doing this as someone who is lowkey sensitive to caffeine.
types of coffee: no sugar/sweeteners, americanos, black coffee, espresso shots, lattes* only with almond milk (or any lowest cal milk), hot or iced
types of tea: mint, matcha/green, any as long as it has no sweetener, could be herbal or caffeinated, hot or iced. no milk tea* unless they have plant based milk options, no toppings (sad ik), and no sweetener.
milk tea* and latte* rule: to only order these if gonna be hanging out with friends just to seem normal.
no energy drinks!
i personally do like black coffee/plain tea so this is gonna be easy taste wise. but definitely gonna make me feel like death after two days.
disclaimer: i only plan on drinking coffee/tea when ever i feel hungry as meal replacement, the amount of drinks per day i mention is a limit not a goal. i am not encouraging anyone to attempt this.

OH HELL NAH
I just came home from school and saw this note at the coffeemachine when I just wanted to make coffee
It’s says: “no coffee after 1pm, dr … (my doctor)
I then screamed at my mom like what is this (in joking shocked way) and she was like “yeah your doctor said no coffee after 1pm for a week. You have to try and see if it effects your sleep.” Cuz yeah I don’t sleep well and never fall asleep and I’m coffee addicted but like I never get energized by coffee, mostly it even makes me tired and I can’t do this brooo. I’m too addicted to coffee and it’s my starving drink omg

Coffee Cake Oatmeal, 180 calories
Time: <5 minutes
Ingredients:
-1/4 cup Instant oats
-1 FiberOne Brownie (Streusel Cake variety)
-dollop of Cottage Cheese
-sprinkle of Cinnamon
Instructions:
1. prepare instant oats per packaging, cook halfway through
2. crumble FiberOne brownie and mix into oatmeal, finish heating
3. cottage cheese and cinnamon to taste (a little bit goes a long way!)
4. Opt. small apple, sliced

In the new year we are shooting for 170.
Maybe I just need to lighten up on myself. The daily emotional roller coaster says that I am being "bad." But I am doing the best I can. So ...? What am I really expecting from myself?
I sent the wine with my brother and sister in law yesterday. I love that she gave it to me but I realized my *favorite* wine...in my house.. in the dead of winter....was really tempting.
We do Christmas at their house, so if I want a glass of wine for Christmas, that can be a thing. Everything in moderation.
Consistency.
DEDICATION.
Pushing forward every day.
So happy to enjoy family time over the holidays, even tho holidays stress me out every year.
