When they came to the place called the Skull, they crucified Him there . . .
—  Luke 23:33
Crucifixion was one of the most brutal, degrading, and humiliating ways to be put to death. The sinless Son of God was crucified. It's far beyond our human understanding. But this was God's way of saying to each of us, "The curse you deserve is placed on My Son." He was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon Him, and by His wounds we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Do you often wonder if God really cares! "They crucified Him there." Be assured that God cares more than we will ever know. He cared enough to let His Son be crucified, taking our place.
Thank You Jesus, You died in my place. It's too marvelous to comprehend, but I am eternally grateful to You for Your selfless sacrifice.

He’s Saving Us All
MEMORY VERSE OF THE WEEK
=========================
+ Psalm 91:14 Because he holds fast to me in love, I will deliver him; I will protect him, because he knows my name.
=========================
VERSE OF THE DAY
========================
1 Timothy 1:15 This is a trustworthy saying, and everyone should accept it: “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners”—and I am the worst of them all.
‭‭=========================
** SAY THIS BEFORE YOU READ; HERE’S SOME CHRISTIAN TRUTHS **
I AM FREE
I AM SAVED
I AM TRUSTING IN GOD
I AM LOVING
********************************
THOUGHTS:
=======================
We all have been lost before; we all have had that feeling of anxiety and panic come in, and it’s scary, whether we have been driving or maybe going on a hike or maybe in a big store you have never been in, or maybe you been lost spiritually and allowed life to change you, to push you far away from Christ. Christ knew exactly what we needed, which was him. We needed that peace, grace, and mercy; we needed a friend, and most of all, we needed a shepherd; a lot of us have lost our way, and we don’t know how to get back; we feel like we are the worst because we allow society to tell us what God will do and how he loves us , but God sent his son to earth to save us which is the lost.
Matthew 9:13 Then he added, “Now go and learn the meaning of this Scripture: ‘I want you to show mercy, not offer sacrifices.’ For I have come to call not those who think they are righteous, but those who know they are sinners.”
Jesus says this after having a run-in with one of the Pharisees: I desire to show mercy, and I am here for the sinner, not the ones who think they are righteous; we can think we are something or someone and really our heart isn’t in the right place. Jesus wants to save us and wants to show us how to get past whatever satan tries to tell us.
We have to stop trying to put on a happy face when we aren’t happy; we have to stop saying I’m okay and we’re not because Jesus said it right here. I came for the drug addict, the drunken, the prideful, the thief, the Holy Spirit is saying today, let Jesus save your soul if your soul isn’t right.
Matthew 20:28: even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
Jesus didn’t come for people to serve him; he came back to serve and to pay the cost of everyone’s soul. It’s not a single soul Jesus won’t save; he climbed on the cross to release us from our worst pain, but we have to be able to release so he can free us! Jesus loves us so much, and it says it all over the Bible.
Romans 5:8 But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
John 13:34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another
1 John 4:9 In this, the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world so that we might live through him.
In the word of God shows that we are loved and nothing short of that, but we have to accept what he wants for us; we have to accept his love; a lot of us are lost, and we don’t know what we are doing anymore, but Jesus is saying if you come to me, I will take care of you. I will show you the way the truth and life.
Paul says in the other half of this verse, he said I was the worst; he is letting us know if Jesus can save me, if Jesus can bring me back to death to life he can save anyone! He came to free us and set the captives free. Jesus doesn’t have a list of people whom he only loves; he loves us all equally; unlike people, God can love everyone all at one time.
***Today, if you don’t know Jesus as your savior, come to him today. Do you think that Jesus is only for those who know him longer or a special group no? Jesus is for us all; he came to save us all from the road we are on. Are you ready to be saved? Are you ready to be free ?? Even if you have slipped and you haven’t prayed in awhile by or you haven’t been in his presence come back he’s waiting on you , don’t allow shame and others to tell you what God is speaking today ! God is speaking to you , allow him to show you his love today . ©Seer~ Prophetess Lee

"Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak."
— Matthew 26:41
Jesus had a simple request for Peter, James, and John in the Garden of Gethsemane, and that was to watch and pray. But they were sleeping instead of praying.
I think the disciples' lack of prayer was because up until that moment everything was going well for them. Think about it: When do we usually pray? We pray when we are in trouble. If things are going reasonably well, if there are no problems on the horizon—we may not pray all that much. But when a crisis hits, when problems come, we storm heaven.
Jesus knew that a crisis was coming. He wanted them to pray with Him. Especially because He didn't want them to fall into temptation.
All Jesus was asking from Peter, James, "Just watch and pray." But twice when Jesus went back to check on them, they were sleeping.
Prayerlessness is something many Christians struggle with.
l Thessalonians 5:17 says, "Pray without ceasing."
Has your prayer life been lacking lately? Would you ask the Lord to help you in this area?
Pray: Lord, I want to pray more, I need your help. Please help me to fix my eyes on You and pray without ceasing, as You have commanded me to, not just when I am in need, but always. In Jesus' name, Amen.

"When discrimination against women goes unchallenged; when minorities are considered second class citizens: when leadership is mastery of mega church principles and not humble service; when the poor and outcasted are not welcomed at the table; when obedience to the Father, loving service to others and simplicity of life are considered exclusive province of elite believers; when evangelical greatness is measured by achievement and not by smallness; and when the rejection and suffering inherent in bold witness to the truth is rationalized, minimized and finally pulverized in cantankerous Bible studies, then Jesus is made an anachronism, His teaching an irrelevance, and His followers an anonymous crowd- their investments and property intact, their credit cards and trinkets secure; a sheepish herd moving in lockstep with the lip serving, self absorbed entrepreneurs who stay busy 'expanding their territories to the glory of God.'"
